| 2 | Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and microvascular complications in type 2 diabetes显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the correlation between nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) and microvascular complications in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).METHODS:Data were obtained from 1217 inpatients with T2DM(757 females,460 males;aged 63.39 ± 12.28 years).NAFLD was diagnosed by hepatic ultrasonography.Diabetic nephropathy(DN),diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),and diabetic retinopathy(DR) were diagnosed according to their respective criteria.The prevalence of NAFLD and the independent correlations of clinical characteristics with NAFLD were determined by cross-tabulation and logistic regression,respectively.RESULTS:Approximately 61% of inpatients with T2DM in Qingdao,China had NAFLD,which decreased significantly with increase in age and prolonged course of diabetes.The prevalence of NAFLD in patients presenting with DN,DPN and DR was 49.4%,57.2% and 54.9%,respectively.These rates were significantly lower than those of patients without DN,DPN and DR(65.9%,65.6% and 66.1%,respectively,P < 0.05).Participants with NAFLD had greater body weight,waist circumference(WC),body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FBG),hemoglobin A1c,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,γ-glutamyltransferase,blood pressure,as well as triglyceride(TG) levels and lower high-density lipoprotein(HDL) concentration than those without NAFLD(P < 0.05).NAFLD was positively correlated with BMI,WC,TG,FBG,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure but negatively correlated with the duration of diabetes,DR,DPN,DN,and HDL.CONCLUSION:Despite the benign nature of NAFLD,efforts should be directed toward early diagnosis,intensive blood glucose and blood pressure control,and effective dyslipidemia correction. | Wen-Shan Lv Rui-Xia Sun Yan-Yan Gao Jun-Ping Wen Rong-Fang Pan Li Li Jing Wang Yu-Xin Xian Cai-Xia Cao Ming Zheng | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013，19，20： | 26 |

| 4 | Construction and Identification of a Human Liver Specific MicroRNA Eukaryotic Expression Vector显示文摘MiR-122 is one of the non-coding RNAs which showed its effects on the lipo-metablism,virus infection and HCC forming through regulation of liver gene expression.Its eukaryotic expression vector was constructed by using pSuper which was widely applied in the siRNA expression.The precursor of human miR-122 gene was amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)from the human genomic DNA.The positive clones were screened by PCR and restriction enzyme digestion.The new expression vector of miR-122 was named pHsa-m122.PHsa-m122 and its controls were transfected to HepG2 cells.The miR-122 expression activity was evaluated by GFP122i sensor reporter plasmid through fluorescence detection and Western blot.It was shown that the fluorescence intensity of GFP122si and pHsa-m122 co-transfection group was weaker than that of the controls,so the functional activity of expressed miR-122 was detected.When HepG2 cells were co-transfected with HBV1.3 and pHsa-m122 plasmids, the results showed miR-122 may down-regulate the gene expression of HBV.The human liver specific microRNA eukaryotic expression vector of miR-122 was constructed successfully,which may facilitate further study of its function in the development of liver virus infection diseases and HCC. | Shanshan Chen Ming Ni Bing Yu Tingting Lv Mengji Lu Feili Gong | 2007 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2007，4，6： | 18 |

| 9 | Investigation on MoS_2 and Graphite Coatings and Their Effects on the Tribological Properties of the Radial Spherical Plain Bearings显示文摘With constant enlargement of the application areas of the spherical plain bearings,higher quality lubrication of the bearings is required.To solve the lubricating problems of spherical plain bearings under high temperature,high vacuum,high speed,heavy loads and strong oxidation conditions,it is urgent for us to develop more excellent self-lubricating technologies.In this paper,the bonded solid lubricant coatings,which use inorganic phosphate as the binder,the mixture of MoS_2 and graphite with two different weight proportions as the solid lubricant,are prepared by spraying under three different spray gun pressures.The bonding strength tests on the coatings show that the best spraying pressure is 0.2 MPa and the better mixing proportion of MoS_2 to Graphite is 3:1.Then for the radial spherical plain bearings with steel/steel friction pair,after the coatings are made on the inner ring outer surfaces,the friction coefficient,the wear loss and the friction temperature of the bearings under four oscillating frequencies are investigated by a self-made tribo-tester.The test results,SEM of the worn morphologies and EDS of worn areas show that tribological properties of the bearing are obviously improved by the bonded solid lubricant coatings.When sprayed under the spray gun pressure of 0.2 MPa,the bearings have better anti-friction and anti-wear properties than those sprayed under 0.1 MPa and 0.3 MPa.Further as proved from the XPS analysis,between the coating with 3:1 mixing ratio of MoS_2 to Graphite and the coating with 1:1 ratio,the former has less oxidation occurred on the surface and therefore has better tribological characteristics than the latter.This paper provides a reference to developing a new product of the radial spherical plain bearings with high bonding strength,oxidation resistance and abrasion resistance. | QIU Ming LU Jianjun LI Yingchun LV Guisen | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2016，29，4： | 8 |

| 13 | Expression of circulating microRNA-20a and let-7a in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To investigate the expressions of micro RNA-20a(mi R-20a) and let-7a in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) and their diagnostic value. METHODS: Seventy patients with ESCC and 40 healthy subjects were enrolled to investigate the expression of mi R-20 a and let-7a using quantitative real-time PCR. The expression of mi R-20 a and let-7a was compared between ESCC patients and healthy subjects. The plasma levels of mi R-20 a and let-7a in relation to patient clinicopathologic parameters, the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve, and the sensitivity and specificity of mi R-20 a and let-7a in ESCC diagnosis were analyzed.RESULTS: Plasma levels of mi R-20 a were significantly higher in ESCC patients than in healthy controls, and plasma levels of let-7 were lower in ESCC patients than in healthy controls(both P < 0.05). The area under the ROC curve of mi R-20 a was 0.767(95%CI: 0.677-0.857; P < 0.001), when the cut-off value was set at 4.77, the sensitivity and specificity were 64.3% and 75.0%, respectively. The area under the ROC curve of let-7a was 0.829(95%CI: 0.754-0.904; P < 0.001), when the cut-off value was set at 6.22, the sensitivity and specificity were 74.3% and 85.0%, respectively. Thus, the sensitivity and specificity of let-7a were higher than those of mi R-20 a. The median relative plasma expression of let-7a in clinical stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ(0.24) was lower than that in stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ(0.42), while the expression of mi R-20 a according to stage was not statistically different. | 15 | Shape ratio effects on the mechanical characteristics of rectangular prism rocks and isolated pillars under uniaxial compression显示文摘Isolated pillars in underground mines are subjected to uniaxial stress,and the load bearing cross-section of pillars is commonly rectangularly shaped.In addition,the uniaxial compression test(UCT)is widely used for determining the basic mechanical properties of rocks and revealing the mechanism of isolated pillar disasters under unidimensional stress.The shape effects of rock mechanical properties under uniaxial compression are mainly quantitatively reflected in the specific shape ratios of rocks.Therefore,it is necessary to study the detailed shape ratio effects on the mechanical properties of rectangular prism rock specimens and isolated pillars under uniaxial compressive stress.In this study,granite,marble and sandstone rectangular prism specimens with various height to width ratios(r)and width to thickness ratios(u)were prepared and tested.The study results show that r and u have a great influence on the bearing ability of rocks,and thin or high rocks have lower uniaxial compressive strength.Reducing the level of r can enhance the u effect on the strength of rocks,and increasing the level of u can enhance the r effect on the strength of rocks.The lateral strain on the thickness side of the rock specimen is larger than that on the width side,which implies that crack growth occurs easily on the thickness side.Considering r and u,a novel strength prediction model of isolated pillars was proposed based on the testing results,and the prediction model was used for the safety assessment of 179 isolated pillars in the Xianglu Mountain Tungsten Mine. | Kun Du Xuefeng Li Rui Su Ming Tao Shizhan Lv Jia Luo Jian Zhou | 2022 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022，32，2： | 5 |

| 18 | An Improved Hybrid Collaborative Filtering Algorithm Based on Tags and Time Factor显示文摘The Collaborative Filtering(CF) recommendation algorithm, one of the most popular algorithms in Recommendation Systems(RS), mainly includes memory-based and model-based methods. When performing rating prediction using a memory-based method, the approach used to measure the similarity between users or items can significantly influence the recommendation performance. Traditional CFs suffer from data sparsity when making recommendations based on a rating matrix, and cannot effectively capture changes in user interest. In this paper, we propose an improved hybrid collaborative filtering algorithm based on tags and a time factor(TTHybridCF), which fully utilizes tag information that characterizes users and items. This algorithm utilizes both tag and rating information to calculate the similarity between users or items. In addition, we introduce a time weighting factor to measure user interest, which changes over time. | 20 | Effect of 5-LOX/COX-2 common inhibitor DHDMBF30 on pancreatic cancer cell Capan2显示文摘AIM: To study the effect of 5-lipoxygenase/cyclooxy- genase-2 (5-LOX/COX-2) dual inhibitor 7-tert-butyl-2, 3-dihydro-3, 3-dimethyl substituted dihydrofuran 30 (DHDMBF30) on proliferation and apoptosis of the pancreatic cancer cell line Capan-2 and the effect of DHDMBF30 on human pancreatic cancer in a nude mouse model. METHODS: Investigate the effect of 5-LOX/COX-2 dual inhibitor DHDMBF30 on proliferation and apoptosis of the pancreatic cancer cell line Capan-2 by RT-PCR, MTT assay, FCM and electron microscope. Cell line Capan-2 was inoculated percutaneously on the outer thigh of 12 nude mice. The VEGF mRNA of transplantation tumor was detected by RT-PCR. RESULTS: DHDMBF30 inhibits the proliferation of cell line Capan2, reduces the expression of 5-LOX, COX-2 and VEGF. After Capan2 was treated with DHDMBF30, we found that the apoptosis peak of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the contrast group (3.08 ± 1.89 vs 27.67 ± 0.52, P < 0.001). The tumor weight of the DHDMBF30 group was significantly lower than PBS control groups (1.35 ± 0.47 vs 2.92 ± 0.73, P < 0.01). Expression of VEGF in the DHDMBF30 group was significantly decreased.
