| 2 | Texture and tectonic attribute of Cenozoic basin basement in the northern South China Sea显示文摘Based on the drilling data,the geological characteristics of the coast in South China,and the interpretation of the long seismic profiles covering the Pearl River Mouth Basin and southeastern Hainan Basin,the basin basement in the northern South China Sea is divided into four structural layers,namely,Pre-Sinian crystalline basement,Sinian-lower Paleozoic,upper Paleozoic,and Mesozoic structural layers.This paper discusses the distribution range and law and reveals the tectonic attribute of each structural layer.The Pre-Sinian crystalline basement is distributed in the northern South China Sea,which is linked to the Pre-Sinian crystalline basement of the Cathaysian Block and together they constitute a larger-scale continental block—the Cathaysian-northern South China Sea continental block.The Sinian-lower Paleozoic structural layer is distributed in the northern South China Sea,which is the natural extension of the Caledonian fold belt in South China to the sea area.The sediments are derived from southern East China Sea-Taiwan,Zhongsha-Xisha islands and Yunkai ancient uplifts,and some small basement uplifts.The Caledonian fold belt in the northern South China Sea is linked with that in South China and they constitute the wider fold belt.The upper Paleozoic structural layer is unevenly distributed in the northern South China.In the basement of Beibu Gulf Basin and southwestern Taiwan Basin,the structural layer is composed of the stable epicontinental sea deposit.The distribution areas in the Pearl River Mouth Basin and the southeastern Hainan Basin belong to ancient uplifts in the late Paleozoic,lacking the upper Paleozoic structural layers.The stratigraphic distribution and sedimentary environment in Middle-Late Jurassic to Cretaceous are characteristic of differentiation in the east and the west.The marine,paralic deposit is well developed in the basin basement of southwestern Taiwan but the volcanic activity is not obvious.The marine and paralic facies deposit is distributed in the eastern Pearl River Mouth Basin basement and the volcanic activity is stronger.The continental facies volcano-sediment in the Early Cretaceous is distributed in the basement of the western Pearl River Mouth Basin and Southeastern Hainan Basin.The Upper Cretaceous red continental facies clastic rocks are distributed in the Beibu Gulf Basin and Yinggehai Basin.The NE direction granitic volcanic-intrusive complex,volcano-sedimentary basin,fold and fault in Mesozoic basement have the similar temporal and spatial distribution,geological feature,and tectonic attribute with the coastal land in South China,and they belong to the same magma-deposition-tectonic system,which demonstrates that the late Mesozoic structural layer was formed in the background of active continental margin.Based on the analysis of basement structure and the study on tectonic attribute,the paleogeographic map of the basin basement in different periods in the northern South China Sea is compiled. | SUN XiaoMeng ZHANG XuQing ZHANG GongCheng LU BaoLiang YUE JunPei ZHANG Bin | 2014 | Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,6: | 18 |

| 5 | Altered Local Field Potential Relationship Between the Parafascicular Thalamic Nucleus and Dorsal Striatum in Hemiparkinsonian Rats显示文摘The thalamostriatal pathway is implicated in Parkinson's disease(PD); however, PD-related changes in the relationship between oscillatory activity in the centromedian-parafascicular complex(CM/Pf, or the Pf in rodents) and the dorsal striatum(DS) remain unclear.Therefore, we simultaneously recorded local field potentials(LFPs) in both the Pf and DS of hemiparkinsonian and control rats during epochs of rest or treadmill walking. The dopamine-lesioned rats showed increased LFP power in the beta band(12 Hz–35 Hz) in the Pf and DS during both epochs, but decreased LFP power in the delta(0.5 Hz–3 Hz) band in the Pf during rest epochs and in the DS during both epochs, compared to control rats. In addition,exaggerated low gamma(35 Hz–70 Hz) oscillations after dopamine loss were restricted to the Pf regardless of the behavioral state. Furthermore, enhanced synchronization of LFP oscillations was found between the Pf and DS after the dopamine lesion. Significant increases occurred in the mean coherence in both theta(3 Hz–7 Hz) and beta bands,and a significant increase was also noted in the phase coherence in the beta band between the Pf and DS during rest epochs. During the treadmill walking epochs, significant increases were found in both the alpha(7 Hz–12 Hz)and beta bands for two coherence measures. | 6 | High-precision regulation synthesis of Fe-doped Co_(2)P nanorod bundles as efficient electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution in all-pH range and seawater显示文摘The hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)via water electrolysis has gained immense research attention.Seawater electrolysis provides great opportunities for sustainable energy production,but is extremely challenging.Transition metal phosphides are promising candidate electrocatalysts.Herein,we prepared a novel Fe-Co_(2)P bundle of nanorods(BNRs)for catalyzing the HER in seawater electrolysis and over the entire p H range.Cobalt phosphides with different crystal phases and morphologies were obtained by varying the Fe doping amount.The Co:Fe molar ratio of 1:0.5 was found to be optimum.The Fe doping improved the HER performance of Co_(2)P over the entire p H range by providing favorable electronic properties and morphology,lattice distortion,and special coordination environment.The Fe-Co_(2)P BNRs showed higher catalytic activity than 20%Pt/C in seawater at high potentials.The density functional theory calculations revealed that the Fe doping reduced the hydrogen binding strength of Co_(2)P to efficiently accelerate the HER kinetics and produce a favorable charge density.This study provides valuable insights into the design and development of high-efficiency HER catalysts for large-scale seawater electrolysis. | Yan Lin Kaian Sun Xiaomeng Chen Chen Chen Yuan Pan Xiyou Li Jun Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,4: | 4 |
| 7 | Reservoir characteristics and well-logging evaluation of the Lower Cambrian shales in southeast Chongqing, China显示文摘To accurately identify the reservoir characteristics and main controlling factors of the Cambrian Niutitang black shale in the southeast Chongqing,a series of systematic measurements were conducted on core samples from Well Yuke-1 and Well Youke-1.The measurements include clay mineral analysis,XRD analysis,petrophysical properties,specific surface area,pore diameter and TOC,as well as R_(o) and maceral compositions.The Niutitang shale reservoir contains detrital minerals and clay minerals averagely of 51.34%and 32.74%,respectively.The average effective porosity and permeability are 1.2%and 8.0×10^(-3)mD,respectively,typically of ultra-low porosity and permeability.Mesopores are dominant,accounting for approximately 73%of the total pore volume.The average BET specific surface area is 7.75m^(2)/g and the average pore diameter is 5.3nm.The average TOC is 2.29%and the average R_(o) is 3.12%,indicating that the organic matter is in over-maturity stage.Statistical analyses of the measurements show that the micropore volume is positively correlated with TOC but negatively correlated with the total content of clay minerals;the mesopore volume is positively correlated with TOC,the total content of clay minerals and the content of carbonate minerals;the macropore volume is positively correlated with TOC and the content of carbonate minerals,weakly positively correlated with the content of detrital minerals but negatively correlated with the total content of clay minerals.The porosity and TOC of the Niutitang shale are computed using the conventional well-logging method for the Yuke-1 and Youke-1 wells,and the porosities are quite consistent with the core analysis resultsr,but in the shallow reservoir that contains no oil and gas,the TOC exhibits no correlation with the core analysis results. | Xiaomeng Cao Bingsong Yu Xintong Li Mengdi Sun Ling Zhang | 2016 | Petroleum Research2016,1,2: | 3 |
| 8 | Reservoir space types and the factors influencing the characteristics of spherulite in rhyolite显示文摘Oil-gas reservoir space types involving spherulite in pyromeride rocks are common in the Lower Cretaceous Shangkuli Formation, the Hailar Basin, China. The main types include interspherulite fissures, interlayer fissures, intraspherulite concentric rings and net microcracks, cavity pores, dissolution pores, and devitrification pores. The first two were found to restrict the effective plane porosity of interspherulite. Devitrification microporosities, microcracks, cavity pores, and spherulite diameter influence the effective plane porosity of intraspherulite. The degree of dissolution is determined by the degree of development and the type of intraspherulite microcracks. Another important role of ring and net microcracks is to connect devitrification pores to form a pore and fissure network. Finally, chilling contraction plays an important role in the form and development of interspherulite fissures, microcracks, and cavity pores. The diameter of spherulite restricts chilling contraction, especially when the diameter is between the common spherulites and lithophysae, thus benefiting microcrack and cavity pore formation. To summarize, devitrification microporosities represent excellent oil reservoir space, while offering micro-channels for the movement of formation water and organic fluids. | 9 | The structural characteristics, age of origin, and tectonic attribute of the Erguna Fault, NE China显示文摘The Erguna Fault runs along the east bank of the Erguna River in NE China and is a large-scale ductile shear zone comprising granitic mylonites. This paper reports on the geometry, kinematic indicators, and 40Ar/39 Ar biotite ages of the granitic mylonites, to constrain the structural characteristics, forming age, and tectonic attribute of the Erguna ductile shear zone. The zone strikes NE and records a top-to-the-NW sense of shear. A mylonitic foliation and stretching lineation are well developed in the mylonites, which are classified as S-L tectonites. Logarithmic flinn parameters(1.18–2.35) indicate elongate strain which approximates to plane strain. Kinematic vorticity numbers are 0.42–0.92 and 0.48–0.94, based on the polar Mohr diagram and the oblique foliation in quartz ribbons, respectively, suggesting that the ductile shear zone formed under general shear, or a combination of simple and pure shear. According to finite strain and kinematic vorticity analyses, the Erguna Fault is a lengthening-thinning ductile shear zone that formed by extension. The deformation behavior of minerals in the mylonites indicates that the fault was the site of three stages of deformation: an initial stage of middle- to deep-level, high-temperature shear, a post-stress recovery phase of high-temperature static recrystallization, and a final phase of low-temperature uplift and cooling. The 40Ar/39 Ar plateau ages of biotite from the granitic mylonites are 106.16 ± 0.79 and 111.55 ± 0.67 Ma, which constrain the timing of low-temperature uplift and cooling but are younger than the ages of metamorphic core complexes(MCCs) in the Transbaikalia-northeast Mongolia region. Using measured geological sections, microtectonics, estimates of finite strain and kinematic vorticity, and regional correlations and geochronology, we conclude that the Erguna Fault is an Early Cretaceous, NNE-trending, large-scale, sub-horizontal, and extensional ductile shear zone. | 14 | Tectonic Evolution and Key Geological Issues of the ProtoSouth China Sea显示文摘There are numerous controversies surrounding the tectonic properties and evolution of the Proto-South China Sea(PSCS).By combining data from previously published works with our geological and paleontological observations of the South China Sea(SCS),we propose that the PSCS should be analyzed within two separate contexts:its paleogeographic location and the history of its oceanic crust.With respect to its paleogeographic location,the tectonic properties of the PSCS vary widely from the Triassic to the mid-Late Cretaceous.In the Triassic,the Paleo-Tethys and the Paleo-Pacific Oceans were the major causes of tectonic changes in the SCS,while the PCSC may have been a remnant sea residing upon Tethys or Paleo-Pacific oceanic crust.In the Jurassic,the Meso-Tethys and the Paleo-Pacific oceans joined,creating a PSCS back-arc basin consisting of Meso-Tethys and/or Paleo-Pacific oceanic crust.From the Early Cretaceous to the midLate Cretaceous,the Paleo-Pacific Ocean was the main tectonic body affecting the SCS;the PSCS may have been a marginal sea or a back-arc basin with Paleo-Pacific oceanic crust.With respect to its oceanic crust,due to the subduction and retreat of the Paleo-Pacific plate in Southeast Asia at the end of the Late Cretaceous,the SCS probably produced new oceanic crust,which allowed the PSCS to formally emerge.At this time,the PSCS was most likely a combination of a new marginal sea and a remnant sea;its oceanic crust,which eventually subducted and became extinct,consisted of both new oceanic crust and remnant oceanic crust from the Paleo-Pacific Ocean.In the present day,the remnant PSCS oceanic crust is located in the southwestern Nansha Trough. | TIAN Zhiwen TANG Wu WANG Pujun ZHAO Zhigang SUN Xiaomeng TANG Huafeng | 2021 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,1: | 1 |
| 15 | Impact of Autumn SST in the Japan Sea on Winter Rainfall and Air Temperature in Northeast China显示文摘We studied the impact of sea surface temperature anomaly(SSTA) in the Japan Sea and the sea area east of Japan on the winter rainfall and air temperature in Northeast(NE) China using the singular value decomposition(SVD) and empirical orthogonal function(EOF). The monthly-mean rainfall data observed at 160 stations in China, monthly-mean sea surface temperature(SST) of the Hadley Center for Climate Prediction and Research and monthly-mean air temperature from the NCEP reanalysis during 1960–2011 were used. Correlation analysis indicates that the SSTAs in the Japan Sea in September may last for three or four months and are an important index for forecasting the winter rainfall and air temperature in NE China. Positive SSTAs in the central Japan Sea and in the sea area east of Tokyo correspond to positive rainfall anomaly and negative air temperature anomaly in NE China. With the rise of SST in the Japan Sea, a weak cyclone appears over the Japan Sea. The northeasterly wind transports water vapor from the Okhotsk to NE China, resulting in more rainfall and lower air temperature. Negative SSTA years are accompanied by warmer air temperature and less snow in NE China. | 18 | Highly Stretchable and Permeable Conductors Based on Shrinkable Electrospun Fiber Mats显示文摘Wearable on-skin electrodes or conductors should be vapor permeable,strain-insensitive,isotropically stretchable and stable under cyclic stretching.Various strategies have been proposed to prepare the required conductors up to now;however,it is a challenge to fabricate them with above properties in a simple manner.In this paper,a highly permeable and stretchable conductor based on electrospun fluorine rubber fiber mat is reported.The fibers are pre-stretched in electric field during electrospinning,and they shrink isotropically by~35-40%in area after being detached from the substrate.The obtained fiber mat conductor demonstrates high stretchability up to~170%,and the resistance changes only 0.8 under 60%strain,which is superior to many other strain-insensitive conductors.The conductor possesses high stability,no cracks or structure damage are observed after washing and cyclic stretching.Moreover,the conductor is vapor permeable with a water vapor transmission rate of~850 g m−2 day−1,which is comparable to the normal water evaporation in ambient conditions,indicating that it would not disturb the sweat evaporation when being used on skin.The conductor is successfully used as stretchable yarns and electromyography(EMG)electrodes,showing high reliability in E-textiles and on-skin applications. | Qingsong Li Chen Ding Wei Yuan Ruijie Xie Xiaomeng Zhou Yang Zhao Mei Yu Zijian Yang Jing Sun Qiong Tian Fei Han Hanfei Li Xinping Deng Guanglin Li Zhiyuan Liu | 2021 | Advanced Fiber Materials2021,3,5: | 1 |
| 19 | Brasenia-inspired hydrogel with sustained and sequential release of BMP and WNT activators for improved bone regeneration显示文摘Although bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) and WNT signaling play pivotal roles in bone development,homeostasis, and regeneration, the applications of proteins to stimulate corresponding signaling pathways showed limited outcomes in the repair and regeneration of bone defects that might be attributed to the reciprocal interventions of these pathways. In order to satisfy the combinational and sequential activation of BMP and WNT pathways, inspired by the heterogeneous hydrogel-liked structures of Brasenia, heterogeneous alginate/chitosan hydrogels were fabricated and spatially loaded with FK506 and BIO to achieve sustained and sequential release of the activators. Alkaline phosphatase staining, alizarin red staining and q RT-PCR results suggested that FK506 and BIO enhanced osteoblastic differentiation in vitro when used separately. Besides, by mixing and matching the activators and the hydrogel layers, a superior releasing mode that a combination of early FK506 release and following BIO release was identified via both in vitro and in vivo explorations for most efficient bone regeneration. | 20 | Predicting delay to treatment of urinary incontinence among urban community-dwelling women in China显示文摘Purpose:To determine the effect of socioeconomic factors and variables related to delay to treatment on Chinese women with urinary incontinence(UI).Methods:We conducted a cross-sectional survey involving 346 incontinent women living in three urban communities.We enrolled a representative subsample of 196 women who sought treatment for UI within the next six months in the study.Socioeconomic and clinical characteristic data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire and the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Urinary Incontinence Short Form.Results:Of the 196 women(age[mean and standard deviation]51.58±7.91 years),the delay ranged 1e15 years;64 women(32.7%)reported a>3-year delay.Age(odds ratio[OR]=1.98,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.31-3.00),lower UI severity(subjective)(OR=2.32,95%CI:1.38-3.87),and non-mixed UI(stress or urgency UI alone,OR?1.60,95%CI:1.11-2.32)were risk factors for longer delay.Conclusion:Women who were older,had lower subjective UI severity,and who reported only stress or urgency UI tended to delay treatment longer;such patients should be targeted for health education and intervention regarding UI in urban communities. | Chen Wu Tao Sun Xiaomeng Guan Kefang Wang | 2015 | International Journal of Nursing Sciences2015,2,1: | 0 |
