| 6 | Utilization threshold of surface water and groundwater based on the system optimization of crop planting structure显示文摘Based on the diversity of the agricultural system, this research calculates the planting structures of rice, maize and soybean considering the optimal economic-social-ecological aspects. Then, based on the uncertainty and randomness of the water resources system,the interval two-stage stochastic programming method,which introduces the uncertainty of the interval number, is used to calculate the groundwater exploitation and the use efficiency of surface water. The method considers the minimum cost of water as the objective of the uncertainty model for surface water and groundwater joint scheduling optimization for different planting structures. Finally, by calculating harmonious entropy, the optimal exploitation utilization interval of surface water and groundwater is determined for optimal cultivation in the Sanjiang Plain.The optimal matching of the planting structure under the economic system is suitable when the mining ratio of the surface is in 44.13%–45.45% and the exploitation utilization of groundwater is in 54.82%–66.86%, the optimal planting structure under the social system is suitable when surface water mining ratio is in 47.84%–48.04% and the groundwater exploitation threshold is in 67.07%–72.00%. | 17 | Exploring impact of street layout on urban flood risk of people and vehicles under extreme rainfall based on numerical experiments显示文摘Urban street layout is an important factor in the formation process, characteristics, and risk level of urban flooding;therefore, this study numerically investigates the impact of street layout on urban flood risk to people and vehicles. Four typical street-layout scenarios with areas of 3 km × 3 km are established based on a block-scale investigation. The layout types are regular grid,irregular grid, radial, and annular. Urban inundation models are then constructed for these typical street layouts based on the twodimensional(2D) hydrodynamic method. Two historic, extreme rainfall events, which occurred in Beijing on July 21, 2012 and in Zhengzhou on July 20, 2021, are used as rainstorm scenarios for urban inundation modelling. The flood risks to people and vehicles are then calculated. Results show that, for an extreme rainstorm on the block scale, the street layout impacts the spatial and temporal distributions of the inundation variables, which include the water depth, flow velocity, flood volume, and inundated area. Moreover, for the same extreme-rainfall scenario, the greatest differences in the total flood volume, maximum street-water depth, and maximum street-flow velocity caused by street-layout differences are 17.22%, 60.25%, and 61.50%, respectively.Among the four street layouts considered in this study, the annular street layout exhibits the lowest degrees of inundation and flood risk. For the same extreme-rainfall scenario, the proportions of high-risk road sections for adults and children in this layout are 58.89% and 62.28% smaller than those for the layout with the largest proportion of high-risk road sections, respectively;the proportions of high-risk road sections for the Honda Accord and Audi Q7 were 55.31% and 53.04% smaller, respectively. Methods:By taking beauvericin as the revulsant to the apoptosis of bile duct carcinoma cells, the influence of CCK and gastrin on the apoptosis of bile duct carcinoma cells was investigated by using the teehniques such as TUNEL fluorescent staining, stream mode cell detecting instrument and reverse bcl-2 oligonucleotide. Techifiques of immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization,flow cytometry(FCM),RT-PCR were used to study the roles of apoptosis-related genes bcl-2 and bax Results:After beauvericin 40 μM worked for 12 h, the survival rate of QBC939 bile duct carcinoma cells was decreased by 35%-40%.About 80% of the bile duct carcinoma cells showed various degrees of apoptosis.CCK and gastrin could upregulate the threshold value of the apoptosis of bile duct carcinoma cells, which could be inhibited by L60,L18 and reverse bcl-2 oligonucleotide. In terms of both transcription and translating levels,CCK and gastrin could obviously promote the genetic expression of bel-2,but had no influence on the genetic expression of bax. Addition of CCK-A receptor or CCK-B/gastr in receptor antagonist could remarkably inhibit the expression of bel-2 boosted by gastrin-17 and CCK-8S.
