| 1 | The Sequence of Magmatic-Tectonic Events and Orogenic Processes of the Yanshan Belt, North China显示文摘This paper emphasizes that the interactive constraints of geology and isotopic dating is the best approach to construct the geological event sequence, and has compiled 106 data of reasonable isotopic ages for the igneous rocks of the Yanshan belt. We propose a sequence of mgmatic-tectonic events in the Jurassic-Cretaceous Yanshan orogen of North China. Five orogenic episodes are divided, (1) pre-and initial orogenic episode (Early Jurassic); (2) early orogenic episode (Middle Jurassic); (3) peak orogenic episode (Late Jurassic); (4) late orogenic episode (early Early Cretaceous),and (5) post-orogenic episode. Each episode is a short cycle, all of the orogenic processes construct a longer cycle, and they, in general, followed a counter-clockwise (ccw) PTt path. | 9 | A comparative investigation into floatability of bastnaesite with three di/trialkyl phosphate surfactants显示文摘Flotation separation and recovery of rare earth minerals(REM) have returned to an important position due to the growing strategy demand for rare earth elements(REE).In this paper,a comparative investigation into the floatability of bastnaesite((Ce,La)FCO3) was conducted by using three di/trialkyl phosphate collectors,di(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate(DEHPA),dibutyl phosphate(DBP) and tributyl phosphate(TBP).The density functional theory(DFT) computation recommends that the chemical activity of the three phosphate collectors is in order of DEHPA≥ DBP >> TBP,and their hydrophobization assuggested by the IgP(oil-water partition coefficient) value is in the order of DEHPA> TBP> DBP.The micro-flotation indicates that the preferable pH values for flotation of bastnaesite with the three phosphate collectors are 7.0-8.0,and DEHPA achieves much higher flotation recovery of bastnaesite,followed by DBP,and then TBP,which coincides with their reactivity and hydrophobicity,the two prerequisites for froth flotation.The contact angle,zeta potential,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) deduce that DEHPA likely reacts with the Ce(Ⅲ)atoms of bastnaesite interface through its O atom(s) of the P(=O)-O-group to generate the Ce-O-P bonds,and its two 2-ethylhexyl groups orient outside for attaching bubbles,resulting in flotation enrichment of bastnaesite.Furthermore,this investigation offers a novel strategy for developing collectors in selective beneficiation of REM. | Hongli Fan Xianglin Yang Jing Qi Guangyi Liu Jingqin Qin | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,11: | 3 |

In this study, we established a town-level emissions inventory of gaseous pollutants and particulate matter(PM) from domestic biomass and coal burning, based on per household consumption in each town in rural region of Northeast China. The results revealed that biomass burning was the major domestic burning source over the region in 2016. Domestic biomass burning is the major contributor to PM and volatile organic compounds(VOCs) emissions, while coal burning is the major contributor to SO2 emissions. High emissions intensities were concentrated around the cities of Harbin, Suihua, Changchun, Qiqihar, and Chifeng, each with emissions intensity for PM2.5 and VOCs of more than 2000 Mg per 27 km × 27 km grid cell. Additionally, there are three burning peaks(6-7 am, 12 pm and 4-7 pm) during both the heating(from October to April) and non-heating seasons(from May to September), due to cooking and heating. The burning peaks in the non-heating season were more notable than those in the heating season.
