| 1 | Chinese expert consensus on conversion therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma(2021 edition)显示文摘Recent advances in systemic and locoregional treatments for patients with unresectable or advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)have resulted in improved response rates. This has provided an opportunity for selected patients with initially unresectable HCC to achieve adequate tumor downstaging to undergo surgical resection,a‘conversion therapy’strategy. However, conversion therapy is a new approach to the treatment of HCC and its practice and treatment protocols are still being developed.Review the evidence for conversion therapy in HCC and develop consensus statements to guide clinical practice.Evidence review:Many research centers in China have accumulated significant experience implementing HCC conversion therapy.Preliminary findings and data have shown that conversion therapy represents an important strategy to maximize the survival of selected patients with intermediate stage to advanced HCC;however, there are still many urgent clinical and scientific challenges for this therapeutic strategy and its related fields. In order to summarize and learn from past experience and review current challenges, the Chinese Expert Consensus on Conversion Therapy for Hepatocellular Carcinoma(2021 Edition)was developed based on a review of preliminary experience and clinical data from Chinese and non-Chinese studies in this field and combined with recommendations for clinical practice.Sixteen consensus statements on the implementation of conversion therapy for HCC were developed. The statements generated in this review are based on a review of clinical evidence and real clinical experience and will help guide future progress in conversion therapy for patients with HCC. | Hui-Chuan Sun Jian Zhou Zheng Wang Xiufeng Liu Qing Xie Weidong Jia Ming Zhao Xinyu Bi Gong Li Xueli Bai Yuan Ji Li Xu Xiao-Dong Zhu Dousheng Bai Yajin Chen Yongjun Chen Chaoliu Dai Rongping Guo Wenzhi Guo Chunyi Hao Tao Huang Zhiyong Huang Deyu Li Gang Li Tao Li Xiangcheng Li Guangming Li Xiao Liang Jingfeng Liu Fubao Liu Shichun Lu Zheng Lu Weifu Lv Yilei Mao Guoliang Shao Yinghong Shi Tianqiang Song Guang Tan Yunqiang Tang Kaishan Tao Chidan Wan Guangyi Wang Lu Wang Shunxiang Wang Tianfu Wen Baocai Xing Bangde Xiang Sheng Yan Dinghua Yang Guowen Yin Tao Yin Zhenyu Yin Zhengping Yu Bixiang Zhang Jialin Zhang Shuijun Zhang Ti Zhang Yamin Zhang Yubao Zhang Aibin Zhang Haitao Zhao Ledu Zhou Wu Zhang Zhenyu Zhu Shukui Qin Feng Shen Xiujun Cai Gaojun Teng Jianqiang Cai Minshan Chen Qiang Li Lianxin Liu Weilin Wang Tingbo Liang Jiahong Dong Xiaoping Chen Xuehao Wang Shusen Zheng Jia Fan 无 | 2022 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2022,11,2: | 4 |
| 2 | The role of earthquake-induced landslides in erosion and weathering from active mountain ranges:Progress and perspectives显示文摘Earthquakes play a fundamental role in the evolution of Earth’s topography through co-seismic uplift and subsidence,as well as erosion through widespread landslides induced by ground motion.Earthquake-induced landslides can result in exceptional increases in the transfer of mass from landscapes, supplying sediment to rivers where impacts can last for decades or longer.Landslides can also erode vegetation and soils,in addition to exposing freshly ground rock mass, which can both result in regionally significant carbon transfers.Recent work has sought to quantify the fluxes, rates, and temporal patterns of the impacts on earth surface processes generated by these tectonic events. In this review,we focus on the impacts of earthquake-induced landslides on erosion and sediment flux, river water chemistry, and carbon export through the lens of the well-studied 2008 Wenchuan earthquake. We then discuss these themes in the context of works from the 1999 Taiwan Chi-Chi earthquake,2015 Nepalese Gorkha earthquake, and New Zealand historical earthquakes, altogether highlighting an important role of earthquake-induced landslides in erosion and weathering along tectonically active mountain ranges. We suggest that more monitoring, geochemical tracing,paleo-records,and/or modelling studies are needed to compare the processes and fluxes of catchment erosion and weathering before and after earthquake events, which will help to deepen our understanding not only of the impacts of earthquake-induced landslides on earth surface processes, but also the linkage among high magnitude events, continental erosion and weathering, and the long-term global carbon cycle. | Zhangdong JIN Robert G.HILTON AJoshua WEST Gen K.LI Fei ZHANG Jin WANG Gaojun LI Xuanmei FAN Meng-Long HSIEH | 2021 | Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,12: | 2 |

| 8 | Study on Coconut Shell Activated Carbon Temperature Swing Adsorption of Benzene and Formaldehyde显示文摘Adsorption can be used to recover effectively the volatile organic gases(VOCs)in the exhaust gas from factories through using an appropriate adsorption bed.Due to form a physical or chemical bond, adsorption occurs between the porous solid medium and the liquid or gas multi component fluid mixture. The regeneration capa-city of the adsorbent is as important as the adsorption capacity and it determines the economics of the adsorption system. The regeneration of adsorbent can be realized through changing the pressure or temperature of the system. Here, activated carbon samples from coconut shell were prepared and characterized.Benzene or formal-dehyde in the mixed air was used as the adsorption object, and the adsorption experiment was carried out in a U-shaped bed.Discussed how adsorption was affected by activated carbon type, adsorbate and temperature. The results show that oxidation modifed activated carbon can increase the adsorption effect of form aldehyde, but will reduce the ad sorption effect of benzene, because their ad sorption mechanism is different. At 30℃,the saturated adsorption apacity of AC-0 for benzene is 437.0 mg/g.and that of AC-1 for formaldehyde is 670.5 mg/g.In the experimental range,it is found that the adsorption capacity increases with the decrease of temperature, and their changes are very consistent with the ftted ExpDecay1 function. | Zhiguang Yang Gaojun Yan Xueping Liu Zhengyuan Feng Xinfeng Zhu Yanli Mao Songtao Chen Zhisheng Yu Ruimei Fan Linlin Shan | 2022 | Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,12: | 0 |
