| 2 | Dynamic Modeling and Experiment of a New Type of Parallel Servo Press Considering Gravity Counterbalance显示文摘The large capacity servo press is traditionally realized by means of redundant actuation,however there exist the over-constraint problem and interference among actuators,which increases the control difficulty and the product cost.A new type of press mechanism with parallel topology is presented to develop the mechanical servo press with high stamping capacity.The dynamic model considering gravity counterbalance is proposed based on the virtual work principle,and then the effect of counterbalance cylinder on the dynamic performance of the servo press is studied.It is found that the motor torque required to operate the press is a lot less than the others when the ratio of the counterbalance force to the gravity of ram is in the vicinity of 1.0.The stamping force of the real press prototype can reach up to 25 MN on the position of 13 mm away from the bottom dead center.The typical deep-drawing process with 1200 mm stroke at 8 strokes per minute is proposed by means of five order polynomial.On this process condition,the driving torques are calculated based on the above dynamic model and the torque measuring test is also carried out on the prototype.It is shown that the curve trend of calculation torque is consistent to the measured result and that the average error is less than 15%.The parallel mechanism is introduced into the development of large capacity servo press to avoid the over-constraint and interference of traditional redundant actuation,and its dynamic characteristics with gravity counterbalance are presented. | HE Jun GAO Feng BAI Yongjun WU Shengfu | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2013,26,6: | 4 |
| 3 | Selection of water source for water transfer based on algal growth potential to prevent algal blooms显示文摘Water transfer is becoming a popular method for solving the problems of water quality deterioration and water level drawdown in lakes. However, the principle of choosing water sources for water transfer projects has mainly been based on the effects on water quality, which neglects the influence in the variation of phytoplankton community and the risk of algal blooms. In this study, algal growth potential(AGP) test was applied to predict changes in the phytoplankton community caused by water transfer projects. The feasibility of proposed water transfer sources(Baqing River and Jinsha River) was assessed through the changes in both water quality and phytoplankton community in Chenghai Lake, Southwest China. The results showed that the concentration of total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP) in Chenghai Lake could be decreased to 0.52 mg/L and 0.02 mg/L respectively with the simulated water transfer source of Jinsha River. The algal cell density could be reduced by 60%, and the phytoplankton community would become relatively stable with the Jinsha River water transfer project, and the dominant species of Anabaena cylindrica evolved into Anabaenopsis arnoldii due to the species competition. However, the risk of algal blooms would be increased after the Baqing River water transfer project even with the improved water quality. Algae gained faster proliferation with the same dominant species in water transfer source. | 4 | Ordered arrays of semi-crown ligands on an Au(111) electrode surface: in situ STM study显示文摘In situ scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and cyclic voltammetry were employed to investigate the adsorption structures of three semi-crown ligands on an Au(111) surface under the potential control. It is found that all the molecules formed ordered arrays in 0.1 mol/L HClO4 solution, although their geometric structures are complex and asymmetric. The driving force was supposed to come from the balance between intermolecular and molecule-substrate interactions. High resolution STM images revealed internal molecular structures, orientations and packing arrangements in the ordered adlayers. | 5 | Effects of grain boundary diffusion of PrCu alloy on microstructure and coercivity of hot deformed(Nd,Ce)-Fe-B magnets显示文摘The technology of using high abundance rare earth element Ce in permanent magnets has attracted many concerns.In this work,the magnetic properties and microstructures of hot deformed(Nd_(1-x)Ce_(x))_(13.8)Fe_(76.1)Co_(4)Ga_(0.5)B_(5.6) magnets and a selective magnet treated with PrCu grain boundary diffusion process(GBDP) were investigated systematically.It is found that Ce is beneficial to improving the plastic deformation ability of NdFeB magnets.The strongest c-axis orientation is achieved in the HD magnets with Ce concentration of x=0.3,resulting in good comprehensive magnetic properties of B_(r)=13.00 kGs,H_(cj)=10.12 kOe,(BH)_(max)=38.42 MGOe.Based on that,the GBDP was implemented on the magnets with the best orientation using Pr_(68)Cu_(32) ribbons and the magnetic properties of B_(r)=12.87 kGs,H_(cj)=15.65 kOe,(BH)_(max)=37.48 MGOe were obtained.The results of composition distribution and Curie temperature test of the GBDPed magnets illustrate that Pr diffuses into the(Nd,Ce)_(2)(Fe,Co)_(14)B grains to substitute Ce,which not only improves the Curie temperature of the grains,but also enhances the magnetic performance of the magnets.Through GBDP,the thermal stability of magnets has also been improved. | Haijun Peng Dunbo Yu Xinyuan Bai Xiao Lin Yongjun Mao Zilong Wang Yang Luo | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,8: | 1 |

| 9 | Nucleolus localization of SpyCas9 affects its stability and interferes with host protein translation in mammalian cells显示文摘The CRISPR/Cas9 system,originally derived from the prokaryotic adaptive immune system,has been developed as efficient genome editing tools.It enables precise gene manipulation on chromosomal DNA through the specific binding of programmable sgRNA to target DNA,and the Cas9 protein,which has endonuclease activity,will cut a double strand break at specific locus.However,Cas9 is a foreign protein in mammalian cells,and the potential risks associated with its introduction into mammalian cells are not fully understood.In this study,we performed pull-down and mass spectrometry(MS)analysis of Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9(SpyCas9)interacting proteins in HEK293T cells and showed that the majority of Cas9-associated proteins identified by MS were localized in the nucleolus.Interestingly,we further discovered that the Cas9 protein contains a sequence encoding a nucleolus detention signal(NoDS).Compared with wild-type(WT)Cas9,NoDS-mutated variants of Cas9(mCas9)are less stable,although their gene editing activity is minimally affected.Overexpression of WT Cas9,but not mCas9,causes general effects on transcription and protein translation in the host cell.Overall,identification of NoDS in Cas9 will improve the understanding of Cas9's biological function in vivo,and the removal of NoDS in Cas9 may enhance its safety for future clinical use. | Renke Tan Wenhao Du Yiyang Liu Xiaoji Cong Meirong Bai Chenxiao Jiang Zengxia Li Minjia Tan Dengke K.Ma Qiang Huang Wei Jiang Yongjun Dang | 2022 | Genes & Diseases2022,9,3: | 0 |

| 11 | Pyrolysis of Rice Husk in a Fluidized Bed Reactor:Evaluate the Characteristics of Fractional Bio-Oil and Particulate Emission of Carbonaceous Aerosol(CA)显示文摘Bio-oil production via pyrolysis is one of promising technologies for renewable energy production from bio-wastes.However,the complicated biooil is still a challenge for high-valued application and during biomass pyrolysis,the emission of non-cleaned aerosol,the potential emission,namely carbonaceous aerosol(CA)increased the difficulty of the commercial promotion.In this study,Rice husk pyrolysis was performed in a semi-continuous fluidized bed reactor coupled with fractional condensers.The effects of pyrolysis and condensation temperature on the properties of bio-oil and emission of CAwere investigated systemically.Results indicated that the in-situ separation of vapors was accomplished via condensers of different temperatures(85℃and−10℃).The bio-oil with different physiochemical properties were obtained in the high content of phenols and lower acids of BO1 and high content of acids and better liquidity.The size distribution of CA was found primarily classified as sub-micrometer grade particles,which have a diameter of less than 1.1μm.In particular,CA existed in three representative forms:bead,granular aggregate,and liquidoid.The results of light absorption of total organic carbon(TOC)and non-volatile organic carbon(NVOC)indicated that the absorption per mass increased in the single temperature with the decrement of wavelength and it improved as the pyrolysis temperature increased at the specified wavelength.The absorption per mass was to maximum value(3.7 m^(2)/g)at 360 nm wavelength and 600℃.TOC demonstrated a strong light absorption and a wide spectral range dependence(AAE:5.08-10.05)which enhanced the light absorption in the ultra-violet and low-visible regions. | Ning Li Weiming Yi Zhihe Li Lihong Wang Yongjun Li Xueyuan Bai Mei Jiang | 2020 | Journal of Renewable Materials2020,8,3: | 0 |
| 12 | Attenuation of Chlorinated Contamination in Three Different Depths of Aquifers at Remediation Site显示文摘The cleanup of carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)in groundwater is challenging due to its high volatility and tendency to form a dense nonaqueous liquid phase.From the engineering applications perspective,the pump-and-treat(PAT)technology has substantial advantages owing to its large-scale implementation ability to solve groundwater contamination.However,few studies focused on the variation in chloride contaminants in remediation sites after the contaminated groundwater was pumped and treated.Herein,we monitored the changes in chlorinated contamination in groundwater from 12 aquifers at the field level for 6 months.Considering that the natural attenuation of chlorinated contamination is inseparable from the action of microorganisms,the major environmental factors influencing biodegradation were also evaluated.A redundancy analysis(RDA)showed that inorganic salts(DS,DN,and DF)were the most important factor(>60%)affecting the concentration of chloride contaminants,including the negative correlation between DN and the degradation of contaminants in shallow aquifers.In deep aquifers,DS,DF,and pH explained most of the degradation of chloride contaminants.For bedrock layers,DCl was positively relevant to the chloride contaminants in wells PTJ2 and PTJ10.In addition,EC and DS accounted for 73.2%and 92.4%of the contaminant’s variance in wells PTJ4 and PTJ8,respectively.Moreover,the concentrations of the corresponding contaminations and physicochemical variation in three different depths of aquifers were compared;the shallower aquifers showed a higher biodegradation.The in situ monitoring and analysis of contaminated groundwater in remediation sites under PAT will promote practical wastewater treatment technologies in engineering applications. | Sun Shaodong Li Weisi Huang Yongjun Jiang Qing Bai Yu Wang Kunhua Xue Jianliang Wang Bo Yan Dongdong Xu Conghai | 2023 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2023,25,1: | 0 |
