| 2 | Effect of Multiple Forging on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Powder Metallurgy FGH4096 Superalloy显示文摘FGH4096 is an important damage-tolerance-type powder metallurgy (PM) superalloy, which is also the optimized turbine material for high performance aero-engine. To turbine disc, bore and rim are used in high temperature-low stress condition and low temperature-high stress condition, and dual-microstructure is introduced. Coarse-grained microstructure is suit for rim region and fine-grained is no doubt most suitable for bore region. But fine-grained ingot can not make by PM technique, so that gradient heat treatment can not be developed to coarsen the grain of rim region. Under the confine of PM technique, several treatment processing should be taken place to refine the coarse grains of PM alloy. Multiple forging with large accumulate deformation was carried out on PM FGH4096 superalloy, and fine grains of 3.5 μm were obtained by this treatment processing. Mechanical properties testing were take carried out on both fine-grained and other statuses alloys. Microstructure evolution was observed by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. As a result of repeated dynamic recrystallization, coarse grains could be completely refined into fine grains. And the increase of strength was mainly attributed to refinement effect and improvement of defects such as previous particle boundaries. | 5 | Principal Face-based Recognition Approach for Machining Features of Aircraft Integral Panels显示文摘Feature recognition aims at extracting manufacturing features with geometrical information from solid model and is considered to be an efficient way of changing the interactive NC machining programming mode.Existing recognition methods have some disadvantages in practical applications.They can essentially handle prismatic components with regular shapes and are difficult to recognize the intersecting features and curved surfaces.Besides,the robustness of them is not strong enough.A new feature recognition approach is proposed based on the analysis of aircraft integral panels' geometry and machining characteristics.In this approach,the aircraft integral panel is divided into a number of local machining domains.The machining domains are extracted and recognized first by finding the principal face of machining domain and extracting the sides around the principal face.Then the machining domains are divided into various features in terms of the face type.The main sections of the proposed method are presented including the definition,classification and structure of machining domain,the relationship between machining domain and principal face loop,the rules of machining domains recognition,and the algorithm of machining feature recognition.In addition,a robotic feature recognition module is developed for aircraft integral panels and tested with several panels.Test results show that the strategy presented is robust and valid.Features extracted can be post processed and linked to various downstream applications.The approach is able to solve the difficulties in recognizing the aircraft integral panel's features and automatic obtaining the machining zone in NC programming,and can be used to further develop the automatic programming of NC machining. | YU Fangfang ZHENG Guolei RAO Youfu DU Baorui CHU Hongzhen | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,6: | 1 |

| 8 | Fast Zn^(2+)mobility enabled by sucrose modified Zn^(2+)solvation structure for dendrite-free aqueous zinc battery显示文摘Aqueous zinc battery has been regarded as one of the most promising energy storage systems due to its low cost and environmental benignity.However,the safety concern on Zn anodes caused by uncontrolled Zn dendrite growth in aqueous electrolyte hinders their application.Herein,sucrose with multi-hydroxyl groups has been introduced into aqueous electrolyte to modify Zn^(2+)solvation environment and create a protection layer on Zn anode,thus effectively retarding the growth of zinc dendrites.Atomistic simulations and experiments confirm that sucrose molecules can enter into the solvation sheath of Zn^(2+),and the as-formed unique solvation structure enhances the mobility of Zn^(2+).Such fast Zn^(2+)kinetics in sucrose-modified electrolyte can successfully suppress the dendrite growth.With this sucrose-modified aqueous electrolyte,Zn/Zn symmetric cells present more stable cycle performance than those using pure aqueous electrolyte;Zn/C cells also deliver an impressive higher energy density of 129.7 Wh·kg^(−1)and improved stability,suggesting a great potential application of sucrose-modified electrolytes for future Zn batteries. | Yufang Cao Xiaohui Tang Linge Li Haifeng Tu Yuzhen Hu Yingying Yu Shuang Cheng Hongzhen Lin Liwen Zhang Jiangtao Di Yongyi Zhang Meinan Liu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,3: | 0 |

The product was purified to an estimated homogeneity of greater than 95% according to SDS-PAGE, by a Ni-NTA metal affinity followed by a Mono Q anion exchange column chromatography. The successful substitution of Se-Met for methionine (Met) was confirmed by MALDI-TOF and ESI-Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry analysis. | 11 | Metabolomics investigation on antiobesity effects of Corydalis bungeana on high-fat high-sugar diet-induced obese rats显示文摘Objective:Corydalis bungeana(CB)is a well-used medicinal herb in Mongolian folk medicine and has been traditionally applied as an antiobesity agent.However,the evidence-based pharmacological effects of CB and its specific metabolic alterations in the obese model are not entirely understood.This study aimed to utilize untargeted metabolomic techniques to identify biomarkers and gain mechanistic insight into the serum metabolite alterations associated with weight loss and lipid metabolism in obese rats.Methods:A high-fat high-sugar(HFHS)diet was used to induce obese models in rats.CB extract was orally gavaged at 0.18,0.9 and 1.8 g/kg doses for six weeks,and feed intake,body weight,fat pad weight,and blood indexes were measured.Blood serum metabolites were evaluated by gas chromatography/quadrupole time-of-fight tandem mass spectrometry(GC-TOF/MS).Results:The results showed that compared with the obese group,the administration of CB extract caused significant decreases in body weight(P<0.05),feed intake,Lee’s index,and perirenal,mesenteric,epididymal fat weight.CB extract also reduced blood triglyceride and total cholesterol levels(P<0.05)of obese rats.Metabolomic findings showed that nine differential metabolites,including pyruvic acid,D-glucuronic acid,malic acid,dimethylglycine,oxoglutaric acid,pantothenic acid,sorbitol acid,fumaric acid and glucose 6-phosphate were identified under CB treatment and altered metabolic pathways such as TCA cycle,pantothenate and CoA biosynthesis,and glycolysis/gluconeogenesis.Conclusion:This study demonstrated weight loss and lipid lowering effects of CB on HFHS diet-induced obese rats and identified nine metabolites as potential biomarkers for evaluating the favorable therapeutic mechanism of CB via regulation of lipid and glucose metabolism. | Minghai Fu Terigele Bao Hongzhen Yu LiSha A. By combining free space and modified waveguide propagation models, we propose a new hybrid propagation model based on ray tracing. Simulation results have shown the effectiveness of establishing a wireless Local Area Network (LAN) in this coal-mine environment. | 13 | Rare bilateral C3 cervical spondylolysis: Report of four cases and a literature review显示文摘Objective: To review and discuss the etiology, diagnosis and treatment C3 of bilateral cervical spondylolysis. Methods: This was a retrospective review of the clinical features, imaginge findings,and treatment of 4 cases of bilateral C3 cervical spondylolysis, with a review of the literature. Results: A 21‐year‐old woman, a 26‐year‐old man, a 14‐year‐old boy, and a 46‐year‐old man were diagnosed with bilateral C3 cervical spondylolysis. The patients had characteristic bilateral clefts between the articular pillar and the facets of C3, as well as spina bifida on CT. Although spondylolisthesis was not observed, spinal cord compression was definitive. All patients underwent posterior decompression with satisfactory results. Conclusions: C3 cervical spondylolysis is rare condition. The cause is most likely congenital. Diagnosis is dependent on characteristic radiological features.
