| 1 | Effect of SF6 on Ozone Generation Using Dielectric Barrier Discharge显示文摘The influence mechanism of a small amount of SF6 on ozone generation in oxygen or air discharge is investigated.Some results are obtained by probing into the number of the high-energy electrons,which have the sufficiency energy for generating ozone.Introducing a small amount of SF6 into oxygen sharply decreases the number of high-energy electrons,because the electron density decreases sharply while the mean electron energy remains constant due to higher breakdown voltage and lower discharge power,and some high-energy electrons are consumed by the excitation and attachment of SF6.In contrast,when a small amount of SF6 is added into dry air discharge,despite the consumption of the excitation and attachment of SF6,the number of high energy electrons increases sharply,which is attributed to the higher mean electron energy and electron density resulted from higher breakdown voltage and discharge power.When the volume fraction of SF6 increases from 0 to 2.22%,the ozone mass concentration and the ozone yield increase by 45.7% and 29.7%,respectively.Therefore,though the oxygen source should avoid the presence of SF6,adding a small amount of SF6 can improve the ozone mass concentration and the efficiency of ozone generation. | WEI Linsheng DONG Guopan ZHANG Yafang YUAN Dingkun HU Zhaoji FU Chunyi | 2013 | 高电压技术2013,39,10: | 2 |

| 3 | Relation between Cardiac Injury and Elevated Levels of Inflammatory Biomarkers in Patients with Severe COVID-19显示文摘Background:Since early December 2019,coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has emerged as a global pandemic and public health crisis.This study aims to explore the relationship between cardiac injury and infl ammatory biomarkers in patients with severe COVID-19.Methods:We collected data on 91 patients with a confi rmed diagnosis of severe COVID-19 from February 8 to March 31,2020.Demographic characteristics,clinical data,and in-hospital outcomes were compared.The relationship between cardiac injury and infl ammatory biomarkers was analyzed.Logistic regression was used to explore the independent risk factors for cardiac injury.Results:The mean age of all patients was 61 years±14 years.About half of the patients were male.Hypertension and coronary heart disease were more common in the cardiac injury group.The levels of infl ammatory biomarkers in patients who experienced cardiac injury were generally higher than the levels of those without cardiac injury,including interleukin-6,interleukin-2 receptor(IL-2R),procalcitonin,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein.There were positive correlations between the levels of high-sensitivity troponin I and N-terminal prohormone of brain natriuretic peptide and the levels of infl ammatory biomarkers.Logistic regression shows that IL-2R(odds ratio 1.001,95%confi dence interval 1.000–1.002,P=0.045)and comorbidities(odds ratio 4.909,95%confi dence interval 1.231–19.579,P=0.024)are independent risk factors for cardiac injury in patients with severe COVID-19.Conclusion:High levels of infl ammatory biomarkers are associated with higher risk of cardiac injury in patients with severe COVID-19.IL-2R and comorbidities are predictors of cardiac injury. | Jing Li Lijie Sun Fang Wang Bing Liu Hui Li Guodong Tang Zhigang Chang Aihua Liu Chunyi Fu You Lv Jing Gao Jing Li | 2021 | Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2021,,1: | 0 |

| 6 | Survivin在结肠癌中的表达、定位及多种功能(英文)显示文摘Objective:Survivin has attracted abundant interest in tumor research since it was discovered in 1997.But several studies indicated that the relationship between survivin expression and tumor behavior is still not fully understood.So our main aim was to observe the localization of survivin in colon cancer and its influence on the colon cancer biocharacteristics.Methods:We screened the expression and localization of survivin in SW480 by immunofluorescence and immunocytochem-istry.Then, we constructed the recombinant adenovirus (Ad-survivin/shRNA), which contained the short hairpin RNA (shRNA) of survivin and transfected it into SW480 cells.We detected survivin gene expression after shRNA interference by RT-PCR and Western blot, and its influence on the proliferation, apoptosis and cell cycle was analyzed by MTT, colony-formation, and flow cytometry.Results:Survivin was expressed at a high level in SW480 cells and the sub-cellular localization was in the cytoplasm.Recombinant adenovirus could suppress survivin expression efficiency and inhibit proliferation, induce apoptosis, and affected the mitosis in vitro.Conclusion:Survivin plays an important role in controlling tumor growth by a variety of molecular regulatory mechanisms.Cytoplasmic survivin silence could induce apoptosis, effect the mitotic cycle and inhibit cell proliferation. | Xuehu Wang Zhongxue Fu Yu Zhao Wei Shen Xingye Wu Chunyi Wang | 2010 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,9: | 0 |

Methods: We transfected Ad-delE1b55KD-shRNA / Survivin-EGFP to HT-29 (control was replication defective adenovirus and liposome vector which was contained the same shRNA as Ad-delE1b55KD-shRNA / Survivin-EGFP). The expressions of EGFP, Survivin mRNA and Survivin protein in HT- 29 were detected at the 1st, 7th, 14th and 28th days after transfection. Results: The expression of EGFP, the inhibition of Survivin mRNA and Survivin protein in HT-29 were high in each group at the 7th day after transfection, among the total, the effect of Ad-delE1b55KD-shRNA / Survivin-EGFP group was the highest; at the 14th day, the effects of replication defective adenovirus group and liposome vector group were decreased obviously, and it was still high in Ad-delE1b55KD-shRNA / Survivin-EGFP group; at the 28th day, the effects of control groups were disappeared, and it was still high in Ad-delE1b55KD- shRNA / Survivin-EGFP group like before (P < 0.05). | 9 | Strengthening absorption ability of Co-N-C as efficient bifunctional oxygen catalyst by modulating the d band center using MoC显示文摘Co-N-C is a promising oxygen electrochemical catalyst due to its high stability and good durability.However,due to the limited adsorption ability improvement for oxygen-containing intermediates,it usually exhibits inadequate catalytic activity with 2-electron pathway and high selectivity of hydrogen peroxide.Herein,the adsorption of Co-N-C to these intermediates is modulated by constructing heterostructures using transition metals and their derivatives based on d-band theory.The heterostructured nanobelts with MoC core and pomegranate-like carbon shell consisting of Co nanoparticles and N dopant(MoC/Co-N-C)are engineered to successfully modulate the d band center of active Co-N-C sites,resulting in a remarkably enhanced electrocatalysis performance.The optimally performing MoC/Co-N-C exhibits outstanding bi-catalytic activity and stability for the oxygen electrochemistry,featuring a high wave-half potential of 0.865 V for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and low overpotential of 370 mV for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)at 10 mA cm^(-2).The zinc air batteries with the MoC/Co-N-C catalyst demonstrate a large power density of 180 mW cm^(-2)and a long cycling lifespan(2000 cycles).The density functional theory calculations with Hubbard correction(DFT+U)reveal the electron transferring from Co to Mo atoms that effectively modulate the d band center of the active Co sites and achieve optimum adsorption ability with'single site double adsorption'mode. | Jianwen Liu Ying Guo Xian-Zhu Fu Jing-Li Luo Chunyi Zhi | 2023 | Green Energy & Environment2023,8,2: | 0 |
