2Influence of Low Load Truncation Level on Crack Growth for Al 2324-T39 and Al 7050-T7451显示文摘Tests with middle-crack tension(M(T)) specimens made of Al 2324-T39 and Al 7050-T7451 are conducted to investigate the influence of low load truncation level on fatigue crack growth.The six different truncated spectra are obtained by removing the small cycles of which amplitudes are less than the specified percentages of the maximum amplitude in the basic flight-by-flight loading spectrum and the remainder of the spectrum is untouched.The tests indicate that the mean level of fatigue crack growth life(FCGL) increases as the load truncation level is enhanced.Considering both the time saving and the influence on FCGL,there is an applicable choice(i.e.spectrum S2 or spectrum S3 in this investigation) for full scale fatigue test.The scatter of FCGL becomes much larger than that under the basic spectrum when the load truncation level is increased to a specified high level,mainly due to the occurrence of crack slanting and branching under the high level truncated loading spectra.Tian Hailing Bao Rui Zhang Jianyu Zheng Xiaoling Fei Binjun 2009Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,4:8
3Nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube encapsulating cobalt nanoparticles towards efficient oxygen reduction for zinc–air battery显示文摘Nitrogen-doped carbon materials encapsulating 3 d transition metals are promising alternatives to replace noble metal Pt catalysts for efficiently catalyzing the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR). Herein, we use cobalt substituted perfluorosulfonic acid/polytetrafluoroethylene copolymer and dicyandiamide as the pyrolysis precursor to synthesize nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube(N–CNT) encapsulating cobalt nanoparticles hybrid material. The carbon layers and specific surface area of N–CNT have a critical role to the ORR performance due to the exposed active sites, determined by the mass ratio of the two precursors. 4Study of methods for evaluating the probability of multiple site damage occurrences显示文摘Two methods currently available for evaluating the probability of Multiple Site Damage(MSD)occurrence were studied in this paper.One of the methods is a probabilistic analysis approach based on the statistical theory and fatigue characteristics of each structural detail,and the other is an approach which defines the initial damage scenario by means of Monte-Carlo simulation,and multiple initial crack scenarios are randomly generated.A modified method based on the Monte-Carlo simulation was proposed in this paper,in which the random fluctuation of the stress was considered to give more accurate evaluation results.In the presented method,the probability of MSD occurrence in a structural element containing multiple details was calculated based on the Monte-Carlo simulation and the p-S-N curve of a single structural detail.Fatigue tests were accomplished using specimens containing 21-similar-details to obtain the fatigue life corresponding to MSD occurrence.Tests on single-detail specimens and static calibration tests were also conducted to get the basic fatigue properties of the material and the degree of stress fluctuation.The aforementioned three methods were compared and validated via the test results.The influence of the stress random fluctuation degree on the probability of MSD occurrence and influence of the distribution types on evaluating the MSD occurrence probability were discussed.ZHANG JianPing ZHANG JianYu BAO Rui ZHENG XiaoLing 2014Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,1:2

6Anti-proliferative effect of the extract of Guangzao (Fructus Choerospondiatis) on cultured rat cardiac fibroblasts显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To ascertain if total flavonoids of Guangzao(Fructus Choerospondiatis)(TFFC) extracted from Guangzao(Fructus Choerospondiatis) can inhibit angiotensin Ⅱ-induced proliferation of cardiac fibroblasts(CFs).METHODS: CFs were cultured by the differential attachment method. A model of cell proliferation was established by stimulation with Ang Ⅱ. Cardiac fibroblasts growth was determined using a hemocytometer. Cell proliferation was detected by methyl thiazole tetrazolium. Lactate dehydrogenase activitywas measured by chemical colorimetric method.RESULTS: Proliferation of TFFC-treated(25, 50,100 mg/L) fibroblasts was significantly less than that of cells in the angiotensin Ⅱ group(P < 0.01),and TFFC inhibited proliferation in a dose-dependent manner. 9Changes and Clinical Value of Serum Cortisol Levels in Patients with Hypertensive Disorder in Pregnancy显示文摘Objective:To investigate the changes and the corresponding clinical value of serum cortisol levels in patients with hypertensive disorders during pregnancy.Methods:In this study,90 patients with different degrees of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy who were admitted from August 2018 to August 2019 in our hospital were set as the research objects.90 cases were grouped according to the diagnostic criteria in Obstetrics and Gynecology,including 30 cases in each of the hypertension group,the preeclampsia group,and the eclampsia group.Another 30 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.The serum cortisol levels of pregnant women in the above four groups were measured.Results:Compared with the control group,the serum cortisol levels in the other three groups were significantly increased.In perinatal outcome,compared with the control group,the three groups of patients had an increase in Apgar score,preterm birth,stillbirth rate,growth restriction rate and neonatal asphyxia rate.There were significant differences between groups(P<0.05),and showed as gestational hypertensionGaoxiang Huo Yeqiang Qin Xiucui Bao Xiaoling Yao Zhangwei Pu Jia Sun 2020Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,3:1
10Effects of Serum Cortisol Levels on Perinatal Prognosis in Patients with Hypertensive Disorder显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of serum cortisol level on perinatal prognosis in patients with hypertensive disorder during pregnancy.Methods:In this study,different degrees of patients with hypertensive disorder during pregnancy who were admitted from August 2018 to August 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and divided into groups according to the severity of the patients’conditions.The 120 patients were divided into gestational hypertension group,preeclampsia group and eclampsia group,with 40 cases each,and another 40 healthy pregnant women were selected.The detection of serum cortisol levels was carried out for the above 4 groups of pregnant women.Results:The serum cortisol level in the control group was(260.35±10.96)nmol/L.The case number of neonatal asphyxia was 1(2.50%),the case number of premature births was 1(2.50%),the number of fetal growth restriction was 1(2.50%),the number of deaths was 0,and the other three groups were higher than this.It showed as gestational hypertensionpreeclampsia>eclampsia.There were significant differences between groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Early detection of serum cortisol levels in pregnant women is beneficial to timely improve the symptoms of gestational hypertension,thereby suppressing the effects of serum cortisol on perinatal infants and improving the prognosis of newborns.Gaoxiang Huo Yeqiang Qin Xiucui Bao Xiaoling Yao Zhangwei Pu Jia Sun 2020Proceedings of Anticancer Research2020,4,2:0
11The double mutations of acvr2aa and acvr2ba leads to muscle hypertrophy in zebrafish显示文摘Activin A receptor,type II(Acvr2)is a member of the transforming growth factor beta receptor family and can function as a negative regulator of skeletal muscle mass.Acvr2 plays an important role in regulating muscle development that can inhibit skeletal muscle growth in mice.However,there is very little research reported on the function of acvr2 in muscle development of teleost.In this study,we analyzed the effect of acvr2aa and acvr2ba on muscle development in zebrafish.Growth rates of WT and acvr2a^(-/-b-/-)��were measured from juvenile stage to adult stage.In addition,effects of acvr2 on skeletal muscle were tested in histological,protein and molecular levels.As a result,acvr2a^(-/-b-/-)��exhibited a wider body trunk than WT and showed a significant increase in body weight and width from two months old.Histological analysis of skeletal muscle indicated that the size of muscle fiber in acvr2a^(-/-b-/-)��(female:1809±123μm^(2);male:2261±130μm^(2))was larger than that in WT(709.8±49μm^(2);815±53μm^(2)).In addition,western blot of fast MyLc protein showed the protein synthesis of acvr2a^(-/-b-/-)��are increased.Besides,Histological analysis of heart showed the ventricle area is aslo increased in acvr2a^(-/-b-/-)��.Our results demonstrated acvr2 attends the development of muscle fiber and will cause muscle hypertrophy when they were knocked out in zebrafish.In conclusion,acvr2 in zebrafish can control the development of muscle fibers during posthatch growth.Jinyuan Che Cunjie Hu Qi Wang Chunxin Fan Yufeng Si Xiaoling Gong Baolong Bao 2023Aquaculture and Fisheries2023,8,6:0
12Visual recognition of melamine in milk via selective metallo-hydrogel formation显示文摘A series of novel six-coordinated terpyridine zinc complexes,containing ammonium salts and thymine fragment at the two terminals,have been designed and synthesized,which can function as highly sensitive visualized sensors for melamine detection via selective metallo-hydrogel formation.After fully characterization by various techniques,the complementary triple-hydrogen-bonding between the thymine fragment and melamine,as well as π-π stacking interactions may be responsible for the selective metallo-hydrogel formation.In light of the possible interference aroused by milk ingredients(proteins,peptides and amino acids) and legal/illegal additives(urine,sugars and vitamins),a series of control experiments are therefore involved.To our delight,this visual recognition is highly selective,no gelation was observed with the selected milk ingredients or additives.Remarkably,this new developed protocol enables convenient and highly selective visual recognition of melamine at a concentration as low as 10 ppm in raw milk without any tedious pretreatment.Xiaoling Bao Jianhong Liu Qingshu Zheng Wei Pei Yimei Yang Yanyun Dai Tao Tu 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12:0
13Gonadal development and silvering of the Japanese Eel(Anguilla japonica)in the Yangtze River during downstream migration显示文摘The Yangtze River and its branches are important habitats for the Japanese Eel(Anguilla japonica),however,there are few data on gonadal development and silvering indices of eels during the downstream spawning migration.This study investigates gonadal development in 121 Japanese eels caught downstream from the Jingjiang Reach of the Yangtze River in October 2012.We found that in females the ovaries of most of the out-migrating population developed earlier than the testes in males,that is,the ovaries reached stage 3(F3)or early stage 4(eF4),while the testes were at stage 2(M2)or stage 3(M3).Gonadal development in eels collected in 2012 was earlier than that of samples caught from the same region in 2007e2008 and from the Pearl River Estuary in 1972e1973.The average age,body size and gonadal-somatic index of females were significantly greater than those in males.For both females and males,there were no significant differences between the two stages of gonadal development in any of the morphological indices,which indicates that gonadal development of the Japanese Eel is independent of body size.These results help us to understand the spawning population of Japanese Eels in the Yangtze River.Xiaoling Gong Dehai Wang Baolong Bao Qian Zhang Xinglong Jiang Liping Liu 2017Aquaculture and Fisheries2017,2,4:0

15Reduced glutathione alleviates the toxic effect of 6-hydroxydopamine on bone marrow stromal cells显示文摘We studied the effect of reduced glutathione on bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) treated with 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA), which shows a toxic effect on dopaminergic neurons. The proliferation of BMSCs treated with 6-OHDA decreased, while that of BMSCs treated with reduced glutathione increased. The proliferation of BMSCs treated with both 6-OHDA and reduced glutathione was significantly higher compared with that treated with 6-OHDA alone. 16Hemodynamics of Enhanced External Counterpulsation with Different Coronary Stenosis显示文摘Enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)is able to treat myocardial ischemia,which is usually caused by coronary artery stenosis.However,the underlying mechanisms regarding why this technique is effective in treating myocardial ischemia remains unclear and there is no patient-specific counterpulsation mode for different rates of coronary artery stenosis in clinic.This study sought to investigate the hemodynamic effect of varied coronary artery stenosis rates when using EECP and the necessity of adopting targeted counterpulsation mode to consider different rates of coronary artery stenosis.Three 3-dimensional(3D)coronary models with different stenosis rates,including 55%(Model 1),65%(Model 2),and 75%(Model 3),were generated,then coupled with a 0-dimensional(0D)lumped parametric model of the blood circulatory system.EECP was applied to the 0D/3D coupled models to study the hemodynamic response of the coronary artery.Under the same counterpulsation mode,the ratio of diastolic blood pressure to systolic blood pressure of 3 models during counterpulsation was 1.4,and the cardiac output and coronary artery flow rate increased significantly.The low wall shear stress(WSS)and high oscillatory shear index(OSI)areas were mainly located at the posterior end of the stenosis and coronary artery bifurcation.Moreover,with an increase in the rate of coronary artery stenosis,the increased percentage of flow rate through the coronary artery stenosis and area-averaged WSS decreased.The geometric multiscale model in this study can be used to effectively simulate the hemodynamic characteristics of cardiovascular system following the application of EECP.Local precise hemodynamic effect of the coronary artery stenosis can be observed.It was found from the hemodynamic factors that the coronary artery with lower stenosis rate more likely led to better vascular endothelial remodeling.Thus,it is necessary to adopt patient-specific counterpulsation mode accounting for different condition of coronary artery stenosis.Sihan Chen Bao Li Haisheng Yang Jianhang Du Xiaoling Li Youjun Liu 2018Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2018,,8:0
17Genomic dissection of gastrointestinal and lung neuroendocrine neoplasm显示文摘Objective:Neuroendocrine neoplasms(NENs)are relatively rare and heterogeneous malignancies with two major subtypes:low-grade neuroendocrine tumor(NET)and high-grade neuroendocrine carcinoma(NEC).Comprehensive molecular characterization of NENs is needed to refine our understanding of the biological underpinnings of different NEN subtypes and to predict disease progression more accurately.Methods:We performed whole-exome sequencing(WES)of NEN samples from 49 patients(25 NETs and 24 NECs)arising from the stomach,intestines or lung.Clinicopathologic features were assessed and associated with molecular events.Results:NENs generally harbor a low mutation burden,with TP53 being the top mutated gene found in 31%of patients.Consistent with other studies,p53 signaling pathway dysfunction is significantly enriched in NECs compared to NETs(P<0.01).Other than TP53,tissue type-specific mutation profiles of NENs were observed in our cohort compared to those reported in pancreatic NETs.Importantly,we observed significant genomic instability,with increased copy number alterations observed across the NEN genome,which was more profound in NECs and independently correlated with poor overall survival(OS)(P<0.001).NECs could be further stratified into two molecular subtypes based on OS(P<0.001)and the chromosomal instability score(CIS).Interestingly,we discovered that the gain of whole chromosome 5 occurred at the early stage of NEN development,followed by the loss of 5 q exclusively in NECs(P<0.001).Conclusions:These findings provide novel insights into the molecular characteristics of NENs and highlight the association of genomic stability with clinical outcomes.Haixing Wang Li Sun Hua Bao Ao Wang Panpan Zhang Xue Wu Xiaoling Tong Xiaonan Wang Jie Luo Lin Shen Yang WShao Ming Lu 2019Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2019,31,6:0
18Clinical features and literature review of Cogan’s syndrome with bilateral internal carotid artery occlusion显示文摘Cogan’s syndrome is rare.The purpose of this article is to describe a Cogan’s syndrome case characterized by bilateral internal carotid artery occlusion and to review the literature.Treatment remedies:we showed a patient with vertigo,nausea and retching,blurred vision,unclear speech.And the whole cerebral angiogram of the patient showed bilateral internal carotid artery occlusion without obvious neurological deficit.After differential diagnosis,compared with classic Cogan’s syndrome,granulomatous polyvasculitis(GPA),rheumatoid arthritis(RA),systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),the patient was considered as Cogan’s syndrome.Post treatment evaluating:the patient did not significantly improve vertigo after vascular bypass therapy.Conclusions:Cogan’s syndrome may cause severe vascular occlusion.The patient had no clinical symptoms;and the chronic occlusion caused by vascular inflammation may be the reason,so that there was enough time for compensation.Yi Bao Quanying Liu Xiaoling Wang Ying Wang Miao Zhang Juan Xuan Guangjian Liu 2020Journal of Translational Neuroscience2020,5,1:0
19Eye location, cranial asymmetry, and swimming behavior of different variants of Solea senegalensis显示文摘Many flatfish species,such as Scophthalmus maximus,Paralichthys olivaceus,Solea senegalensis,are extensively cultured worldwide.In flatfishes,eye migration varies among different species and even within the same species.The genetic mechanism underlying eye migration is still unclear,and it is the key to improve metamorphosis in flatfish aquaculture and understand flatfish evolution.In this study,the high frequency of eye location variants in an artificial S.senegalensis population allowed us to investigate the eye preference during migration;completeness of the eye migration;and other related left-right asymmetric characteristics,such as asymmetrical skull remodeling and lying down on one side.The different frequencies of eye preference during migration,completeness of the eye migration,and settling side suggest that they are determined by different genotypes and imply independent evolutionary events during flatfish evolution.We found that the swimming time may be related to the completeness of eye migration,and further the migration of the eye,the more time the fish spent at the sea bottom.The left-right asymmetric degrees of not only the frontal bones and lateral ethmoids but also the jaw bone,including the premaxillary,maxillary,and dentary bones,depend on the completeness of eye migration.Finally,we proposed a hypothesis for the asymmetric origin of flatfish that provides reasonable explanations for the selective advantages of primitive flatfish species.Jubin Xing Zhonghe Ke Liping Liu Chenhong Li Xiaoling Gong Baolong Bao 2020Aquaculture and Fisheries2020,5,4:0
