| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). | 2 | Application of autocorrelation method on ionospheric short--term forecasting in China显示文摘Adopting the autocorrelation method in the ionospheric short-term forecasting, we put for- ward a simple and practical forecasting method― the sectional autocorrelation method, that is, for pre- dictions of one hour to four hours ahead the auto- correlation coefficient of RDF with the “iteration” method is selected, for prediction of more than four hours ahead, the autocorrelation coefficient of f0F2 with the “at once” method is used. The prediction precisions have been quantitatively estimated based on the data from Chongqing and Guangzhou Ionos- onde Stations. It is shown that the method is much improved for the predictions of one hour to four hours ahead. For the predictions of more than four hours ahead the prediction error reaches a saturation value, which is still lower than that of the “median” method. | 5 | Controlled synthesis of single cobalt atom catalysts via a facile one-pot pyrolysis for efficient oxygen reduction and hydrogen evolution reactions显示文摘Metal-nitrogen doped carbon catalysts(M-N/C) with abundantly accessible M-Nxsites, particularly single metal atom M-N/C(SAM-N/C), have been developed as a substitute for expensive Pt-based catalysts.These catalysts are used to increase the efficiency of otherwise sluggish oxygen reduction reactions(ORR) and hydrogen evolution reactions(HER). However, although the agglomerated metal nanoparticles are usually easy to form, they are very difficult to remove due to the protective surface-coating carbon layers, a factor that significantly hampers SAM-N/C fabrication. Herein, we report a one-step pyrolysis approach to successfully fabricate single cobalt atom Co-N/C(SACo-N/C) by using a Co2+-SCN-coordination compound as the metal precursor. Thanks to the decomposition of Co2+-SCN-compound at lower temperature than that of carbon layer deposition, Co-rich particles grow up to larger ones before carbon layers formation. Even though encapsulated by the carbon layers, it is difficult for the large Co-rich particle to be completely sealed. And thus, it makes the Co atoms possible to escape from incomplete carbon layer, to coordinate with nitrogen atoms, and to form SACo-N/C catalysts. This SACo-N/C exhibits excellent performances for both ORR(half-wave potential of 0.878 V) and HER(overpotential at 10 mA/cm2 of178 m V), and is thus a potential replacement for Pt-based catalysts. When SACo-N/C is integrated into a Zn-O2 battery, battery with high open-circuit voltage(1.536 V) has high peak power density(266 mW/cm2)and large gravimetric energy density(755 mA h/gZn) at current densities of 100 mA/cm2. | 6 | Downregulation of LINC01296 suppresses non-small-cell lung cancer via targeting miR-143-3p/ATG2B显示文摘The 5-year survival rate of lung cancer is one of the lowest among various malignant tumors.Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs),noncoding RNAs longer than 200 nucleotides,can function either as tumor suppressors or as oncogenes.The aim of this study is to investigate the function of lncRNA LINC01296 and its molecular mechanism in non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).According to the Gene Expression Omnibus database,10 differentially expressed lncRNAs in NSCLC cells and patient tissues are upregulated.LINC01296 is the one with the most significant overexpression.Knockdown of LINC01296 inhibits the growth and migration,arrests the cell cycle,and promotes the apoptosis of NSCLC cells.Knocking down LINC01296 in vivo suppresses tumor growth and metastasis.LINC01296 also acts as the sponge of miR-143-3p.Lowering the expression of LINC01296 leads to decreased expression of autophagy-related 2B,ATG2B,a target gene of miR-143-3p.Moreover,downregulation of LINC01296 promotes paclitaxel sensitivity in NSCLC.These results demonstrated that the LINC01296/miR-143-3p/ATG2B axis is crucial in promoting the development of NSCLC and paclitaxel resistance.Our study may provide new ideas for the further research of clinical chemotherapy of NSCLC in the near future. | Yanli Li Hui Zhang Jing Guo Wanqiu Li Xianyi Wang Caiyan Zhang Qiangling Sun Zhongliang Ma | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,12: | 8 |

Bright-dark pulse with 10 wavelengths was successfully obtained at the pump power of 3 W. The time interval between the bright and dark pulses was discovered not only increasing linearly with the pump power but also approximately equaling to the reciprocal of modulation frequency of radio frequency(RF) spectrum. | 14 | Mechanisms of Exogenous Nitric Oxide and 24-Epibrassinolide Alleviating Chlorosis of Peanut Plants Under Iron Deficiency显示文摘Iron(Fe) is a crucial transition metal for all living organisms including plants; however, Fe deficiency frequently occurs in plant because only a small portion of Fe is bioavailable in soil in recent years. To cope with Fe deficiency, plants have evolved a wide range of adaptive responses from changes in morphology to altered physiology. To understand the role of nitric oxide(NO) and 24-epibrassinolide(EBR) in alleviating chlorosis induced by Fe deficiency in peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.) plants, we determined the concentration of chlorophylls, the activation, uptake, and translocation of Fe, the activities of key enzymes, such as ferric-chelate reductase(FCR),proton-translocating adenosine triphosphatase(H^+-ATPase), and antioxidant enzymes, and the accumulation of reactive oxygen species(ROS) and malondialdehyde(MDA) of peanut plants under Fe sufficiency(100 μmol L^(-1)ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)-Fe) and Fe deficiency(0 μmol L^(-1)EDTA-Fe). We also investigated the production of NO in peanut plants subjected to Fe deficiency with foliar application of sodium nitroprusside(SNP), a donor of NO, and/or EBR. The results showed that Fe deficiency resulted in severe chlorosis and oxidative stress, significantly decreased the concentration of chlorophylls and active Fe, and significantly increased NO production. Foliar application of NO and/or EBR increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes, superoxide dismutase,peroxidase, and catalase, and decreased the ROS and MDA concentrations, thus enhancing the resistance of plants to oxidative stress.Application of NO also significantly increased Fe translocation from the roots to the shoots and enhanced the transfer of Fe from the cell wall fraction to the cell organelle and soluble fractions. Consequently, the concentrations of available Fe and chlorophylls in the leaves were elevated. Furthermore, the activities of H^+-ATPase and FCR were enhanced in the Fe-deficient plants. Simultaneously,there was a significant increase in NO production, especially in the plants that received NO, regardless of Fe supply.
