| 1 | A rapid advice guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) infected pneumonia(standard version)显示文摘In December 2019, a new type viral pneumonia cases occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province;and then named '2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)' by the World Health Organization(WHO) on 12 January 2020. For it is a never been experienced respiratory disease before and with infection ability widely and quickly, it attracted the world’s attention but without treatment and control manual. For the request from frontline clinicians and public health professionals of 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia management, an evidence-based guideline urgently needs to be developed. Therefore, we drafted this guideline according to the rapid advice guidelines methodology and general rules of WHO guideline development;we also added the first-hand management data of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. This guideline includes the guideline methodology, epidemiological characteristics, disease screening and population prevention, diagnosis, treatment and control(including traditional Chinese Medicine), nosocomial infection prevention and control, and disease nursing of the 2019-nCoV. Moreover, we also provide a whole process of a successful treatment case of the severe 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia and experience and lessons of hospital rescue for 2019-nCoV infections. | 2 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Here, we investigated whether acupuncture at this acupoint in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment can also activate neurons in these regions. Resting state and task-related functional magnetic resonance imaging showed that the pinprick senstation of acupuncture at the Taixi acupoint differed significantly between elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment and healthy elderly controls. Results showed that 20 brain regions were activated in both groups of participants, including the bilateral anterior cingulate gyrus(Brodmann areas [BA] 32, 24), left medial frontal cortex(BA 9, 10, 11), left cuneus(BA 19), left middle frontal gyrus(BA 11), left lingual gyrus(BA 18), right medial frontal gyrus(BA 11), bilateral inferior frontal gyrus(BA 47), left superior frontal gyrus(BA11), right cuneus(BA 19, 18), right superior temporal gyrus(BA 38), left subcallosal gyrus(BA 47), bilateral precuneus(BA 19), right medial frontal gyrus(BA 10), right superior frontal(BA 11), left cingulate gyrus(BA 32), left precentral gyrus(BA 6), and right fusiform gyrus(BA 19). | 10 | Corrosion resistance of in-situ growth of nano-sized Mg(OH)2 on micro-arc oxidized magnesium alloy AZ31—Influence of EDTA显示文摘One of the major obstacles for the clinical use of biodegradable magnesium(Mg)-based materials is their high corrosion rate. Micro-arc oxidation(MAO) coatings on Mg alloys provide mild corrosion protection owing to their porous structure. Hence, in this study a dense Mg(OH)2 film was fabricated on MAO-coated Mg alloy AZ31 in an alkaline electrolyte containing ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium(EDTA-2 Na) to reinforce the protection. Surface morphology, chemical composition and growth process of the MAO/Mg(OH)2 hybrid coating were examined using field-emission scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer. Corrosion resistance of the coatings was evaluated via potentiodynamic polarization curves and hydrogen evolution tests. Results manifested that the Mg(OH)2 coating possesses a porous nano-sized structure and completely seals the micro-pores and micro-cracks of the MAO coating.The intermetallic compound of AlMn phase in the substrate plays a key role in the growth of Mg(OH)2 film. The current density of Mg(OH)2-MAO composite coating decreases three orders of magnitude in comparison with that of bare substrate, indicating excellent corrosion resistance. | 11 | Effect of sodium pyrophosphate on the flotation separation of chalcopyrite from galena显示文摘The effect of sodium pyrophosphate (SPH) on the separation of chalcopyrite from galena was examined through flotation, adsorption, electrokinetic studies and infrared spectral analysis. Differential flotation tests indicate that satisfactory separation can be achieved within the pH range from 2.5 to 6 using SPH to depress the galena, but not the chalcopyrite when O-isopropyl-N-ethyl thionocarbamate (IPETC) is used as the collector. The electrophoretic mobilities of both the minerals dramatically become negatively charged following SPH adsorption in the pH range from 2.5 to 12. The infrared spectral analysis suggests that chemical adsorption occurs on galena surface treated by SPH, indicating that a chelate complex has formed. At weakly acidic pH values, the adsorption density of IPETC onto galena is significantly reduced in the presence of SPH. However, the amount of IPETC adsorbed onto chalcopyrite almost remains at the same level. Since the observed adsorption density of IEPTC onto chalcopyrite is quite high compared to galena, the observed flotation results are explained. However, corrosion products deposited on Mg alloys exert a critical impact on corrosion resistance. There are no acceptable criteria on the evaluation on degradation rate of Mg alloys. Understanding the degradation behavior of Mg alloys in presence of Tris buffer is necessary. An investigation was made to compare the influence of Tris-HCl and Tris on the corrosion behavior of Mg alloy AZ31 in the presence of various anions of simulated body fluids via hydrogen evolution, p H value and electrochemical tests.The results demonstrated that the Tris-HCl buffer resulted in general corrosion due to the inhibition of the formation of corrosion products and thus increased the corrosion rate of the AZ31 alloy. Whereas Tris gave rise to pitting corrosion or general corrosion due to the fact that the hydrolysis of the amino-group of Tris led to an increase in solution p H value, and promoted the formation of corrosion products and thus a significant reduction in corrosion rate. In addition, the corrosion mechanisms in the presence of Tris-HCl and Tris were proposed. These U deposits are usually hosted in unvarying horizons within the basins and exhibit typical U-forming sedimentary associations,which is referred to as U-bearing rock series. This study describes the structural features of U-bearing rock series within the main Mesozoic-Cenozoic Uproducing continental basins in Kazakhstan,Uzbekistan,and Russia in the western segment of the Central Asian Metallogenic Belt(CAMB),and Northern China in the eastern segment of the CAMB. We analyze the basic structural conditions and sedimentary environments of U-bearing rock series in Northern China and classify their structural styles in typical basins into river valley,basin margin,and intrabasin uplift margin types. The intrabasin uplift margin structural style proposed in this study can be used to indicate directions for the exploration of sandstone-type U deposits hosted in the center of a basin.
