1Evaluation of the four potential Cretaceous-Paleogene (K-Pg) boundaries in the Nanxiong Basin based on evidences from volcanic activity and paleoclimatic evolution显示文摘Determining the location of the Cretaceous-Paleogene(K-Pg) boundary in terrestrial strata is highly significant for studying the evolution of terrestrial ecosystems at the end of the Cretaceous(especially the extinction of non-avian dinosaurs). At present, research on terrestrial K-Pg boundaries worldwide is concentrated in the middle and high latitudes, such as North America and Northeast China. Although many studies have also been carried out in the Nanxiong Basin, located at low latitudes(which has become the standard for dividing and comparing the continental K-Pg stratigraphy in China), many researchers have proposed four possible boundaries from different perspectives. Therefore, the exact location remains to be determined. In this study, the total mercury(Hg) content, environmental magnetism, geochemistry, and other parameters for the samples collected near the four boundaries were determined and compared with existing records. Results indicated that: 1) The total Hg content significantly increased in the upper part of the Zhenshui Formation and Pingling part of the Shanghu Formation with sharp fluctuations. As per latest dating results of Deccan Traps, the significantly high Hg value was attributed to the Deccan Traps eruption. Boundary 1 was located in the middle of the Hg anomaly interval, which was consistent with the relationship between the global K-Pg boundary and time of volcanic eruption. 2) The reconstructed paleoclimate evolution curve revealed that the red sediments in the basin recorded the late Maastrichtian warming event(66.2 Ma). 4Monodisperse micro-spherical Sr_(2-z)Mg_(1+y)Y_(z)Al_(22-x)O_(36):xMn^(4+)red phosphors显示文摘With narrow red photoluminescence (PL) bands, tetravalent Mn^(4+) doped phosphors show promising prospect in commercial application to effectively expand color gamut of phosphor converted LED displays. Here, we report a type of Sr_(2-z)Mg_(1+y)Y_(z)Al_(22-x)O_(36):xMn^(4+) phosphors with regular cage-like micro-spherical morphologies. The micron size spherical precursors were synthesized with a propylene oxide (PO) driven fast sol–gel method. The cage -like spherical morphology is beneficial to efficiently trapping much incident light to enhance the PL of the phosphors. Being calcined at 1300 ℃, Sr_(2)MgAl_(21.978)O_(36):0.022Mn^(4+) only exhibits the internal quantum efficiency (IQE) of 24.91%. With the Mg^(2+)-Mn^(4+) codoping and Y^(3+)/Sr^(2+) substituting strategies, to fulfill charge balance and produce John-Teller distortion, IQE of Sr_(2-z)Mg_(1+y)Y_(z)Al_(22-x)O_(36):xMn^(4+) can be further improved up to 36.45%. The CIE color coordinates of Sr_(2-z)Mg_(1+y)Y_(z)Al_(22-x)O_(36):xMn^(4+) under near ultraviolet excitation can be stably fixed to (0.723, 0.227) at deep red region. It thus finds a potential application as pc-LED display with much broader color gamut than that of the NTSC standard. 5Solid Additive-Assisted Layer-by-Layer Processing for 19%Efficiency Binary Organic Solar Cells显示文摘Morphology is of great significance to the performance of organic solar cells(OSCs),since appropriate morphology could not only promote the exciton dissociation,but also reduce the charge recombination.In this work,we have developed a solid additive-assisted layer-by-layer(SAA-LBL)processing to fabricate high-efficiency OSCs.By adding the solid additive of fatty acid(FA)into polymer donor PM6 solution,controllable pre-phase separation forms between PM6 and FA.This intermixed morphology facilitates the diffusion of acceptor Y6 into the donor PM6 during the LBL processing,due to the good miscibility and fast-solvation of the FA with chloroform solution dripping.Interestingly,this results in the desired morphology with refined phase-separated domain and vertical phase-separation structure to better balance the charge transport/collection and exciton dissociation.Consequently,the binary single junction OSCs based on PM6:Y6 blend reach champion power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 18.16%with SAA-LBL processing,which can be generally applicable to diverse systems,e.g.,the PM6:L8-BO-based devices and thick-film devices.The efficacy of SAA-LBL is confirmed in binary OSCs based on PM6:L8-BO,where record PCEs of 19.02%and 16.44%are realized for devices with 100 and 250 nm active layers,respectively.The work provides a simple but effective way to control the morphology for high-efficiency OSCs and demonstrates the SAA-LBL processing a promising methodology for boosting the industrial manufacturing of OSCs.Guanyu Ding Tianyi Chen Mengting Wang Xinxin Xia Chengliang He Xiangjun Zheng Yaokai Li Di Zhou Xinhui Lu Lijian Zuo Zhikang Xu Hongzheng Chen 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,7:1
6Weight asynchronous update:Improving the diversity of filters in a deep convolutional network显示文摘Deep convolutional networks have obtained remarkable achievements on various visual tasks due to their strong ability to learn a variety of features.A welltrained deep convolutional network can be compressed to 20%–40%of its original size by removing filters that make little contribution,as many overlapping features are generated by redundant filters.Model compression can reduce the number of unnecessary filters but does not take advantage of redundant filters since the training phase is not affected.Modern networks with residual,dense connections and inception blocks are considered to be able to mitigate the overlap in convolutional filters,but do not necessarily overcome the issue.To do so,we propose a new training strategy,weight asynchronous update,which helps to significantly increase the diversity of filters and enhance the representation ability of the network.The proposed method can be widely applied to different convolutional networks without changing the network topology.Our experiments show that the stochastic subset of filters updated in different iterations can significantly reduce filter overlap in convolutional networks.Extensive experiments show that our method yields noteworthy improvements in neural network performance.Dejun Zhang Linchao He Mengting Luo Zhanya Xu and Fazhi He 2020Computational Visual Media2020,6,4:1
7Tetrahedral framework nucleic acid carrying angiogenic peptide prevents bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw by promoting angiogenesis显示文摘The significant clinical feature of bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw(BRONJ)is the exposure of the necrotic jaw.Other clinical manifestations include jaw pain,swelling,abscess,and skin fistula,which seriously affect the patients’life,and there is no radical cure.Thus,new methods need to be found to prevent the occurrence of BRONJ.Here,a novel nanoparticle,t FNA-KLT,was successfully synthesized by us,in which the nanoparticle tetrahedral framework nucleic acid(tFNA)was used for carrying angiogenic peptide,KLT,and then further enhanced angiogenesis.TFNA-KLT possessed the same characteristics as tFNA,such as simple synthesis,stable structure,and good biocompatibility.Meanwhile,tFNA enhanced the stability of KLT and carried more KLT to interact with endothelial cells.First,it was confirmed that tFNA-KLT had the superior angiogenic ability to tFNA and KLT both in vitro and in vivo.Then we apply tFNA-KLT to the prevention of BRONJ.The results showed that tFNA-KLT can effectively prevent the occurrence of BRONJ by accelerating angiogenesis.In summary,the prepared novel nanoparticle,tFNA-KLT,was firstly synthesized by us.It was also firstly confirmed by us that tFNA-KLT significantly enhanced angiogenesis and can effectively prevent the occurrence of BRONJ by accelerating angiogenesis,thus providing a new avenue for the prevention of BRONJ and a new choice for therapeutic angiogenesis.Dan Zhao Dexuan Xiao Mengting Liu Jiajie Li Shuanglin Peng Qing He Yue Sun Jingang Xiao Yunfeng Lin 2022International Journal of Oral Science2022,14,2:0

17Electroacupuncture Alleviates HIF1-α-mediated Early Mitophagy in Spinal Cord Injury显示文摘Background:The inhibitory microenvironment around spinal cord injury(SCI)severely restricted functional repair after injury.Mitophagy was one of the important measures to maintain cellular homeostasis and ensure the harmonious nerve cell microenvironment.Hypoxia-inducible factor1α(HIF1-α)can mediate mitochondrial autophagy in neurodegenerative diseases,but the mechanisms are complex and diverse,which need to be further elucidated.Electroacupuncture plays a significant role in improving the neural microenvironment after spinal cord injury,promote long-term neurological function recovery in SCI patients,but whether electroacupuncture can participate in HIF1-α mediated mitophagy remains unknown.Objective:Investigated the effects of HIF1-α on mitochondrial autophagy in rats with spinal cord contusion and the potential mechanism of electroacupuncture.Methods:Following the successful construction of an SCI model of Sprague-Dawley rat utilizing a modified Allen method,electroacupuncture intervention was performed at T9 and T11 Jiaji acupoint(EX-B2),with further molecular biology and morphology examined by perfusion.To observe the effect of HIF1-α on local damage repair,the stereotypic injection of Hif1a knockdown virus was performed,and the changes of mitophagy in damaged local area was detected employing Western blotting,real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,immunofluorescence,transmission electron microscopy and Nissl staining.Results:HIF1-α as well as its mitophagy receptor BNIP3 and NIX are upregulated after spinal cord injury.Elec-troacupuncture treatment or local inhibition of HIF1-α expression can reverse the early autophagy state after spinal cord injury,reduce cell apoptosis and injury area,promote neuronal survival.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture may serve as a promising strategy for spinal cord injury treatment,by alleviating HIF1-α mediated early mitochondrial autophagy.Rong Hu Xingying Wu Kelin He Mengting Shi Haipeng Xu Yi Chen Bowen Chen Lei Wu Ruijie Ma Kang Liang 2024Clinical Complementary Medicine and Pharmacology2024,4,1:0
18Evaluation System for Reasoning Description of Judgment Documents Based on TensorFlow CNN显示文摘In order to improve the quality of the judgment documents, the state and government have introduced laws and regulations. However, the current status of trials in our country is that the number of cases is very large. Using system to verify the documents can reduce the burden on the judges and ensure the accuracy of the judgment. This paper describes an evaluation system for reasoning description of judgment documents. The main evaluation steps include: segmenting the front and back of the law;extracting the key information in the document by using XML parsing technology;constructing the legal exclusive stop word library and preprocessing inputting text;entering the text input into the model to get the text matching result;using the “match keyword, compare sentencing degree” idea to judge whether the logic is consistent if it is the evaluation of “law and conclusion”;integrating the calculation results of each evaluation subject and feeding clear and concise results back to the system user. Simulation of real application scenarios was conducted to test whether the reasoning lacks key links or is insufficient or the judgment result is unreasonable. 19Statute Recommendation Based on Word Embedding显示文摘The statute recommendation problem is a sub problem of the automated decision system, which can help the legal staff to deal with the process of the case in an intelligent and automated way. In this paper, an improved common word similarity algorithm is proposed for normalization. Meanwhile, word mover’s distance (WMD) algorithm was applied to the similarity measurement and statute recommendation problem, and the problem scene which was originally used for classification was extended. Finally, a variety of recommendation strategies different from traditional collaborative filtering methods were proposed. The experimental results show that it achieves the best value of Fmeasure reaching 0.799.
