12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Time function of surface subsidence based on Harris model in mined-out area显示文摘The surface subsidence is a common environmental hazard in mined-out area. Based on careful analysis of the regularity of surface subsidence in mined-out area, we proposed a new time function based on Harris curve model in consideration of the shortage of current surface subsidence time functions. By analyzing the characteristics of the new time function, we found that it could meet the dynamic process, the velocity change process and the acceleration change process during surface subsidence. Then its rationality had been verified through project cases. The results show that the proposed time function model can give a good reflection of the regularity of surface subsidence in mined-out area and can accurately predict surface subsidence. And the prediction data of the model are a little greater than measured data on condition of proper measured data quantity, which is safety in the engineering. 3Influence of Erbanxiao solution on inhibiting angiogenesis in stasis toxin stagnation of non-small cell lung cancer显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Erbanxiao solution in inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. METHODS: We observed the effects and mechanisms of Chinese medicines on inhibiting tumor angiogenesis and studied the theories and results of treatment. Sixty patients with lung cancer were randomized into two groups (n=30). Patients in the control group were given compound Kushen injection, and patients in the treatment group were given Erbanxiao solution. The effect of Erbanxiao solution on vascular endothelium growth factor (VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) was observed. RESULTS: The effective rate of the treatment group was 60% while the control group was 36%. There was a significant difference between the twogroups (P<0.05). VEGF, bFGF, and TNF-α levels of the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment (P<0.01). These Traditional Chi- nese Medicines significantly inhibited tumor angiogenesis, possibly by changing levels of VEGF, bFGF, andTNF-α. 4Application of unmanned underwater vehicles in polar research显示文摘The importance of polar ice as vital components of the global ocean-climate system is widely recognized.In this paper,we demonstrate the importance and urgency of polar research,describe the primary characteristics of sea ice and ice shelves,and outline the current status and difficulties associated with sub-ice research.We highlight the importance of Unmanned Underwater Vehicles(UUVs)as important tools for oceanographic research.We present recent progress in UUV deployment in sub-ice research in the Arctic and the Antarctic,and review the latest international developments in UUV structure,navigation,payload,and field operation.Moreover,Chinese polar UUVs and their deployments in the polar regions are presented in detail.Key technologies and solutions regarding polar application of UUVs(e.g.,sub-ice navigation and positioning,energy supply and data transmission,and sub-ice guidance and recovery)are discussed.Given the current worldwide attention on polar science,the potential future directions of UUV-related polar research(e.g.,observations under Antarctic ice shelves,long-range surveys beneath Arctic sea ice and application of intelligent technology)are discussed.ZENG Junbao LI Shuo LIU Ya 2021Advances in Polar Science2021,32,3:3

8A new energy-absorbing bolt used for large deformation control of tunnel surrounding rock显示文摘In order to control the large deformation of tunnel surrounding rock,a new energy-absorbing bolt is developed.This bolt can be transformed into a rigid support when the deformation of the surrounding rock reaches the length of the sleeve tube,thus preventing the surrounding rock from continuing to deform.Moreover,this bolt has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture and assemble.Then the static tensile test is conducted on the bolt specimen to test its working performance.The test results show that when the cone angle of the cone block is small,the load–displacement curve of the bolt contains three stages;when the cone angle is large,the load–displacement curve contains only two stages.Meanwhile,both the average constant resistance and the maximum absorbed energy increase linearly with the increase of cone angle.On this basis,ignoring the influence of shear stress,and it is supposed that the thickness of the sleeve tube is constant,then the theoretical calculation formula of constant resistance for the new bolt is derived,and the rationality of the formula is verified using the static tensile test results.It is found that the error of the calculated result is less than 15%when the cone angle does not exceed 15.At last,the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the performance of the new bolt.The simulation results indicate that the generation of shear stress and the change of tube thickness during the movement of the cone block are two important factors that cause theoretical errors.Junbao Wang Wei Liu Zhanping Song Lingfeng Li Shijin Feng Yun Cheng 2022International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2022,32,5:1

12Advanced duodenal carcinoma:Chemotherapy efficacy and analysis of prognostic factors显示文摘Objective This study aimed to determine the efficacy of chemotherapy and to identify potential chemotherapy agents to treat advanced primary duodenal carcinoma(PDC). Methods Seventy-three patients with advanced PDC were included in the study. Response rate(RR), disease control rate(DCR), progression-free survival(PFS), overall survival(OS) and prognosis were compared among patients using the Cox proportional hazards model. Results The overall RR and DCR of 52 patients were 21.15% and 69.23%, respectively. The median PFS and OS times were 4.51 and 11.47 months, respectively. Palliative chemotherapy improved the OS of patients with advanced PDC compared with patients who did not receive chemotherapy(14.28 months vs. 5.20 months, HR = 0.205, 95% CI: 0.077 to 0.547, P = 0.0016). Multivariate analysis indicated mucinous histology and liver metastasis as factors predictive of poor prognosis in patients with advanced PDC. Conclusion Palliative chemotherapy may improve the OS of patients with advanced PDC. 15Resolving the lineage relationship between malignant cells and vascular cells in glioblastomas显示文摘Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM),a highly malignant and heterogeneous brain tumor,contains various types of tumor and non-tumor cells.Whether GBM cells can trans-differentiate into non-neural cell types,including mural cells or endothelial cells(ECs),to support tumor growth and invasion remains controversial.Here we generated two genetic GBM models de novo in immunocompetent mouse brains,mimicking essential pathological and molecular features of human GBMs.Lineage-tracing and transplantation studies demonstrated that,although blood vessels in GBM brains underwent drastic remodeling,evidence of trans-differentiation of GBM cells into vascular cells was barely detected.Intriguingly,GBM cells could promiscuously express markers for mural cells during gliomagenesis.Furthermore,single-cell RNA sequencing showed that patterns of copy number variations(CNVs)of mural cells and ECs were distinct from those of GBM cells,indicating discrete origins of GBM cells and vascular components.Importantly,single-cell CNV analysis of human GBM specimens also suggested that GBM cells and vascular cells are likely separate lineages.Rather than expansion owing to trans-differentiation,vascular cell expanded by proliferation during tumorigenesis.Therefore,cross-lineage trans-differentiation of GBM cells is very unlikely to occur during gliomagenesis.Our findings advance understanding of cell lineage dynamics during gliomagenesis,and have implications for targeted treatment of GBMs.Fangyu Wang Xuan Liu Shaowen Li Chen Zhao Yumei Sun Kuan Tian Junbao Wang Wei Li Lichao Xu Jing Jing Juan Wang Sylvia MEvans Zhiqiang Li Ying Liu Yan Zhou 2023Protein & Cell2023,14,2:0
16Fatigue properties and damage constitutive model of salt rock based on CT scanning显示文摘To investigate the macroscopic fatigue properties and the mesoscopic pore evolution characteristics of salt rock under cyclic loading,fatigue tests under different upper-limit stresses were carried out on salt rock,and the mesoscopic pore structures of salt rock before and after fatigue tests and under different cycle numbers were measured using CT scanning instrument.Based on the test results,the effects of the cycle number and the upper-limit stress on the evolution of cracks,pore morphology,pore number,pore volume,pore size,plane porosity,and volume porosity of salt rock were analyzed.The failure path of salt rock specimens under cyclic loading was analyzed using the distribution law of plane porosity.The damage variable of salt rock under cyclic loading was defined on basis of the variation of volume porosity with cycle number.In order to describe the fatigue deformation behavior of salt rock under cyclic loading,the nonlinear Burgers damage constitutive model was further established.The results show that the model established can better reflect the whole development process of fatigue deformation of salt rock under cyclic loading.Junbao Wang Xiao Liu Qiang Zhang Xinrong Liu Zhanping Song Shijin Feng 2024International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2024,34,2:0
17Effect of Cuzhi liquid on learning and memory dysfunction in a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To examine the effects of Cuzhi liquid on learning and memory abilities in a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease(AD).METHODS: One hundred mice were divided into the normal, AD model, piracetam group, Cuzhi liquid low dose and Cuzhi liquid high dose, each group 20 mice. The AD mouse model was induced by daily intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose and sodium nitrite. AD mice then received intragastric administration of piracetam or Cuzhi liquid for60 d, and changes in learning and memory abilities were assessed using the water maze test. The activity of acetylcholinsterase(AchE) and monamine oxidase(MAO), and the levels of nitrogen monoxidum(NO) and malonaldehyde(MDA), were measured in brain tissues. Amyloid protein deposition was assessed by methyl violet staining, and B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2) expression in the hippocampal cornus ammonis 1 region was detected by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: In the water maze test, the escape latency of the model group was longer than that of the normal group(P < 0.01). The escape latency of the three using drug treatment groups was significantly less than that of the normal group(P < 0.05). The activity of AchE and MAO, and the levels of NO and MDA, in the brain of the model group were significantly higher than that of the normal group(P <0.01), but significantly reduced in the three drug treatment groups compared with the model group(P < 0.05). AchE activity showed a greater reduction in the two Cuzhi liquid groups compared with the piracetam group(P < 0.01), to levels similar to the normal group. There were no differences in MAO activity or NO levels between the three drug treatment groups, while MDA levels were reduced more in the high-dose Cuzhi liquid group compared with the other treatment groups(P < 0.01). Hippocampal Bcl-2 expression was significantly reduced in the model group compared with the normal group(P < 0.01), but significantly improved in the three drug treatment groups(P < 0.05). The high-dose Cuzhi liquid group showed a significantly greater recovery in Bcl-2 expression compared with the other treatment groups.CONCLUSION: Cuzhi liquid can improve learning and memory impairment in an AD mouse model.The mechanism of action may relate to reduced AchE and MAO activity, and reduced NO and MDA levels, in the brain, and improved Bcl-2 expression,an inhibitor of apoptosis.Liu Lijuan Yu Chen Liu Junbao 2018Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018,38,6:0
18Enhanced ionic conductivity in a novel composite electrolyte based on Gd-doped SnO_(2) nanotubes for ultra-long-life all-solid-state lithium metal batteries显示文摘All-solid-state electrolytes are exceedingly attractive because of the outstanding inherent safety and energy density compared to liquid electrolytes.Whereas,it is still formidable to simultaneously design solid electrolytes with favorable electrode/electrolyte interface compatibility and high ionic conductivity in a simple and scalable manner.Hence,the oxygen-vacancy-rich Gd-doped SnO_(2) nanotubes(GDS NTs)are innovatively prepared and applied to the electrolyte of all-solid-state lithium metal batteries for the first time.The addition of GDS NTs can validly construct long-range co ntinuous ion transport networks in the poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based system and greatly improve the mechanical properties of the electrolyte.Compared to the PEO-based electrolyte,the composite electrolyte displays a higher lithium ion conductivity of 2.41×10^(-4) S cm^(-1) at 30℃,a higher lithium ion transference number up to 0.62 and a wider electrochemical window of 5 V at 50℃.In addition,the composite electrolyte manifests outstanding compatibility with high-voltage LiNi_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2)(NMC811)cathode,LiFePO4 cathode and lithium metal anode.The assembled Li/Li symmetric battery exhibits stable Li plating/stripping cycling performance,which can cycle steadily for 1500 h at a capacity of 0.3 mA h cm^(-2).And Li/LiFePO4 battery still maintains a high capacity of 131.54 mA h g^(-1) at 0.5C after 800 cycles,which has a superior capacity retention rate of 93.2%.The obtained novel composite electrolyte has promising application prospects in the field of all-solid-state lithium metal cells.Lugang Zhang Nanping Deng Junbao Kang Xiaoxiao Wang Hongjing Gao Yarong Liu Hao Wang Gang Wang Bowen Cheng Weimin Kang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2:0
19Transcriptome Analysis Identifies SenZfp536,a Sense LncRNA that Suppresses Self-renewal of Cortical Neural Progenitors显示文摘Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)regulate transcription to control development and homeostasis in a variety of tissues and organs.However,their roles in the development of the cerebral cortex have not been well elucidated.Here,a bioinformatics pipeline was applied to delineate the dynamic expression and potential cis-regulating effects of mouse lncRNAs using transcriptome data from 8 embryonic time points and sub-regions of the developing cerebral cortex.We further characterized a sense lncRNA,SenZfp536,which is transcribed downstream of and partially overlaps with the protein-coding gene Zfp536.Both SenZfp536 and Zfp536 were predominantly expressed in the proliferative zone of the developing cortex.Zfp536 was cis-regulated by SenZfp536,which facilitates looping between the promoter of Zfp536 and the genomic region that transcribes SenZfp536.Surprisingly,knocking down or activating the expression of SenZfp536 increased or compromised the proliferation of cortical neural progenitor cells(NPCs),respectively.Finally,overexpressing Zfp536 in cortical NPCs reversed the enhanced proliferation of cortical NPCs caused by SenZfp536 knockdown.The study deepens our understanding of how lncRNAs regulate the propagation of cortical NPCs through cis-regulatory mechanisms.Kuan Tian Andi Wang Junbao Wang Wei Li Wenchen Shen Yamu Li Zhiyuan Luo Ying Liu Yan Zhou 2021Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,2:0
20Comparison of Acoustic Characteristics of Gnathotrichus materiarius and Gnathotrichus sulcatus显示文摘As an emerging technology for pest monitoring,sound detection technology has the unique advantages in the field of plant quarantine. Experts at home and abroad have done lots of researches on sound detection technology for trunk borers,and achieved good results. The audible signals of adult Gnathotrichus materiarius and G. sulcatus were detected using sound detection method. It was concluded that the feeding and crawling acoustic signals of G. materiarius and G. sulcatus were significantly different,and the acoustic signals were greatly different even in the same species. In addition,the signal pulse duration and dominant frequency were significantly different.
