| 1 | Mild moxibustion at Tianshu (ST 25) decreases expression of prokineticin-1 and prokineticin receptor-1 in colon tissue of rats with chronic visceral hyperalgesia显示文摘Prokineticin-1 and prokineticin receptor-1 play important roles in visceral hypersensitivity and in-flammatory pain. Visceral hypersensitivity is closely associated with irritable bowel syndrome. Mild moxibustion can relieve chronic visceral hyperalgesia in rats with irritable bowel syndrome. We hypothesized that prokineticin-1 and prokineticin receptor-1 is the key target in the mechanism. This study established chronic visceral hyperalgesia rat models by colorectal distention. Protein and mRNA expression of prokineticin-1 and prokineticin receptor-1 were determined by immunohisto-chemical method and fluorescence quantitative-PCR, respectively, and were found to be signifi-cantly increased in visceral hyperalgesic rats. | 2 | Highly efficient solution-processed CZTSSe solar cells based on a convenient sodium-incorporated post-treatment method显示文摘In CZTSSe solar cells,a simple sodium-incorporation post-treatment method toward solution-processed Cu2Zn Sn S4precursor films is presented in this work.An ultrathin NaCl film is deposited on Cu2Zn Sn S4precursor films by spin-coating NaCl solution.In subsequent selenization process,the introduction of Na Cl is found to be benefacial for the formation of Cu2-xSe,which can further facilitate the element transportation,leading to dense and smooth CZTSSe films with large grains and less impurity Cu2Sn(S,Se)3phase.SIMS depth profiles confirm the gradient distribution of the sodium element in Na-doped absorbers.Photoluminescence spectra show that the introduction of appropriate sodium into the absorber can inhibit the band tail states.As high as 11.18% of power conversion efficiency(PCE)is achieved for the device treated with 5 mg mL^-1 NaCl solution,and an average efficiency of Na-doped devices is 10.71%,13%higher than that of the control groups(9.45%).Besides,the depletion width and the charge recombination lifetime can also have regular variation with sodium treatment.This work offers an easy modification method for high-quality Na-doped CZTSSe films and high-performance devices,in the meantime,it can also help to further understand the effects of sodium in CZTSSe solar cells. | Biwen Duan Linbao Guo Qing Yu Jiangjian Shi Huijue Wu Yanhong Luo Dongmei Li Sixin Wu Zhi Zheng Qingbo Meng | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,1: | 8 |
| 3 | Patterned growth ofβ-Ga_(2)O_(3) thin films for solar-blind deep-ultraviolet photodetectors array and optical imaging application显示文摘Solar-blind deep-ultraviolet(DUV)photodetectors based on Ga_(2)O_(3)have attracted great attention due to their potential applications for many military and civil purposes.However,the development of device integration for optoelectronic system applications remains a huge challenge.Herein,we report a facile method for patterned-growth of high-qualityβ-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin films,which are assembled into a photodetectors array comprising 8×8 device units.A representative detector exhibits outstanding photoresponse performance,in terms of an ultra-low dark current of 0.62 pA,a large Ilight/Idark ratio exceeding 10^(4),a high responsivity of 0.72 A W^(-1) and a decent specific detectivity of 4.18×10^(11)Jones,upon 265 nm DUV illumination.What is more,the DUV/visible(250/400 nm)rejection ratio is as high as 10^(3) with a sharp response cut-off wave length at 280 nm.Further optoelectronic analysis reveals that the photodetectors array has good uniformity and repeatability,endowing it the capability to serve as a reliable DUV light image sensor with a decent spatial resolution.These results suggest that the proposed technique offers an effective avenue for patterned growth ofβ-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin films for multifunctional DUV optoelectronic applications. | Chao Xie Xingtong Lu Yi Liang Huahan Chen Li Wang Chunyan Wu Di Wu Wenhua Yang Linbao Luo | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,13: | 7 |

| 5 | An animal model of cerebral palsy induced by prenatal exposure to lipopolysaccharide and hypoxia显示文摘BACKGROUND:Neonatal cerebral palsy is mainly caused by prenatal factors.At present, an animal model of prenatal infection and early postnatal hypoxia does not exist.OBJECTIVE:To observe morphology and motor performance following prenatal infection and hypoxic insult-induced brain damage of neonatal rats to verify the feasibility to establish a model of cerebral palsy.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING:A randomized, controlled, animal experiment was performed at the Laboratories of Xinjiang Center for Disease Control and Prevention from September 2007 to June 2008.MATERIALS:The hypoxic incubator was purchased from Shanghai Pediatric Medical Institute, China.Lipopolysaccharide (LPS, Escherichia coli, O55:B5) was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St.Louis, MO, USA).METHODS:A total of 27 Wistar rats, aged 7 days, were randomly assigned to sham-surgery group (n=15) with no carotid artery incision or hypoxia treatment, hypoxia/ischemia (H/I) group (n=12) undergoing ligature of the right common carotid artery followed by exposure to hypoxia at postnatal day 7 (P7), and LPS/H group (n=19), in which pregnant rats were exposed in utero to LPS followed by prenatal hypoxia at embryonic day 16.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Behavior, compound muscle action potential, and pathological changes were observed in 28-day-old rats.RESULTS:The footprint repeat space showed that left limb footprint repeatability in the H/I and LPS/H groups was lower than in the sham-surgery group (P<0.05).The space between the footprints was larger and unstable.Hind limb quadricep compound muscle action potential in the H/I and LPS/H groups showed lower wave amplitude compared with the sham-surgery group (P<0.05).Hematoxylin and eosin staining showed irregular cells around the ventricle, as well as periventricular leukomalacia.CONCLUSION:An animal model of cerebral palsy was established, which simulated the human condition most likely associated with occurrence of this disease.This model could be used for experimental studies related to cerebral palsy. | Gang Chen Yanrong HU Wei Liu Jiang Li Linbao Wen Jianxin Li Lihui Zhao Xiaopeng Yang Yi Zhu Zhenzhu Sun Guangming Chi | 2010 | Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,14: | 4 |

| 9 | Gama-aminobutyric acid(GABA)alleviates hepatic inflammation via GABA receptors/TLR4/NF-kB pathways in growing-finishing pigs generated by super-multiparous sows显示文摘The offspring of super-multiparous sows face problems such as decreased growth performance,poor meat quality and even diseases in animal husbandry.Gama-aminobutyric acid(GABA)has long been known to promote growth and suppress inflammation,but little is known about the mechanisms.A total of 72 growing-finishing pigs from the 8th generation were randomly allotted to 2 groups with 6 replicates per treatment to receive a cornesoybean basal diet or the basal diet supplemented 20 mg/kg GABA for 60 d.After the animal-trial period,samples of serum and liver were collected for further analysis.Additionally,a lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced inflammatory model using HepG2 cells was established to explore the role of GABA on regulating hepatic inflammation.The results indicated that inflammatory cell infiltration occurs in the liver of progeny of super-multiparous sows,and dietary supplementation with GABA influenced liver morphology,increased activities of antioxidant enzymes and decreased the expression abundance of pro-inflammatory cytokines,including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNFα)and interleukin(IL)-1β,in the liver of growing-finishing pigs(P<0.05).In addition,GABA supplementation increased mRNA expressions of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor g(PPARg)and GABA receptors(GABARs),and reduced the expression of toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/nuclear factor-kB(NF-kB)signaling(P<0.05).Additionally,an in vitro experiment demonstrated that GABA decreased the expressions of hepatic TLR4/NF-kB signaling via activating GABARs under LPS-stress(P<0.05).In summary,liver injury may affect the growth performance of growing-finishing pigs by changing hepatic mitochondrial metabolism,the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and TLR4/NF-kB pathway and that GABA supplementation has a restorative effect by acting on GABARs. | Shumin Zhang Jinbiao Zhao Jinhua Hu Hengxun He Yihan Wei Linbao Ji Xi Ma | 2022 | Animal Nutrition2022,,2: | 1 |
