| 1 | Distributed cooperative guidance for multiple missiles with fixed and switching communication topologies显示文摘This study investigates cooperative guidance problems for multiple missiles with fixed and switching directed communication topologies. A two-step guidance strategy is proposed to realize the simultaneous attack. In the first step, a distributed cooperative guidance law is designed using local neighboring information for multiple missiles to achieve consensus on range-to-go and leading angle. The second step begins when the consensus of multiple missiles is realized. During the second step, multiple missiles disconnect from each other and hit the target using the proportional navigation guidance law. First, based on the local neighboring communications, a sufficient condition for multiple missiles to realize simultaneous attack with a fixed communication topology is presented, where the topology is only required to have a directed spanning tree. Then,the results are extended to the case of switching communication topologies. | 2 | Effects of three kinds of head acupuncture therapies on regulation of brain microenvironment and rehabilitation of nerve function in rats with cerebral palsy显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To compare and observe the effects of three kinds of cephalic acupuncture therapies commonly used in the clinic on promoting nerve function rehabilitation in the brain microenvironment of rats with cerebral palsy.METHODS:A negative control group,positive control group,and three cephalic acupuncture groups based on the administration of three cephalic acupuncture therapies were established.Ten experimental rats were selected from each group at 1,2,and 3 weeks after modeling.Neuromotor function after treatment was rated according to the Basso,Beattie,and Bresnahan method.White matter fiber bundles were evaluated by head diffusion tensor imaging.The expression levels of neuron-specific enolase,microtubule-associated protein 2,and myelin basic protein in the brain tissue extract were detected by Western blot analysis and the activities of ATPases were determined using a fixed phosphorus method.RESULTS:The pathological changes in brain tissue were restored and motor function scores were increased in the mice in each cephalic acupuncture group,and the expression of neuronal growth-related proteins in the brain tissue extract was significantly increased.Additionally,the activities of ATPases in the lesion area were significant enhanced(P<0.05).Diffusion tensor imaging revealed that the white matter fiber bundles of mice in each cephalic acupuncture group gradually increased and recovered.The nervous system structure was significantly improved.CONCLUSIONS:All three acupuncture methods promoted the rehabilitation of nerve function damaged by cerebral palsy.These effects are likely related to the improved expression of nerve growth-related proteins,enhancement of ATPase activities,and regulation of the brain microenvironment. | WANG Zixuan FAN Xiangwei CHEN Kaiyun YU Xuefeng GAO Jing | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,2: | 8 |
| 3 | Near-surface wind environment in the Yarlung Zangbo River basin,southern Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Aeolian processes have been studied extensively at low elevations,but have been relatively little studied at high elevations.Aeolian sediments are widely distributed in the Yarlung Zangbo River basin,southern Tibetan Plateau,which is characterized by low pressure and low temperature.Here,we comprehensively analyzed the wind regime using data since 1980 from 11 meteorological stations in the study area,and examined the interaction between the near-surface wind and aeolian environment.The wind environment exhibited significant spatial and temporal variation,and mean wind speed has generally decreased on both annual and seasonal bases since 1980,at an average of 0.181 m/(s•10a).This decrease resulted from the reduced contribution of maximum wind speed,and depended strongly on variations of the frequency of sand-driving winds.The drift potential and related parameters also showed obvious spatial and temporal variation,with similar driving forces for the wind environment.The strength of the wind regime affected the formation and development of the aeolian geomorphological pattern,but with variation caused by local topography and sediment sources.The drift potential and resultant drift direction were two key parameters,as they quantify the dynamic conditions and depositional orientation of the aeolian sediments.Wind affected the spatial variation in sediment grain size,but the source material and complex topographic effects on the near-surface wind were the underlying causes for the grain size distribution of aeolian sands.These results will support efforts to control aeolian desertification in the basin and improve our understanding of aeolian processes in high-elevation environments. | YANG Junhuai XIA Dunsheng WANG Shuyuan TIAN Weidong MA Xingyue CHEN Zixuan GAO Fuyuan LING Zhiyong DONG Zhibao | 2020 | Journal of Arid Land2020,12,6: | 5 |

| 5 | Comprehensive Assessment of Water Environment Carrying Capacity of Yunnan Province显示文摘Based on the concept and connotation of water environment carrying capacity, taking Yunnan Province as a case, this paper built water environment carrying capacity evaluation system from the perspectives of water resources, water environment carrying capacity and socio-economic development, and applied the index evaluation model to analyze the trends of water environment carrying capacity in Yunnan from 2006 to 2014. The results showed that, during those years, the evaluation value of water environment carrying capacity ranged from 0.23 to 0.46 in Yunnan Province.The minimum value was 0.23 in 2013, the maximum value was 0.46 in 2010. | 13 | A high-resolution route map reveals distinct stages of chondrocyte dedifferentiation for cartilage regeneration显示文摘Articular cartilage damage is a universal health problem.Despite recent progress,chondrocyte dedifferentiation has severely compromised the clinical outcomes of cell-based cartilage regeneration.Loss-of-function changes are frequently observed in chondrocyte expansion and other pathological conditions,but the characteristics and intermediate molecular mechanisms remain unclear.In this study,we demonstrate a time-lapse atlas of chondrocyte dedifferentiation to provide molecular details and informative biomarkers associated with clinical chondrocyte evaluation.We performed various assays,such as single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq),live-cell metabolic assays,and assays for transposase-accessible chromatin with high-throughput sequencing(ATAC-seq),to develop a biphasic dedifferentiation model consisting of early and late dedifferentiation stages.Early-stage chondrocytes exhibited a glycolytic phenotype with increased expression of genes involved in metabolism and antioxidation,whereas late-stage chondrocytes exhibited ultrastructural changes involving mitochondrial damage and stress-associated chromatin remodeling.Using the chemical inhibitor BTB06584,we revealed that early and late dedifferentiated chondrocytes possessed distinct recovery potentials from functional phenotype loss.Notably,this two-stage transition was also validated in human chondrocytes.An image-based approach was established for clinical use to efficiently predict chondrocyte plasticity using stage-specific biomarkers.Overall,this study lays a foundation to improve the quality of chondrocytes in clinical use and provides deep insights into chondrocyte dedifferentiation. | Yishan Chen Yeke Yu Ya Wen Juan Chen Junxin Lin Zixuan Sheng Wenyan Zhou Heng Sun Chengrui An Jiansong Chen Weiliang Wu Chong Teng Wei Wei Hongwei Ouyang | 2022 | Bone Research2022,10,3: | 1 |
| 14 | High drug loading and pH-responsive nanomedicines driven by dynamic boronate covalent chemistry for potent cancer immunotherapy显示文摘Tumor cells undergoing immunogenic cell death (ICD) have emerged as an in situ therapeutic vaccine helping to activate a persistent anti-tumor response. Several chemotherapeutic agents have been demonstrated to induce ICD, however accompanied with severe adverse effects in the clinic, weakening its immune responses. Herein, to elicit an intensive ICD while minimizing the systemic toxicity, we introduce a tumor targeting peptide modified bortezomib (BTZ) loading nanomedicine (i-NPBTZ) for the efficient delivery and controlled release of BTZ in tumors. This system is constructed by conjugating BTZ to PEGylated polyphenols via a pH-sensitive covalent boronate-phenol bond that allows them to self-assemble into nanovesicles in neutral condition with high drug loading efficiency. Once accumulated in acidic environment, BTZ-phenolic network is disassembled and thereby accelerates the release of BTZ from nanocarriers. The released BTZ selectively kill tumor cells with a concomitant evocation of tumor-specific cytotoxic T cells by triggering ICD in vivo. This can finally lead to an extended tumor ablation and prevention of distant metastasis in a syngeneic tumor mouse model, while reducing the systemic toxicity of BTZ. | 18 | A purely green approach to low-cost mass production of zeolitic imidazolate frameworks显示文摘Although zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIFs)have bright prospects in wide fields like gas storage/separation,catalysis and medicine,etc.,their large-scale applications are bottlenecked by the absence of their low-cost commercial production technique.Here,we report an uncon ventional method suitable for environmentally friendly and low-cost mass-production of ZIFs.In this method,taking the synthesis of ZIF-8 as an example,ZnO was used instead of Zn(NO_(3))_(2) in traditional solvent synthesis methods and CO_(2) was introduced to dissolve ZnO in aqueous solution of 2-methylimidazole(HMeim)and form water soluble salt([ZnMeim]^(+)[MeimCOO]^(-))at room temperature.Then,by removing CO_(2) through heating or vacuuming,Meim-ions are produced and instantaneously assemble with[ZnMeim]^(+)s to generate ZIF-8 without any by product.Due to the absence of strong acid anions(such as NO^(-)_(3) and Cl^(-) et al.)in solution,the washing of filter cake required in the conventional approaches could be omitted and the filtrate containing only water and HMeim could be reused completely.This method is really green as no waste gas or liquid generates because CO_(2) and water could be recycled perfectly.It overcomes almost all bottlenecks occurred in commercial production of ZIF-8 when using traditional methods.A pilot plant was established for mass-production of ZIF-8 and hundreds kilograms of ZIF-8 was produced,which indicates that the new method is not only environmentally friendly but also low cost and commercial accessibility.It is expected that the new method would open an avenue for commercial applications of ZIFs. | Hai Li Wan Chen Bei Liu Mingke Yang Zixuan Huang Changyu Sun Chun Deng Dapeng Cao Guangjin Chen | 2023 | Green Energy & Environment2023,8,3: | 0 |

| 20 | Identification of two pIgR-like molecules in teleost fish with opposite roles in mucosal immunity against bacterial infection显示文摘Polymeric immunoglobulin(Ig)receptor-like(pIgRL)molecules have been identified in teleost fish.However,compared to functional studies of their related genes(e.g.,mammalian CD300 family)in eliminating pathogen invasion while preserving homeostasis,the roles of pIgRL in teleost fish remain unclear.In this study,we demonstrated that a pair of pIgRL molecules in zebrafish,pIgRL3.5 and pIgRL4.2,were highly expressed in the intestine and immune cells.Moreover,we constructed an Edwardsiella piscicida infection model,which induced strong inflammatory responses in the zebrafish intestine.Interestingly,pIgRL3.5 and pIgRL4.2 exhibited opposite inducible expression patterns in response to bacterial infection,suggesting that they perform different roles.More importantly,by conducting overexpression and knockdown experiments,our findings demonstrated that zebrafish pIgRL3.5 played a protective role in host defense against E.piscicida infection by inhibiting excessive inflammatory responses.In contrast,pIgRL4.2 facilitated pathogen growth and dissemination in zebrafish intestine.Collectively,our findings are the first to demonstrate that a pair of pIgRL molecules in teleost fish play opposite roles in mucosal immune response to bacterial infection.Therefore,our results provide crucial insights into the conserved role of pIgRL molecules in immune regulatory functions throughout vertebrate evolution. | Haoyue Xu Zixuan Wang Zhenyu Huang Xiaoyun Chen Ruiqi Lin Yongyao Yu Zhen Xu | 2023 | Water Biology and Security2023,2,4: | 0 |
