1Wearable and flexible electrochemical sensors for sweat analysis:a review显示文摘Flexible wearable sweat sensors allow continuous,real-time,noninvasive detection of sweat analytes, provide insight into human physiology at the molecular level, and have received significant attention for their promising applications in personalized health monitoring.Electrochemical sensors are the best choice for wearable sweat sensors due to their high performance, low cost, miniaturization, and wide applicability.Recent developments in soft microfluidics, multiplexed biosensing, energy harvesting devices, and materials have advanced the compatibility of wearable electrochemical sweat-sensing platforms. In this review,we summarize the potential of sweat for medical detection and methods for sweat stimulation and collection. This paper provides an overview of the components of wearable sweat sensors and recent developments in materials and power supply technologies and highlights some typical sensing platforms for different types of analytes. Finally, the paper ends with a discussion of the challenges and a view of the prospective development of this exciting field.Fupeng Gao Chunxiu Liu Lichao Zhang Tiezhu Liu Zheng Wang Zixuan Song Haoyuan Cai Zhen Fang Jiamin Chen Junbo Wang Mengdi Han Jun Wang Kai Lin Ruoyong Wang Mingxiao Li Qian Mei Xibo Ma Shuli Liang Guangyang Gou Ning Xue 2023Microsystems & Nanoengineering2023,9,1:2
2Effects of Different Rootstocks on Plant Growth and Fruit Quality of Watermelon显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to explore the effects of different rootstocks on plant growth and fruit quality of watermelon. [Methods] The scions of two different watermelon varieties Qianmei No. 1,which has yellow flesh, and Qianli No. 1,which has red flesh, were grafted onto six different rootstocks of Lagenaria and Citrullus. Then, the seedling survival rate, growth potential and fruit quality in different rootstock-scion combinations were investigated.[Results]Rootstock type showed an extremely significant correlation with the survival rate of grafted watermelon plants. The watermelons grafted onto Lagenaria rootstocks had higher survival rate and better fruit quality than those onto Cucurbita rootstocks. Among them,Jingxinzhenguan was more suitable for red-fleshed watermelon variety, and bottle gourd rootstock was more suitable for yellow-fleshed watermelon variety. There were significant correlations between rootstock type and the number of leaves, the number of branches and the length of main vine of grafted plants. The number of leaves per seedling of all grafted plants was higher than that of non-grafted plants. There were no significant differences in sugar content at the center part of flesh and total soluble sugar content of fruit between the grafted and non-grafted watermelons. In addition, the interaction between rootstock type and watermelon variety had no significant effect on vegetative growth and fruit quality of grafted watermelon. [Conclusions] This study provides a theoretical basis for the grafting of watermelon.Jiali MENG Shaojun WU Xiawen WANG Xiang YU Ruoyong JIANG 2019Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,1:0
