Functional model modification of precise point positioning considering the time-varying code biases of a receiver显示文摘Precise Point Positioning(PPP),initially developed for the analysis of the Global Positing System(GPS)data from a large geodetic network, gradually becomes an effective tool for positioning, timing, remote sensing of atmospheric water vapor, and monitoring of Earth’s ionospheric Total Electron Content(TEC).The previous studies implicitly assumed that the receiver code biases stay constant over time in formulating the functional model of PPP.In this contribution,it is shown this assumption is not always valid and can lead to the degradation of PPP performance, especially for Slant TEC(STEC)retrieval and timing. For this reason, the PPP functional model is modified by taking into account the time-varying receiver code biases of the two frequencies. It is different from the Modified Carrier-to-Code Leveling(MCCL)method which can only obtain the variations of Receiver Differential Code Biases(RDCBs),i.e.,the difference between the two frequencies’code biases. In the Modified PPP(MPPP)model, the temporal variations of the receiver code biases become estimable and their adverse impacts on PPP parameters, such as ambiguity parameters, receiver clock offsets, and ionospheric delays, are mitigated. This is confirmed by undertaking numerical tests based on the real dual-frequency GPS data from a set of global continuously operating reference stations. The results imply that the variations of receiver code biases exhibit a correlation with the ambient temperature. With the modified functional model,an improvement by 42%to 96%is achieved in the Differences of STEC(DSTEC)compared to the original PPP model with regard to the reference values of those derived from the Geometry-Free(GF)carrier phase observations. The medium and long term(1×10^(4) to 1.5×10^(4) s)frequency stability of receiver clocks are also signifi-cantly improved. | Baocheng Zhang Chuanbao Zhao Robert Odolinski Teng Liu | 2021 | Satellite Navigation2021,2,1: | 7
Lingguizhugan Decoction, a Chinese herbal formula, improves insulin resistance in overweight/obese subjects with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease: a translational approach显示文摘Lingguizhugan Decoction(LGZG)has been investigated in basic studies, with satisfactory effects on insulin resistance in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).This translational approach aimed to explore the effect and underlying mechanism of LGZG in clinical setting.A randomized,double-blinded,placebo-controlled trial was performed.A total of 243 eligible participants with NAFLD were equally allocated to receive LGZG(two groups:standard dose and low dose)or placebo for 12 weeks on the basis of lifestyle modifications. The primary efficacy variable was homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR).Analyses were performed in two populations in accordance with body mass index(BMI;overweight/obese,BMI 24 kg/m^(2);lean,BMI<24 kg/m^(2)).For overweight/obese participants,low-dose LGZG significantly decreased their HOMA-IR level compared with placebo(0.19(1.47)versus 0.08(1.99),P=0.038).For lean subjects, neither dose of LGZG showed a superior effect compared with placebo.Methylated DNA immunoprecipitation sequencing and real-time qPCR found that the DNA N6-methyladenine modification levels of protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 3A(PPP1R3A)and autophagy related 3(ATG3)significantly increased after LGZG intervention in overweight/obese population.Low-dose LGZG effectively improved insulin resistance in overweight/obese subjects with NAFLD.The underlying mechanism may be related to the regulation of DNA N6-methyladenine modification of PPP1R3A and ATG3.Lean subjects may not be a targeted population for LGZG. | Liang Dai Jingjuan Xu Baocheng Liu Yanqi Dang Ruirui Wang Lijie Zhuang Dong Li Lulu Jiao Jianying Wang Lei Zhang Linda LDZhong Wenjun Zhou Guang Ji | 2022 | Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,5: | 7

Multi-scale validation strategy for satellite albedo products and its uncertainty analysis显示文摘Coarse-resolution satellite albedo products are important for climate change and energy balance research because of their capability to characterize the spatiotemporal patterns of land surface parameters at both the regional and global scales. The accuracy of coarse-resolution products is usually assessed via comparison with in situ measurements. The key issue in the comparison of remote sensing observations with in situ measurements is scaling and uncertainty. This paper presents a strategy for validating 1-km-resolution remote sensing albedo products using field measurements and high-resolution remote sensing observations. Field measurements were collected to calibrate the high-resolution(30 m) albedo products derived from HJ-1a/b images. Then, the calibrated high-resolution albedo maps were resampled(i.e., upscaled) to assess the accuracy of the coarse-resolution albedo products. The samples of field measurements and high-resolution pixels are based on an uncertainty analysis. Two types of coarse-resolution albedo datasets, from global land surface satellite(GLASS) and moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer(MODIS), are validated over the middle reaches of the Heihe River in China. The results indicate that the upscaled HJ(Huan Jing means environment in Chinese and this refers to a satellite constellation designed for environment and disaster monitoring by China) albedo, which was calibrated using field measurements, can provide accurate reference values for validating coarse-resolution satellite albedo products. However, the uncertainties in the upscaled HJ albedo should be estimated, and pixels with large uncertainties should be excluded from the validation process. | PENG JingJing LIU Qiang WEN JianGuang LIU QinHuo TANG Yong WANG LiZhao DOU BaoCheng YOU DongQin SUN ChangKui ZHAO XiaoJie FENG YouBin SHI Jian | 2015 | Science China Earth Sciences2015,58,4: | 5
Mesozoic–Cenozoic Tectonic Evolution and Uplift in Pamir:Application of Fission Track Thermochronology显示文摘The Pamir Plateau can be divided into three secondary tectonic units from north to south:the North, the Middle and the South Pamir Blocks. The North Pamir Block belonged to the southern margin of Tarim-Karakum,thermochronological study of the Pamir structural intersection indicates that accretion of the Middle Pamir Block to the Eurasian Continental Margin and its subduction and collision with the North Pamir Block occurred in the Middle–Late Jurassic.Due to the Neo-Tethys closure in the Early Cretaceous, the South Pamir Block began to collide with the accretion(the Middle Pamir Block)of the Eurasian Continental Margin.Affected by the collision and continuous convergence between the Indian Plate and the Eurasian Plate since the Cenozoic,Pamir is in a multi-stage differential uplift process.During 56.1–48.5 Ma,North Pamir took the lead in uplifting, that is,the first rapid uplift in the Pamir region began there. The continuous compression and contraction of the Indian and Eurasian plates during 22.0–15.1 Ma forced the Pamir tectonic syntaxis to begin its overall uplift,i.e.Pamir began to enter the second rapid uplift stage in the Early Oligocene, which lasted until the Middle Miocene.During 14.6–8.5Ma,South Pamir was in a rapid uplift stage, while North Pamir was in a relatively stable state, showing asymmetry of tectonic deformation in the Pamir region in space.Since 6.5 Ma,Pamir began to rapidly uplift again. | FAN Baocheng LIU Mingyi HE Zixin MENG Guanglu WU Huanhuan LI Lu | 2021 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,3: | 3

PPP-RTK functional models formulated with undiferenced and uncombined GNSS observations显示文摘Technique PPP-RTK combines the advantages of both the Precise Point Positioning(PPP)and the Real-Time Kinematic(RTK)positioning. With the emergence of multi-frequency Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)observations,it is preferable to formulate PPP-RTK functional models based on original(undiferenced and uncombined)observations. While there exist many variants of the undiferenced and uncombined PPP–RTK models,a unifed theoretical framework needs developing to link these variants. In this contribution,we formulate a class of undiferenced and uncombined PPP-RTK functional models in a systematic way and cast them in a unifed framework. This framework classifes the models into a code-plus-phase category and a phase-only category. Each category covers a variety of measurement scenarios on the network side, ranging from small-,medium-to large-scale networks. For each scenario, special care has been taken of the distinct ionospheric constraints and the diference between Code Division Multiple Access(CDMA)and Frequency Division Multiple Access(FDMA)signals. The key to systematically formulating these models lies in how to deal with the rank defciency problems encountered. We opt for the Singularity-basis(S-basis)theory,giving rise to the full-rank observation equations in which the estimable parameters turn out to be the functions of original parameters and those selected as the S-basis.In the sequel,it becomes straightforward to derive for each scenario the user model as it,more or less, amounts to the single-receiver network model.Benefting from the presented theoretical framework, the relationships and diferences between various undiferenced and uncombined PPP-RTK models become clear, which can lead to the better use of these models in a specifc situation. | Baocheng Zhang Pengyu Hou Jiuping Zha Teng Liu | 2022 | Satellite Navigation2022,3,1: | 2
Quick assessment of chicken spoilage based on hyperspectral NIR spectra combined with partial least squares regression显示文摘Pseudomonas spp.and Enterobacteriaceae are dominant spoilage bacteria in chicken during cold storage(0°C-4°C).In this study, high resolution spectra in the range of 900-1700 nm were acquired and preprocessed using Savitzky-Golay convolution smoothing(SGCS),standard normal variate(SNV)and multiplicative scatter correction(MSC),respectively, and then mined using partial least squares(PLS)algorithm to relate to the total counts of Pseudomonas spp.and Enterobacteriaceae(PEC)of fresh chicken breasts to predict PEC rapidly. The results showed that with full 900-1700 nm range wavelength,MSC-PLS model built with MSC spectra performed better than PLS models with other spectra(RAW-PLS,SGCS-PLS,SNV-PLS),with correlation coefficient(RP)of 0.954,root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)of 0.396 log10 CFU/g and residual predictive deviation(RPD)of 3.33 in prediction set.Based on the 12 optimal wavelengths(902.2 nm,905.5 nm,923.6 nm,938.4 nm,946.7 nm,1025.7 nm,1124.4 nm,1211.6 nm,1269.2 nm,1653.7 nm,1691.8 nm and 1693.4 nm)selected from MSC spectra by successive projections algorithm(SPA),SPA-MSC-PLS model had RP of 0.954,RMSEP of 0.397 log10 CFU/g and RPD of 3.32,similar to MSC-PLS model. The overall study indicated that NIR spectra combined with PLS algorithm could be used to detect the PEC of chicken flesh in a rapid and non-destructive way. | Shengqi Jiang Hongju He Hanjun Ma Fusheng Chen Baocheng Xu Hong Liu Mingming Zhu Zhuangli Kang Shengming Zhao | 2021 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,1: | 2
Naringenin nanocrystals for improving antirheumatoid arthritis activity显示文摘Naringenin(NAR)is recognized for its anti-inflammatory activity. However, the clinical application of NAR is limited by low bioavailability, which is attributed to its poor aqueous solubility. In this study,we aimed to improve the therapeutic efficacy of NAR by formulating it into nanocrystals(NCs)via wet milling. The obtained NARNCs exhibited superior dissolution behaviors, increased cellular uptake, and enhanced transcellular diffusion relative to those of bulk NAR.Oral administration of NARNCs also significantly improved bioavailability in rats.In addition, the NARNCs effectively improved rheumatoid arthritis treatment in collagen-induced arthritic rats by reducing inflammatory cell infiltration and synovial damage. These results indicate that NARNCs provides a promising strategy for rheumatoid arthritis treatment. | Guangshuai Zhang Guangyuan Sun Haishan Guan Mo Li Yanhua Liu Baocheng Tian Zhonggui He Qiang Fu | 2021 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2021,16,6: | 1
Synthesis and Characterization of a Silica-Based Drug Delivery System for Spinal Cord Injury Therapy显示文摘Acute inflammation is a central component in the progression of spinal cord injury(SCI).Anti-inflammatory drugs used in the clinic are often administered systemically at high doses, which can paradoxically increase inflammation and result in drug toxicity.A cluster-like mesoporous silica/arctigenin/CAQK composite(MSN-FC@ARCG)drug delivery system was designed to avoid systemic side effects of high-dose therapy by enabling site-specific drug delivery to the spinal cord.In this nanosystem, mesoporous silica was modified with the FITC fluorescent molecule and CAQK peptides that target brain injury and SCI sites. The size of the nanocarrier was kept at approximately 100 nm to enable penetration of the blood–brain barrier.Arctigenin,a Chinese herbal medicine, was loaded into the nanosystem to reduce inflammation. The in vivo results showed that MSN-FC@ARC-G could attenuate inflammation at the injury site.Behavior and morphology experiments suggested that MSN-FC@ARC-G could diminish local microenvironment damage, especially reducing the expression of interleukin-17(IL-17) and IL-17-related inflammatory factors, inhibiting the activation of astrocytes, thus protecting neurons and accelerating the recovery of SCI.Our study demonstrated that this novel,silica-based drug delivery system has promising potential for clinical application in SCI therapy. | Guodong Sun Shenghui Zeng Xu Liu Haishan Shi Renwen Zhang Baocheng Wang Changren Zhou Tao Yu | 2019 | Nano-Micro Letters2019,11,2: | 1

Status of UnDifferenced and Uncombined GNSS Data Processing Activities in China显示文摘With the continued development of multiple Global Navigation Satellite Systems(GNSS)and the emergence of various frequencies,UnDifferenced and UnCombined(UDUC)data processing has become an increasingly attractive option. In this contribution,we provide an overview of the current status of UDUC GNSS data processing activities in China. These activities encompass the formulation of Precise Point Positioning(PPP)models and PPP-Real-Time Kinematic(PPP-RTK)models for processing single-station and multi-station GNSS data, respectively.Regarding single-station data processing,we discuss the advancements in PPP models, particularly the extension from a single system to multiple systems, and from dual frequencies to single and multiple frequencies.Additionally,we introduce the modified PPP model, which accounts for the time variation of receiver code biases,a departure from the conventional PPP model that typically assumes these biases to be time-constant.In the realm of multi-station PPP-RTK data processing,we introduce the ionosphere-weighted PPP-RTK model, which enhances the model strength by considering the spatial correlation of ionospheric delays. We also review the phase-only PPP-RTK model, designed to mitigate the impact of unmodelled code-related errors.Furthermore,we explore GLONASS PPP-RTK,achieved through the application of the integer-estimable model. For large-scale network data processing,we introduce the all-in-view PPP-RTK model, which alleviates the strict common-view requirement at all receivers. Moreover,we present the decentralized PPP-RTK data processing strategy, designed to improve computational efficiency.Overall, this work highlights the various advancements in UDUC GNSS data processing, providing insights into the state-of-the-art techniques employed in China to achieve precise GNSS applications. | Pengyu HOU Delu CHE Teng LIU Jiuping ZHA Yunbin YUAN Baocheng ZHANG | 2023 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2023,6,3: | 0
Upscaling in situ albedo for validation of coarse scale albedo product over heterogeneous surfaces显示文摘One of the essential steps for satellite albedo validation is upscaling in situ measurements to corresponding pixel scale over relatively heterogeneous land surfaces.Although the multi-scale validation strategy is applicable for heterogeneous surfaces, the calibration of the high-resolution imagery during upscaling process is never perfect, and thus the upscaling results suffer from errors. The regression-kriging(RK)technique can compensate the calibration part by applying kriging to upscale residuals and produce more accurate upscaling results. In this paper,in situ measurements and high spatial resolution albedo imagery combined with RK technique was proposed. This method is illustrated by upscaling surface albedo from in situ measurements scale to the coarse pixel scale in the core experimental area of HiWATER,where 17 WSN nodes were deployed at heterogeneous area. The upscaling results of this method were compared with the upscaling results from multi-scale strategy. The results show that the upscaling method based on in situ measurements and high-resolution imagery combined with RK technique can capture the spatial characteristics of surface albedo better.Further,an attempt was made to expand this method in time series. Finally,a preliminary validation of the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer albedo product was performed as the tentative application. | Xiaodan Wu Qing Xiao Jianguang Wen Qiang Liu Dongqin You Baocheng Dou Yong Tang | 2017 | International Journal of Digital Earth2017,10,6: | 0
Enhanced performance triboelectric nanogenerator based on porous structure C/MnO_(2)nanocomposite for energy harvesting显示文摘Triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)can realize a variety of mechanical energy collections in the environment, which has great potential in the field of wearable energy. However, many TENGs could rarely be satisfactory to wearable electronics promotion because of their expensive raw materials and complex manufacturing processes. In this study,a type of porous structure carbon powder/manganese dioxide(C/MnO_(2))nanocomposite is introduced. The material adopts low-cost,high-yield carbon powder, can be prepared in one step through a simple, economical, and environmentally friendly hydrothermal preparation process, and has high economic practicality.Superior power generation performance was obtained by modulating the charge trapping ability and storage capacity of polydimethylsiloxane@C/MnO_(2)(PDMS@C/MnO_(2))film based on variations in the weight-loading of C/MnO_(2).The maximum output voltage of carbon powder/manganese dioxide TENG(CM-TENG)is 63 V,which is 2.1 times that of PDMS-TENG and 1.86 times that of carbon powder TENG(C-TENG)and can easily light up 53 LEDs.Furthermore,CM-TENG can convert biological motion energy into electrical signals to detect human hand movements. The CM-TENG self-powered system can successfully drive various microelectronic devices, such as electronic watches, liquid crystal displays(LCDs),and calculators. This study provides a reliable,low-cost,high-performance,and widely applicable electronic system that shows great potential in future fields such as wearable devices and micro-sensing systems. | Honghao Zhang Ping Zhang Pengfei Li Lu Deng Weikang Zhang Baocheng Liu Zhengchun Yang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,8: | 0
Roles of effective stabilizers in improving oral bioavailability of naringenin nanocrystals:Maintenance of supersaturation generated upon dissolution by inhibition of drug dimerization显示文摘Nanocrystals(NCs),a colloidal dispersion system formulated with stabilizers, have attracted widespread interest due to their ability to effectively improve the oral bioavailability of poorly water-soluble drugs. The stabilizer plays a key role because it can affect the physical stability and even the oral bioavailability of NCs.However, how stabilizers affect the bioavailability of NCs remains unknown. In this study,F68,F127,HPMC,and PVP were each used as a stabilizer to formulate naringenin NCs.The NCs formulated with PVP exhibited excellent release behaviors, cellular uptake, permeability, oral bioavailability, and anti-inflammatory effects. The underlying mechanism is that PVP effectively inhibits the formation of naringenin dimer, which in turn improves the physical stability of the supersaturated solution generated when NC is dissolved. This finding provides insights into the effects of stabilizers on the in vivo performances of NCs and supplies valuable knowledge for the development of poorly water-soluble drugs. | Guangshuai Zhang Haishan Guan Jianfeng Li Mo Li Xiaofan Sui Baocheng Tian Huiming Dong Bingyang Liu Zhonggui He Ning Li Mingming Zhao Qiang Fu | 2022 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2022,17,5: | 0
