1Seismic inversion for underground fractures detection based on effective anisotropy and fluid substitution显示文摘Underground fractures play an important role in the storage and movement of hydrocarbon fluid. Fracture rock physics has been the useful bridge between fracture parameters and seismic response. In this paper, we aim to use seismic data to predict subsurface fractures based on rock physics. We begin with the construction of fracture rock physics model. Using the model, we may estimate P-wave velocity, S-wave velocity and fracture rock physics parameters. Then we derive a new approximate formula for the analysis of the relationship between fracture rock physics parameters and seismic response, and we also propose the method which uses seismic data to invert the elastic and rock physics parameters of fractured rock. We end with the method verification, which includes using well-logging data to confirm the reliability of fracture rock physics effective model and utilizing real seismic data to validate the applicability of the inversion method. Tests show that the fracture rock physics effective model may be used to estimate velocities and fracture rock physics parameters reliably, and the inversion method is resultful even when the seismic data is added with random noise. 3Spatiotemporal variation and driving factors of water yield services on the Qingzang Plateau显示文摘Water resources are a basic need for social sustainable development and human existence.As an important national strategy for water resources security,spatial and temporal patterns and driving mechanisms of water yield ecosystem services on the Qingzang Plateau(QP)are critical for water resources management,optimal water allocation and the improvement of ecological water protection efficiency.However,only a few relevant studies are currently available.In this study,we simulated the water yield(WY)of the QP over 34 years,from 1982 to 2015,using the InVEST model and analyzed the spatiotemporal dynamic relationships between WY and climate change as well as between WY and vegetation change,using geographically weighted regression(GWR)models.The results showed that:1)from 1982 to 2015,the WY of the QP increased at an average rate of 3.8 mm/yr;2)WY presented a reduced spatial pattern from southeast to northwest;and 3)the WY driving factors have individual and spatial differences.In terms of the area percentage in promoting WY when analyzing each driving factor,precipitation(99.8%)and air pressure(53.3%)played the major roles in promoting WY,while temperature(71.9%),wind speed(57.2%),net primary productivity(87.2%),radiation(68.3%)and lake(87.7%)played negative roles.The areas where WY are dominated by temperature are the largest(41.1%),and followed by areas dominated by pressure(19.7%)and precipitation(18.5%).The results of this study provide scientific support for formulating regional water resources policy,social and economic development planning and other macro decisions for the QP.Xiaofeng Wang Bingyang Chu Xiaoming Feng Yuehao Li Bojie Fu Shirong Liu Jiming Jin 2021Geography and Sustainability2021,2,1:1

8Melphalan-loaded methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(D,L-lactide)copolymer nanomicelles in the treatment of multiple myeloma显示文摘Multiple myeloma(MM)is the second most common hematological tumor characterized by the proliferation of monoclonal plasma cells.Melphalan(MEL)is commonly used in the treatment of MM and is especially essential for patients undergoing autologous stem cell transplantation(ASCT).Although many drugs for MM have been developed in recent years,chemotherapy followed by ASCT remains the optimal option.Melphalan,the backbone of the conditioning regimen,brings severe toxicities at a high dose.Nanodrug delivery systems enable drugs to be highly effective and have low toxicity.In this study,methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(D,L-lactide)copolymer(MPEG-PDLLA)was chosen to encapsulate melphalan,and the characteristics,effectiveness,and safety of MEL/MPEG-PDLLA in vitro and in vivo were investigated.MEL/MPEG-PDLLA showed slow release and was easily engulfed by MM cells despite a result of the antitumor assay comparable to that of free melphalan in vitro.The in vivo results showed that MEL/MPEG-PDLLA could significantly alleviate tumor burden and prolong survival time without increasing the toxicity to vital organs.In addition,MEL/MPEG-PDLLA could significantly reduce the damage to the intestinal mucosa caused by melphalan.In conclusion,MEL/MPEG-PDLLA shows improved antitumor activity and has the potential to alleviate pains of MM patients undergoing ASCT.Yingying Chen Qiang Zeng Bingyang Chu Zhigang Liu Xue Wei Mengran Chen Peipei Yang Minghai Tang Ting Niu Yongqian Jia Ying Qu Zhiyong Qian 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,9:0
9Cavitation Diagnostics Based on Self-Tuning VMD for Fluid Machinery with Low-SNR Conditions显示文摘Variational mode decomposition(VMD)is a suitable tool for processing cavitation-induced vibration signals and is greatly affected by two parameters:the decomposed number K and penalty factorαunder strong noise interference.To solve this issue,this study proposed self-tuning VMD(SVMD)for cavitation diagnostics in fluid machinery,with a special focus on low signal-to-noise ratio conditions.A two-stage progressive refinement of the coarsely located target penalty factor for SVMD was conducted to narrow down the search space for accelerated decomposition.A hybrid optimized sparrow search algorithm(HOSSA)was developed for optimalαfine-tuning in a refined space based on fault-type-guided objective functions.Based on the submodes obtained using exclusive penalty factors in each iteration,the cavitation-related characteristic frequencies(CCFs)were extracted for diagnostics.The power spectrum correlation coefficient between the SVMD reconstruction and original signals was employed as a stop criterion to determine whether to stop further decomposition.The proposed SVMD overcomes the blindness of setting the mode number K in advance and the drawback of sharing penalty factors for all submodes in fixed-parameter and parameter-optimized VMDs.Comparisons with other existing methods in simulation signal decomposition and in-lab experimental data demonstrated the advantages of the proposed method in accurately extracting CCFs with lower computational cost.SVMD especially enhances the denoising capability of the VMD-based method.Hao Liu Zheming Tong Bingyang Shang Shuiguang Tong 2023Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2023,36,4:0
10Numerical analysis on the transport properties and residence time distribution of ribbon biomass particles in a riser reactor based on CFD-DEM approach显示文摘A bended ribbon biomass particle model was developed to explore the dynamic transport properties inside a riser reactor.Residence time distribution(RTD)of the particles was analyzed by using the Eulerian-Lagrange method.The effects of sampling height,particle density,particle size and gas-to-solid mass ratio on RTD were investigated.The coupled Computational Fluid Dynamics and Discrete Element Method(CFD-DEM)model was verified firstly by experimental data on pressure drop and residence time distribution density function.The simulation results demonstrated that the ribbon biomass particles display a typical annular-core spatial distribution during transportation.The RTD of particles exhibit an approximate single-peaked normal distribution.The mean residence time(MRT)can reach up to 0.7 s when the particle density is 1200 kg/m3.Particle with higher density has longer mean residence time.The flow patterns are closer to plug flow if particle length over 12 mm.The particle flow pattern is not sensitive to changes in particle density and size,while the gas-to-material mass ratio has a significant impact on it.Haichao Zhao Conghui Gu Bingyang Xu Yuan Liu Mingpu Du Kaiyuan Deng Jingyu Zhu Iana Voronina Zhulin Yuan 2024Particuology2024,87,4:0
11Synthesis of N-Alkane Mixture Microcapsule and Its Application in Low-Temperature Protective Fabric显示文摘We investigated synthesis and characterization of melamine-urea-formaldehyde(MUF) microcapsules containing n-alkane mixture as phase change core material for thermal energy storage and low-temperature protection. The phase change microcapsules(microPCMs) were prepared by an in situ polymerization using sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as emulsifiers. Surface morphology, particle size, chemical structure, and thermal properties of microPCMs were, respectively, characterized by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA). Low-temperature resistance performances were measured at-15,-30,-45, and-60 ℃ after microPCMs were coated on a cotton fabric by foaming technology. The results showed that spherical microPCMs had 4.4 μm diameter and 100 nm wall thickness. The melting and freezing temperatures and the latent heats of the microPCMs were determined as 28.9 and 29.6 ℃ as well as 110.0 and 115.7 J/g, respectively. Encapsulation of n-alkane mixture achieved 84.9 %. TGA analysis indicated that the microPCMs had good chemical stability below 250 ℃. The results showed that the microencapsulated n-alkane mixture had good energy storage potential. After the addition of 10 % microPCMs, low-temperature resistance duration was prolonged by 126.9%, 145.5%, 128.6%, and 87.5% in environment of-15,-30,-45 and-60 ℃, respectively as compared to pure fabric. 12Genetic architecture of leaf morphology revealed by integrated trait module in Catalpa bungei显示文摘Leaves are crucial for maintaining plant growth and development via photosynthesis,and their function is simultaneously regulated by a suite of phenotypic traits.Although much is known about the genetic architecture of individual leaf traits,unraveling the genetic basis of complex leafmorphology remains a challenge.Based on the functional correlation and coordination ofmulti-traits,we divided 15 leaf morphological traits into three modules,comprising size(area,length,width,and perimeter),shape(leaf lobes,aspect ratio,circularity,rectangularity,and the relevant ratios),and color(red,green,and blue)for an ornamental tree species,Catalpa bungei.A total of 189 significant single-nucleotide polymorphisms were identified in the leaves of C.bungei:35,82,and 76 in the size,shape,and color modules,respectively.Four quantitative trait loci were common between the size and shape modules,which were closely related according to phenotype correlation,genetic mapping,and mRNA analysis.The color module was independent of them.Synergistic changes in the aspect ratio,leaf lobe,and circularity suggest that these traits could be the core indicators of the leaf shape module.The LAS and SRK genes,associated with leaf lobe and circularity,were found to function in plant defense mechanisms and the growth of leaves.The associations between the SRK and CRK2 genes and the leaf lobe and circularity traits were further verified by RT-qPCR.Our findings demonstrate the importance of integrating multi-trait modules to characterize leaf morphology and facilitate a holistic understanding of the genetic architecture of intraspecific leaf morphology diversity.Miaomiao Zhang Bingyang Liu Yue Fei Xiaowei Yang Linjiao Zhao Chaozhong Shi Yueying Zhang Nan Lu Chuangye Wu Wenjun Ma Junhui Wang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,4:0
13Roles of effective stabilizers in improving oral bioavailability of naringenin nanocrystals:Maintenance of supersaturation generated upon dissolution by inhibition of drug dimerization显示文摘Nanocrystals(NCs),a colloidal dispersion system formulated with stabilizers,have attracted widespread interest due to their ability to effectively improve the oral bioavailability of poorly water-soluble drugs.The stabilizer plays a key role because it can affect the physical stability and even the oral bioavailability of NCs.However,how stabilizers affect the bioavailability of NCs remains unknown.In this study,F68,F127,HPMC,and PVP were each used as a stabilizer to formulate naringenin NCs.The NCs formulated with PVP exhibited excellent release behaviors,cellular uptake,permeability,oral bioavailability,and anti-inflammatory effects.The underlying mechanism is that PVP effectively inhibits the formation of naringenin dimer,which in turn improves the physical stability of the supersaturated solution generated when NC is dissolved.This finding provides insights into the effects of stabilizers on the in vivo performances of NCs and supplies valuable knowledge for the development of poorly water-soluble drugs.Guangshuai Zhang Haishan Guan Jianfeng Li Mo Li Xiaofan Sui Baocheng Tian Huiming Dong Bingyang Liu Zhonggui He Ning Li Mingming Zhao Qiang Fu 2022Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2022,17,5:0
14Comparison of modified injection molding and conventional machining in biodegradable behavior of perforated cannulated magnesium hip stents显示文摘In this study,perforated cannulated magnesium(Mg)hip stents were fabricated via modified Mg injection molding and conventional machining,respectively.Additionally,the stent canal was filled with paraffin to simulate injection of biomaterials.The microstructure,mechanical performance,corrosion behavior,and biocompatibility were comparably studied.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)showed higher affinity of interstitial element such as oxygen and carbon as consequences of routine molding process.After immersion in SBF,machining stents showed reduced degradation rate and increased deposition of calcium phosphate compared to molding stents.Corrosion resistance was improved via paraffin-filling.Consistently,the hemolysis and in vitro osteoblast cell culture models showed favourable biocompatibility in machining stents compared to molding ones,which was improved by paraffin-filling treatment as well.These results implied that the feasibility of the prepared machining stents as the potential in vivo orthopaedic application where slower degradation is required,which could be enhanced by designing canal-filling injection of biomaterials as well.Haiyue Zu Kelvin Chau Temitope Olumide Olugbade Lulu Pan Chris Halling Dreyer Dick Ho-Kiu Chow Le Huang Lizhen Zheng Wenxue Tong Xu Li Ziyi Chen Xuan He Ri Zhang Jie Mi Ye Li Bingyang Dai Jiali Wang Jiankun Xu Kevin Liu Jian Lu Ling Qin 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,4:0
