12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Capability requirements modeling and verification based on fuzzy ontology显示文摘The capability requirements of the command, control, communication, computing, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems are full of uncertain and vague information, which makes it difficult to model the C4ISR architecture. The paper presents an approach to modeling the capability requirements with the fuzzy unified modeling language (UML) and building domain ontologies with fuzzy description logic (DL). The UML modeling constructs are extended according to the meta model of Depart- ment of Defense Architecture Framework to improve their domain applicability, the fuzzy modeling mechanism is introduced to model the fuzzy efficiency features of capabilities, and the capability requirement models are converted into ontologies formalized in fuzzy DL so that the model consistency and reasonability can be checked with a DL reasoning system. 3Si-substrate LEDs with multiple superlattice interlayers for beyond 24 Gbps visible light communication显示文摘High-speed visible light communication(VLC)using light-emitting diodes(LEDs)is a potential complementary technology for beyond-5 G wireless communication networks.The speed of VLC systems significantly depends on the quality of LEDs,and thus various novel LEDs with enhanced VLC performance increasingly emerge.Among them,In Ga N/Ga N-based LEDs on a Si-substrate are a promising LED transmitter that has enabled VLC data rates beyond 10 Gbps.The optimization on the period number of superlattice interlayer(SL),which is a stressrelief epitaxial layer in a Si-substrate LED,has been demonstrated to be an effective method to improve Si-substrate LED’s luminescence properties.However,this method to improve LED’s VLC properties is barely investigated.Hence,we for the first time experimentally studied the impact of SL period number on VLC performance.Accordingly,we designed and fabricated an integrated 4×4 multichromatic Si-substrate wavelength-divisionmultiplexing LED array chip with optimal SL period number.This chip allows up to 24.25 Gbps/1.2 m VLC transmission using eight wavelengths,which is the highest VLC data rate for an In Ga N/Ga N LED-based VLC system to the best of our knowledge.Additionally,a record-breaking data rate of 2.02 Gbps over a 20-m VLC link is achieved using a blue Si-substrate LED with the optimal SL period number.These results validate the effectiveness of Si-substrate LEDs for both high-speed and long-distance VLC and pave the way for Si-substrate LED design specially for high-speed VLC applications.FANGCHEN HU SHOUQING CHEN GUOQIANG LI PENG ZOU JUNWEN ZHANG JIAN HU JIANLI ZHANG ZHIXUE HE SHAOHUA YU FENGYI JIANG NAN CHI 2021Photonics Research2021,9,8:3
4Modeling and verifying So S performance requirements of C4ISR systems显示文摘System-of-systems(So S) engineering involves a complex process of refining high-level So S requirements into more detailed systems requirements and assessing the extent to which the performances of to-be systems may possibly satisfy So S capability objectives. The key issue is how to model such requirements to automate the process of analysis and assessment. This paper suggests a meta-model that defines both functional and nonfunctional features of So S requirements for command and control,communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance reconnaissance(C4ISR) systems. A domain-specific modeling language is defined by extending unified modeling language(UML) constructed of class and association with fuzzy theory in order to model the fuzzy concepts of performance requirements. An efficiency evaluation function is introduced, based on B ′ezier curves,to predict the effectiveness of systems. 7The rice miR171b–SCL6-IIs module controls blast resistance,grain yield,and flowering显示文摘Micro RNAs(mi RNAs)act as regulators of plant development and multiple stress responses.Here we demonstrate that the rice mi R171 b-SCL6-IIs module regulates the balance between blast resistance,grain yield,and flowering.mi R171 b-overexpressing rice plants(OX171 b)displayed increased rice blast resistance accompanied with enhanced defense responses and late heading,whereas blocking mi R171 b expression in rice(MIM171)led to greater susceptibility to blast disease,associated with compromised defense responses and early heading.Either overexpressing or silencing of mi R171 b significantly affected plant height and number of filled seeds per panicle(seed-setting rate),resulting in decreased grain yield.mi R171 b targets SCL6-IIa,SCL6-IIb,and SCL6-IIc,whose expression was suppressed in OX171 b but increased in MIM171.Mutants of SCL6-IIa,SCL6-IIb,and SCL6-IIc all displayed phenotypes like that of OX171 b,including markedly increased blast disease resistance,slightly decreased grain yield,and delayed flowering.Amounts of mi R171 b increased gradually in leaves during the vegetative stage but decreased gradually in panicles during the reproductive stage,whereas SCL6-IIs displayed the reverse expression pattern.Together,these results suggest that the expression of mi R171 b was time-and space-dependent during the rice growth period and regulated the balance between rice blast disease resistance,grain yield,and flowering via SCL6-IIs,and that appropriate accumulation of mi R171 b is essential for rice development.Yan Li Ying Tong Xiaorong He Yong Zhu Tingting Li Xiaoyu Lin Wei Mao Zeeshan Ghulam Nabi Gishkori Zhixue Zhao Jiwei Zhang Yanyan Huang Mei Pu Jing Fan Jing Wang Wenming Wang 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,1:1

10An executable framework for modeling and validating cooperative capability requirements in emergency response system显示文摘As the scale of current systems become larger and larger and their complexity is increasing gradually,research on executable models in the design phase becomes significantly important as it is helpful to simulate the execution process and capture defects of a system in advance.Meanwhile,the capability of a system becomes so important that stakeholders tend to emphasize their capability requirements when developing a system.To deal with the lack of official specifications and the fundamental theory basis for capability requirement,we propose a cooperative capability requirements(CCR)meta-model as a theory basis for researchers to refer to in this research domain,in which we provide detailed definition of the CCR concepts,associations and rules.Moreover,we also propose an executable framework,which may enable modelers to simulate the execution process of a system in advance and do well in filling the inconsistency and semantic gaps between stakeholders’requirements and their models.The primary working mechanism of the framework is to transform the Alf activity meta-model into the communicating sequential process(CSP)process meta-model based on some mapping rules,after which the internal communication mechanism between process nodes is designed to smooth the execution of behaviors in a CSP system.Moreover,a validation method is utilized to check the correctness and consistency of the models,and a self-fixing mechanism is used to fix the errors and warnings captured during the validation process automatically.Finally,a validation report is generated and fed back to the modelers for system optimization.CHAI Lei WANG Zhixue HE Ming HE Hongyue YU Minggang 2021Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,4:0
11Improvement of SFC显示文摘The Heavy Ion Research Facility at Lanzhou (HIRFL) is a cyclotron complex in which a Sector Focusing Cyclotron (SFC) with energy constant K=69 as an injector was converted from the original existing conversional cyclotron with diameter 1.5 m. In the process of operation for about 20 years, some shortages were exposed. For example, the vacuum pressure of SFC is only 10^-4 Pa magnitude, in the case most of the heavier ions will be lost in it. Because the yoke of SFC was not changed in the fabricated process, while the diameter of accelerator is changed from 1.5 m to 1.7 m, so the magnetic saturation is very serious in the yoke. The stay magnetic field around the cyclotron is very strong. It affects not only the beam tuning in vertical process coming from ECR ion source, but also the extraction beam behind SFC. 12The Comparison of Biologic Characteristics between Mice Embryonic Stem Cells and Bone Marrow Derived Dendritic Cells显示文摘OBJECTIVE This research was to induce dendritic cells (DCs)from mice embryonic stem cells and bone marrow mononuclearcells in vitro, and then compare the biologic characteristics of them.METHODS Embryonic stem cells (ESCs) suspending culturedin petri dishes were induced to generate embryonic bodies (EBs).Fourteen-day well-developed EBs were transferred to histologicalculture with the same medium and supplemented 25 ng/ml GM-CSF and 25 ng/ml IL-3. In the next 2 weeks, there were numerousimmature DCs outgrown. 14A branch and price algorithm for the robust WSOS scheduling problem显示文摘To analyze and optimize the weapon system of systems(WSOS)scheduling process,a new method based on robust capabilities for WSOS scheduling optimization is proposed.First,we present an activity network to represent the military mission.The member systems need to be reasonably assigned to perform different activities in the mission.Then we express the problem as a set partitioning formulation with novel columns(activity flows).A heuristic branch-and-price algorithm is designed based on the model of the WSOS scheduling problem(WSOSSP).The algorithm uses the shortest resource-constrained path planning to generate robust activity flows that meet the capability requirements.Finally,we discuss this method in several test cases.The results show that the solution can reduce the makespan of the mission remarkably.LI Ruiyang HE Ming HE Hongyue WANG Zhixue YANG Cheng 2021Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,3:0
