| 2 | High sensitivity SPR sensor for liquid phase sample with Ag/PbS/Graphene hybrid nanostructure显示文摘A surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensor with Ag/PbS/GR hybrid nanostructure has been proposed for the diagnostics of liquid phase samples.Here Ag/PbS/GR hybrid nanostructure is designed as an asymmetric MIM waveguide for surface plasmon.Due to the guided wave SPR(GWSPR)modes,the index of the liquid phase samples can be measured more accurately than the conventional SPR sensors.Numerical simulation results show that the sensitivity of the sensor is about 5 times higher than the conventional SPR sensors.The origin of the enhancement mechanism is the combination of GWSPR in the Ag/PbS/GR hybrid nanostructure which enables the surface plasmon to spread along the PbS layer.In Ag/PbS/GR hybrid nanostructure,the electric field is concentrated mostly in the PbS layer,and the enhancement of the field intensity is nearly30%. | Kexiu Dong Yanping Ji Jiajia Mi Xiaotong Zhao Bin Wu Wangxia Huang Jianping Shi | 2017 | 光电工程2017,44,2: | 2 |

The results show that bryophytes of Sygara Mountain have 26 families,70 genera and 134 species; among them,25 families,69 genera and 133 species are mosses,and only one is liverwort,namely Conocephalum conicum( L.) | 9 | Significantly enhanced superconductivity in monolayer FeSe films on SrTiO_(3)(001) via metallic δ-doping显示文摘Superconductivity transition temperature(T_(c))marks the inception of a macroscopic quantum phase-coherent paired state in fermionic systems.For 2D superconductivity,the paired electrons condense into a coherent superfluid state at Tc,which is usually lower than the pairing temperature,between which intrinsic physics including Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless transition and pseudogap state are hotly debated.In the case of monolayer FeSe superconducting films on SrTiO_(3)(001),although the pairing temperature(T_(p))is revealed to be 65-83 K by using spectroscopy characterization,the measured zero-resistance temperature(T_(c)^(0))is limited to 20 K.Here,we report significantly enhanced superconductivity in monolayer FeSe films by δ-doping of Eu or Al on SrTiO_(3)(001)surface,in which T_(c)^(0) is enhanced by 12 K with a narrowed transition width ΔT_(c)~8 K,compared with non-doped samples.Using scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy measurements,we demonstrate lowered work function of the δ-doped SrTiO_(3)(001)surface and enlarged superconducting gaps in the monolayer FeSe with improved morphology/electronic homogeneity.Our work provides a practical route to enhance 2D superconductivity by using interface engineering. | Xiaotong Jiao Wenfeng Dong Mingxia Shi Heng Wang Cui Ding Zhongxu Wei Guanming Gong Yanan Li Yuanzhao Li Binjie Zuo Jian Wang Ding Zhang Minghu Pan Lili Wang Qi-Kun Xue | 2024 | National Science Review2024,11,3: | 0 |

| 11 | Leptin effects on the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis by activating proopiomelanocortin neurons Correlation between regulatory effects and duration显示文摘BACKGROUND:Leptin preserves reproductive functions by stimulating hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis activities at different levels.Some interneurons play an important role in leptin regulation of the gonadal axis.It remains uncertain whether leptin regulates reproductive functions by activating proopiomelanocortin (POMC) neurons.OBJECTIVE:To investigate leptin effects on secretory function of the neuroendocrine-gonadal axis by activating POMC neurons and to observe and verify the relationship between leptin effects and various time points.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:The randomized,controlled,animal study was performed at the Basic Institute of Chengde Medical University and the Research Room of Reproductive Immunology of National Research Institute for Family Planning from June to September 2008.MATERIALS:Leptin (Peprotech,USA),α-melanocyte stimulating hormone and rabbit anti-POMC polyclonal antibody (SC-20148) (Santa Cruz Biotechnology,USA),follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,and gonadotropin releasing hormone enzyme-labeled immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit (ADL,USA) were used in the present study.METHODS:A total of 60 healthy,female,adult,Wistar rats received 17 β-estradiol for 5 consecutive days at 15 days after ovariectomy.The rats were randomly assigned to physiological saline (n=35),leptin (n=35),and α-melanocyte stimulating hormone (n=20) groups.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Changes in gonadotropin releasing hormone,luteinizing hormone,and follicle stimulating hormone were compared following intraventricular injection of physiological saline,leptin,and α-melanocyte stimulating hormone at various time points.Changes in POMC mRNA and protein expression in the hypothalamus were measured following physiological saline and leptin injection via the lateral ventricle.RESULTS:Compared to the physiological saline group,leptin and α-melanocyte stimulating hormone affected secretion in the hypothalamus-pituitary axis.Leptin affected secretion of gonadotropin releasing hormone,luteinizing hormone,and follicle stimulating hormone,whereas α-melanocyte stimulating hormone inhibited secretion of these hormones.Compared to the physiological saline group,POMC mRNA expression was significantly increased in the hypothalamus at 2 and 4 hours after leptin injection (P < 0.05),but expression recovered to physiological saline group levels at 6 hours after injection (P > 0.05).POMC protein expression was significantly increased in the hypothalamus at 4 and 6 hours after leptin injection (P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:Leptin affects secretory function of the neuroendocrine-gonadal axis through combined effects on POMC neurons and other pathways.Results suggested that the regulatory effects of POMC neurons were later compared to other neurons. | Songhe Yang Luyang Cheng Xiuyan Ma Lianzhi Zhao Xiaotong Dong Peiming Feng Xiaoqiang Wang Tiecheng Sun Yuebing Qiao | 2010 | Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,9: | 0 |
