3Iron-based high transition temperature superconductors显示文摘In a superconductor electrons form pairs and electric transport becomes dissipation-less at low temperatures. Recently discovered iron-based superconductors have the highest superconducting transition temperature next to copper oxides. In this article, we review material aspects and physical properties of iron-based superconductors. 4Electrical transport properties of Fe Se single crystal under high magnetic field显示文摘Understanding the normal electronic state is crucial for unveiling the mechanism of unconventional superconductivity(SC). In this paper, by applying a magnetic field of up to 37T on FeSe single crystals, we could reveal the normal-state transport properties after SC was completely suppressed. The normal-state resistivity exhibited a Fermi liquid behavior at low temperatures. Large orbital magnetoresistance(MR) was observed in the nematic state with H//c, whereas MR was negligible with H//ab. The magnitude of the orbital MR showed an unusual reduction, and Kohler’s rule was severely violated below 10-25 K;these were attributable to spin fluctuations. 5Electric-field-controlled superconductor–ferromagnetic insulator transition显示文摘Superconductivity beyond electron-phonon mechanism is always twisted with magnetism. Based on a new field-effect transistor with solid ion conductor as the gate dielectric(SIC-FET), we successfully achieve an electric-field-controlled phase transition between superconductor and ferromagnetic insulator in(Li,Fe)OHFeSe. A dome-shaped superconducting phase with optimal T_c of 43K is continuously tuned into a ferromagnetic insulating phase, which exhibits an electric-field-controlled quantum critical behavior. The origin of the ferromagnetism is ascribed to the order of the interstitial Fe ions expelled from the(Li,Fe)OH layers by gating-controlled Li injection. These surprising findings offer a unique platform to study the relationship between superconductivity and ferromagnetism in Fe-based superconductors. 6Magnetic-field enhanced high-thermoelectric performance in topological Dirac semimetal Cd3As2 crystal显示文摘Thermoelectric materials can be used to convert heat to electric power through the Seebeck effect. We study magneto-thermoelectric figure of merit(ZT) in three-dimensional Dirac semimetal Cd_3As_2 crystal.It is found that enhancement of power factor and reduction of thermal conductivity can be realized at the same time through magnetic field although magnetoresistivity is greatly increased. ZT can be highly enhanced from 0.17 to 1.1 by more than six times around 350 K under a perpendicular magnetic field of 7 T. The huge enhancement of ZT by magnetic field arises from the linear Dirac band with large Fermi velocity and the large electric thermal conductivity in Cd_3As_2. 9Mechanism underlying the protective effect of Kaixin Jieyu Fang on vascular depression following cerebral white matter damage显示文摘The Chinese compound Kaixin Jieyu Fang can be used to treat vascular depression;however,the underlying mechanism remains unclear.This study established a rat model of chronic cerebral ischemia-caused white matter damage by ligation of the bilateral common carotid arteries.Rats received daily intragastric administration of a suspension of Kaixin Jieyu Fang powder.After 3,7and 21 days of treatment,the degree of white matter damage in the cerebral ischemia rat model was alleviated,Bcl-2 protein and mRNA expression in brain tissue increased,and Bax protein and mRNA expression decreased.These results indicate that Kaixin Jieyu Fang can alleviate cerebral white matter damage,and the underlying mechanism is associated with regulation of Bcl-2/Bax protein and mRNA expression,which is one of possible mechanism behind the protective effect of Kaixin Jieyu Fang against vascular depression.Ying Zhang Shijing Huang Yanyun Wang Junhua Pan Jun Zheng Xianhui Zhang Yuxia Chen Duojiao Li 2014Neural Regeneration Research2014,9,1:4
10Nodeless superconductivity in the kagome metal CsV_(3)Sb_(5)显示文摘The recently discovered kagome metal series AV3Sb5(A=K, Rb, Cs) exhibits topologically nontrivial band structures, chiral charge order and superconductivity, presenting a unique platform for realizing exotic electronic states. The nature of the superconducting state and the corresponding pairing symmetry are key questions that demand experimental clarification. Here, using a technique based on the tunneling diode oscillator, the magnetic penetration depth ?λ(T) of CsV3Sb5 was measured down to 0.07 K. A clear exponential behavior in ?λ(T) with marked deviations from a T or T2 temperature dependence was observed at low temperatures, indicating an absence of nodal quasiparticles. Temperature dependence of the superfiuid density and electronic specific heat can be described by two-gap s-wave superconductivity, consistent with the presence of multiple Fermi surfaces in CsV3Sb5. 11A mini-review on ion fluxes that regulate NLRP3 inflammasome activation显示文摘The activation of NLR family pyrin domain containing 3(NLRP3)inflammasome can be induced by a wide spectrum of activators.This is unlikely achieved by the binding of different activators directly to the NLRP3 protein itself,as the activators found so far show different forms of chemical structures.Previous studies have shown that these activators can induce potassium ion(K+)and chloride ion(Cl−)efflux,calcium(Ca2+)and other ion mobilization,mitochondrial dysfunction,and lysosomal disruption,all of which are believed to cause NLRP3 inflammasome activation;how these events are induced by the activators and how they coordinate with each other in inducing the NLRP3 inflammasome activation are not fully understood.Increasing evidence suggests that the coordinated change of intracellular ion concentrations may be a common mechanism for the NLRP3 activation by different activators.In this mini-review,we present a brief summary of the current knowledge about how different ionic flows(including K+,sodium ion,Ca2+,magnesium ion,manganese ion,zinc ion,iron ion,and Cl−)are involved in regulating the NLRP3 inflammasome activation in macrophages.Chenguang Li Mingye Chen Xianhui He Dongyun Ouyang 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,2:3

13Orbital ordering and fluctuations in a kagome superconductor CsV_(3)Sb_(5)显示文摘Recently,competing electronic instabilities,including superconductivity and density-wave-like order,have been discovered in vanadium-based kagome metals AV_(3)Sb_(5)(A=K,Rb,Cs)with a nontrivial band topology.This finding stimulates considerable interest to study the interplay of these competing electronic orders and possible exotic excitations in the superconducting state.Here,we performed51V and133Cs nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)measurements on a CsV_(3)Sb_(5)single crystal to clarify the nature of density-wave-like transition in these kagome superconductors.A first-order structural transition is unambiguously revealed below T_(s)~94 K by observing the sudden splitting of Knight shift in^(51)V NMR spectrum.Moreover,combined with^(133)Cs NMR spectrum,the present result confirms a three-dimensional structural modulation.By further analyzing the anisotropy of Knight shift and 1/T_(1)T at^(51)V nuclei,we proposed that the orbital order is the primary electronic order induced by the firstorder structural transition,which is supported by further analysis on electric field gradient at^(51)V nuclei.In addition,the evidence for possible orbital fluctuations is also revealed above T_(s).The present work sheds light on a rich orbital physics in kagome superconductors AV_(3)Sb_(5).DianWu Song LiXuan Zheng FangHang Yu Jian Li LinPeng Nie Min Shan Dan Zhao ShunJiao Li BaoLei Kang ZhiMian Wu YanBing Zhou KuangLv Sun Kai Liu XiGang Luo ZhenYu Wang JianJun Ying XianGang Wan Tao Wu XianHui Chen 2022Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2022,65,4:2
