2The coupling of dynamics and permeability in the hydrocarbon accumulation period controls the oil-bearing potential of low permeability reservoirs:a case study of the low permeability turbidite reservoirs in the middle part of the third member of Shahejie显示文摘The relationships between permeability and dynamics in hydrocarbon accumulation determine oilbearing potential(the potential oil charge) of low permeability reservoirs.The evolution of porosity and permeability of low permeability turbidite reservoirs of the middle part of the third member of the Shahejie Formation in the Dongying Sag has been investigated by detailed core descriptions,thin section analyses,fluid inclusion analyses,carbon and oxygen isotope analyses,mercury injection,porosity and permeability testing,and basin modeling.The cutoff values for the permeability of the reservoirs in the accumulation period were calculated after detailing the accumulation dynamics and reservoir pore structures,then the distribution pattern of the oil-bearing potential of reservoirs controlled by the matching relationship between dynamics and permeability during the accumulation period were summarized.On the basis of the observed diagenetic features and with regard to the paragenetic sequences,the reservoirs can be subdivided into four types of diagenetic fades.The reservoirs experienced two periods of hydrocarbon accumulation.In the early accumulation period,the reservoirs except for diagenetic fades A had middle to high permeability ranging from 10 × 10^(-3) μm^2 to4207 × 10^(-3) μm^2.In the later accumulation period,the reservoirs except for diagenetic fades C had low permeability ranging from 0.015 × 10^(-3)~ μm^2 to 62 × 10^(-3) μm^2.In the early accumulation period,the fluid pressure increased by the hydrocarbon generation was 1.4-11.3 MPa with an average value of 5.1 MPa.and a surplus pressure of1.8-12.6 MPa with an average value of 6.3 MPa.In the later accumulation period,the fluid pressure increased by the hydrocarbon generation process was 0.7-12.7 MPa with an average value of 5.36 MPa and a surplus pressure of1.3-16.2 MPa with an average value of 6.5 MPa.Even though different types of reservoirs exist,all can form hydrocarbon accumulations in the early accumulation period.Such types of reservoirs can form hydrocarbon accumulation with high accumulation dynamics:however,reservoirs with diagenetic facies A and diagenetic fades B do not develop accumulation conditions with low accumulation dynamics in the late accumulation period for very low permeability.At more than 3000 m burial depth,a larger proportion of turbidite reservoirs are oil charged due to the proximity to the source rock.Also at these depths,lenticular sand bodies can accumulate hydrocarbons.At shallower depths,only the reservoirs with oil-source fault development can accumulate hydrocarbons.For flat surfaces,hydrocarbons have always been accumulated in the reservoirs around the oil-source faults and areas near the center of subsags with high accumulation dynamics.Tian Yang Ying-Chang Cao Yan-Zhong Wang Henrik Friis Beyene Girma Haile Ke-Lai Xi Hui-Na Zhang 2016Petroleum Science2016,13,2:10
3NS1-binding protein radiosensitizes esophageal squamous cell carcinoma by transcriptionally suppressing c-Myc显示文摘Background:Cisplatin-based chemotherapy with concurrent radiotherapy is a standard treatment for advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).NS1-binding protein(NS1-BP),a member of the BTB-kelch protein fam-ily,has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of Hela cells by suppressing c-Myc.In the present study,we examined the potential function role of NS1-BP expression in ESCC,and particularly,the sensitivity of ESCC to radiotherapy.Methods:NS1-BP expression was examined using immunohistochemistry in two cohorts(n=98 for the training cohort;n=46 for independent validation cohort)of ESCC patients receiving cisplatin-based chemotherapy and con-current radiotherapy.Normal esophageal mucosal tissue blocks were used as a control.We also conducted a series of in vitro and in vivo experiments to examine the potential effects of over-expressing NS1-BP on ESCC cells,and particu-larly their sensitivity to ionizing irradiation.Results:In the training cohort,NS1-BP downregulation was observed in 59%(85/144)of the ESCC specimens.NS1-BP downregulation was associated with chemoradiotherapeutic resistance and shorter disease-specific survival(DSS)in both the training and validation cohorts.Over-expressing NS1-BP in cultured ESCC cells substantially increased the cellular response to irradiation both in vitro and in vivo.NS1-BP also significantly enhanced IR-induced apoptosis,and abrogated IR-induced G2/M cell-cycle arrest and ATM/Chk1 phosphorylation.Immunoprecipitation assays indicated that NS1-BP could interact with c-Myc promoter regions to inhibit its transcription.In ESCC tissues,c-Myc expression was inversely correlated with NS1-BP levels,and was associated with a shorter DSS.Conclusions:Our findings highlight the role and importance of NS1-BP in radiosensitivity of ESCC.Targeting the NS1-BP/c-Myc pathway may provide a novel therapeutic strategy for ESCC.Yuwen Wang Jingjing Cheng Dan Xie Xiaofeng Ding Hailing Hou Xi Chen Puchun Er Furong Zhang Lujun Zhao Zhiyong Yuan Qingsong Pang Ping Wang Dong Qian 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:4
4Numerical Simulation of Transient 3-D Turbulent Heated Jet into Crossflow in a Thick-Wall T-Junction Pipe显示文摘The present work is to investigate the transient three-dimensional heated turbulent jet into crossflow in a thickwall T-junction pipe using CFD package. Two cases with the jet-to-crossflow velocity ratio of 0.05 and 0.5 are computed, with a finite-volume method utilizing κ-ε model. Comparison of the steady-state computations with measured data shows good qualitative agreement. Transient process of injection is simulated to examine the thermal shock on the T-junction component. Temporal temperature of the component is acquired by thermal coupling with the fluid. Via analysis of the flow and thermal characteristics, factors causing the thermal shock are studied. 6Construction of ZnIn_(2)S_(4)-CdIn_(2)S_(4) Microspheres for Efficient Photo-catalytic Reduction of CO_(2) with Visible Light显示文摘ZnIn_(2)S_(4) has emerged in water splitting and degradation of dyes due to its good stability and light absorption properties.However,there are still few reports of CO_(2) photoreduction.Herein,we successfully synthesized ZnIn_(2)S_(4) and obtained a series of ZnIn_(2)S_(4)-CdIn_(2)S_(4) heterostructured microspheres through the ion exchange method,and first used them in photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction in noble-metal-free systems.The activity results showed that these ZnIn_(2)S_(4)-CdIn_(2)S_(4) photocatalysts exhibit excellent catalytic activity under visible light,and the best CO yield is as high as 33.57μmol・h^(-1) with a selectivity of 91%.Furthermore,the stability and reusability of ZnIn_(2)S_(4)-CdIn_(2)S_(4) was firmly confirmed by diverse characterizations,including X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX)and N2 adsorption measurements.Shitong Han Bifang Li Lijuan Huang Hailing Xi Zhengxin Ding Jinlin Long 2022Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry2022,41,1:2
7Development of an amperometric glucose biosensor based on the immobilization of glucose oxidase in an ormosil-PVA matrix onto a Prussian Blue modified electrode显示文摘An amperometric glucose biosensor was developed based on the immobilization of glucose oxidase in the organically modified silicate(ormosil)-polyvinyl acetate(PVA) matrix onto a Prussian Blue(PB)-modified glassy carbon electrode.A higher stability PB-modified electrode was prepared by the electrochemical deposition of FeCl3,K3[Fe(CN)6] and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA) under cyclic voltammetric(CV) conditions.The effects of the potential range of CV conditions,electrolyte cations,applied potential,pH,temperature and co-existing substances were investigated.The detection limit of the glucose biosensor was 8.1 μmol·L-1(S/N = 3) with a linear range from 20 μmol·L-1 to 2 mmol·L-1(R = 0.9965).The biosensor presented a fast response and good selectivity.Additionally,excellent reproducibility and stability of the biosensor were observed.HaiLing Chen Li Zhao Xi Chen ZhiXia Zhuang XiaoRu Wang 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,8:1
8Efficient Processing of Skyline Group Queries over a Data Stream显示文摘In this paper, we study the skyline group problem over a data stream. An object can dominate another object if it is not worse than the other object on all attributes and is better than the other object on at least one attribute. If an object cannot be dominated by any other object, it is a skyline object. The skyline group problem involves finding k-item groups that cannot be dominated by any other k-item group. Existing algorithms designed to find skyline groups can only process static data. However, data changes as a stream with time in many applications,and algorithms should be designed to support skyline group queries on dynamic data. In this paper, we propose new algorithms to find skyline groups over a data stream. We use data structures, namely a hash table, dominance graph, and matrix, to store dominance information and update results incrementally. We conduct experiments on synthetic datasets to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithms. 10Decontamination of Chemical Warfare Agents by Novel Oximated Acrylate Copolymer显示文摘A novel acrylate copolymer,polymethylacrylate-β-(bromoacetyl ethyl)ester-co-N,N-dimethylacrylamide[P(MABE-co-DMAA)]was synthesized by the copolymerization of N,N-dimethylacrylamide and methylacrylate-β-(bromoacetyl ethyl)ester.Subsequently,the copolymer was oximated by 4-pyridinium aldoxime(4-PAM),and was abbreviated as PAM-P(MABE-co-DMAA).A maximum oxime conversion of 53.7%was obtained.The as-prepared oximated copolymer PAM-P(MABE-co-DMAA)effectively decontaminated chemical warfare agents(CWAs)including methylphosphonofluoridate(sarin or GB),S-2-(diisopropylamino)ethyl O-ethyl methylphosphonothioate(VX),and 2,2′-dichloroethyl sulfide(sulfur mustard,or HD).The detoxification rates were 90.6%for GB,85.7%for VX,and 90.5%for HD.Chromogenic analysis,high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC/MS)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)were used to identify the decontamination products,and the decontamination mechanism was concluded to be a combination of nucleophilic substitution and a second order Beckmann rearrangement.Furthermore,the active decontamination materials,such as decontamination cloths and covers could be made from the oximated copolymer by virtue of its processability,as well as its strong ability to degrade CWA.WEN Xianfang YE Lin CHEN Likun KONG Lingce YUAN Ling XI Hailing ZHONG Jinyi 2019Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2019,35,6:0

13Long-term amelioration of an early-onset familial atrial fibrillation model with AAV-mediated in vivo gene therapy显示文摘Atrial fibrillation(AF)is a common cardiac disease with high prevalence in the general population.Despite a mild manifestation at the onset stage,it causes serious consequences,including sudden death,when the disease progresses to the late stage.Most available treatments of AF focus on symptom management or alleviation,due to a lack of fundamental knowledge and the fact that considerable variations of AF exist.With the popularisation of the next-generation sequencing technology,several causal genetic factors,including MYL4,have been discovered to contribute to AF,giving hope to developing its gene therapies.In this study,we attempted to treat a previously established rat AF model,which carried Myl4E11K/E11K loss of function mutation,via overexpression of exogenous wild-type Myl4 by AAV9 vectors.Our results showed that delivery of Myl4 expressing AAV9 to postnatal rat models rescued the symptoms of AF,indicating the therapeutic potential that early gene therapy intervention can achieve long-term effects in treating cardiac arrhythmias caused by gene mutations.Handan Hu Liren Wang Huiying Li Hailing Li Xi Chen Wenhui Peng Jun Wang Yongxiang Zhao Mingyao Liu Dali Li 2022Fundamental Research2022,2,6:0
