| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). | 2 | Aerodynamic characteristics of rigid coaxial rotor by wind tunnel test and numerical calculation显示文摘Focusing on aerodynamic characteristics of rigid coaxial rotor of a high-speed helicopter in hover and forward flight, a wind tunnel test is conducted in the 8 m ? 6 m low-speed straightflow wind tunnel of China Aerodynamics Research and Development Center. In the experiment,a 4 m diameter composite model rigid coaxial rotor is designed and manufactured, and firstorder flapping frequency ratio of the blade is 1.796 to ensure sufficient stiffness at the blade root.Rotor aerodynamic performance is measured under hovering and high advance ratio conditions.Also, the numerical method is used to calculate aerodynamic characteristics in typical states of the rigid coaxial rotor for analysis purpose. The rotor lift-drag ratio and lateral lift offset in the experiment are emphatically analyzed for the rigid coaxial rotor. The results indicate that in forward flight condition, the rotor lift-drag ratio first increases and then decreases with the increment of advance ratio and lift offset. | 3 | Effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge extract and its single components on monosodium urate-induced pain in vivo and lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammation in vitro显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the possible antinociceptive effects of Salvia(S.)miltiorrhiza Bunge and its single components in monosodium urate(MSU)-induced pain model in mice and lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced inflammation model in RAW264.7 cells.METHODS:Pretreatment of S.miltiorrhiza Bunge extract(from 1 to 50μg/mL)concentration-dependently attenuated LPS-induced nitric oxide(NO)release.The extract of S.miltiorrhiza Bunge(50 or 100 mg/kg)also caused reversals of decreased threshold for pain in the MSU-treated group as measured by Von-Frey test.Furthermore,we assessed the antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory properties of the active single components from S.miltiorrhiza Bunge such as 15,16-dihydrotanshinoneⅠ,tanshinoneⅠ,cryptotanshinone,miltirone,tanshinoneⅡA,and salvianolic acid B.Some of them showed an anti-inflammatory effect in LPS-induced NO release model and an antinociceptive effect in MSU-treated pain model.RESULTS:Our results suggest that S.miltiorrhiza Bunge extract may exert anti-inflammatory effect by reducing LPS-induced NO release and an antinociceptive property in MSU-treated pain model.Especially,tanshinoneⅡA,miltirone,cryptotanshinone,and 15,16-dihydrotanshinoneⅠ,not only appear to be responsible for LPS-induced NO release induced by S.miltiorrhiza Bunge,but also in the production of S.miltiorrhiza Bunge extract-induced antinociception in MSU-treated pain model.CONCLUSION:Therefore,the analgesic and anti-inflammatory property of S.miltiorrhiza Bunge indicate it as a therapeutic potential candidate for the treatment of pain and inflammation. | FENG Jinghui Set Byeol Kim Hee Jung Lee Su Min Sim Soon Sung Lim Hong Won Suh | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,2: | 4 |
| 4 | Development of Mn-Si-MEL as a bi-functional adsorption-catalytic oxidation material for VOCs elimination显示文摘Mn-Si-MEL zeolite was developed as a bi-functional adsorption-catalytic oxidation material for volatile organic compounds(VOCs)elimination due to its good hydrophobicity&good organophileproperty brought by the substitution of Mn for Al in zeolite and the superior catalytic oxidation property endowed by the existence of Mn species.Various Mn-Si-MEL samples were obtained by introducing Mn to MEL crystallization system via different ways.It was found the incorporated Mn ways have a significant effect on the behavior of Mn being involved in the crystallization of MEL and finally influenced the distribution of Mn in zeolite as well the physicochemical properties of product zeolite.The seeding method(MnS2(Seed))is favorable for the good incorporation and uniform distribution of Mn in zeolite while both recrystallization method(Mn-S2(RC))and direct synthesis method(Mn-S2(DH))are favorable for obtaining more reducible Mn species and surface adsorbed oxygen species.The Mn amount incorporated into zeolite follows Mn-S2(RC)(1.96 wt%)>Mn-S2(Seed)(1.07 wt%)≈Mn-S2(DH)(0.97 wt%),the adsorption capacity of various samples follows Mn-S2(Seed)(83.3μmol/g)≈Mn-S2(RC)(82.1μmol/g)>Mn-S2(DH)(76.1μmol/g),while the catalytic oxidation ability of three samples follows Mn-S2(RC)≈Mn-S2(DH)>Mn-S2(Seed).Furthermore,Mn-S2(RC)which exhibits both superior adsorption capacity and catalytic oxidation ability shows good hydrophobicity and superior recyclability,demonstrating its great potential to be applied in the VOCs elimination by an enrichment-degradation route. | Qingjun Yu Yongchao Feng Jinghui Wei Xiaolong Tang Honghong Yi | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6: | 2 |

| 7 | The impact of ocean data assimilation on seasonal predictions based on the National Climate Center climate system model显示文摘An ensemble optimal interpolation(EnOI)data assimilation method is applied in the BCCCSM1.1 to investigate the impact of ocean data assimilations on seasonal forecasts in an idealized twin experiment framework.Pseudoobservations of sea surface temperature(SST),sea surface height(SSH),sea surface salinity(SSS),temperature and salinity(T/S)profiles were first generated in a free model run.Then,a series of sensitivity tests initialized with predefined bias were conducted for a one-year period;this involved a free run(CTR)and seven assimilation runs.These tests allowed us to check the analysis field accuracy against the'truth'.As expected,data assimilation improved all investigated quantities;the joint assimilation of all variables gave more improved results than assimilating them separately.One-year predictions initialized from the seven runs and CTR were then conducted and compared.The forecasts initialized from joint assimilation of surface data produced comparable SST root mean square errors to that from assimilation of T/S profiles,but the assimilation of T/S profiles is crucial to reduce subsurface deficiencies.The ocean surface currents in the tropics were better predicted when initial conditions produced by assimilating T/S profiles,while surface data assimilation became more important at higher latitudes,particularly near the western boundary currents.The predictions of ocean heat content and mixed layer depth are significantly improved initialized from the joint assimilation of all the variables.Finally,a central Pacific El Ni?o was well predicted from the joint assimilation of surface data,indicating the importance of joint assimilation of SST,SSH,and SSS for ENSO predictions. | Wei Zhou Jinghui Li Fanghua Xu Yeqiang Shu Yang Feng | 2021 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,5: | 1 |

| 9 | A Hyper-Heuristic Framework for Lifetime Maximization in Wireless Sensor Networks With A Mobile Sink显示文摘Maximizing the lifetime of wireless sensor networks(WSNs) is an important and challenging research problem. Properly scheduling the movements of mobile sinks to balance the energy consumption of wireless sensor network is one of the most effective approaches to prolong the lifetime of wireless sensor networks. However, the existing mobile sink scheduling methods either require a great amount of computational time or lack effectiveness in finding high-quality scheduling solutions. To address the above issues, this paper proposes a novel hyperheuristic framework, which can automatically construct high-level heuristics to schedule the sink movements and prolong the network lifetime. In the proposed framework, a set of low-level heuristics are defined as building blocks to construct high-level heuristics and a set of random networks with different features are designed for training. Further, a genetic programming algorithm is adopted to automatically evolve promising high-level heuristics based on the building blocks and the training networks. By using the genetic programming to evolve more effective heuristics and applying these heuristics in a greedy scheme, our proposed hyper-heuristic framework can prolong the network lifetime competitively with other methods, with small time consumption. A series of comprehensive experiments, including both static and dynamic networks,are designed.
