| 1 | Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. | 3 | White Matter Abnormalities in Major Depression Biotypes Identified by Diffusion Tensor Imaging显示文摘Identifying data-driven biotypes of major depressive disorder(MDD) has promise for the clarification of diagnostic heterogeneity. However, few studies have focused on white-matter abnormalities for MDD subtyping. This study included 116 patients with MDD and118 demographically-matched healthy controls assessed by diffusion tensor imaging and neurocognitive evaluation.Hierarchical clustering was applied to the major fiber tracts, in conjunction with tract-based spatial statistics, to reveal white-matter alterations associated with MDD.Clinical and neurocognitive differences were compared between identified subgroups and healthy controls. With fractional anisotropy extracted from 20 fiber tracts, cluster analysis revealed 3 subgroups based on the patterns of abnormalities. Patients in each subgroup versus healthy controls showed a stepwise pattern of white-matter alterations as follows: subgroup 1(25.9% of patient sample),widespread white-matter disruption;subgroup 2(43.1% of patient sample), intermediate and more localized abnormalities in aspects of the corpus callosum and left cingulate;and subgroup 3(31.0% of patient sample),possible mild alterations, but no statistically significant tract disruption after controlling for family-wise error. The neurocognitive impairment in each subgroup accompanied the white-matter alterations: subgroup 1, deficits in sustained attention and delayed memory;subgroup 2, dysfunction in delayed memory;and subgroup 3, no significant deficits. | 4 | No expenditure difference among patients with liver cancer at stageⅠ-ⅣV:Findings from a multicenter cross-sectional study in China显示文摘Objective:The number of liver cancer patients in China accounts for more than half of the world.However,China currently lacks national,multicenter economic burden data,and meanwhile,measuring the differences among different subgroups will be informative to formulate corresponding policies in liver cancer control.Thus,the aim of the study was to measure the economic burden of liver cancer by various subgroups.Methods:A hospital-based,multicenter and cross-sectional survey was conducted during 2012・2014,covering 39 hospitals and 21 project sites in 13 provinces across China.The questionnaire covers clinical information,sociology,expenditure,and related variables.All expenditure data were reported in Chinese Yuan(CNY)using 2014 values.Results:A total of 2,223 liver cancer patients were enrolled,of whom 59.61%were late-stage cases(III-IV),and 53.8%were hepatocellular carcinoma.The average total expenditure per liver cancer patient was estimated as 53,220 CNY,including 48,612 CNY of medical expenditures(91.3%)and 4,608 CNY of non-medical expenditures(8.7%).The average total expenditures in stage I,H,m and stage IV were 52,817 CNY,50,877 CNY,50,678 CNY and 54,089 CNY(P>0.05),respectively.Non-medical expenditures including additional meals,additional nutrition care,transportation,accommodation and hired informal nursing were 1,453 CNY,839 CNY,946 CNY,679 CNY and 200 CNY,respectively.The one-year out-of-pocket expenditure of a newly diagnosed patient was 24,953 CNY,and 77.2%of the patients suffered an unmanageable financial burden.Multivariate analysis showed that overall expenditure differed in almost all subgroups(P<0.05),except for sex,clinical stage,and pathologic type.Conclusions:There was no difference in treatment expenditure for liver cancer patients at different clinical stages,which suggests that maintaining efforts on treatment efficacy improvement is important but not enough.To fiirtherly reduce the overall economic burden from liver cancer,more effort should be given to primary and secondary prevention strategies. | Haike Lei Lin Lei Jufang Shi Yongzhong Wu Ling Liang Huiyao Huang Mei He Fangzhou Bai Maomao Cao Hui Qiu Yuting Wang Chengcheng Liu Jia Du Hong Wang Yan Zhang Mengdi Cao Ji Peng Ni Li Chunfeng Qu Min Dai Wanqing Chen Jie He | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2020,32,4: | 7 |

| 6 | Effects of Airflow Field on Droplets Diameter inside the Corrugated Packing of a Rotating Packed Bed显示文摘Rotating packing bed(RPB) has a better mixing performance than traditional mixers and shows potential application in the petroleum industry. However, acquisition of information about the mixing process directly through experiments is difficult because of the compact structure and complex multiphase flow pattern in RPB. To study the mixing characteristic, Fluent, the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software, was used to explore the effect of airflow field on droplet diameter. For conducting calculations, the gas-liquid two-phase flow inside the packing was simulated with the RNG k-ε turbulence model and the Lagrange Discrete Phase Model(DPM), respectively. | 7 | Dispersion Performance of Methanol-Diesel Emulsified Fuel Prepared by High Gravity Technology显示文摘A new continuous process for preparing methanol-diesel emulsified fuel with an Impinging Stream-Rotating Packed Bed is proposed. The droplet size of dispersed phase(methanol) of the emulsified fuel has a significant effect on the combustion of methanol-diesel emulsified fuel. In this paper, the methanol-diesel emulsified fuel uses diesel as the continuous phase and methanol as the dispersed phase. The Sauter mean diameter of the dispersed phase of methanol-diesel emulsified fuel was characterized with microphotography and arithmetic method. The experimental result showed that the Sauter mean diameter of the dispersed phase, which was decreased with the augmentation of the high gravity factor, liquid flow rate and emulsifier dosage, was inversely proportional to the methanol content. The Sauter mean diameter of the dispersed phase can be controlled and adjusted in the range of 12—40 μm through the change of operating conditions. | 8 | Overview to the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (Insight-HXMT) Satellite显示文摘As China’s first X-ray astronomical satellite, the Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope (HXMT), which was dubbed as Insight-HXMT after the launch on June 15, 2017, is a wide-band(1-250 ke V) slat-collimator-based X-ray astronomy satellite with the capability of all-sky monitoring in 0.2-3 Me V. | 11 | Reconstruction of Surface Porous PEEK Decorated with Strontium-doped Calcium Phosphate Coatings for Enhancing Osteogenic Activity显示文摘The aim of this study was to reconstruct surface porous structure with hundreds of micrometers and then bio-mineralize Sr-doped Calcium Phosphate(Sr-doped CaP)on Polyetheretherketone(PEEK)profile to enhance its bioactivity.A surface porous structure was prepared on PEEK profile by embedding and acid-etching of SiO2 particles as porogen(SP-PEEK).Then the Sr-doped CaP was further decorated on the porous surface after sulfonation,introduction of Sr-doped CaP crystal seeds and bio-mineralization in 1.5 times simulated body fluid(BSSP-PEEK-CaP/Sr).It was feasible to reconstruct the surface porous structure with hundreds of micrometers on PEEK profile by the present method without damaging its mechanical properties.The Sr-doped CaP crystal seeds effectively promoted the bio-mineralization of bio-inertness PEEK.All as-prepared PEEK did not inhibit the proliferation of cells.ALP of bio-mineralized groups was significantly increased than that of the other groups.The BSSP-PEEK-CaP/Sr obviously affected the morphology and promoted the adhesion and spreading of cells.As a result,the cyto-biocompatibity and bioactivity of PEEK were improved after bio-mineralization.Sr-doped CaP on PEEK most likely was beneficial for cells,which was associated with the increasing of the hydrophilicity on PEEK.This study provided a candidate method to improve the osteogenesis of PEEK implants. | Chengcheng Liang Xiong Xiong Rongwei Cui Yuanxiao Hong Xin Liu Guoru Zhao Lizi Ye Shuxin Qu | 2021 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2021,18,4: | 2 |

| 17 | Adaptability Evaluation and Annual Production Model of Chinese Vegetable Varieties in Burundi显示文摘Burundi is one of the least developed countries identified by the United Nations.Vegetable is the main crop in Burundi,but the variety is relatively simple and the planting level is low.Making use of the rich vegetable varieties and advanced cultivation techniques in China,the adaptability evaluation of new vegetable varieties in China was jointly carried out in Burundi to screen the vegetable varieties suitable for local cultivation.The purpose of this paper is to study the integration of high-yield cultivation techniques and annual production model to improve the level of vegetable cultivation in Burundi.From 2009 to 2015,our unit,together with the Burundian Fruit and Vegetable Promotion Center,carried out screening experiments on 144 vegetable varieties,such as tomato,balsam pear,chieh-qua,wax gourd,and cabbage.Through the methods of preliminary screening and experimental screening,the vegetable varieties suitable for planting in Burundi were selected,and the cultivation techniques of some main vegetable varieties were studied.The demonstration new varieties and new techniques were integrated to verify the high-yield cultivation techniques in the field.In 2009,18 varieties suitable for local planting were selected from 96 vegetable varieties.In 2010,40 vegetable varieties were selected for screening test,and 9 varieties suitable for planting in Burundi were selected.In 2011,27 vegetable varieties selected in 2009 and 2010 were further evaluated for adaptability,and 13 vegetable varieties with high yield,strong resistance and good marketability were selected.Among them,there were 5 melon vegetables,3 solanaceous fruit vegetables,1 legume vegetables and 4 leafy vegetables.The cultivation techniques of some vegetable varieties were studied from 2011 to 2012,and the key points of cultivation techniques of chieh-qua and other vegetable varieties were clarified.According to the ecological characteristics of two main vegetable producing areas(the plateau and plain areas of Burundi),six sets of annual production and cropping arrangement plans covering melons,leafy vegetables,solanaceous fruits,beans and other vegetables were put forward,and the annual production model of multiple cropping and three-dimensional cultivation was integrated.From 2014 to 2015,according to the previous test results and market demand,8 vegetable varieties were selected for Burundi to carry out screening experiments.4 varieties with good yield and adaptability were selected for two consecutive years in 2014 and 2015.The integrated demonstration and effect verification of some selected vegetable varieties and cultivation techniques were carried out from 2015 to 2016,and the comprehensive advantages such as field yield and economic benefit were obvious.In this study,the adaptability of Chinese vegetable varieties in Burundi was evaluated,and 17 vegetable varieties suitable for local production were selected,including 5 melon vegetables,5 solanaceous fruit vegetables,1 legume vegetables and 6 leafy vegetables.This paper studies the integrated cultivation techniques and annual production model with obvious advantages in yield and benefit,which plays an important role in improving the planting level and benefit of vegetables in Burundi. | Kaiqiang LIU Chengcheng FENG Jiazuo LIANG Yuyi HUANG Guoqing GAO Rukui HUANG | 2020 | Asian Agricultural Research2020,12,3: | 0 |

| 20 | Chanel Assignment Optimization Algorithm Based on Link Throughput and Node Priority显示文摘How to reduce interference among neighbor nodes in wireless mesh networks is still an important and key issue nowadays. In this paper, an optimized channel assignment algorithm(OCA) is proposed to solve this problem based on link throughput and node priority. The effects of the numbers of network interface cards and channels on the network throughput are analyzed and evaluated. When there are seven of the numbers of both network interface cards and channels, the efficiency of utilizing network interface card and channel reaches highest.
