1Stand basal area modelling for Chinese fir plantations using an artificial neural network model显示文摘Artificial neural network models are a popular estimation tool for fitting nonlinear relationships because they require no assumptions about the form of the fitting function,non-Gaussian distributions,multicollinearity,outliers and noise in the data.The problems of backpropagation models using artificial neural networks include determination of the structure of the network and overlearning courses.According to data from 1981 to 2008 from 15 permanent sample plots on Dagangshan Mountain in Jiangxi Province,a back-propagation artificial neural network model(BPANN)and a support vector machine model(SVM)for basal area of Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata)plantations were constructed using four kinds of prediction factors,including stand age,site index,surviving stem numbers and quadratic mean diameters.Artificial intelligence methods,especially SVM,could be effective in describing stand basal area growth of Chinese fir under different growth conditions with higher simulation precision than traditional regression models.SVM and the Chapman–Richards nonlinear mixed-effects model had less systematic bias than the BPANN.Shaohui Che Xiaohong Tan Congwei Xiang Jianjun Sun Xiaoyan Hu Xiongqing Zhang Aiguo Duan Jianguo Zhang 2019Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,5:4

6Effects of Near-surface Low Temperature on Freezing Injury of ‘Tunisian Soft-Seed’ Pomegranate显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to explore the influence of near-surface low temperature on cultivation of soft-seed pomegranate,and to provide guidance for planting location of soft-seed pomegranate.[Method]Taking 10 soft-seed pomegranate planting plots under different site conditions as the research objects,the near-surface low temperature of 45-50 cm was dynamically monitored from December 1,2018 to February 20,2019,and comparative analysis was made based on the local meteorological data over the same period.[Result]The near-surface low temperature of each temperature monitoring point was lower than the local meteorological data,which were all in the range of low temperature causing freezing in-jury of pomegranate trees,but the degree of freezing injury was different.The variation of near-surface low temperature was positively correlated with the altitude of terrain,but negatively correlated with the difference of topography and landform.When the local topography and landform were similar,the accumulation time of near-surface low temperature was negatively correlated with the altitude of terrain,while the duration of low tem-perature directly affected the degree of freezing injury.[Conclusion]The development of soft-seed pomegranate cultivation in Tunisia along Huang Mangling region in Henan Province refers to the local meteorological data.Meantime,it is also necessary to pay attention to the impact of regional microclimate environment,especially early monitoring of near-surface temperature to select suitable site and natural conditions.Shen Xiaoyan Jie Bo Li Shuang Che Xiaojie Liu Yibo Feng Yuzeng 2019Plant Diseases and Pests2019,10,4:1
7Effect of chromium interlayer thickness on interfacial thermal conductance across copper/diamond interface显示文摘The thermal conductivity of diamond particles reinforced copper matrix composite as an attractive thermal management material is significantly lowered by the non-wetting heterointerface.The paper investigates the heat transport behavior between a 200-nm Cu layer and a single-crystalline diamond substrate inserted by a chromium(Cr)interlayer having a series of thicknesses from 150 nm down to 5 nm.The purpose is to detect the impact of the modifying interlayer thickness on the interfacial thermal conductance(h)between Cu and diamond.The time-domain thermoreflectance measurements suggest that the introduction of Cr interlayer dramatically improves the h between Cu and diamond owing to the enhanced interfacial adhesion and bridged dissimilar phonon states between Cu and diamond.The h value exhibits a decreasing trend as the Cr interlayer becomes thicker because of the increase in thermal resistance of Cr interlayer.The high h values are observed for the Cr interlayer thicknesses below 21 nm since phononic transport channel dominates the thermal conduction in the ultrathin Cr layer.The findings provide a way to tune the thermal conduction across the metal/nonmetal heterogeneous interface,which plays a pivotal role in designing materials and devices for thermal management applications.Xiaoyan Liu Fangyuan Sun Wei Wang Jie Zhao Luhua Wang Zhanxun Che Guangzhu Bai Xitao Wang Jinguo Wang Moon JKim Hailong Zhang 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,11:0
