1Cellular automata pedestrian movement model considering human behavior显示文摘The pedestrian movement is more complex than vehicular flow for the reason that people are more flexible and intelligent than car. Without the limit of 搇anes?pedestrian movement is loose and free. Furthermore, they are easily affected by other walkers as well as the environ-ment around. In this paper some special technique is intro-duced considering human behavior to make the rules more reasonable. By simulating the two-dimension pedestrian movement, the phase transition phenomena of pedestrian movement, including the up walkers moving from the bottom to the upper boundary and the right walkers moving from the left to the right boundary, are presented. 2A microcosmic discrete occupant evacuation model based on individual characteristics显示文摘The research of occupant evacuation in an emergency is of great benefit to building design and evacuation guidance. In this paper a microcosmic discrete evacuation model based on Cellular Automata (CA) is presented, in which the occupants?individual characteristics are considered. Thus, our model has given a description of evacuation route choice with influencing factors, including: individual knowledge of the building, individual realization of the emergency development, and the attractive and repulsive force between occupants. This model differs somewhat from other models in the attention to the associative and separate effect of influencing factors, based on occupants behaviors. 4Activation of anterior thalamic reticular nucleus GABAergic neurons promotes arousal from propofol anesthesia in mice显示文摘Propofol is widely used for the induction and maintenance of anesthesia,which causes a rapid loss of consciousness.However,the mechanisms underlying the hypnosis effect of propofol are still not fully understood.The thalamic reticular nucleus(TRN)is crucial for regulating wakefulness,sleep rhythm generation,and sleep stability,while the role of TRN in the process of propofol-induced anesthesia is still unknown.Here,we investigated the function of the anterior TRN in propofol general anesthesia.Our results demonstrated that the neural activity of anterior TRN is suppressed during propofol anesthesia,whereas it is robustly activated from anesthesia by recording the calcium signals using fiber photometry technology.The results showed that the activation of anterior TRN neurons by chemogenetic and optogenetic methods shortens the emergency time without changing the induction time.Conversely,chemogenetic or optogenetic inhibition of the TRN neurons leads to a delay in the recovery time.Our study showed that anterior TRN is crucial for behavioral arousal without affecting the induction time of propofol anesthesia.Yanjun Liu Bing Chen Yirong Cai Yuan Han Ying Xia Nanqi Li Bingqian Fan Tianjie Yuan Junli Jiang Po Gao Weifeng Yu Yingfu Jiao Wenxian Li 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,7:3

12Tuning redox activity through delithiation induced protective layer and Fe-O coordination for Li-rich cathode with improved voltage and cycle performance显示文摘Li-rich layered transition metal oxides are one of the most promising cathode materials for their high energy density.However,the cathodes usually suffer from severe potential dropping and capacity fading during cycling,which are associated with the surface oxygen release and accompanied by cation densification and structural collapse.Herein,an integrative approach of simultaneous constructing uniform 3d Fe-ion doping in the transition metal layer and Li-rich Li_(5)FeO_(4) shell to grab the oxygen and prevent interfacial side reactions is proposed.The introduction of Fe induces higher redox potential and stronger 3 d Fe-O_(2)p covalent bond,triggering reversible anionic redox via a reductive coupling mechanism.And the delithiated product of Li-rich Li_(5)FeO_(4) not only acts as a protective layer alleviating the side reactions but also enhances the surface kinetic property.With the benefit of promoted reversibility of oxygen redox and enhanced surface stability,the cathode exhibits high reversible capacity and superior cycle performance.Density function theory calculation indicates that the O_(2)p non-bonding state in the cathode incorporated with Fe sits at a lower energy band,resulting in higher energy storage voltage and improved oxygen stability.Consequently,the modified cathode exhibits a discharge specific capacity of 307 m A h g^(-1)(1 C=250 m A g^(-1)),coulombic efficiency of 82.09%in the initial cycle at 0.1 C and 88.34%capacity retention after 100 cycles at 1 C.The work illustrates a strategy that could simultaneously enhance oxygen redox reversibility and interface stability by constructing lattice bond coordination and delithiation induced protective layer to develop Li-rich materials with high reversible capacity and long lifespan.Kanghui Hu Li Ren Weifeng Fan Bing Zhang Meihua Zuo Yanhui Zhang Genpin Lv Huiyuan Xu Wei Xiang Xiaodong Guo 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,8:1
