1溃疡性结肠炎内镜下严重度指数(UCEIS评分)与Mayo内镜评分(MES)用于预测急性重症结肠炎患者行肠切除术的比较研究显示文摘背景溃疡性结肠炎内镜下严重度指数(UCEIS)和Mayo内镜评分(MES)都是溃疡性结肠炎(UC)内镜下严重程度的客观评估方法,然而,对于这两种评分方法能否用于筛选出需要行结肠切除术的急性重症结肠炎患者,目前仍不明了。方法:对2012年1月至2016年5月间连续收治的ASC患者进行回顾性分析。提取并分析入组患者的人口统计资料、既往治疗史、疾病特征资料、实验室指标、药物治疗及内镜评估等资料。主要结局指标是住院和随访期间需行结肠切除术的患者比例。结果:92例患者纳入研究,其中37例(40.2%)需行结肠切除术。多因素分析显示,UCEIS评分是需行结肠切除术的独立预测因素(OR=3.25,95%CI:1.77~5.97;P<0.001)。UCEIS评分的ROC曲线下面积为0.85;以7分作为最佳阈值,其预测需行结肠切除术的敏感度为60.3%,特异度为85.5%。UCEIS评分对于需要行结肠切除术的预测价值优于MES评分,后者曲线下面积仅为0.65。当UCEIS评分≥7分时,有80%的ASC患者最终需行结肠切除术。结论:预测ASC患者的肠切除风险,UCEIS评分优于MES评分。对于USEIS≥7分的患者,由于其药物治疗失败风险较高,因此,可考虑早期行结肠切除术。Tingbin Xie Tenghui Zhang Chao Ding Xujie Dai Yi Li Zhen Guo Yao Wei Jianfeng Gong Weiming Zhu Jieshou Li 2018Gastroenterology Report2018,6,1:6

3Application of bi-directional static loading test to deep foundations显示文摘Bi-directional static loading test adopting load cells is widely used around the world at present, with increase in diameter and length of deep foundations. In this paper, a new simple conversion method to predict the equivalent pile head load-settlement curve considering elastic shortening of deep foundation was put forward according to the load transfer mechanism. The proposed conversion method was applied to root caisson foundation in a bridge and to large diameter pipe piles in a sea wind power plant. Some new load cells, test procedure, and construction technology were adopted based on the applications to different deep foundations, which could enlarge the application scopes of bi-directional loading test. A new type of bi-directional loading test for pipe pile was conducted, in which the load cell was installed and loaded after the pipe pile with special connector has been set up. 4Lotus seedpod-inspired internal vascularized 3D printed scaffold for bone tissue repair显示文摘In the field of bone defect repair,3D printed scaffolds have the characteristics of personalized customization and accurate internal structure.However,how to construct a well-structured vascular network quickly and effectively inside the scaffold is essential for bone repair after transplantation.Herein,inspired by the unique biological structure of“lotus seedpod”,hydrogel microspheres encapsulating deferoxamine(DFO)liposomes were prepared through microfluidic technology as“lotus seeds”,and skillfully combined with a three-dimensional(3D)printed bioceramic scaffold with biomimetic“lotus”biological structure which can internally grow blood vessels.In this composite scaffold system,DFO was effectively released by 36%in the first 6 h,which was conducive to promote the growth of blood vessels inside the scaffold quickly.In the following 7 days,the release rate of DFO reached 69%,which was fundamental in the formation of blood vessels inside the scaffold as well as osteogenic differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).It was confirmed that the composite scaffold could significantly promote the human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)to form the vascular morphology within 6 h in vitro.In vivo,the composite scaffold increased the expression of vascularization and osteogenic related proteins Hif1-α,CD31,OPN,and OCN in the rat femoral defect model,significantly cutting down the time of bone repair.To sum up,this“lotus seedpod”inspired porous bioceramic 3D printed scaffold with internal vascularization functionality has broad application prospects in the future.Xiaoyu Han Mingjie Sun Bo Chen Qimanguli Saiding Junyue Zhang Hongliang Song Lianfu Deng Peng Wang Weiming Gong Wenguo Cui 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,6:4
5Immobilized MHC class I chain-related protein A synergizes with IL-15 and soluble 4-1BB ligand to expand NK cells with high cytotoxicity ex vivo显示文摘Major histocompatibility complex(MHC)class I chain-related protein A(MICA),which is a ligand for human NKG2D,is expressed by a variety of epithelial tumor cells and promotes the activation of natural killer(NK),CD81 and cd-T cells.Although ectopic expression of MICA on tumor cells elicits anti-tumor responses,soluble MICA downregulates the activities of lymphocytes.In this study,we showed that recombinant,immobilized MICA(iMICA)molecules coated on plastic wells weakly promote peripheral NK cell activation,secretion of interferon(IFN)-c and degranulation without inducing apoptosis.In addition,iMICA synergized with IL-15 and soluble 4-1BB ligand(s4-1BBL)to expand NK cells 25-to 42-fold in a 13-day culture,whereas NK cells stimulated only with IL-15 and s4-1BBL expanded 10-to 16-fold.In contrast toNKcells expanded by IL-15 and s4-1BBL stimulation,NKcells expanded long term in the presence of iMICA exhibited increased cytotoxicity against leukemia cells.These results suggest that large numbers ofNKcells with high cytotoxicity can be generated by stimulation with IL-15 and s4-1BBL in the presence of iMICA and that these cells can be used for adoptive cancer immunotherapy.Weijuan Gong Weiming Xiao Li Qian Chunxiang Gong Maozhi Hu Xianyuan Pan Mingchun Ji 2010Cellular & Molecular Immunology2010,7,6:2

10New phenylpyridone derivatives from the Penicillium sumatrense GZWMJZ-313,a fungal endophyte of Garcinia multiflora显示文摘Citridones E-G (1-3), three new phenylpyridone derivatives together with two known curvularins (4 and 5) were isolated from the solid culture of the endophytic fungus Penicillium sumatrense GZWMJZ-313 in Garcinia multiflora. The structures of new compounds were determined in the light of spectroscopic data,X-ray and ECD calculation. 13Can microplastics mediate soil properties,plant growth and carbon/nitrogen turnover in the terrestrial ecosystem?显示文摘Microplastic(MP)pollution,a global environmental problem,has been recently studied in marine and freshwater environments.However,our understanding of MP effect on terrestrial ecosystems,especially carbon(C)and nitrogen(N)turnover remains poor.This review summarizes the sources and distribution characteristics of MPs in terrestrial ecosystems and explores their effects on soil properties,plant growth,C and N turnover.Once entering the terrestrial ecosystem,MPs could involve in sequestrating carbon and nitrogen by changing soil properties(e.g.,pH,soil aggregate stability,and soil porosity).MPs could exert direct influences on plants or on soil physical environment and microbial metabolic environment to indirectly affect plant growth,thus altering the quantity and quality of soil C and N inputs by shifts in plant litter and roots.The changes of the dominant bacteria phyla,related functional genes,and enzymes caused by MP pollution could affect C and N cycles.Additionally,the MP effect varies with its properties(e.g.,types,shapes,elemental composition,functional groups,released additives).Future researches should unify the standard system of MP separation,detection,and reveal the ecological effects of MPs,especially their impacts on terrestrial carbon and nitrogen cycles in the context of climate changes.Yao Yao Wang Lili Pan Shufen Li Gang Liu Hongmei Xiu Weiming Gong Lingxuan Zhao Jianning Zhang Guilong Yang Dianlin 2022Ecosystem Health and Sustainability2022,8,1:1

17Investigation on the seismic response of nuclear power stations with a pile-raft foundation using centrifuge tests显示文摘Research to reliably predict the seismic response of nuclear power stations with a pile-raft foundation is needed to meet the high safety requirements of nuclear power stations.In this study,a scaled superstructure with a 4×3 pile-raft foundation,which is constructed in Shanxi kaolin clay,is modelled.Accordingly,the characteristics of seismic response for nuclear power stations with a pile-raft foundation are analyzed using dynamic centrifuge tests.In particular,multiple earthquake motions with different magnitudes and frequency properties are utilized to map the relationship between structural response and properties of earthquake motions.The results show that the seismic response of the soil,raft,and structure are significantly affected by the natural frequency and magnitude of the earthquake motion.The soil surface acceleration is lower than the raft acceleration.The results provide a reliable reference to better understand the seismic response of nuclear power stations.Li Zhongcheng Yang Yang Gong Weiming Yi Pik Cheng Dai Guoliang Liang Fayun 2022Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2022,21,3:0
18Experimental study on load bearing behavior of large-scaled caps with pile groups显示文摘The objective of this investigation was to study the behavior of deep pile caps and the ultimate load-carrying capacity. Four 1/10 scaled models of nine-pile caps were cast and tested on vertical loads to failure. The destruction shapes of pile caps,the correlation between load and displacement,and the internal stresses were analyzed systematically. The results demonstrated that the failures of all the four models are resulted from punching shear; the internal flow of the forces in nine-pile caps can be approximated by 'strut-and-tie' model. Furthermore,the failure loads of these specimens were predicted by some of the present design methods and the calculated results were compared with the experimental loads. 19Experimental study on pile-end post-grouting piles for super large bridge pile foundations显示文摘The application of pile-end post-grouting piles for super-large bridge pile foundations in some important projects was introduced in this paper.There are totally 21 test piles.The maximum pile diameter varies from 2.5 m to 3 m,and the maximum length is 125m;the bearing capacity of the post-grouting piles is over ten thousands tons.Based on the test results,the bearing capacity,displacement,and beating characteristics before and after grouting were analyzed.The results show that the beating capacity of the piles is increased in different degrees after grouting although the technical parameters,including the patterns of grouting pipes,pressure,dosages of cement,duration of grouting lasting time,are different.However,the obtained values are very discrete.In addition,the calculation formula for the post-grouting piles under specified grouting condition was deduced based on the statistics analysis results of 57 test piles.The research results have been applied in the design of bridge foundation.Weiming GONG Guoliang DAI Haowen ZHANG 2009Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2009,3,2:0
20ForSA — A New Software Defined Network Architecture Based on ForCES显示文摘In recent years, SDN(Software Defined Network) as a new network architecture has become the hot research point. Meanwhile,the well-known Open Flow-based SDN got a lot of attention. But it can't provide a flexible and effective network resource description method.As an open programmable technology, For CES(Forwarding and Control Element Separation)has also been concerned. However, For CES is confined within a single network node and cannot be applied to the entire network. This paper proposes a new architecture — ForS A(ForC ESbased SDN architecture). The architecture is added a configuration layer based on the traditional SDN architecture, which solves the problem that the northbound interface is not clear between the application layer and the control layer in the SDN architecture.
