2Varying coefficient analysis for indeterminate species interactions with non-parametric estimation, exemplifying with a fig-fig wasp system显示文摘Research on species interactions has generally assumed that species have a fixed interaction and therefore linear or non-linear parametric regression models (e.g. exponential, logistic) have been widely used to describe the species interaction. However, these models that describe the relationship between interacting species as a specific functional response might not be appropriate for real biological communities, for instance, in a chaotic system, when the species relationship varies among different situations. To allow a more accurate description of the relationship, we developed a species correlation model with varying coefficient analysis, in which a non-parametric estimation is applied to identify, as a function of related factors, variation in the correlation coefficient. This was applied to a fig-fig wasp model system. When the effect of the factors on the relationship can be described with parameters, the new method reduces to traditional parametric correlation analysis. In this way, the new method is more general and flexible for empirical data analyses, but different by allowing investigation of whether a species interaction varies with respect to factors, and of the factors that maintain or change the species interaction. 3High-precision deformation monitoring algorithm for GBSAR system: rail determination phase error compensation显示文摘In recent years, the repeat-pass GBSAR(ground based synthetic aperture radar) system has demonstrated its capacity to acquire deformation. Nevertheless, in a variety of applications, it needs to measure the deformation with the precision up to 0.1 mm, which could not be reached by utilizing the traditional PS(permanent scatterer) algorithm in most cases. Generally, one of the main reasons could be summarized into the phase error caused by the rail determination error, because the precision of rail determination might degrade during long working hours. However, the traditional PS algorithm could not compensate for the phase error caused by the rail determination error. In order to solve the problems, we modify the conventional PS algorithm.Firstly, we deduced the transformation relationship between the rail determination error and its corresponding interferometric phase error. Then, the phase errors caused by the atmosphere and the rail determination error were jointly compensated. The experimental data, which were obtained in Fangshan District in Beijing(China), were used to test and verify the performance of the new algorithm. 4Whole-genome sequencing provides insights into the genetic diversity and domestication of bitter gourd(Momordica spp.)显示文摘Bitter gourd(Momordica charantia)is a popular cultivated vegetable in Asian and African countries.To reveal the characteristics of the genomic structure,evolutionary trajectory,and genetic basis underlying the domestication of bitter gourd,we performed whole-genome sequencing of the cultivar Dali-11 and the wild small-fruited line TR and resequencing of 187 bitter gourd germplasms from 16 countries.The major gene clusters(Bi clusters)for the biosynthesis of cucurbitane triterpenoids,which confer a bitter taste,are highly conserved in cucumber,melon,and watermelon.Comparative analysis among cucurbit genomes revealed that the Bi cluster involved in cucurbitane triterpenoid biosynthesis is absent in bitter gourd.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the TR group,including 21 bitter gourd germplasms,may belong to a new species or subspecies independent from M.charantia.Furthermore,we found that the remaining 166 M.charantia germplasms are geographically differentiated,and we identified 710,412,and 290 candidate domestication genes in the South Asia,Southeast Asia,and China populations,respectively.This study provides new insights into bitter gourd genetic diversity and domestication and will facilitate the future genomics-enabled improvement of bitter gourd.Junjie Cui Yan Yang Shaobo Luo Le Wang Rukui Huang Qingfang Wen Xiaoxia Han Nansheng Miao Jiaowen Cheng Ziji Liu Changyuan Zhang Chengcheng Feng Haisheng Zhu Jianwen Su Xinjian Wan Fang Hu Yu Niu Xiaoming Zheng Yulan Yang Dai Shan Zhensheng Dong Weiming He Narinder P.S.Dhillon Kailin Hu 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:7
5溃疡性结肠炎内镜下严重度指数(UCEIS评分)与Mayo内镜评分(MES)用于预测急性重症结肠炎患者行肠切除术的比较研究显示文摘背景溃疡性结肠炎内镜下严重度指数(UCEIS)和Mayo内镜评分(MES)都是溃疡性结肠炎(UC)内镜下严重程度的客观评估方法,然而,对于这两种评分方法能否用于筛选出需要行结肠切除术的急性重症结肠炎患者,目前仍不明了。方法:对2012年1月至2016年5月间连续收治的ASC患者进行回顾性分析。提取并分析入组患者的人口统计资料、既往治疗史、疾病特征资料、实验室指标、药物治疗及内镜评估等资料。主要结局指标是住院和随访期间需行结肠切除术的患者比例。结果:92例患者纳入研究,其中37例(40.2%)需行结肠切除术。多因素分析显示,UCEIS评分是需行结肠切除术的独立预测因素(OR=3.25,95%CI:1.77~5.97;P<0.001)。UCEIS评分的ROC曲线下面积为0.85;以7分作为最佳阈值,其预测需行结肠切除术的敏感度为60.3%,特异度为85.5%。UCEIS评分对于需要行结肠切除术的预测价值优于MES评分,后者曲线下面积仅为0.65。当UCEIS评分≥7分时,有80%的ASC患者最终需行结肠切除术。结论:预测ASC患者的肠切除风险,UCEIS评分优于MES评分。对于USEIS≥7分的患者,由于其药物治疗失败风险较高,因此,可考虑早期行结肠切除术。Tingbin Xie Tenghui Zhang Chao Ding Xujie Dai Yi Li Zhen Guo Yao Wei Jianfeng Gong Weiming Zhu Jieshou Li 2018Gastroenterology Report2018,6,1:6

10The Antitumor Components from Marine-derived Bacterium Streptoverticillium luteoverticillatum 11014 Ⅱ显示文摘Eight known compounds were isolated from a marine-derived bacterium Streptoverticillium luteoverticillatum 11014 using bioassay-guided fractionations. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis as bis (4-hydroxybenzyl) ether (1), p-hydroxyphenylethyl alcohol (2), N-(4-hydroxyphenethyl) acetamide (3), indole-3 carboxylic acid methyl ester (4), dibenzo[b,e] [1,4]dioxine (5), thymine (6), cytosine deoxyribonucleoside (7) and 2, 3-butanediol (8). These compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against K562 cell line with the SRB method for the first time. Compounds 2 and 4 showed cytotoxcities with IC50 values of 101.1 and 165.3 μmol L-1, respectively. 11Introducing tree neighbouring relationship factors in forest pattern spatial analysis:weighted Delaunay triangulation method显示文摘It is important to quantify and analyze forest spatial patterns for studying biological characteristics,population interaction and the relationship between the population and environment.In this study,the forest spatial structure unit was generated based on the Delaunay triangulation model(DTM),and the weights were generated using the comprehensive values of the tree diameter at breast height,total height and crown width.The distance between neighbors determined by the DTM was weighted to transform the original coordinates of trees into logical coordinates.Then,a weighted spatial pattern(WSP)was developed.After weighting,the neighboring trees were replaced,the replacement ratio was 38.3%,and there was 57.4%of the central tree.Correlation analysis showed that the uniform angle index of the WSP was significantly correlated with the tree size standard deviation under uniformity(r=0.932)and randomness(r=0.711).The DTM method not only considers the spatial distance between trees,but also considers the non-spatial attributes of trees.By changing the spatial topological relation between trees,this method further improves the spatial structure measurement of forest.Jianjun Li Kaiwen Zhu Shuai Liu Dan Li Gui Zhang Xing Liu Weiming Yang 2021Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,5:4

14Grating lobes suppression method for stepped frequency GB-SAR system显示文摘A grating lobes suppression method for chirp-subpulse stepped frequency(CSSF) signals is proposed, which is applied to deformation monitoring using the ground based synthetic aperture radar(GB-SAR) system. This method is based on accurate estimation and correction of the phase and amplitude error along two dimensions(range and azimuth), i.e., the error estimation inside the subpulse(in-subpulse error) and across the stepped frequency subpulses(cross-subpulse error) of transmitted CSSF signals. 16Hundred-Joule-level,nanosecond-pulse Nd:glass laser system with high spatiotemporal beam quality显示文摘A 100-J-level Nd:glass laser system in nanosecond-scale pulse width has been constructed to perform as a standard source of high-fluence-laser science experiments. The laser system, operating with typical pulse durations of 3–5 ns and beam diameter 60 mm, employs a sequence of successive rod amplifiers to achieve 100-J-level energy at 1053 nm at3 ns. The frequency conversion can provide energy of 50-J level at 351 nm.
