1利率市场化改革如何影响了农村正规金融对非正规金融的替代性?显示文摘本文基于'技术内生效应'的视角研究了利率市场化改革对农村正规与非正规金融替代性的影响。本文指出利率市场化改革对农村正规金融利率调整的效应有三种,分别是直接名义收益效应、农户类型异质的借款人结构类型效应和正规金融机构解决信息不对称与监督问题的技术内生效应,这三种效应导致农村正规金融对非正规金融的替代呈倒'U'形关系。本文的实证研究表明利率市场化改革对正规与非正规金融替代性主要不是源于利率价格变动的名义收益效应,而是与信息不对称问题密切相关的借款人结构类型效应与技术内生效应。本文的政策含义在于,农村利率市场化改革要考虑普惠金融与金融精准扶贫的有效性,同时要考虑农村的信息不对称问题并做好激励机制设计。许月丽 李帅 刘志媛 周杭 Zhan Shurui 2020中国农村经济2020,0,3:12
2Maghemite(γ-Fe_2O_3) nanoparticles enhance dissimilatory ferrihydrite reduction by Geobacter sulfurreducens: Impacts on iron mineralogical change and bacterial interactions显示文摘Microbially mediated bioreduction of iron oxyhydroxide plays an important role in the biogeochemical cycle of iron.Geobacter sulfurreducens is a representative dissimilatory ironreducing bacterium that assembles electrically conductive pili and cytochromes.The impact of supplementation withγ-Fe_2O_3 nanoparticles(NPs)(0.2 and 0.6 g)on the G.sulfurreducens-mediated reduction of ferrihydrite was investigated.In the overall performance of microbial ferrihydrite reduction mediated byγ-Fe_2O_3 NPs,stronger reduction was observed in the presence of direct contact withγ-Fe_2O_3 NPs than with indirect contact.Compared to the production of Fe(Ⅱ)derived from biotic modification with ferrihydrite alone,increases greater than 1.6-and 1.4-fold in the production of Fe(Ⅱ)were detected in the biotic modifications in which direct contact with 0.2 g and 0.6 gγ-Fe_2O_3 NPs,respectively,occurred.X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that magnetite was a unique representative iron mineral in ferrihydrite when active G.sulfurreducens cells were in direct contact withγ-Fe_2O_3 NPs.Because of the sorption of biogenic Fe(Ⅱ)ontoγ-Fe_2O_3 NPs instead of ferrihydrite,the addition ofγ-Fe_2O_3 NPs could also contribute to increased duration of ferrihydrite reduction by preventing ferrihydrite surface passivation.Additionally,electron microscopy analysis confirmed that the direct addition ofγ-Fe_2O_3 NPs stimulated the electrically conductive pili and cytochromes to stretch,facilitating long-range electron transfer between the cells and ferrihydrite.The obtained findings provide a more comprehensive understanding of the effects of iron oxide NPs on soil biogeochemistry.Zheng Chen Yaxian Zhang Qingliu Luo Liuying Wang Shurui Liu Yajuan Peng Haitao Wang Liang Shen Qingbiao Li Yuanpeng Wang 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,4:5
3Effects of inclusions on microstructure and properties of heat-affected-zone for low-carbon steels显示文摘The characteristics of inclusions in two types of low-carbon steels by different deoxidization methods have been investigated by using the welding thermal simulation,the optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.In addition,the effects of inclusions on microstructure and properties of heat-affected-zone were studied.The nucleation and growth of intragranular acicular ferrite was observed in situ by the laser scanning confocal microscopy.The distribution of Mn element near the inclusion was also analyzed by the auger electron spectroscopy.The results showed that the inclusions in Al killed steel are mainly aluminum oxides,manganese sulfide and titanium nitrides,and that the inclusions in Ti killed steel are mainly titanium oxide,manganese sulfide complex inclusion and single manganese sulfide.The auger electron spectroscopy showed that there is an Mn-depleted zone near the interface of TiO x /MnS complex inclusion in the size of 1-3 m.It could be the effective nucleus of intragranular acicular ferrite which could divide the prior austenite grains,inhibit the growth of low-temperature microstruc-ture,and refine the final microstructure,so as to improve the toughness of heat-affected-zone significantly.ZHENG ChaoChao WANG XueMin LI ShuRui SHANG ChengJia HE XinLai 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,6:4
4Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi differ in affecting the flowering of a host plant under two soil phosphorus conditions显示文摘Aims Studies have showed that arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)can greatly promote the growth of host plants,but how AMF affect flow-ering phenology of host plants is not well known.Here,we con-ducted a pot experiment to test whether life cycle and flowering phenology traits of host plant Medicago truncatula Gaertn can be altered by AMF under low and high soil phosphorus(P)levels.Methods the experiment was conducted in a greenhouse at Zhejiang University in China(120°19′E,30°26′N)and had a completely ran-domized design with two factors:AMF treatments and soil P levels.Six AMF species(Acaulospora scrobiculata,As;Gigaspora marga-rita,Gma;Funneliformis geosporum,Fg;Rhizophagus intraradices,Ri;Funneliformis mosseae,Fmo and Glomus tortuosum,Gt.)were used,and two soil P levels(24.0 and 5.7 mg kg−1 Olsen-soluble P)were designed.the six AMF species were separately inoculated or in a mixture(Mix),and a non-AMF control(NAMF)was included.When plants began to flower,the number of flowers in each pot was recorded daily.During fruit ripening,the number of mature fruits was also recorded daily.After~4 months,the biomass,bio-mass P content and AMF colonization of host plant were measured.Correlation between root colonization and first flowering time,or P content and first flowering time was analyzed.Important Findings Under the low P level,first flowering time negatively correlated with root colonization and biomass P.Only host plants with AMF spe-cies As,Fg,Ri,or Mix were able to complete their life cycle within 112 days after sowing.And treatment with AMF species Fg,Gt,or As resulted in two periods of rapid flower production while other fungi treatments resulted in only one within 112 days after sowing.the cumulative number of flowers produced and biomass P content were highest with species Fg.Host biomass allocation significantly differed depending on the species of AMF.Under both soil P levels,the host plant tended to allocate more biomass to fruits in the Mix treatment than in the other treatments.these results indicated that the effects of AMF on host flowering phenology and biomass allocation differed depending on AMF species and soil P levels.Shijun Liu Hanling Guo Jing Xu Zeyuan Song Shurui Song Jianjun Tang Xin Chen 2018Journal of Plant Ecology2018,11,4:3
5Radiation-hardened property of single-walled carbon nanotube film-based field-effect transistors under low-energy proton irradiation显示文摘Strong C-C bonds,nanoscale cross-section and low atomic number make single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)a potential candidate material for integrated circuits(ICs)applied in outer space.However,very little work combines the simulation calculations with the electrical measurements of SWCNT field-effect transistors(FETs),which limits further understanding on the mechanisms of radiation effects.Here,SWCNT film-based FETs were fabricated to explore the total ionizing dose(TID)and displacement damage effect on the electrical performance under low-energy proton irradiation with different fluences up to 1×1015 p/cm2.Large negative shift of the threshold voltage and obvious decrease of the on-state current verified the TID effect caused in the oxide layer.The stability of the subthreshold swing and the off-state current reveals that the displacement damage caused in the CNT layer is not serious,which proves that the CNT film is radiation-hardened.Specially,according to the simulation,we found the displacement damage caused by protons is different in the source/drain contact area and channel area,leading to varying degrees of change for the contact resistance and sheet resistance.Having analyzed the simulation results and electrical measurements,we explained the low-energy proton irradiation mechanism of the CNT FETs,which is essential for the construction of radiation-hardened CNT film-based ICs for aircrafts.Xiaorui Zhang Huiping Zhu Song’ang Peng Guodong Xiong Chaoyi Zhu Xinnan Huang Shurui Cao Junjun Zhang Yunpeng Yan Yao Yao Dayong Zhang Jingyuan Shi Lei Wang Bo Li Zhi Jin 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,11:2
6Direct electrochemistry and enzymatic activity of hemoglobin in positively charged colloid Au nanoparticles and hemoglobin layer-by-layer self-assembly films显示文摘Alternate adsorption of positively charged colloid-Au nanoparticles (nano-Au⊕) and negatively charged hemoglobin (Hb) on L-cysteine (L-cys) modified gold electrode resulted in the assembly of {Hb/nano-Au⊕}n layer-by-layer films/L-cys modified gold electrode. The nano-Au⊕ was characterized by transmission electron micrograph (TEM) and microelectrophoresis. The modified electrode interface morphology was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), atomic force mi- croscopy (AFM), cyclic voltammograms (CV) and chronoamperometry. Direct electron transfer between hemoglobin and gold electrodes was studied, and the apparent Michaelis-Menten constant ( km app) of the modified electrode was evaluated to be 0.10 mmol·L?1. Moreover, the higher activity of proteins in the nano-Au⊕ films could be retained compared with the electropolymerization membrane, since the pro- teins in nano-Au⊕ films retained their near-native structure. 8产权结构如何改变了货币政策的传导效果?显示文摘针对近年来混合所有制改革中出现的国有经济占比提高现象,文章从逆周期政策效果和中介变量选择两个角度,考察了产权结构上的这一变化对货币政策实施效果的影响。研究发现:(1)国有经济占比的提高确实弱化了货币政策的逆周期调控效果,且这一过程主要是通过信贷而非利率渠道实现的;(2)在国有经济占比提高的情况下,选择货币而非利率作为中介目标更有助于熨平经济波动;(3)国有经济对货币政策调控效果的抑制作用,主要是通过弱化信贷渠道的加速器效应和对利率不敏感的双重效应而实现的;(4)国有经济对价格机制有效发挥其作用具有负面影响,但并未达到结构突变的程度。文章的政策含义在于,由于经济产权结构对货币政策的调控机制与传导效果的影响是一把“双刃剑”,因此应当把产权结构变量纳入货币政策规则函数之中,并根据产权结构变化对政策效果进行预测和确定中介目标,从而探索出混合所有制改革中有效市场和有为政府有机结合的中国模式。Zhan Shurui 战明华 李帅 经博渊 2020财经研究2020,46,11:1

10Increasing Wages,Factor Substitution,and Cropping Pattern Changes in China显示文摘This article analyzed the influence of increasing wages on cropping patterns from theoretical and empirical perspectives.The results showed that the increasing labor cost provided a significant incentive to adjust the grain cropping pattern,which increased the production of the three major cereal grains but reduced the production of other grain crops.Increasing wages had a significant negative impact on cash crops.More laborintensive cash crops experienced a larger negative impact in the context of increasing wages.The increase in labor costs also had a negative impact on the proportion of vegetables produced,which was more evident in northern China.A further mechanism test indicated that factor substitution was a significant reason for cropping pattern changes;this illustrated the substitution of labor by machinery not only between grain crops and cash crops but also among different cash crops.Zhoufu Yan Shurui Zhang Fangwei Wu Binlei Gong 2023China & World Economy2023,31,5:1

13Urban growth scenario projection using heuristic cellular automata in arid areas considering the drought impact显示文摘Arid areas with low precipitation and sparse vegetation typically yield compact urban pattern,and drought directly impacts urban site selection,growth processes,and future scenarios.Spatial simulation and projection based on cellular automata(CA)models is important to achieve sustainable urban development in arid areas.We developed a new CA model using bat algorithm(BA)named bat algorithm-probability-of-occurrence-cellular automata(BA-POO-CA)model by considering drought constraint to accurately delineate urban growth patterns and project future scenarios of Urumqi City and its surrounding areas,located in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,China.We calibrated the BA-POO-CA model for the drought-prone study area with 2000 and 2010 data and validated the model with 2010 and 2020 data,and finally projected its urban scenarios in 2030.The results showed that BA-POO-CA model yielded overall accuracy of 97.70%and figure-of-merits(FOMs)of 35.50%in 2010,and 97.70%and 26.70%in 2020,respectively.The inclusion of drought intensity factor improved the performance of BA-POO-CA model in terms of FOMs,with increases of 5.50%in 2010 and 7.90%in 2020 than the model excluding drought intensity factor.This suggested that the urban growth of Urumqi City was affected by drought,and therefore taking drought intensity factor into account would contribute to simulation accuracy.The BA-POO-CA model including drought intensity factor was used to project two possible scenarios(i.e.,business-as-usual(BAU)scenario and ecological scenario)in 2030.In the BAU scenario,the urban growth dominated mainly in urban fringe areas,especially in the northern part of Toutunhe District,Xinshi District,and Midong District.Using exceptional and extreme drought areas as a spatial constraint,the urban growth was mainly concentrated in the'main urban areas-Changji-Hutubi'corridor urban pattern in the ecological scenario.The results of this research can help to adjust urban planning and development policies.Our model is readily applicable to simulating urban growth and future scenarios in global arid areas such as Northwest China and Africa.TANG Xiaoyan FENG Yongjiu LEI Zhenkun CHEN Shurui WANG Jiafeng WANG Rong TANG Panli WANG Mian JIN Yanmin TONG Xiaohua 2024Journal of Arid Land2024,16,4:0

15UNSTEADY BOUNDARY LAYER FLOW OF FRACTIONAL OLDROYD-B VISCOELASTIC FLUID PAST A MOVING PLATE IN A POROUS MEDIUM显示文摘This paper considers the unsteady boundary layer flow over a moving flat plate embedded in a porous medium with fractional Oldroyd-B viscoelastic fluid. The governing equations with mixed time-space fractional derivatives are solved numerically by using the finite difference method combined with an L1-algorithm. The effect of various physical parameters on the velocity and average skin friction are discussed and graphically illustrated in detail.Results show that the porosity € and fractional derivative α enhance the flow of Oldroyd-B viscoelastic fluid within porous medium, but fractional derivative βweakens the flow. 16CDC48B facilitates the intercellular trafficking of SHORT-ROOT during radial patterning in roots显示文摘CELL DIVISION CONTROL PROTEIN48(CDC48)is essential for membrane fusion,protein degradation,and other cellular processes.Here,we revealed the crucial role of CDC48B in regulating periclinal cell division in roots by analyzing the recessive gen1 mutant.We identified the GEN1 gene through map-based cloning and verified that GEN1 encodes CDC48B.gen1 showed severely inhibited root growth,increased periclinal cell division in the endodermis,defective middle cortex(MC)formation,and altered ground tissue patterning in roots.Consistent with these phenotypes,CYCLIND 6;1(CYCD6;1),a periclinal cell division marker,was upregulated in gen1 compared to Col-0.The ratio of SHR_(pro):SHR-GFP fluorescence in pre-dividing nuclei versus the adjacent stele decreased by 33%in gen1,indicating that the trafficking of SHORT-ROOT(SHR)decreased in gen1 when endodermal cells started to divide.These findings suggest that the loss of function of CDC48B inhibits the intercellular trafficking of SHR from the stele to the endodermis,thereby decreasing SHR accumulation in the endodermis.These findings shed light on the crucial role of CDC48B in regulating periclinal cell division in roots.Lihui Yang Mingyue Zhu Yi Yang Ke Wang Yulei Che Shurui Yang Jinxiang Wang Xin Yu Lixin Li Shuang Wu Klaus Palme Xugang Li Yong Wang 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,4:0
17Main Components of Polyphenols of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. and Changes under Different Se Concentrations显示文摘[Objectives] To analyze main components of polyphenols of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. and study changes under different Se concentrations. [Methods] In this experiment,the Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. was used and spectrophotometry was applied to measure the total phenols in stems,leaves and rhizomes of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. [Results]Total phenols in stems and leaves and rhizomes of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. were 3. 026% and 0. 513% respectively,the content of total phenols in stems and leaves was 5. 9 times of that in rhizomes; total phenol extracting solution was analyzed through UV-Vis scanning,HPLC detection,and LC-MS; 3 main polyphenol compounds were obtained: chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and rutin,in which chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid were firstly discovered in Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. and rutin was firstly discovered in stems and leaves of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. HPLC method was used to measure the content of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,and rutin in stems and leaves of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. under different Se concentrations. 18Effects of internals and distributors on the distribution and growth of bubbles in the conventional gas-solid fluidized bed显示文摘The effects of internals and gas distributors on the local dynamics of the bubbles in the conventional gas-solid fluidized bed were studied.Mesh-type internals with different opening areas(50%,70%and 90%)and different arrangements(two-layer and four-layer);and a sintered plate with a smaller pore size(1μm)and a perforated plate with a larger pore size as distributors were investigated.Differential pressure drops and local solids holdups were measured under various superficial gas velocities to compare the performances of the different types of internals and distributors.The instantaneous solids holdup signals from the optical fibre probe were used to further examine the local bubble dynamics in detail.Smaller bubbles were found,with the installation of internals or using the sintered plate,resulting in lower pressure drops and a higher bed expansion.Internals with reduced opening area or distributor with smaller pore size further leads to a higher changeover rate between the bubbles and dense phase,both axially and radially,and hence a better gas-solid contacting and an earlier transition to the turbulent flow regime of the bed.Haidong Zhang Zeneng Sun Chengguo Liu Shurui Dong Yuanyuan Shao Jesse Zhu 2021Particuology2021,19,2:0
19The highly selective catalytic hydrogenation of CO_(2)to CO over transition metal nitrides显示文摘Three transition metal-like facet centered cubic structured transition metal nitrides,γ-Mo_(2)N,β-W_(2)N andδ-NbN,are synthesized and applied in the reaction of CO_(2)hydrogenation to CO.Among the three nitride catalysts,theγ-Mo_(2)N exhibits superior activity to target product CO,which is 4.6 and 76 times higher than the other two counterparts ofβ-W_(2)N andδ-NbN at 600℃,respectively.Additionally,γ-Mo_(2)N exhibits excellent stability on both cyclic heating-cooling and high space velocity steady state operation.The deactivation degree of cyclic heating-cooling evaluation after 5 cycles and long-term stability performance at 773 and 873 K in 50 h are all less than 10%.In-situ XRD and kinetic studies suggest that theγ-Mo_(2)N itself is able to activate both of the reactants CO_(2)and H_(2).Below 400℃,the reaction mainly occurs at the surface ofγ-Mo_(2)N catalyst.CO_(2)and H_(2)competitively adsorbe on the surface of catalyst and CO_(2)is the relatively stronger surface adsorbate.At a higher temperature,the interstitial vacancies of theγ-Mo_(2)N can be reversibly filled with the oxygen from CO_(2)dissociation.Both of the surface and bulk phase sites ofγ-Mo_(2)N participate in the high temperature CO_(2)hydrogenation pathway.Yichao Wu Zhiwei Xie Xiaofeng Gao Xian Zhou Yangzhi Xu Shurui Fan Siyu Yao Xiaonian Li Lili Lin 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,3:0
20Genome-wide identification of the CONSTANS-LIKE(COL)family and mechanism of fruit senescence regulation by PpCOL8 in sand pear(Pyrus pyrifolia)显示文摘Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai‘Whangkeumbae'is a sand pear fruit with excellent nutritional quality and taste.However,the industrial development of pear fruit is significantly limited by its short shelf life.Salicylic acid(SA),a well-known phytohormone,can delay fruit senescence and improve shelf life.However,the mechanism by which SA regulates CONSTANS-LIKE genes(COLs)during fruit senescence and the role of COL genes in mediating fruit senescence in sand pear are poorly understood.In this study,22 COL genes were identified in sand pear,including four COLs(Pp COL8,Pp COL9a,Pp COL9b,and Pp COL14)identified via transcriptome analysis and 18 COLs through genome-wide analysis.These COL genes were divided into three subgroups according to the structural domains of the COL protein.Pp COL8,with two B-box motifs and one CCT domain,belonged to the first subgroup.In contrast,the other three Pp COLs,Pp COL9a,Pp COL9b,and Pp COL14,with similar conserved protein domains and gene structures,were assigned to the third subgroup.The four COLs showed different expression patterns in pear tissues and were preferentially expressed at the early stage of fruit development.Moreover,the expression of Pp COL8 was inhibited by exogenous SA treatment,while SA up-regulated the expression of Pp COL9a and Pp COL9b.Interestingly,Pp COL8 interacts with Pp MADS,a MADS-box protein preferentially expressed in fruit,and SA up-regulated its expression.While the production of ethylene and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)were increased in Pp COL8-overexpression sand pear fruit,the antioxidant enzyme(POD and SOD)activity and the expression of Pp POD1 and Pp SOD1 in the sand pear fruits were down-regulated,which showed that Pp COL8 promoted sand pear fruit senescence.In contrast,the corresponding changes were the opposite in Pp MADS-overexpression sand pear fruits,suggesting that Pp MADS delayed sand pear fruit senescence.The co-transformation of Pp COL8 and Pp MADS also delayed sand pear fruit senescence.The results of this study revealed that Pp COL8 can play a key role in pear fruit senescence by interacting with Pp MADS through the SA signaling pathway.Yue Xu Shurui Song Huiying Wang Xilong Cao Xinran Zhao Wenli Wang Liyue Huo Yawei Li Misganaw Wassie Bin Lu Liang Chen Haiyan Shi 2024Journal of Integrative Agriculture2024,23,4:0
