| 1 | 南昌市高中生健康危险行为及其聚集共发现象研究显示文摘目的了解高中生健康危险行为情况,研究其聚集特征,为青少年健康危险行为综合性干预措施提供科学依据。方法采取多阶段随机抽样方法,抽取南昌市884名高中生进行问卷调查。结果884名高中生中肢体暴力检出率9.95%;吸烟检出率7.35%;饮酒检出率26.92%;过早性行为检出率4.86%。不同性别(χ^2=16.025,P=0.003)、不同学校类型(χ^2=85.736,P<0.001)南昌市高中生单一及多种健康危险行为共存情况存在统计学差异。884高中生中23.53%存在两种健康危险行为,19.12%存在3种健康危险行为,16.74%存在5种及以上健康危险行为。结论及早发现青少年的健康危险行为并予以纠正,是有效防止其进一步发展、蔓延和加重最为有效的重要措施之一。关注其共发的重点人群,高效干预健康危险行为的发生。 | 文小桐 陈飞宇 李旭阳 徐雯艳 林毅翔 贾至慧 Sergio Trejo Jr Shawn Thomas Bianca Irimia 党宇松 杨维 袁兆康 | 2019 | 现代预防医学2019，46，13： | 9 |
| 2 | Gynecologic oncologists involvement on ovarian cancer standard of care receipt and survival显示文摘AIM:To examine the influence of gynecologic oncolo-gists(GO) in the United States on surgical/chemotherapeutic standard of care(SOC), and how this translates into improved survival among women with ovarian cancer(OC).METHODS: Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Result(SEER)-Medicare data were used to identify 11688 OC patients(1992-2006). Only Medicare recipients with an initial surgical procedure code(n = 6714) were included. Physician specialty was identified by linking SEER-Medicare to the American Medical Association Masterfile. SOC was defined by a panel of GOs. Multivariate logistic regression was used to determine predictors of receiving surgical/chemotherapeutic SOCand proportional hazards modeling to estimate the effect of SOC treatment and physician specialty on survival. RESULTS: About 34% received surgery from a GO and 25% received the overall SOC. One-third of women had a GO involved sometime during their care. Women receiving surgery from a GO vs non-GO had 2.35 times the odds of receiving the surgical SOC and 1.25 times the odds of receiving chemotherapeutic SOC(P < 0.01). Risk of mortality was greater among women not receiving surgical SOC compared to those who did [hazard ratio = 1.22(95%CI: 1.12-1.33), P < 0.01], and also was higher among women seen by non-GOs vs GOs(for surgical treatment) after adjusting for covariates. Median survival time was 14 mo longer for women receiving combined SOC. CONCLUSION: A survival advantage associated with receiving surgical SOC and overall treatment by a GO is supported. | 3 | 南昌市高中生童年期不良经历与自杀相关行为的研究显示文摘目的了解高中生自杀意念、自杀计划现状及童年期不良经历,探索童年期不良经历与自杀意念、自杀计划的关系,掌握童年期不良经历对自杀意念、自杀计划的累积效应。方法2015年5月,采取分层整群随机抽样方法,将南昌市城区34所高中按中考录取分数线由高到低排序随机抽取5个学校,共调查高中生884名。结果884名高中生中125人(14.14%)有自杀意念,55人(6.22%)有自杀计划。logistic分析表明,躯体虐待(OR=3.002,P<0.001),家庭成员有精神异常者(OR=3.465,P<0.001)与自杀意念呈正性相关;性虐待(OR=3.105,P=0.008)、躯体虐待(OR=3.439,P<0.001),家庭成员有精神异常者(OR=5.295,P<0.001)与自杀计划呈正性相关。累积效应分析发现,随着童年期不良经历数目的增加,自杀意念、自杀计划发生的风险增加,有三种及以上不良经历者产生自杀意念0R=10.836,产生自杀计划OR=22.660。结论童年期不良经历是高中生自杀意念、自杀计划发生的危险因素,加强对有童年期不良经历青少年的干预可有效防控高中生自杀相关行为。 | 文小桐 陈飞宇 郑辉烈 徐雯艳 李旭阳 贾至慧 林毅翔 Sergio Trejo Jr Shawn Thomas Bianca Irimia 杨维 袁兆康 | 2020 | 现代预防医学2020，47，3： | 2 |
