1Retrieval of global terrestrial solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence from TanSat satellite显示文摘The first Chinese Carbon Dioxide Observation Satellite Mission(TanSat), which was launched on December 21, 2016, is intended to measure atmospheric CO_2 concentration.The high spectral resolution(0.044 nm) and high SNR(360 at 15.2 mW m^(-1) sr^(-1) nm^(-1)) measurements in the region of the O_2-A band of the Atmospheric Carbon dioxide Grating Spectroradiometer(AGCS) module onboard TanSat make it possible to retrieve solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence(SIF) from TanSat observations at the global scale.This paper aims to explore the potential of the TanSat data for global SIF retrieval.A singular vector decomposition(SVD) statistical method was employed to retrieve SIF using radiance over a micro spectral window(~2 nm) around the Fe Fraunhofer lines(centered at 758.8 nm).The global SIF at 758.8 nm was successfully retrieved with a low residual error of 0.03 mW m^(-1) sr^(-1) nm^(-1).The results show that the spatial and temporal patterns of the retrieved SIF agree well with the global terrestrial vegetation pattern.The monthly SIF products retrieved from the TanSat data were compared with other remote sensing datasets, including OCO-2 SIF, MODIS NDVI, EVI and GPP.The overall consistency between TanSat and OCO-2 SIF products(R^2= 0.86) and the consistency of the spatial patterns and temporal variations between the TanSat SIF and MODIS vegetation indices and GPP enhance our confidence in the potential and feasibility of TanSat data for SIF retrieval.TanSat, therefore, provides a new opportunity for global sampling of SIF at fine spatial resolution(2 km × 2 km), thus improving photosynthesis observations from space.Shanshan Du Liangyun Liu Xinjie Liu Xiao Zhang Xingying Zhang Yanmeng Bi Lianchong Zhang 2018Science Bulletin2018,63,22:29

3Bathymetric Prediction from Multi-source Satellite Altimetry Gravity Data显示文摘According to the 'theoretical admittance ' and the 'observation admittance' of the actual data,the theoretical value of effective elastic thickness in the study area was 10 km.Combining the gravity anomalies and vertical gravity gradient anomalies,the admittance function is used to construct the 1′×1′ bathymetry model over the Philippine Sea by using the adaptive weighting technique.It is found that the accuracy of the bathymetry model constructed is the highest when the ratio of inversion result of vertical gravity gradient anomalies and inversion result of gravity anomalies is 2∶3.At the same time,using multi-source gravity data to predict bathymetry could synthesize the superiority of gravity anomalies and vertical gravity gradient anomalies on the different seafloor topography,and the accuracy is better than bathymetry model that only used gravity anomalies or vertical gravity gradient anomalies.Taking the ship test data as the checking condition,the accuracy of predicting model is slightly lower than that of V18.1 model and improved by 27.17% and 39.02% respectively compared with the ETOPO1 model and the DTU10 model.Check points which the absolute value of the relative error of the predicting model is in the range of 5% accounted for 94.25% of the total.Diao FAN Shanshan LI Shuyu MENG Chi ZHANG Jinkai FENG Yan HUANG Jiawei DU Zhibin XING 2019Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2019,2,1:6

5Prospects for Solar-Induced Chlorophyll Fluorescence Remote Sensing from the SIFIS Payload Onboard the TECIS-1 Satellite显示文摘The importance of solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence(SIF)to monitoring vegetation photosynthesis has attracted much attention from the ecological and remote sensing research communities.Space-borne SIF products have been obtained owing to the rapid development of atmospheric satellites in recent years.The SIF Imaging Spectrometer(SIFIS)is a payload onboard the upcoming Terrestrial Ecosystem Carbon Inventory Satellite(TECIS-1)that is specifically designed for SIF monitoring.We conducted an in situ experiment to evaluate the performance of SIFIS on spectral measurement and SIF retrieval through comparison to the commercial spectrometer QE Pro.Disregarding the spatiotemporal mismatch between the collected measurements of the two spectrometers,the radiance spectra obtained synchronously by SIFIS and QE Pro showed a high level of consistency.The SIF retrieval,normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),and near-infrared radiance of vegetation(NIRvR)results for a push-broom image shows consistent spatial distributions over both vegetated and nonvegetated surfaces.A quantitative comparison was conducted by strictly filtering matching pixels.For the far-red band,a high correlation was obtained between the SIF retrieval performances of SIFIS and QE Pro with R^(2)=0:70 and RMSE=0:30mWm^(−2)sr^(−−1)nm^(−1).However,a relatively poor correlation was observed for the red band with an R^(2)value of 0.23 and an RMSE of 0.26 mWm^(−2)sr^(-−1)nm^(−1).Despite the large uncertainties associated with this experiment,the results indicate that TECIS-1 should offer a reliable SIF monitoring performance after its launch.Shanshan Du Xinjie Liu Jidai Chen Liangyun Liu 2022Journal of Remote Sensing2022,,1:3
6A New Global Solar-induced Chlorophyll Fluorescence(SIF)Data Product from TanSat Measurements显示文摘The Chinese Carbon Dioxide Observation Satellite Mission(TanSat)is the third satellite for global CO2 monitoring and is capable of detecting weak solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence(SIF)signals with its advanced technical characteristics.Based on the Institute of Atmospheric Physics Carbon Dioxide Retrieval Algorithm for Satellite Remote Sensing(IAPCAS)platform,we successfully retrieved the TanSat global SIF product spanning the period of March 2017 to February 2018 with a physically based algorithm.This paper introduces the new TanSat SIF dataset and shows the global seasonal SIF maps.A brief comparison between the IAPCAS TanSat SIF product and the data-driven SVD(singular value decomposition)SIF product is also performed for follow-up algorithm optimization.The comparative results show that there are regional biases between the two SIF datasets and the linear correlations between them are above 0.73 for all seasons.The future SIF data product applications and requirements for SIF space observation are discussed.Lu YAO Dongxu YANG Yi LIU Jing WANG Liangyun LIU Shanshan DU Zhaonan CAI Naimeng LU Daren LYU Maohua WANG Zengshan YIN 2021Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,3:3
7Analysis and test of splitting failure in the cutting process of cabbage root显示文摘Cabbage harvester is very useful to replace the manual cabbage harvesting in China.The cutter with single-point clamping way can reduce the maximum and the average cutting force effectively,but may increase the splitting failure.In this study,the mechanics model of cabbage root with single-point clamping way in cutting process was established.According to the analysis of mechanics model,when the sheer stress exceeded the sheer strength(τa>τ0),splitting failure began to occur.Meanwhile,if the maximum normal stress exceeded the tensile strength(σmax>σ0),the splitting failure would further become riving failure.The positions of splitting failure would almost locate at the cutting depth l equaled to R+r(l=R+r).To reduce the splitting failure,single factor and multi-factor cutting tests about the effect of sliding angle,cutting speed and cutting diameter on splitting failure were carried out.The results showed that the splitting failure would reduce with the increase of sliding angle,cutting speed and cutting diameter.Sliding angle,cutting speed,cutting diameter and the interactions of cutting speed with sliding angle and cutting diameter had significant effect on splitting failure level,and the interaction of sliding angle with cutting diameter and the 3 factors’interaction had no effect.To minimize splitting failure levels,the best cutting combination was that:sliding angle 40°,cutting speed 300 mm/min and cutting diameter 35 mm.This research can provide a basis of how to design a cutter for the cabbage harvester including the optimized cutting combination.Du Dongdong Wang Jun Qiu Shanshan 2015International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,4:3

9Kilometers Long Graphene-Coated Optical Fibers for Fast Thermal Sensing显示文摘The combination of optical fiber with graphene has greatly expanded the application regimes of fiber optics,from dynamic optical control and ultrafast pulse generation to high precision sensing.However,limited by fabrication,previous graphene-fiber samples are typically limited in the micrometer to centimeter scale,which cannot take the inherent advantage of optical fibers—longdistance optical transmission.Here,we demonstrate kilometers long graphene-coated optical fiber(GCF)based on industrial graphene nanosheets and coating technique.The GCF shows unusually high thermal diffusivity of 24.99 mm^(2) s^(-1) in the axial direction,measured by a thermal imager directly.This enables rapid thermooptical response both in optical fiber Bragg grating sensors at one point(18-fold faster than conventional fiber)and in long-distance distributed fiber sensing systems based on backward Rayleigh scattering in optical fiber(15-fold faster than conventional fiber).This work realizes the industrial-level graphene-fiber production and provides a novel platform for two-dimensional material-based optical fiber sensing applications.Yiyong Guo Bing Han Junting Du Shanshan Cao Hua Gao Ning An Yiwei Li Shujie An Zengling Ran Yue Lin Wencai Ren Yunjiang Rao Baicheng Yao 2021Research2021,,1:2
10An improved bearing fault detection strategy based on artificial bee colony algorithm显示文摘The operating state of bearing affects the performance of rotating machinery;thus,how to accurately extract features from the original vibration signals and recognise the faulty parts as early as possible is very critical.In this study,the one‐dimensional ternary model which has been proved to be an effective statistical method in feature selection is introduced and shapelet transformation is proposed to calculate the parameter of one‐dimensional ternary model that is usually selected by trial and error.Then XGBoost is used to recognise the faults from the obtained features,and artificial bee colony algorithm(ABC)is introduced to optimise the parameters of XGBoost.Moreover,for improving the performance of intelligent algorithm,an improved strategy where the evolution is guided by the probability that the optimal solution appears in certain solution space is proposed.The experimental results based on the failure vibration signal samples show that the average accuracy of fault signal recognition can reach 97%,which is much higher than the ones corresponding to traditional extraction strategies.And with the help of improved ABC algorithm,the performance of XGBoost classifier could be optimised;the accuracy could be improved from 97.02%to 98.60%compared with the traditional classification strategy.Haiquan Wang Wenxuan Yue Shengjun Wen Xiaobin Xu Hans-Dietrich Haasis Menghao Su Ping liu Shanshan Zhang Panpan Du 2022CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2022,7,4:1
11Association of an Increased Risk of Pre-eclampsia and Fetal Growth Restriction in Singleton and Twin Pregnancies with Female Fetuses显示文摘Objective: To investigate whether the fetal gender affects the incidence of pre-eclampsia (PE) and fetal growth restriction (FGR) in singleton and twin pregnancies.Methods: This was a 10-year single-center, retrospective, cohort study from January 2009 to January 2019. A total of 57,129 singleton and 3699 twin pregnancies aged between 18-55 years old were recruited at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, China. We used multivariable logistic regression to analyze the effect of fetal gender on the incidence of PE and FGR.Results: In singleton pregnancies, the incidence rates of PE and FGR with a female fetus were higher than those with a male fetus (6.4% (1713/26,793)vs. 5.9% (1803/30,336),P < 0.05 and 3.5% (932/26,793)vs. 2.4% (745/30,336),P < 0.05, respectively). A female fetus was an independent risk factor for either PE or FGR (adjusted odds ratio: 1.169 or 1.563;95% confidence interval: 1.036-1.319 or 1.349-1.810, respectively). In twin pregnancies, the incidence of early-onset PE was greater in pregnancies with two females compared with two males or one male plus one female (4.6% (46/1003)vs. 4.1% (54/1305)vs. 2.4% (33/1391),P < 0.05). 13Urban Metabolism Based on Emergy and Slack Based Model: A Case Study of Beijing, China显示文摘The key to studying urban sustainable development depends on quantifying stores, efficiencies of urban metabolisms and capturing urban metabolisms′ mechanisms. This paper builds up the metabolic emergy account and quantifies some important concepts of emergy stores. Emphasis is placed on the urban metabolic model based on the slack based model(SBM) method to measure urban metabolic efficiencies. Urban metabolic mechanisms are discussed by using the regression method. By integrating these models, this paper analyzes the urban metabolic development in Beijing from 2001 to 2010. We conclude that the metabolic emergy stores of Beijing increased significantly from 2001 to 2010, with the emergy imported accounting for most of the increase. The metabolic efficiencies in Beijing have improved since the 2008 Olympic Games. The population, economic growth, industrial structures, and environmental governance positively affect the overall urban metabolism, while the land expansion, urbanization and environmentally technical levels hinder the improving of urban metabolic efficiencies. The SBM metabolic method and the regression model based on the emergy analysis provide insights into the urban metabolic efficiencies and the mechanism. 14Risk Factors and Pregnancy Outcome in Women with a History of Cesarean Section Complicated by Placenta Accreta显示文摘Objective:To explore the risk factors and pregnancy outcomes in women with a history of cesarean section complicated by placenta accreta(PA).Methods:This case-control study included clinical data from singleton mothers with a history of cesarean section in 11 public tertiary hospitals in seven provinces of China between January 2017 and December 2017.According to the intraoperative findings after delivery,the study population was divided into PA and non-PA groups.We compared the pregnancy outcomes between the two groups,used multivariate logistic regression to analyze the risk factors for placental accreta.Results:For this study we included 11,074 pregnant women with a history of cesarean section;and of these,869 cases were in the PA group and 10,205 cases were in the non-PA group.Compared with the non-PA group,the probability of postpartum hemorrhage(236/10,205,2.31%vs.283/869,32.57%),severe postpartum hemorrhage(89/10,205,0.87%vs.186/869,21.75%),diffuse intravascular coagulation(3/10,205,0.03%vs.4/869,0.46%),puerperal infection(33/10,205,0.32%vs.12/869,1.38%),intraoperative bladder injury(1/10,205,0.01%vs.16/869,1.84%),hysterectomy(130/10,205,1.27%vs.59/869,6.79%),and blood transfusion(328/10,205,3.21%vs.231/869,26.58%)was significantly increased in the PA group(P<0.05).At the same time,the neonatal birth weight 3250.00(2950.00–3520.00)g vs.2920.00(2530.00–3250.00)g),the probability of neonatal comorbidities(245/10,205,2.40%vs.61/869,7.02%),and the rate of neonatal intensive care unit admission(817/10,205,8.01%vs.210/869,24.17%)also increased significantly(P<0.05).Weight(odds ratio)(OR)=1.03,95%confidence interval(CI):1.01–1.05)),parity(OR=1.18,95%CI:1.03–1.34),number of miscarriages(OR=1.31,95%CI:1.17–1.47),number of previous cesarean sections(OR=2.57,95%CI:2.02–3.26),history of premature rupture of membrane(OR=1.61,95%CI:1.32–1.96),previous cesarean-section transverse incisions(OR=1.38,95%CI:1.12–1.69),history of placenta previa(OR=2.44,95%CI:1.50–3.96),and the combination of prenatal hemorrhage(OR=9.95,95%CI:8.42–11.75)and placenta previa(OR=91.74,95%CI:74.11–113.56)were all independent risk factors for PA.Conclusion:There was an increased risk of adverse outcomes in pregnancies complicated by PA in women with a history of cesarean section,and this required close clinical attention.Weight before pregnancy,parity,number of miscarriages,number of previous cesarean sections,history of premature rupture of membranes,past transverse incisions in cesarean sections,a history of placenta previa,prenatal hemorrhage,and placenta previa were independent risk factors for pregnancies complicated with PA in women with a history of cesarean section.These independent risk factors showed a high value in predicting the risk for placentab accreta in pregnancies of women with a history of cesarean section.Yingyu Liang Lizi Zhang Shilei Bi Jingsi Chen Shanshan Zeng Lijun Huang Yulian Li Minshan Huang Hu Tan Jinping Jia Suiwen Wen Zhijian Wang Yinli Cao Shaoshuai Wang Xiaoyan Xu Ling Feng Xianlan Zhao Yangyu Zhao Qiying Zhu Hongbo Qi Lanzhen Zhang Hongtian Li Lili Du Dunjin Chen 2022Maternal-Fetal Medicine2022,4,3:1
15Tunable ultrathin dual-phase P-doped Bi_(2)MoO_(6) nanosheets for advanced lithium and sodium storage显示文摘The construction of electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)and sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)has gradually been an appealing and attractive technology in energy storage research field.In the present work,a facile strategy of synthesizing ultrathin amorphous/nanocrystal dual-phase P-doped Bi_(2)MoO_(6)(denoted as P-BiMO)nanosheets via a one-step wet-chemical synthesis approach is explored.Quite distinct from conventional two-dimensional(2D)nanosheets,our newly developed ultrathin P-BiMO nanosheets exhibit a unique tunable amorphous/nanocrystalline dual-phase structure with several compelling advantages including fast ion exchange ability and superb volume change buffer capability.The experimental results reveal that our prepared P-BiMO-6 electrode delivers an excellent reversible capacity of 509.6 mA·g^(−1) after continuous 1,500 cycles at the current densities of 1,500 mA·g^(−1) and improved rate performance for LIBs.In the meanwhile,the P-BiMO-6 electrode also shows a reversible capacity of 300.6 mA·g^(−1) after 100 cycles at 50 mA·g^(−1) when being used as the SIBs electrodes.This present work uncovers an effective dual-phase nanosheet structure to improve the performance of batteries,providing an attractive paradigm to develop superior electrode materials.Fucong Lyu Zhe Jia Shanshan Zeng Fei-Xiang Ma Lulu Pan Lizi Cheng Yan Bao Ligang Sun Weihui Ou Peng Du Yang Yang Li Jian Lu 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:1

18Prediction of the joint impacts of sea level rise and land development on distribution patterns of mangrove communities显示文摘Mangrove distribution along shorelines shows distinct zonation patterns;thus,different communities may face various influences from sea level rise(SLR)and land use.However,long-term change predictions are usually based only on the total extent of mangroves.Few studies have revealed how SLR and land development such as agriculture,aquaculture,and urbanization jointly affect different intertidal mangrove communities.This study proposed a novel framework combining SLAMM(Sea Level Affecting Marshes Model)and the CLUE-S(Conversion of Land Use and its Effect at Small regional extent)model to assess the potential impacts on upper and lower intertidal mangrove communities.Maoweihai in Guangxi,China,was selected as the study area and the potential impacts from the squeeze effect and mangrove expansion potential were evaluated.We established three scenarios combining SLR and land use patterns to predict mangrove coverage projections by 2070.The results showed that,under a single SLR driver,the upper intertidal mangroves would be more adaptive to rapid SLR than the lower intertidal mangroves.However,under the combined influence of the two drivers,the upper intertidal mangroves would experience larger squeeze effects than the lower intertidal mangroves,with up to 80.5%of suitable habitat lost.Moreover,the expansion potential of upper intertidal mangroves would be considerably more limited than that of lower intertidal mangroves.The length of the expandable habitat patch boundary of upper intertidal mangroves only reached 1.4–1.8 km,while that of the lower intertidal mangroves reached up to99.2–111.2 km.Further,we found that aquaculture ponds and cropland are the top two land development types that could occupy suitable habitat and restrict the mangrove expansion potential.Our results highlight that timely improvement of land use policies to create available landward accommodation space for mangrove migration is essential to maintain the coverage and diversity of mangrove communities under SLR.The proposed method can be a helpful tool for adaptive mangrove conservation and management under climate change.Shanshan Liang Wenjia Hu Peiqiang Wu Jianbu Wang Shangke Su Guangcheng Chen Jianguo Du Wenhua Liu Bin Chen 2023Forest Ecosystems2023,10,2:0
19Nutrient retranslocation strategies associated with dieback of Pinus species in a semiarid sandy region of Northeast China显示文摘In the semiarid sandy region of Northeast China,Mongolian pine(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)suffers dieback after the age of 35,while Japanese red pine(Pinus densiflora)and Chinese pine(Pinus tabuliformis)stay healthy.Foliar nutrient retranslocation reflects the nutrient conservation and utilization mechanism of plants in response to their habitats.However,the nutrient retranslocation strategies employed by three Pinus tree species to cope with nutrient limitations remain largely unknown.For this study,we investigated the seasonal variations in nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)concentrations of Mongolian pine,Japanese red pine,and Chinese pine plantations in terms of the green needles of all ages,senesced needles,and soil.Further,the N retranslocation efficiency(NRE),and P retranslocation efficiency(PRE),and correlations between the N:P ratios of needles and soil were analyzed.The results showed that,except for the spring NRE in 1-year-old needles of Mongolian pine,the spring NRE and PRE in 1-and 2-year-old needles of the three tree species were greater than zero.The autumn PRE was higher than zero for Mongolian pine,but lower than zero for Japanese red pine and Chinese pine.Among the three Pinus species,Mongolian pine showed greater spring PRE in 2-year-old needles,and PRE from 1-to 2-yearold needles,and from 2-year-old needles to litter.However,Japanese red pine had higher P concentrations and lower N:P ratios in senesced needles,while greater PRE was found in Chinese pine litter.Significant relationships between the N:P ratios were found in the current year and 1-year-old needles and soil in the Mongolian pine plantation,while there was an insignificant relationship between the N:P ratios of the needles and soil in the Chinese pine plantation.Thus,for Mongolian pine,the removal of P from needles in autumn,and higher P translocation from older needles under P-deficient soil may have contributed to the tree dieback.In contrast,Japanese red pine and Chinese pine stored P in their needles during autumn.Japanese red pine returned more P to the soil via litter,while Chinese pine maintained N:P homeostasis and increased P withdrawal prior to needle abscission.Chang Liu Kai Wang Hongzhang Kang Baoming Du Risheng Zhang Shanshan Tai 2023Forest Ecosystems2023,10,6:0
20Particle manipulation behind a turbid medium based on the intensity transmission matrix显示文摘Although optical tweezers can manipulate tiny particles,the distortion caused by the scattering medium restricts their application.Wavefront-shaping techniques such as the transmission matrix(TM)method are powerful tools to achieve light focusing behind the scattering medium.In this paper,we propose a method to focus light through a scattering medium in a large area based on the intensity transmission matrix(ITM).Only relying on the intensity distribution,we can calculate the ITM with the number of measurements equal to that of the control segments.Free of the diffraction limit,our method guarantees high energy usage of the light field.Based on this method,we have implemented particle manipulation with a high degree of freedom on single and multiple particles.In addition,the manipulation range is enlarged more than 20 times(compared to the memory effect)to 200μm.KAIGE LIU HENGKANG ZHANG SHANSHAN DU ZEQI LIU BIN ZHANG XING FU QIANG LIU 2022Photonics Research2022,10,10:0
