12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Antioxidant and Anti-inflammatory Capacity of Ferulic Acid Released from Wheat Bran by Solid-state Fermentation of Aspergillus niger显示文摘Objective A strain of Aspergillus niger(A. niger), capable of releasing bound phenolic acids from wheat bran, was isolated. This strain was identified by gene sequence identification. The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capacity of ferulic acid released from wheat bran by this A. niger strain(FA-WB) were evaluated. Methods Molecular identification techniques based on PCR analysis of specific genomic sequences were conducted; antioxidant ability was examined using oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC), cellular antioxidant activity(CAA) assays, and erythrocyte hemolysis assays. RAW264.7 cells were used as a model to detect anti-inflammatory activity. Results The filamentous fungal isolate was identified to be A. niger. ORAC and CAA assay showed that FA-WB had better antioxidant activity than that of the ferulic acid standard. The erythrocyte hemolysis assay results suggested that FA-WB could attenuate AAPH-induced oxidative stress through inhibition of reactive oxy gen species(ROS) generation. FA-WB could significantly restore the AAPH-induced increase in intracellular antioxidant enzyme activities to normal levels as well as inhibit the intracellular malondialdehyde formation. TNF-?, IL-6, and NO levels indicated that FA-WB can inhibit the inflammation induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS). 4Association of Overlapped and Un-overlapped Comorbidities with COVID-19 Severity and Treatment Outcomes: A Retrospective Cohort Study from Nine Provinces in China显示文摘Objective Several COVID-19 patients have overlapping comorbidities. The independent role of each component contributing to the risk of COVID-19 is unknown, and how some non-cardiometabolic comorbidities affect the risk of COVID-19 remains unclear.Methods A retrospective follow-up design was adopted. A total of 1,160 laboratory-confirmed patients were enrolled from nine provinces in China. Data on comorbidities were obtained from the patients’ medical records. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to estimate the odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95% CI) of the associations between comorbidities(cardiometabolic or non-cardiometabolic diseases), clinical severity, and treatment outcomes of COVID-19.Results Overall, 158(13.6%) patients were diagnosed with severe illness and 32(2.7%) had unfavorable outcomes. Hypertension(2.87, 1.30–6.32), type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)(3.57, 2.32–5.49),cardiovascular disease(CVD)(3.78, 1.81–7.89), fatty liver disease(7.53, 1.96–28.96), hyperlipidemia(2.15, 1.26–3.67), other lung diseases(6.00, 3.01–11.96), and electrolyte imbalance(10.40, 3.00–26.10)were independently linked to increased odds of being severely ill. T2 DM(6.07, 2.89–12.75), CVD(8.47,6.03–11.89), and electrolyte imbalance(19.44, 11.47–32.96) were also strong predictors of unfavorable outcomes. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease on admission(5.46,3.25–9.19), while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes(6.58, 1.46–29.64) within two weeks.Conclusion Besides hypertension, diabetes, and CVD, fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia, other lung diseases, and electrolyte imbalance were independent risk factors for COVID-19 severity and poor treatment outcome. 5Protective Effect of Angiotensin(1-7) on Silicotic Fibrosis in Rats显示文摘Objective Silicosis, caused by inhalation of silica dust, is the most serious occupational disease in China and the aim of present study was to explore the protective effect of Ang (1-7) on silicotic fibrosis and myofibroblast differentiation induced by Ang Ⅱ. Methods HOPE-MED 8050 exposure control apparatus was used to establish the rat silicosis model. Pathological changes and collagen deposition of the lung tissue were examined by H.E. and VG staining, respectively. The localizations of ACE2 and a-smooth muscle actin (a-SMA) in the lung were detected by immunohistochemistry. Expression levels of collagen type Ⅰ, a-SMA, ACE2, and Mas in the lung tissue and fibroblasts were examined by western blot. Levels of ACE2, Ang (1-7), and Ang Ⅱ in serum were determined by ELISA. Co-localization of ACE2 and a-SMA in fibroblasts was detected by immunofluorescenee. Results Ang (1-7) induced pathological changes and enhanced collagen deposition in vivo. Ang (1-7) decreased the expressions of collagen type Ⅰ and a-SMA and increased the expressions of ACE2 and Mas in the silicotic rat lung tissue and fibroblasts stimulated by Ang Ⅱ. Ang (1-7) in creased the levels of ACE2 and Ang (1-7) and decreased the level of Ang Ⅱ in silicotic rat serum. A779 enhanced the protective effect of Ang (1-7) in fibroblasts stimulated by Ang Ⅱ. 11Chinese medicine Yu-Ping-Feng-San attenuates allergic inflammation by regulating epithelial derived pro-allergic cytokines显示文摘This study aimed to investigate the mechanisms of Yu-Ping-Feng-San(YPFS) on attenuating allergic inflammation in the initial stage of atopic dermatitis(AD). AD mouse model was established with fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC) sensitization and elicitation. Epithelial barrier structure was observed with transmission electron microscope. The populations of dendritic cells(DCs)and group 2 innate lymphoid cells(ILC2 s) were detected by flow cytometry. Human immortalized keratinocyte(Ha Ca T) cells were stimulated with Poly(I:C)/TNF-α in vitro to assess thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP), interleukin(IL)-33 and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) levels or expressions by immunofluorescence, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and western blot. In the initial stage of AD, ear swelling and infiltration of inflammatory cells in ear tissues were markedly attenuated with YPFS treatments. The damaged structures of ear epithelium and the increased levels of Th2-cytokines induced by FITC were significantly rescued in YPFS-treated mice. The production of pro-allergic cytokines, TSLP and IL-33, as well as the cell populations of their target cells DCs and ILC2 s were decreased in AD model, respectively. Likewise, the levels of TSLP and IL-33 in Poly(I:C)/TNF-α-stimulated HaCaT cells showed the same results. Lower levels of p-NF-κB were detected with YPFS treatment, and the expressions of TSLP and IL-33 could be further decreased with inhibiting of NF-κB. 16A New Hapten for Immunoassay of Aldicarb显示文摘A new hapten, aldicarb oxime succinic ester (AOSE), was synthesized for immunoassay of aldicarb. It was conjugated to proteins by active ester method. Polyclonal antibody was raised against AOSE-BSA (bovine serum albumin) conjugate. 17Numerical and experimental study on the response characteristics of warhead in the fast cook-off process显示文摘The response characteristics of the warhead under thermal stimuli conditions are important to the safety improvement.The goal of this study is to obtain data on the warhead in the fast cook-off process.In this paper,a numerical calculation method is proposed,whose reliability is supported by comparison with experimental results.Through the numerical calculation,the temperature distribution,temperature change,and ignition time are acquired.The numerical results show that the ignition time is 76 s after the warhead started to burn and that the maximum temperature of the explosive’s outer surface is 238.3℃ at the ignition time.The fast cook-off experiment of the warhead is implemented so as to get the flame temperature and reaction grades that are not available through numerical calculation.The experimental results show that the overpressure fails to reach the preset minimumvalue which is equivalent to 6 kg of TNT and that the reaction grade is deflagration.The research results have reference value for the design of the warhead and the reduction of detonation risks.Min Zhu Sheng-ao Wang Huang Huang Gui Huang Fei Wu Shao-hua Sun Biao Li Zi-jian Xu 2021Defence Technology(防务技术)2021,17,4:3
18Coupling phase field with creep damage to study γ’evolution and creep deformation of single crystal superalloys显示文摘A phase-field model coupling with elastoplastic de fo rmation and creep damage has been built to study the micro structural evolution and deformation behavior for Ni-Al single crystal alloy during the whole creep processing.The relevant experiments were conducted to verify the model validity.The simulation re sults show that under the tensile creep at 1223 K/100 MPa,cubic γ’phases coarsen along the direction parallel to the axis of tensile stress during the first two creep stages;and spindle-shaped and wavy γ’phases are fo rmed during tertiary creep,similar to the experimental results.The evolution mechanism of γ’phases is analyzed from the perspective of changes of stress and strain fields.The'is land-like'γ phase is observed and its formation mechanism is discussed.With the increase of creep stress,the directional coarsening of γ’phase is accelerated,the steady-state creep rate is increased and the creep life is decreased.The comparison between simulated and experimental creep curves shows that this phase-field model can effectively simulate the performance changes during the first two creep stages and predict the influence of creep stresses on creep properties.Our work provides a potential approach to synchronously simulate the creep microstructure and property of superalloys strengthened by γ’precipitates.Min Yang Jun Zhang Weimin Gui Songsong Hu Zhuoran Li Min Guo Haijun Su Lin Liu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,12:3
19Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Binuclear Gadolinium(Ⅲ) Complex Bridged by Cucurbit[6]uril显示文摘A new cucurbit[6]uril bridged binuclear complex {[Gd(H2O)6]2[Q6(H2O)]}Cl6·4H2O, where Q6 represents cucurbit[6]uril, has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure shows that the complex has an extended cucurbit[6]uril-bridged structure consisting of two gadolinium(III) ions, in which each gadolinium(III) ion is coordinated with two neighboring carbonylic oxygen atoms of Q6 and six oxygen atoms of water molecules that leans toward one side of the portal. One disordered guest water molecule resides in the Q6 molecule cavity and occupies two different positions.
