2Highly stable lead-free Cs3Bi2I9 perovskite nanoplates for photodetection applications显示文摘Lead halide perovskites have received tremendous attentions recently for their excellent properties such as high light absorption coefficient and long charge carrier diffusion length. However, the stability issues and the existence of toxic lead cations have largely limited their applications in optoelectronic area. Herein, we report the synthesis and investigation of highly stable and lead-free Cs3Bi2I9 perovskite nanoplates for visible light photodetection applications. The Cs3Bi2I9 nanoplates were synthesized through a facile solution-processed method, which is also applicable to various substrates. The achieved nanoplates present very good crystal quality and exhibit excellent long-term stability even exposed in moist air for several months. Photodetectors were constructed based on these high-quality perovskite nanoplates for the first time, and display a maximum photoresponsivity of 33.1 mA/W under the illumination of 450 nm laser, which is six times higher than the solution-synthesized CH3NH3PbI3 nanowire photodetectors. The specific detectivity of these devices can reach up to 10^10 Jones. Additionally, the devices exhibit fast rise and decay time of 10.2 and 37.2 ms, respectively, and highly stable photoswitching behavior with their photoresponse well retaining under alternating light and darkness. 3Simulated effect of soil freeze-thaw process on surface hydrologic and thermal fluxes in frozen ground region of the Northern Hemisphere显示文摘Soil freeze-thaw process is closely related to surface energy budget,hydrological activity,and terrestrial ecosystems.In this study,two numerical experiments(including and excluding soil freeze-thaw process)were designed to examine the effect of soil freeze-thaw process on surface hydrologic and thermal fluxes in frozen ground region in the Northern Hemisphere based on the state-of-the-art Community Earth System Model version 1.0.5.Results show that in response to soil freeze-thaw process,the area averaged soil temperature in the shallow layer(0.0175−0.0451 m)decreases by 0.35℃in the TP(Tibetan Plateau),0.69℃in CES(Central and Eastern Siberia),and 0.6℃in NA(North America)during summer,and increases by 1.93℃in the TP,2.28℃in CES and 1.61℃in NA during winter,respectively.Meanwhile,in response to soil freeze-thaw process,the area averaged soil liquid water content increases in summer and decrease in winter.For surface heat flux components,the ground heat flux is most significantly affected by the freeze-thaw process in both summer and winter,followed by sensible heat flux and latent heat flux in summer.In the TP area,the ground heat flux increases by 2.82 W/m2(28.5%)in summer and decreases by 3.63 W/m2(40%)in winter.Meanwhile,in CES,the ground heat flux increases by 1.89 W/m2(11.3%)in summer and decreases by 1.41 W/m2(18.6%)in winter.The heat fluxes in the Tibetan Plateau are more susceptible to the freeze-thaw process compared with the high-latitude frozen soil regions.Soil freeze-thaw process can induce significant warming in the Tibetan Plateau in winter.Also,this process induces significant cooling in high-latitude regions in summer.The frozen ground can prevent soil liquid water from infiltrating to deep soil layers at the beginning of thawing;however,as the frozen ground thaws continuously,the infiltration of the liquid water increases and the deep soil can store water like a sponge,accompanied by decreasing surface runoff.The influence of the soil freeze-thaw process on surface hydrologic and thermal fluxes varies seasonally and spatially.Di Ma SiQiong Luo DongLin Guo ShiHua Lyu XianHong Meng BoLi Chen LiHui Luo 2021Research in Cold and Arid Regions2021,13,1:4
4Generation of tooth-like structures from integration-free human urine induced pluripotent stem cells显示文摘Background:Tooth is vital not only for a good smile,but also good health.Yet,we lose tooth regularly due to accidents or diseases.An ideal solution to this problem is to regenerate tooth with patients’own cells.Here we describe the generation of tooth-like structures from integration-free human urine induced pluripotent stem cells(ifhU-iPSCs).Results:We first differentiated ifhU-iPSCs to epithelial sheets,which were then recombined with E14.5 mouse dental mesenchymes.Tooth-like structures were recovered from these recombinants in 3 weeks with success rate up to 30%for 8 different iPSC lines,comparable to H1 hESC.We further detected that ifhU-iPSC derived epithelial sheets differentiated into enamel-secreting ameloblasts in the tooth-like structures,possessing physical properties such as elastic modulus and hardness found in the regular human tooth.Conclusion:Our results demonstrate that ifhU-iPSCs can be used to regenerate patient specific dental tissues or even tooth for further drug screening or regenerative therapies.Jinglei Cai Yanmei Zhang Pengfei Liu Shubin Chen Xuan Wu Yuhua Sun Ang Li Ke Huang Rongping Luo Lihui Wang Ying Liu Ting Zhou Shicheng Wei Guangjin Pan Duanqing Pei 2013Cell Regeneration2013,2,1:4
5Light-triggered interfacial charge transfer and enhanced photodetection in CdSe/ZnS quantum dots/MoS_(2)mixed-dimensional phototransistors显示文摘Mix-dimensional van der Waals heterostructures(vdWHs)have inspired worldwide interests and efforts in the field of ad-vanced electronics and optoelectronics.The fundamental understanding of interfacial charge transfer is of vital import-ance for guiding the design of functional optoelectronic applications.In this work,type-Ⅱ0D-2D CdSe/ZnS quantum dots/MoS_(2)vdWHs are designed to study the light-triggered interfacial charge behaviors and enhanced optoelectronic performances.From spectral measurements in both steady and transient states,the phenomena of suppressed photolu-minescence(PL)emissions,shifted Raman signals and changed PL lifetimes provide strong evidences of efficient charge transfer at the 0D-2D interface.A series of spectral evolutions of heterostructures with various QDs overlapping concentrations at different laser powers are analyzed in details,which clarifies the dynamic competition between exciton and trion during an efficient doping of 3.9×10^(13)cm^(−2).The enhanced photoresponses(1.57×10^(4)A·W^(-1))and detectivities(2.86×10^(11)Jones)in 0D/2D phototransistors further demonstrate that the light-induced charge transfer is still a feasible way to optimize the performance of optoelectronic devices.These results are expected to inspire the basic understand-ing of interfacial physics at 0D/2D interfaces,and shed the light on promoting the development of mixed-dimensional op-toelectronic devices in the near future.Ziwei Li Wen Yang Ming Huang Xin Yang Chenguang Zhu Chenglin He Lihui Li Yajuan Wang Yunfei Xie Zhuoran Luo Delang Liang Jianhua Huang Xiaoli Zhu Xiujuan Zhuang Dong Li Anlian Pan 2021Opto-Electronic Advances2021,4,9:4
6Plasmonically engineered light-matter interactions in Aunanoparticle/MoS_(2) heterostructures for artificial optoelectronic synapse显示文摘Optoelectronic synaptic elements are emerging functional devices for the vigorous development of advanced neuromorphic computing technology in the post-Moore era.However,optoelectronic devices based on transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)are limited to their poor mobilities and weak light-matter interactions,which still hardly exhibit superior device performances in the application of artificial synapses.Here,we demonstrate the successful fabrication of Au nanoparticle-coupled MoS_(2)heterostructures via chemical vapor deposition(CVD),where the light absorption of MoS_(2)is greatly enhanced and engineered by plasmonic effects.Hot electrons are excited from Au nanoparticles,and then injected into MoS_(2)semiconductors under the light illumination.The plasmonically-engineered photo-gating effect at the metal-semiconductor junction is demonstrated to create optoelectronic devices with excellent synaptic behaviors,especially in ultra-sensitive excitatory postsynaptic current(EPSC,9.6×10^(-3)nA@3.4 nW·cm^(-2)),ultralow energy consumption(34.7 pJ),long-state retention time(>1,000 s),and tunable synaptic plasticity transitions.The material system of Au-nanoparticles coupled TMDs presents unique advantages for building artificial synapses,which may lead the future development of neuromorphic electronics in optical information sensing and learning.Zhuoran Luo Yunfei Xie Ziwei Li Yajuan Wang Lihui Li Ziyu Luo Chenguang Zhu Xin Yang Ming Huang Jianhua Huang Delang Liang Xiaoli Zhu Dong Li Anlian Pan 2022Nano Research2022,15,4:3
7Discrimination of dislocations in 4H-SiC by inclination angles of molten-alkali etched pits显示文摘Discrimination of dislocations is critical to the statistics of dislocation densities in 4H silicon carbide(4H-SiC),which are routinely used to evaluate the quality of 4H-SiC single crystals and homoepitaxial layers.In this work,we show that the inclination angles of the etch pits of molten-alkali etched 4H-SiC can be adopted to discriminate threading screw dislocations(TSDs),threading edge dislocations(TEDs)and basal plane dislocations(BPDs)in 4H-SiC.In n-type 4H-SiC,the inclination angles of the etch pits of TSDs,TEDs and BPDs in molten-alkali etched 4H-SiC are in the ranges of 27°−35°,8°−15°and 2°−4°,respectively.In semi-insulating 4H-SiC,the inclination angles of the etch pits of TSDs and TEDs are in the ranges of 31°−34°and 21°−24°,respectively.The inclination angles of dislocation-related etch pits are independent of the etching duration,which facilitates the discrimination and statistic of dislocations in 4H-SiC.More significantly,the inclination angle of a threading mixed dislocations(TMDs)is found to consist of characteristic angles of both TEDs and TSDs.This enables to distinguish TMDs from TSDs in 4H-SiC.Guang Yang Hao Luo Jiajun Li Qinqin Shao Yazhe Wang Ruzhong Zhu Xi Zhang Lihui Song Yiqiang Zhang Lingbo Xu Can Cui Xiaodong Pi Deren Yang Rong Wang 2022Journal of Semiconductors2022,43,12:2
8Nitrogen content diagnosis of apple trees canopies using hyperspectral reflectance combined with PLS variable extraction and extreme learning machine显示文摘Nitrogen(N)is an important mineral element in apple production.Rapid estimation of apple tree N status is helpful for achieving precise N management.The objective of this work was to explore partial least squares(PLS)regression in dimensional reduction of spectral data and build the diagnostic model.The spectral reflectance data were collected from Fuji apple trees with 4 levels of N fertilizer treatment in the Loess Plateau in 2018 and 2019 using an ASD portable spectroradiometer,and leaf total N content was obtained at the same time.The raw spectra were pretreated using Savitzky-Golay(SG)smoothing and a combination of SG and first-order derivative(SG_FD)or second-order derivative(SG_SD).The samples were divided into a calibration dataset and a prediction dataset using SPXY.Based on 4 factors of PLS regression,including latent variables(LVs),X-loading,variable importance in projection(VIP)and regression coefficients(RC),the 6 methods(LVs,X-loading,VIP_01,VIP_02,RC_01 and RC_02)were derived and used for variable extraction,based on which PLS model and ELM model were established.The results indicated that the spectral data processed by SG_FD had the highest signal-to-noise ratio and was selected for subsequent analysis.The amounts of variables extracted by LVs,X-loading,VIP_01,VIP_02,RC_01 and RC_02 were 6,11,18,305,26 and 88,respectively.The method of extracting variables with an RC threshold based on the minimum RMSEP(RC_02)could effectively avoid the omission of effective information.The RC_02 method was recommended for related research which required accurate wavelength information as a variable.The variable extraction method based on LVs generated an ELM model with a simple structure.The prediction results showed that the ELM model outperformed the PLS model.The PLS(LVs)_ELM model was the best;R2P,RMSEP and RPD were 0.837,2.393 and 2.220,respectively.Shaomin Chen Lihui Ma Tiantian Hu Lihua Luo Qiong He Shaowu Zhang 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,3:2

10An optical brain-to-brain interface supports rapid information transmission for precise locomotion control显示文摘Brain-to-brain interfaces(BtBIs) hold exciting potentials for direct communication between individual brains. However,technical challenges often limit their performance in rapid information transfer. Here, we demonstrate an optical brain-to-brain interface that transmits information regarding locomotor speed from one mouse to another and allows precise, real-time control of locomotion across animals with high information transfer rate. We found that the activity of the genetically identified neuromedin B(NMB) neurons within the nucleus incertus(NI) precisely predicts and critically controls locomotor speed. By optically recording Ca2+ signals from the NI of a 'Master' mouse and converting them to patterned optogenetic stimulations of the NI of an 'Avatar' mouse, the Bt BI directed the Avatar mice to closely mimic the locomotion of their Masters with information transfer rate about two orders of magnitude higher than previous Bt BIs. 12Deformation monitoring and analysis at two frost mounds during freeze–thaw cycles along the Qinghai–Tibet Engineering Corridor显示文摘This paper presents various deformation-monitoring technologies employed to monitor the frost heave and thaw settlement of two mounds along the Qinghai–Tibet Engineering Corridor(QTEC), China. The QTEC is known as a critical infrastructure and passage connecting inland China and the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau(QTP). Three technologies—global navigation satellite system(GNSS), terrestrial laser scanning(TLS), and unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)—were used to estimate the freeze/thaw–induced 3D surface deformation of two frost mounds. Our results showed that (1) the two frost mounds exhibited mainly thaw settlement in thawing periods and frost heave in the freezing period, but frost heave dominated after repeated freeze–thaw cycles;(2) different zones of the mounds showed different deformation characteristics;(3) active-layer thickness(ALT) and elevation changes were highly correlated during thaw periods;(4) integrated 3D-measurement technologies can achieve a better understanding and assessment of hazards in the permafrost area.LiHui Luo Wei Ma YanLi Zhuang ZhongQiong Zhang 2017Research in Cold and Arid Regions2017,9,4:1

14Numerical Simulation and Experimental Analysis of the Influence of Asymmetric Pressure Conditions on the Splitting of a Gas-Liquid Two-Phase Flow at a T-Junction显示文摘Dedicated experiments and numerical simulations have been conducted to investigate the splitting characteristics of a gas-liquid two phase flow at a T junction.The experiments were carried out for different gas-liquid velocities.The flow rates in the two branches were measured accurately to determine how the two considered phases distribute in the two outlets.The experimental results have shown that when the two outlet pressures are asymmetric,the two-phase flow always tends to flow into the outlet which has a lower pressure.As the inlet liquid velocity increases,however,the two-phase flow gradually tends to split evenly.Compared with the experiment results,the pressure difference between the two outlets can be determined more accurately by means of numerical simulation.The trends of experimental results and simulations are in very good agreement.Lihui Ma Limin He Xiaoming Luo Xiangran Mi 2021Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2021,17,5:1

16First Report of Fusarium striatum Causing Root Rot Disease of Panax notoginseng in Yunnan,China显示文摘Panax notoginseng is a traditional Chinese medicinal plant.Root rot of P.notoginseng is one of the most serious diseases affecting P.notoginseng growth and causes wilted leaves,fewer lateral roots and rotten roots.Root rot is a soil-borne disease,and mainly occurs from June to August in Yunnan Province when the temperatures are high and the air is humid.In this study,the endophytic fungal genus Fusarium isolate E-2018.1.22-#3.2 was obtained from a P.notoginseng embryo.Fusarium isolate E-2018.1.22-#3.2 was identified as Fusarium striatum based on morphological characteristics and molecular analysis.The fungus was found to have conidiophores and macroconidia,and its ITS,LSU and TEF-1αgenes shared 100%,99.2%and 99%identities with the homologous genes of Fusarium striatum,respectively.Isolate F.striatum E-2018.1.22-#3.2 can cause root rot symptoms,including black,soft roots,fewer lateral roots and leaf wilt,in 93%of the experimental P.notoginseng plants,and could be re-isolated,fulfilling Koch’s postulates.When the P.notoginseng plants were treated with the fungicide pyraclostrobin,isolate F.striatum E-2018.1.22-#3.2 was unable to cause root rot.We have therefore demonstrated that F.striatum E-2018.1.22-#3.2 is able to cause root rot disease in P.notoginseng.This is the first report of root rot disease caused by F.striatum on P.notoginseng in China.Xuan Zhou Chongyu Luo Kuixiu Li Dan Zhu Lihui Jiang Lixia Wu Youchun Li Xiahong He Yunlong Du 2022Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,1:0
17An improved hybrid bream derived from a hybrid lineage of Megalobrama amblycephala(♀)×Culter alburnus(♂)显示文摘Distant hybridization is an important technique in fish genetic breeding.In this study,based on the establishment of an allodiploid fish lineage(BT,2n=48,F_(1)–F_(6))derived from distant hybridization between female Megalobrama amblycephala(BSB,2n=48)and male Culter alburnus(TC,2n=48),and the backcross progeny(BTB,2n=48)derived by backcrossing female F_(1) of BT to male BSB,an improved hybrid bream(BTBB,2n=48)was obtained by backcrossing BTB(♀)to BSB(♂).Moreover,the morphological and genetic characteristics of BTBB individuals were investigated;BTBB was similar to BSB in appearance but had a higher body height than BSB.The study results regarding chromosome numbers and DNA content indicated that BTBB is a diploid hybrid fish.The 5S rDNA and Hox gene of BTBB were inherited from the original parents.Gonadal development in BTBB was normal.On the other hand,BTBB had a faster growth rate,higher muscle protein level,and lower muscle carbohydrate level than BSB.Hence,bisexual fertile BTBB is promoted and can be applied as a high-quality fish,and it can also be used as a new fish germplasm resource to develop high-quality fish further.Thus,this study is of great significance for fish genetic breeding.Dingbin Gong Min Tao Lihui Xu Fangzhou Hu Zehong Wei Shi Wang Yude Wang Qingfeng Liu Chang Wu Kaikun Luo Chenchen Tang Rong Zhou Chun Zhang Yuequn Wang Shaojun Liu 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,6:0
18An ISGW Filtering Antenna with Spurious Modes and Surface Wave Suppression for Millimeter Wave Communications显示文摘In this paper,an integrated substrate gap waveguide(ISGW)filtering antenna is proposed at millimeter wave band,whose surface wave and spurious modes are simultaneously suppressed.A secondorder filtering response is obtained through a coupling feeding scheme using one uniform impedance resonator(UIR)and two stepped-impedance resonators(SIRs).To increase the stopband width of the antenna,the spurious modes are suppressed by selecting the appropriate sizes of the ISGW unit cell.Furthermore,the ISGW is implemented to improve the radiation performance of the antenna by alleviating the propagation of surface wave.And an equivalent circuit is investigated to reveal the working principle of ISGW.To demonstrate this methodology,an ISGW filtering antenna operating at a center frequency of 25 GHz is designed,fabricated,and measured.The results show that the antenna achieves a stopband width of 1.6f0(center frequency),an out-of-band suppression level of 21 dB,and a peak realized gain of 8.5 dBi.Lihui Wang Dongya Shen Qiuhua Lin Zhiyong Luo Wenjian Wang Jianpei Chen Zhao Gao Wei Zhang 2023China Communications2023,20,11:0
19The essential role of jasmonate signaling in Solanum habrochaites rootstock-mediated cold tolerance in tomato grafts显示文摘Tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)is among the most important vegetables across the world,but cold stress usually affects its yield and quality.The wild tomato species Solanum habrochaites is commonly utilized as rootstock for enhancing resistance against abiotic stresses in cultivated tomato,especially cold resistance.However,the underlying molecular mechanism remains unclear.In this research,we confirmed that S.habrochaites rootstock can improve the cold tolerance of cultivated tomato scions,as revealed by growth,physiological,and biochemical indicators.Furthermore,transcriptome profiling indicated significant differences in the scion of homo-and heterografted seedlings,including substantial changes in jasmonic acid(JA)biosynthesis and signaling,which were validated by RT–qPCR analysis.S.habrochaites plants had a high basal level of jasmonate,and cold stress caused a greater amount of active JA-isoleucine in S.habrochaites heterografts.Moreover,exogenous JA enhanced while JA inhibitor decreased the cold tolerance of tomato grafts.The JA biosynthesis-defective mutant spr8 also showed increased sensitivity to cold stress.All of these results demonstrated the significance of JA in the cold tolerance of grafted tomato seedlings with S.habrochaites rootstock,suggesting a future direction for the characterization of the natural variation involved in S.habrochaites rootstock-mediated cold tolerance.Lihui Wang Bo Wu Guoyu Chen Hui Chen Yuquan Peng Hamza Sohail Shouyu Geng Guangbao Luo Dandi Xu Bo Ouyang Zhilong Bie 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,1:0
20Multi-proxy reconstructions of hydrological changes from continental shelf sediments in the northern South China Sea during the interval 9200–6200 cal a BP显示文摘Past hydroclimatic conditions in southern China are poorly constrained owing to the lack of high-resolution marine-sediment records. In this study, we present high-resolution geochemical and grain-size records of marine sediments from the coastal shelf of the northern South China Sea to investigate regional hydrological variations.Results suggest a warm and humid climate during the interval 9 200–7 600 cal a BP, followed by a cold and dry climate from 7 600 cal a BP to 6 500 cal a BP, and progressive humidification during the period 6 500–6 200 cal a BP.A prominent hydrological anomaly occurred during 7 600–6 500 cal a BP.
