1Review of the characteristics and graded utilisation of coal gasification slag显示文摘The characteristics of the energy structure of rich coal,less oil and less gas,coupling with a high external dependence on oil and natural gas and the emphasis on the efficient and clean utilisation of coal,have brought opportunities for coal chemical industry.However,with the large-scale popularisation of coal gasification technology,the production and resulting storage of coal gasification slag continue to increase,which not only result in serious environmental pollution and a waste of terrestrial resources,but also seriously affect the sustainable development of coal chemical enterprises.Hence,the treatment of coal gasification slag is extremely important.In this paper,the production,composition,morphology,particle size structure and water holding characteristics of coal gasification slag are introduced,and the methods of carbon ash separation of gasification slag,both domestically and abroad,are summarised.In addition,the paper also summarises the research progress on gasification slag in building materials,ecological restoration,residual carbon utilisation and other high-value utilisation,and ultimately puts forward the idea of the comprehensive utilisation of gasification slag.For large-scale consumption to solve the environmental problems of enterprises and achieve high-value utilisation to increase the economic benefits of enterprises,it is urgent to zealously design a reasonable and comprehensive utilisation technologies with simple operational processes,strong adaptability and economic benefits.Xiaodong Liu Zhengwei Jin Yunhuan Jing Panpan Fan Zhili Qi Weiren Bao Jiancheng Wang Xiaohui Yan Peng Lv Lianping Dong 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,7:21
2Study on ESS Control Strategy for Distribution Network with PV显示文摘Environmentally clean photovoltaic(PV)generation has found wider application,but the power f luctuation generated from PV can negatively impact the operation of power system.A properly designed energy storage system(ESS)can stabilize power system by absorbing and injecting instantaneous power.Suitable control strategy of ESS is studied in order to accommodate the power f luctuation.It adopts negative feedback which considers the relationship between real power and voltage in the distribution network because resistor is comparable to reactance of the lines in the distribution network.A universal model of ESS is established,the characteristic parameters such as time-delay of system response,limitation of charging and discharging and restraint of energy storage capacity are taken into account.The validity of the proposed model is verif ied by user-def ined modules in power system analysis software package(PSASP).The operation of PV generation at Wuhan Railway Station in both grid-connected mode and island mode at Wuhan Railway Station is analyzed in detail.The performances of the local distribution network with PV under different weather conditions are summarized,and the key parameter of ESS suitable for PV generation at Wuhan Railway Station is also recommended.Li Yan Jing Panpan Yang Minjing Zhang Buhan Mao Chengxiong 2014Electricity2014,25,4:5
3Preferential adsorption behaviour of CH_4 and CO_2 on high-rank coal from Qinshui Basin,China显示文摘In order to better understand the prevailing mechanism of CO2 storage in coal and estimate CO2 sequestration capacity of a coal seam and enhanced coalbed methane recovery(ECBM) with CO2 injection into coal, we investigated the preferential adsorption of CH4 and CO2on coals. Adsorption of pure CO2,CH4 and their binary mixtures on high-rank coals from Qinshui Basin in China were employed to study the preferential adsorption behaviour. Multiple regression equations were presented to predict CH4 equilibrium concentration from equilibrium pressure and its initial-composition in feed gas. The results show that preferential adsorption of CO2 on coals over the entire pressure range under competitive sorption conditions was observed, however, preferential adsorption of CH4 over CO2on low-volatile bituminous coal from higher CH4-compostion in source gas was found at up to 10 MPa pressure. Preferential adsorption of CO2 increases with increase of CH4 concentration in source gas, and decreases with increasing pressure. Although there was no systematic investigation of the effect of coal rank on preferential adsorption, there are obvious differences in preferential adsorption of gas between low-volatile bituminous coal and anthracite. 4Inhibitor of DNA binding 2 accelerates nerve regeneration after sciatic nerve injury in mice显示文摘Inhibitor of DNA binding 2(Id2)can promote axonal regeneration after injury of the central nervous system.However,whether Id2 can promote axonal regeneration and functional recovery after peripheral nerve injury is currently unknown.In this study,we established a mouse model of bilateral sciatic nerve crush injury.Two weeks before injury,AAV9-Id2-3×Flag-GFP was injected stereotaxically into the bilateral ventral horn of lumbar spinal cord.Our results showed that Id2 was successfully delivered into spinal cord motor neurons projecting to the sciatic nerve,and the number of regenerated motor axons in the sciatic nerve distal to the crush site was increased at 2 weeks after injury,arriving at the tibial nerve and reinnervating a few endplates in the gastrocnemius muscle.By 1 month after injury,extensive neuromuscular reinnervation occurred.In addition,the amplitude of compound muscle action potentials of the gastrocnemius muscle was markedly recovered,and their latency was shortened.These findings suggest that Id2 can accelerate axonal regeneration,promote neuromuscular reinnervation,and enhance functional improvement following sciatic nerve injury.Therefore,elevating the level of Id2 in adult neurons may present a promising strategy for peripheral nerve repair following injury.The study was approved by the Experimental Animal Ethics Committee of Jinan University(approval No.20160302003)on March 2,2016.Zhong-Hai Huang Ai-Ying Feng Jing Liu Libing Zhou Bing Zhou Panpan Yu 2021Neural Regeneration Research2021,16,12:2

6A garnet-electrolyte based molten Li-I_(2) battery with high performance显示文摘Lithium-iodine(Li-I_(2))battery exhibits high potential to match with high-rate property and large energy density.However,problems of the system,such as evident sublimation of iodine elements,dissolution of iodine species in electrolyte,and lithium anode corrosion,prevent the practical use of rechargeable Li-I_(2)batteries.In this work,a molten Li-I_(2)typical cell design which has distinct advantages based on the solid-state garnet electrolyte with the eutectic iodate cathode is firstly developed.The U-shaped ceramic electrolyte tube can separate Li anode from the eutectic iodate cathode,so as to better tackle the above-mentioned inherent challenges for the liquid electrolyte systems.Without self-discharging and lithium anode corrosion,this solid-state battery system demonstrates high safety margin and excellent electrochemical performance.Also,the simple battery structure also indicates the easy assembly process and recycling of electrode materials.With the cathode loading of 593 mg in a single cell,an energy density of~506.7 Wh·kg^(-1)was achieved at 1 C and a long-term cycling life for 2,000 cycles also displays negligible capacity decay.Bin Sun Panpan Wang Jing Xu Qianzheng Jin Zili Zhang Hui Wu Yang Jin 2022Nano Research2022,15,5:2

8Ultrathin FeS nanosheets with high chemodynamic activity for sensitive colorimetric detection of H_(2)O_(2) and glutathione显示文摘Iron chalcogenides have attracted great interest as potential substitutes of nature enzymes in the colorimetric biological sensing due to their unique chemodynamic characteristics.Herein,we report the preparation of ultrathin Fe S nanosheets(NSs)by a simple one-pot hydrothermal method and the prepared Fe S NSs exhibit strong Fenton-reaction activity to catalyze hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))for generation of hydroxyl radical(^(·)OH).Based on the chromogenic reaction of resultant^(·)OH with 3,3,5,5-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB),we develop colorimetric biosensors for highly sensitive detection of H_(2)O_(2)and glutathione(GSH).The fabricated biosensors show wide linear ranges for the detection of H_(2)O_(2)(5–150μmol/L)and GSH(5–50μmol/L).Their detection limits for H_(2)O_(2)and GSH reach as low as0.19μmol/L and 0.14μmol/L,respectively.The experimental results of sensing intracellular H_(2)O_(2)and GSH demonstrate that this colorimetric method can realize the accurate detection of H_(2)O_(2)and GSH in normal cells(L02 and 3T3)and cancer cells(MCF-7 and He La).Our results have demonstrated that the synthesized Fe S NSs is a promising material to construct colorimetric biosensors for the sensitive detection of H_(2)O_(2)and GSH,holding great promising for medical diagnosis in cancer therapy.Yefan Duan Qi Li Panpan He Yan Li Jingrun Song Jing Wang Junjie Liu Jiang Zhou Fei Chen Zhusheng Huang Jianfei Sun Ying Zhang Zhimin Luo 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6:2
9Effectiveness and safety of Pingxiao capsule(平消胶囊)as adjuvant therapy in treatment of breast cancer:a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To systematically review the effectiveness and safety of Pingxiao capsule(平消胶囊)adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer.METHODS:A total of 8 databases including the Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE,Engineering Index,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,and China Science and Technology Journal Database were searched for the Randomized Controlled Trials(RCTs)of Pingxiao capsule combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer published before June 2022.Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted data,and evaluated the risk of bias.R language was used for estimating risks of bias of included studies,data analysis,and plotting.RESULTS:A total of 15 RCTs involving 1272 patients were included in this study.Meta-analysis results indicated that compared with chemotherapy alone,Pingxiao capsule combined with chemotherapy could significantly improve breast cancer patients'objective response rate of breast cancer patients[rate ratio(RR)=1.35,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.12,1.63),P=0.0017],the disease control rate[RR=1.16,95%CI(1.08,1.25),P<0.0001],the quality of life[RR=1.42,95%CI(1.16,1.74),P=0.007],and the level of the immune cells[CD3+:standardized mean difference(SMD)=1.42,95%CI(0.76,2.09),P<0.001;CD4+:SMD=1.18,95%CI(0.70,1.66),P<0.001].In addition,Pingxiao capsule combined with chemotherapy can also significantly reduce CD8+level(P<0.0001)and reduce the symptoms of decreased white blood cell count[SMD=0.62,95%CI(0.39,0.85),P<0.0001],and the occurrence of adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal adverse reactions and limb pain(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Pingxiao capsule can significantly improve the efficacy of chemotherapy,the quality of life and immune function of patients,and reduce the clinical side effects caused by chemotherapy.However,highquality randomized clinical trials with large samples are required for further verification of these results.YANG Yuqing CHEN Yuhuan LI Chunxiao LING Xiao WANG Panpan GUO Jing ZHANG Yingying 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,5:1

12Cardiomyocyte-specific knockout of ADAM17 ameliorates left ventricular remodeling and function in diabetic cardiomyopathy of mice显示文摘Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2)has proven beneficial in attenuating diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)but has been found to be a substrate of a disintegrin and metalloprotease protein-17(ADAM17).However,whether ADAM17 plays a role in the pathogenesis and intervention of DCM is obscure.In this study,we created cardiomyocyte-specific knockout of ADAM17(A17^(α-MHCKO))mice,and left ventricular dimension,function,pathology and molecular biology were assessed in ADAM17^(fl/fl) control,A17^(α-MHCKO) control,ADAM17^(fl/fl) diabetic and A17^(α-MHCKO) diabetic mice.Both differentiated H9c2 cells and neonatal rat cardiomyocytes(NRCMs)were used to explore the molecular mechanisms underlying the effect of ADAM17 on DCM.The results showed that protein expression and activity of ADAM17 were upregulated whereas the protein expression of ACE2 was downregulated in the myocardium of diabetic mice.Cardiomyocyte-specific knockout of ADAM17 mitigated cardiac fibrosis and cardiomyocyte apoptosis and ameliorated cardiac dysfunction in mice with DCM.Bioinformatic analyses detected a number of genes enriched in metabolic pathways,in particular the AMPK signaling pathway,expressed differentially between the hearts of A17^(α-MHCKO)and ADAM17^(fl/fl)diabetic mice.The mechanism may involve activated AMPK pathway,increased autophagosome formation and improved autophagic flux,which reduced the apoptotic response in cardiomyocytes.In addition,hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)might act as an upstream mediator of upregulated ADAM17 and ADAM17 might affect AMPK signaling viaα1 A-adrenergic receptor(ADRA1A).These results indicated that ADAM17 activity and ACE2 shedding were enhanced in DCM,which was reversed by cardiomyocyte-specific ADAM17 knockout.Thus,inhibition of ADAM17 may provide a promising approach to the treatment of DCM.Fei Xue Jing Cheng Yanping Liu Cheng Cheng Meng Zhang Wenhai Sui Wenqiang Chen Panpan Hao Yun Zhang Cheng Zhang 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,9:1

14Ubiquitin-specific peptidase 18 regulates the differentiation and function of Treg cells显示文摘Ubiquitin-specific peptidase 18(USP18)plays an important role in the development of CD11b^(+)dendritic cells(DCs)and Th17 cells,however,its role in the differentiation of other T cell subsets,especially in regulatory T(Treg)cells,is unknown.In our study,we used Usp18 K0 mice to study the loss of USP18 on the impact of Treg cell differentiation and function.We found that USP18 deficiency upregulates the differentiation of Treg cells,which may lead to disrupted homeostasis of peripheral T cells,and downregulates INF-y,IL-2,IL-17A producing CD4^(+)T cells and INF-γproducing CD8^(+)T cells.Mechanistically,we also found that the upre-gulation of Tregs is due to elevated expression of CD25 in Usp18 KO mice.Finally,we found that the suppressive function of Usp18 KO Tregs is downregulated.Altogether,our study was the first to identify the role of USP18 in Tregs differentiation and its suppressive function,which may provide a new reference for the treatment of Treg function in many autoimmune diseases,and USP18 can be used as a new therapeutic target for precise medical treatment.Lu Yang Yukai Jing Danqing Kang Panpan Jiang Na Li Xinrong Zhou Yan Chen Lisa S.Westerberg Chaohong Liu 2021Genes & Diseases2021,8,3:1

18Harnessing decellularised extracellular matrix microgels into modular bioinks for extrusion-based bioprinting with good printability and high post-printing cell viability显示文摘The printability of bioink and post-printing cell viability is crucial for extrusion-based bioprinting.A proper bioink not only provides mechanical support for structural fidelity,but also serves as suitable three-dimensional(3D)microenvironment for cell encapsulation and protection.In this study,a hydrogel-based composite bioink was developed consisting of gelatin methacryloyl(GelMA)as the continuous phase and decellularised extracellular matrix microgels(DMs)as the discrete phase.A flow-focusing microfluidic system was employed for the fabrication of cell-laden DMs in a high-throughput manner.After gentle mixing of the DMs and GelMA,both rheological characterisations and 3D printing tests showed that the resulting DM-GelMA hydrogel preserved the shear-thinning nature,mechanical properties,and good printability from GelMA.The integration of DMs not only provided an extracellular matrix-like microenvironment for cell encapsulation,but also considerable shear-resistance for high post-printing cell viability.The DM sizes and inner diameters of the 3D printer needles were correlated and optimised for nozzle-based extrusion.Furthermore,a proof-of-concept bioink composedg of RSC96 Schwann cells encapsulated DMs and human umbilical vein endothelial cell-laden GelMA was successfully bioprinted into 3D constructs,resulting in a modular co-culture system with distinct cells/materials distribution.Overall,the modular DM-GelMA bioink provides a springboard for future precision biofabrication and will serve in numerous biomedical applications such as tissue engineering and drug screening.Hanyu Chu Kexin Zhang Zilong Rao Panpan Song Zudong Lin Jing Zhou Liqun Yang Daping Quan Ying Bai 2023Biomaterials Translational2023,4,2:0
19The ionic parachor and predicting properties of amino acid ionic liquid homologues of 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium glycine显示文摘The amino acid ionic liquids(AAILs) [C3mim][Gly](1-propyl-3-methylimidazolium glycine) and [C4mim][Gly](1-butyl-3methylimidazolium glycine) have been prepared by the neutralization method and characterized by 1 H NMR spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The values of their density,surface tension and refractive index were measured at(298.15 ± 0.05) K.Since the AAILs can form strong hydrogen bonds with water,small amounts of water are difficult to remove from the AAILs by common methods.In order to eliminate the effect of the impurity water,the standard addition method(SAM) was applied to these measurements.A new concept which is called the ionic parachor has been put forward.The [C n mim] + cations were treated as a group of reference ions and the individual values of their ionic parachor were evaluated in terms of an extrathermodynamic assumption.Then,using the values of the ionic parachor of reference ions,the parachor,surface tension γ and refractive index n D of the ionic liquids investigated in this work were estimated.The estimated values correlate quite well with the corresponding experimental values.TONG Jing HONG Mei WANG PanPan GUAN Wei FANG DaWei YANG JiaZhen 2012Science China Chemistry2012,55,7:0
20Composite B-cell and T-cell lymphomas:clinical,pathological,and molecular features of three cases and literature review显示文摘Composite lymphoma(CL)involving B-cell lymphoma and T-cell lymphoma is extremely rare.Herein,we report three such cases using immunohistochemistry,flow cytometry,and the next-generation sequencing(NGS)to identify the pathological and molecular characteristics of CL.In the first case,the patient was admitted to hospital for generalized pruritic maculopapular rash over the whole body.An excisional biopsy of the skin lesions showed T-cell lymphoma.At the same time,the staging bone marrow(BM)biopsy revealed a diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).After R-CHOP(rituximab,cyclophosphamide,doxorubicin,vincristine,and prednisone)therapies,the patient produced a good response with substantial dissipation of the rashes and relief of skin.The other two patients were admitted to hospital due to lymphadenopathy and were diagnosed with DLBCL and follicular lymphoma(FL)after core needle biopsy of lymph nodes,BM biopsy,BM aspiration,and flow cytometry.Following R-CHOP and R-COP(rituximab,cyclophosphamide,vincristine,and prednisone)therapies,they achieved complete remission unconfirmed(CRu)and complete remission(CR).However,one or two years later,they suffered a relapse of lymphadenopathy.The shocking fact was that re-biopsy of lymphadenopathy revealed peripheral T-cell lymphoma(PTCL)and angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma(AITL).NGS findings identified DNA methyltransferase 3a(DNMT3a),isocitrate dehydrogenase 2(IDH2),Ras homolog gene family,member A(RHOA),splicing factor 3B subunit 1(SF3B1),and tumor protein p53(TP53)mutations.After immunochemotherapy,these patients achieved CRu and CR again.Nevertheless,they suffered a second relapse of T-cell lymphoma.Finally,they died due to progression of disease.We found that the occurrence of CL is associated with Epstein-Barr virus infection and DNMT3a,IDH2,and TP53 mutations,and the prognosis of the disease is closely related to the T-cell lymphoma components.Xueli JIN Hui LIU Jing LI Xibin XIAO Xianggui YUAN Panpan CHEN Boxiao CHEN Yun LIANG Fengbo HUANG 2023Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2023,24,8:0
