2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). The present guideline includes the underlying diseases of syncope in children and adolescents, the diagnostic procedures, methodology and clinical significance of standing test and headup tilt test, the clinical diagnosis vasovagal syncope, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, orthostatic hypotension and orthostatic hypertension, and the treatment of syncope as well as follow-up. | Cheng Wang Yaqi Li Ying Liao Hong Tian Min Huang Xiangyu Dong Lin Shi Jinghui Sun Hongfang Jin Junbao Du Jindou An Jie Chen Mingwu Chen Qi Chen Sun Chen Yonghong Chen Zhi Chen Adolphus Kai-tung Chau Junbao Du Zhongdong Du Junkai Duan Hongyu Duan Xiangyu Dong Lin Feng Lijun Fu Fangqi Gong Yonghao Gui Ling Han Zhenhui Han Bing He Zhixu He Xiufen Hu Yimin Hua Guoying Huang Min Huang Ping Huang Yujuan Huang Hongfang Jin Mei Jin Bo Li Fen Li Tao Li Xiaohui Li Xiaoyan Liu Yan Li Haitao Lv Tiewei Lv Zipu Li Luyi Ma Silin Pan Yusheng Pang Hua Peng Yuming Qin Jie Shen Lin Shi Kun Sun Jinghui Sun Hong Tian Jie Tian Cheng Wang Hong Wang Lei Wang Jinju Wang Wendi Wang Yuli Wang Rongzhou Wu Tianhe Xia Yanyan Xiao Chunhong Xie Yanlin Xing Zhenyu Xiong Baoyuan Xu Yi Xu Hui Yan Shiwei Yang Qijian Yi Xia Yu Xianyi Yu Yue Yuan Hongyan Zhang Huili Zhang Li Zhang Qingyou Zhang Xi Zhang Yanmin Zhang Zhiwei Zhang Cuifen Zhao Bin Zhou Hua Zhu | 2018 | Science Bulletin2018,63,23: | 54
Ni/Al_2O_3 catalysts for syngas methanation: Effect of Mn promoter显示文摘Ni/Al2O3 catalysts with different amounts of manganese ranging from 1 to 3 wt% as promoter were prepared by co-impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by N2 physisorption, XRD, TPR, SEM and TEM. Their catalytic activity towards syngas methanation reaction was also investigated using a fixed-bed integral reactor. It was demonstrated that the addition of manganese to Ni/Al2O3 catalysts can increase the catalyst surface area and average pore volume, but decrease NiO crystallite size, leading to higher activity and stability. The effects of reaction temperature, pressure and weight hourly space velocity (WHSV) on carbon oxides conversion and CH4 formation rate were also studied. High carbon oxides conversion, CH4 selectivity and formation rate were achieved at the reaction temperature range of 280 300℃. | Anmin Zhao Weiyong Ying Haitao Zhang Hongfang Ma Dingye Fang | 2012 | Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2012,21,2: | 15
Transplantation of placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells reduces hypoxic-ischemic brain damage in rats by ameliorating the inflammatory response显示文摘Hypoxic-ischemic brain damage(HIBD)is a common cause of infant death. The purpose of our research was to explore the immunoregulatory mechanism of placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells(PD-MSCs)in HIBD treatment.Seven-day-old rat pups were randomly divided into HIBD,PD-MSC,fibroblast,and control groups.Forty-eight hours after HIBD induction, cells at a density of 5×104 cells/10µl were injected into the cerebral tissue in the PD-MSC and fibroblast groups. The TNF-α,interleukin-17(IL-17),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),and IL-10 levels were detected through quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Regulatory T cell(Tregs)populations were detected through flow cytometry, and forkhead box P3(Foxp3)was measured through western blot analysis.Behavioral tests and gross and pathological examinations showed that PD-MSC treatment exerted significantly stronger neuroprotective effects than the other treatments. The expression levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines were substantially upregulated after HI injury.Compared with fibroblast treatment,PD-MSC treatment inhibited the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and increased the production of IL-10 in the ischemic hemispheres and peripheral blood serum(all P<0.01).Flow cytometry results showed a notable increase in the number of Tregs within the spleen of the HIBD group. Moreover, the number of Tregs and the Foxp3 expression levels were higher in the PD-MSC treatment group than in the HIBD and fibroblast groups(all P<0.01).Our research suggests that the mechanism of PD-MSC treatment for HIBD partially involves inflammatory response suppression. | Hongfang Ding Hui Zhang Huifang Ding Dong Li Xinhao Yi Xiaoxu Ma Ruijuan Li Mei Huang Xiuli Ju | 2017 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2017,14,8: | 10
Hepatitis C Virus Infection Downregulates the Ligands of the Activating Receptor NKG2D显示文摘Natural killer (NK) cells are a major component of the host innate immune defense against various pathogens. Several viruses, including hepatitis C virus (HCV), have developed strategies to evade the NK-cell response. In our study, we found HCV infection could trigger DNA damage response by both ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM) and ATM- and Rad3-related (ATR) pathways. Recent reports had revealed that NKG2D ligands (NK cell-activating ligands) were upregulated when a major DNA damage checkpoint pathway was activated. However, here we found that DNA damage response was activated but NKG2D ligands were downregulated upon HCV infection. Further studies showed that the protease NS3/4A of HCV which had been shown relation with immune invasion contributed to the reduced expression of NKG2D ligands. These findings provide a novel insight into the mechanisms evolved by HCV to escape from the NK cell response. | Chaoyang Wen Xiang He Hongfang Ma Ningbo Hou Congwen Wei Ting Song Yanhong Zhang Liping Sun Qingjun Ma Hui Zhong | 2008 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2008,5,6: | 6

ScRNA-seq reveals the correlation between M2 phenotype of tumorassociated macrophages and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer显示文摘The process of lymphatic metastasis was proved to be associated with podoplanin-expressing macrophages in breast cancer(BC).This study aimed to investigate the role of the M2 phenotype of tumor-associated macrophages and mine the key M2 macrophages-related genes for lymph node metastasis in BC.We downloaded the GSE158399 dataset from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database, which includes transcriptomic profiles of individual cells from primary tumors, negative lymph nodes(NLNs),and positive lymph nodes(PLNs)of breast cancer patients. The cell subsets were identified by clustering analysis after quality control of the scRNA-seq using Seurat. The activation and migration capability of M2 macrophages were evaluated with R package“GSVA”.The key M2 macrophages-related genes were screened from the differential expressed genes(DEGs)and M2 macrophages activation and migration gene sets collected from MSigDB database. Our analysis identified three main cell types in primary tumors,NLNs,and PLNs:basal cells, luminal cells, and immune cell subsets. The further cell type classification of immune cell subsets indicated M2 macrophages accumulation in NLs and PLs.The GSVA enrichment scores for activation and migration capability were increased significantly in M2 macrophages from primary tumors than NLNs and PLNs(pvalue<0.001).Seven M2 macrophages activation-related and 15 M2 macrophages migration-related genes were significantly up-regulated in primary tumors than NLNs and PLNs.The proportion and GSVA enrichment scores for activation and migration of M2 macrophages may be potential markers for lymph node metastasis in breast cancer. Our study demonstrated that twenty-two up-regulated mRNA may be possible therapeutic targets for lymph node metastasis in breast cancer. | JUN SHEN HONGFANG MA YONGXIA CHEN JIANGUO SHEN | 2023 | Oncology Research2023,31,6: | 1
Structural prediction of porcine sialoadhesin V-set Ig-like domain sheds some light on its role in porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) infection显示文摘Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS) is characterized by reproductive failures in sows and respiratory diseases in pigs of all ages. PRRS virus(PRRSV) is its causative agent and has caused huge economic losses in the swine industry. Porcine sialoadhesin(pSn) is a putative receptor of PRRSV. Previous studies have shown that a pSn V-set Ig-like domain is signi ficant in PRRSV infection. However, its structural details are not fully known, hindering our deep understanding of PRRSV infection. In this study, we successfully cloned, expressed and puri fied the p Sn V-set Ig-like domain in Drosophila S2 cells. Then we tried to crystallize the target protein and predicted its structure. This will establish the foundation for the further structural study of p Sn, deepen our understanding of the invasion mechanism of PRRSV,and support the structural information for the development of clinical drugs and vaccines against PRRSV. | Jie HOU Rui LI Hongfang MA Songlin QIAO Gaiping ZHANG | 2016 | Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2016,3,1: | 1

Regulated macrophage immune microenvironment in 3D printed scaffolds for bone tumor postoperative treatment显示文摘The 3D printing technique is suitable for patient-specific implant preparation for bone repair after bone tumor resection. However, improving the survival rate due to tumor recurrence remains a challenge for implants. The macrophage polarization induction to M2-type tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)by the tumor microenvironment is a key factor of immunosuppression and tumor recurrence. In this study,a regenerative scaffold regulating the macrophage immune microenvironment and promoting bone regeneration in a dual-stage process for the postoperative treatment of bone tumors was constructed by binding a colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor(CSF-1R)inhibitor GW2580 onto in situ cosslinked hydroxybutylchitosan(HBC)/oxidized chondroitin sulfate(OCS)hydrogel layer covering a 3D printed calcium phosphate scaffold based on electrostatic interaction. The hydrogel layer on scaffold surface not only supplied abundant sulfonic acid groups for stable loading of the inhibitor, but also acted as the cover mask protecting the bone repair part from exposure to unhealthy growth factors in the microenvironment at the early treatment stage. With local prolonged release of inhibitor being realized via the functional material design,CSF-1R,the main pathway that induces polarization of TAMs,can be efficiently blocked, thus regulating the immunosuppressive microenvironment and inhibiting tumor development at a low therapeutic dose.At the later stage of treatment, calcium phosphate component of the scaffold can facilitate the repair of bone defects caused by tumor excision. In conclusion, the difunctional 3D printed bone repair scaffold regulating immune microenvironment in stages proposed a novel approach for bone tumor postoperative treatment. | Cuidi Li Changwei Li Zhenjiang Ma Hongfang Chen Huitong Ruan Lianfu Deng Jinwu Wang Wenguo Cui | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,1: | 1

Recent progress in ternary mixed matrix membranes for CO_(2) separation显示文摘Mixed matrix membranes(MMMs)could combine the advantages of both polymeric membranes and porousfillers, making them an effective alternative to conventional polymer membranes. However, interfacial incompatibility issues, such as the presence of interfacial voids, hardening of polymer chains, and blockage of micropores by polymers between common MMMsfillers and the polymer matrix, currently limit the gas sep-aration performance of MMMs.Ternary phase MMMs(consisting of afiller,an additive, and a matrix)made by adding a third compound, usually functionalized additives, can overcome the structural problems of binary phase MMMs and positively impact membrane separation performance. This review introduces the structure and fabrication processes for ternary MMMs,categorizes various nanofillers and the third component, and summarizes and analyzes in detail the CO_(2) separation performance of newly developed ternary MMMs based on both rubbery and glassy polymers.Based on this separation data, the challenges of ternary MMMs are also discussed. Finally, future directions for ternary MMMs are proposed. | Zikang Qin Yulei Ma Jing Wei Hongfang Guo Bangda Wang Jing Deng Chunhai Yi Nanwen Li Shouliang Yi Yi Deng Wentao Du Jian Shen Wenju Jiang Lu Yao Lin Yang Zhongde Dai | 2024 | Green Energy & Environment2024,9,5: | 0
3D-Printed Scaffolds Promote Angiogenesis by Recruiting Antigen-Specific T Cells显示文摘The immune response after implantation is a primary determinant of the tissue-repair effects of threedimensional(3D)-printed scaffolds. Thus, scaffolds that can subtly regulate immune responses may display extraordinary functions.Inspired by the angiogenesis promotion effect of humoral immune response,we covalently combined mesoporous silica micro rod(MSR)/polyethyleneimine(PEI)/ovalbumin(OVA)self-assembled vaccines with 3D-printed calcium phosphate cement(CPC)scaffolds for local antigen-specific immune response activation. With the response activated,antigen-specific CD4+T helper2(Th2)cells can be recruited to promote early angiogenesis. The silicon(Si)ions from MSRs can accelerate osteogenesis, with an adequate blood supply being provided. At room temperature, scaffolds with uniformly interconnected macropores were printed using a self-setting CPC-based printing paste, which promoted the uniform dispersion and structural preservation of functional polysaccharides oxidized hyaluronic acid(OHA)inside.Sustained release of OVA was achieved with MSR/PEI covalently attached to scaffolds rich in aldehyde groups as the vaccine carrier. The vaccine-loaded scaffolds effectively recruited and activated dendritic cells(DCs)for antigen presentation and promoted the osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)in vitro. When embedded subcutaneously in vivo, the vaccine-loaded scaffolds increased the proportion of Th2 cells in the spleen and locally recruited antigenspecific T cells to promote angiogenesis in and around the scaffold.Furthermore, the result in a rat skull defect-repair model indicated that the antigen-specific vaccine-loaded scaffolds promoted the regeneration of vascularized bone. This method may provide a novel concept for patient-specific implant design for angiogenesis promotion. | Cuidi Li Zhenjiang Ma Wentao Li Tianyang Jie Liping Zhong Hongfang Chen Wenhao Wang Jinwu Wang Wenguo Cui Yongxiang Zhao | 2022 | Engineering2022,,10: | 0
Establishment and Error Analysis of Model of Interference Fringe Contrast for Laser Tracing Measurement Optical System显示文摘A method was proposed to analyze the influences of the non-ideal spectroscopic performance of optical components and orientation errors of a laser tracing measurement optical system on the tracing measurement performance.A comprehensive model of the interference fringe contrast based on the laser tracing system s measurement principle was established in this study.Simulation results based on ZEMAX verified the model.According to the simulation results, the placement angle of the analyzer had a direct influence on the interference fringe contrast. When the angle of the polarized light to the analyzer’s transmission axis increased from 65°to 85°,each contrast of the four-way interference fringes decreased from 0.9996 to 0.3528,the interference fringe contrast is decreased by 65%.Under the split ratio of beam splitters in the interference part(BS 1)of 5∶5,when the splitting ratio of BS 2 changed from 2∶8 to 8∶2,the fringe contrast of the interference signals received by the photodetectors increased, but the injection light intensity onto the PSD reflected by BS 2 decreased. The significant influence of the tracing performance was verified by the experiments. When splitting ratio of BS 2 increased, the contrast of the interference fringes increased.Due to the weakening of the incident light intensity of the PSD caused by the change of BS 2 splitting ratio, the response time of the tracing system is increased by 23.7 ms.As a result, the tracing performance of the laser tracing measurement optical system was degraded. An important theoretical basis was provided to evaluate and improve the accuracy and reliability of laser tracing measurement systems. | Hongfang Chen Mengyang Sun Yinglun Ma Liang Tang Yu Wang Huixu Song | 2023 | Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2023,30,4: | 0
