2Comparison of RECIST version 1.0 and 1.1 in assessment of tumor response by computed tomography in advanced gastric cancer显示文摘Objective:Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(RECIST)guideline version 1.0(RECIST 1.0)was proposed as a new guideline for evaluating tumor response and has been widely accepted as a standardized measure.With a number of issues being raised on RECIST 1.0,however,a revised RECIST guideline version 1.1(RECIST 1.1)was proposed by the RECIST Working Group in 2009.This study was conducted to compare CT tumor response based on RECIST 1.1 vs.RECIST 1.0 in patients with advanced gastric cancer(AGC).Methods:We reviewed 61 AGC patients with measurable diseases by RECIST 1.0 who were enrolled in other clinical trials between 2008 and 2010.These patients were retrospectively re-analyzed to determine the concordance between the two response criteria using theκstatistic.Results:The number and sum of tumor diameters of the target lesions by RECIST 1.1 were significantly lower than those by RECIST 1.0(P<0.0001).However,there was excellent agreement in tumor response between RECIST 1.1 and RECIST 1.0(κ=0.844).The overall response rates(ORRs)according to RECIST1.0 and RECIST 1.1 were 32.7%(20/61)and 34.5%(20/58),respectively.One patient with partial response(PR)based on RECIST 1.0 was reclassified as stable disease(SD)by RECIST 1.1.Of two patients with SD by RECIST 1.0,one was downgraded to progressive disease and the other was upgraded to PR by RECIST 1.1.Conclusions:RECIST 1.1 provided almost perfect agreement with RECIST 1.0 in the CT assessment of tumor response of AGC.Gil-Su Jang Min-Jeong Kim Hong-Il Ha Jung Han Kim Hyeong Su Kim Sung Bae Ju Dae Young Zang 2013Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2013,25,6:42

It has been widely used in cognitive neuroscience and clinical studies. 4Spatial and temporal change patterns of net primary productivity and its response to climate change in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau of China from 2000 to 2015显示文摘The vegetation ecosystem of the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau in China,considered to be the′′natural laboratory′′of climate change in the world,has undergone profound changes under the stress of global change.Herein,we analyzed and discussed the spatial-temporal change patterns and the driving mechanisms of net primary productivity(NPP)in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau from 2000 to 2015 based on the gravity center and correlation coefficient models.Subsequently,we quantitatively distinguished the relative effects of climate change(such as precipitation,temperature and evapotranspiration)and human activities(such as grazing and ecological construction)on the NPP changes using scenario analysis and Miami model based on the MOD17A3 and meteorological data.The average annual NPP in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau showed a decreasing trend from the southeast to the northwest during 2000–2015.With respect to the inter-annual changes,the average annual NPP exhibited a fluctuating upward trend from 2000 to 2015,with a steep increase observed in 2005 and a high fluctuation observed from 2005 to 2015.In the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau,the regions with the increase in NPP(change rate higher than 10%)were mainly concentrated in the Three-River Source Region,the northern Hengduan Mountains,the middle and lower reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River,and the eastern parts of the North Tibet Plateau,whereas the regions with the decrease in NPP(change rate lower than–10%)were mainly concentrated in the upper reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River and the Ali Plateau.The gravity center of NPP in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau has moved southwestward during 2000–2015,indicating that the increment and growth rate of NPP in the southwestern part is greater than those of NPP in the northeastern part.Further,a significant correlation was observed between NPP and climate factors in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau.The regions exhibiting a significant correlation between NPP and precipitation were mainly located in the central and eastern Qinghai–Tibet Plateau,and the regions exhibiting a significant correlation between NPP and temperature were mainly located in the southern and eastern Qinghai–Tibet Plateau.Furthermore,the relative effects of climate change and human activities on the NPP changes in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau exhibited significant spatial differences in three types of zones,i.e.,the climate change-dominant zone,the human activity-dominant zone,and the climate change and human activity interaction zone.These research results can provide theoretical and methodological supports to reveal the driving mechanisms of the regional ecosystems to the global change in the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau.GUO Bing ZANG Wenqian YANG Fei HAN Baomin CHEN Shuting LIU Yue YANG Xiao HE Tianli CHEN Xi LIU Chunting GONG Rui 2020Journal of Arid Land2020,12,1:12

7Exosomal miRNA profiling before and after surgery revealed potential diagnostic and prognostic markers for lung adenocarcinoma显示文摘Exosome is a crucial manner for cancer cell to cell communication and circulating exosomes sever as promising diagnostic and prognostic markers for various types of diseases.A predominant type of cargo of exosome is small RNAs,especially miRNAs.Here,we profiled plasma exosomal miRNAs of six lung adenocarcinoma patients before and after surgery,as well as six healthy individuals as normal control.Our profiling revealed 38 upregulated and 37 downregulated exosomal miRNAs in the plasma of lung adenocarcinoma patients.Additionally,we found that most upregulated miRNAs were increased in the lung adenocarcinoma samples of TCGA database.We further evaluated the correlation between the upregulated exosomal miRNAs and overall survival with Kaplan-Meier survival analysis using online databases.Our resu ltS suggested that exosomal miR-151a-5p,miR-10b-5p,miR-192-5p,miR-106b-3p,and miR-484 are potential prognostic markers for lung adenocarcinoma.Importantly,we validated candidate miRNAs in lung adenocarcinoma patients before and after surgery as well as in healthy controls and found that miR-484 was significantly increased in the plasma of lung adenocarcinoma patients and strikingly decreased post-surgery.Hence,we provided novel information on lung adenocarcinoma-derived exosomal miRNA and potential non-invasive diagnostic and prognostic markers for lung adenocarcinoma.Xinying Xue Chen Wang Zhiqiang Xue Jiaxin Wen Jun Han Xidong Ma Xuelei Zang Hui Deng Rui Guo Idorenyin Polycarp Asuquo Chong Qin Haijiao Wang Quansheng Gao Sanhong Liu Jianxin Wang 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,3:6
8Quantitatively determine the dominant driving factors of the spatial–temporal changes of vegetation NPP in the Hengduan Mountain area during 2000-2015显示文摘The Hengduan mountain area,located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River of China,is an important ecological barrier that significantly impacts the climate and ecological environment of the surrounding region and western China as a whole.This paper introduces the gravity center model used to analyze the spatial-temporal variation patterns of vegetation Net Primary Productivity(NPP)from 2000 to 2015,which were determined by the use of MOD17 A3 NPP products.Additionally,the dominant driving factors of the spatial–temporal changes of vegetation NPP of the Hengduan Mountain area were quantitatively determined with a geographical detector over 2000-2015.The results revealed that:(1)From 2000 to 2015,there was an increasing trend of vegetation NPP in the Hengduan mountain area.Throughout the whole study region,the vegetation NPP with a mean value of 611.37 gC·m^(-2)·a^(-1) indicated a decreasing trend from southeast to northwest in terms of spatial distribution.(2)The gravity centers of vegetation NPP in 2000-2015 were mainly concentrated in Zhongdian County.During the study period,the gravity center of vegetation NPP moved northward,which indicated that the increment and increasing rate of vegetation NPP in the northern parts were greater than that of the southern areas.(3)The vegetation NPP showed a moderately positive correlation with temperature,accumulated temperature(>10℃),and sunshine,while there was an overall negative relationship between NPP and precipitation.(4)The dominant factors and interactive dominant factors changed in different subregions over different segments of the study period.The dominant factors of most sub-regions in Hengduan mountain were natural factors,and the climate change factors played an increasingly greater role over the 16 years of the study period.CHEN Shu-ting GUO Bing ZHANG Rui ZANG Wen-qian WEI Cui-xia WU Hong-wei YANG Xiao ZHEN Xiao-yan LI Xing ZHANG Da-fu HAN Bao-min ZHANG Hai-ling 2021Journal of Mountain Science2021,18,2:5
9Expression of ICAM-1, HLA-DR, and CD80 on peripheral circulating CD_1αDCs induced in vivo by IFN-αin patients with chronic hepatitis B显示文摘AIM: To explore the effects of interferon-α(IFN-α) application on peripheral circulating CD1αdendritic cells (DCs) in patients with chronic hepatitis B, and the expression of HLA-DR, CD80, and ICAM-1 on CD1αDCs in order to explore the mechanism of immune modulation of IFN-α. METHODS: By flow cytometry technique, changes of CD1αDCs were monitored in 22 patients with chronic hepatitis B treated with IFN-αand in 16 such patients not treated with IFN-αwithin three months. Meanwhile, the expression of HLA-DR, CD80, and ICAM-1 on CD1αDCs was detected. RESULTS: In the group of IFN-αtreatment, the percentage of CD1αDCs in peripheral blood mono-nuclear cells was increased after three months of therapy. In patients who became negative for HBV-DNA after IFN-αtreatment, the increase of DCs was more prominent, while in control, these changes were not observed. Increased expression of HLA-DR, CD80, and ICAM-1 on CD1αDCs was also observed. CONCLUSION: CD1αDCs can be induced by IFN-αin vivo, and the immune related molecules such as HLA-DR, CD80, and ICAM-1 are up-regulated to some degree. 10Dependence of nitrogen concentration in type Ib diamonds on synthesis temperature显示文摘Type Ib diamonds were grown by the temperature gradient method (TGM) at 5.5 GPa and 1500-1560 K in a china-type cubic anvil high pressure apparatus using Ni70Mn25Co5 alloy as solvent/catalyst. The concentration of nitrogen (CN) in type Ib diamonds synthesized at different synthesis temperatures was measured by a Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer. The dependence of CN in diamond on synthesis temperature was studied. 13Tunable luminescent CsPb_2Br_5 nanoplatelets:applications in light-emitting diodes and photodetectors显示文摘Unlike organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites, all-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskites hold great promise for developing high-performance optoelectronic devices, owing to their improved stability. Herein, we investigate the perovskite-related CsPb_2 Br_5 nanoplatelets(NPLs) with tunable emission wavelengths via changing the reaction temperatures to 100°C, 120°C, and 140°C. Reaction temperature plays a key role in determining the shapes and thicknesses of the resulting CsPb_2 Br_5 NPLs. A higher temperature is in favor of the formation of smaller and thicker NPLs. To develop their potential applications in optoelectronic devices, green light emitting diodes(LEDs) and photodetectors based on CsPb_2 Br_5 NPLs are fabricated. The green LEDs based on CsPb_2 Br_5 NPLs synthesized at 140°C exhibit an excellent pure green emission(full width at half-maximum of <20 nm) and display a luminous efficiency of 34.49 lm∕W under an operation current of 10 m A. 14Intercluster aurophilicity-driven aggregation lighting circularly polarized luminescence of chiral gold clusters显示文摘Herein,we prepared two novel pairs of enantiomeric gold cluster complexes,AU4PL4/Au4PD4 and(Au4L4)n/(Au4D4)n with atomic precision.In Au4PL4/Au4PD4,the discrete chiral Au4-based aggregation-induced emission(AIE)luminogens are separated by bulky substitutes.The corresponding aggregates are cyan-emitting with a photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 14.4%.Upon decreasing the size of the substituents,these chiral Au4 clusters are strung together by inter-cluster Au-Au interactions,which cause a low-energy green emission from the aggregated(Au4L4)n/(Au4D4)n with a much higher PLQY of 41.4%and more intense circularly polarised photoluminescence(CPL)with a dissymmetry factor|gPL|of 7.0×10^−3.Using(Au4L4)n/(Au4D4)n,circularly polarised organic light-emitting diodes(CP-OLEDs)were for the first time fabricated with|gEL|=|gPL|.These findings signify that inter-cluster metallophilic interactions are a new and important type of driving force for AIE and crystallization-induced emission(CIE),suggesting great potential of CPL-active metal clusters in CP-OLEDs.Zhen Han Xueli Zhao Peng Peng Si Li Chong Zhang Man Cao Kai Li Zhao-Yang Wang&Shuang-Quan Zang 2020Nano Research2020,13,12:3

17Intercalation and hybrid heterostructure integration of two-dimensional atomic crystals with functional organic semiconductor molecules显示文摘Van der Waals(vdW)integration affords semiconductor heterostructures without constrains of lattice matching and opens up a new realm of functional devices by design.A particularly interesting approach is the electrochemical intercalation of two-dimensional(2D)atomic crystal and formation of superlattices,which can provide scalable production of novel vdW heterostructures.However,this approach has been limited to the use of organic cations with non-functional aliphatic chains,therefore failed to take the advantage of the vast potentials in molecular functionalities(electronic,photonic,magnetic,etc.).Here we report the integration of 2D crystal(MoS_(2),WS_(2),highly oriented pyrolytic graphite(HOPG),WSe_(2) as model systems)with electrochemically inert organic molecules that possess semiconducting characteristics(including perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic dianhydride(PTCDA),pentacene and fullerene),through on-chip electrochemical intercalation.An unprecedented long-range spatial feature of intercalation has been achieved,which allowed facile assembly of a vertical MoS_(2)-PTCDA-Si junction.The intercalated heterostructure shows significant modulation of the lateral transport,and leads to a molecular tunneling characteristic at the vertical direction.The general intercalation of charge neutral and functional molecules defines a versatile platform of inorganic/organic hybrid vdW heterostructures with significantly extended molecular functional building blocks,holding great promise in future design of nano/quantum devices.Wen He Han Zang Songhua Cai Zhangyan Mu Cheng Liu Mengning Ding Peng Wang Xinran Wang 2020Nano Research2020,13,11:2

20Photocrosslinking silver nanoparticles–aloe vera–silk fibroin composite hydrogel for treatment of full-thickness cutaneous wounds显示文摘Damage to the skin causes physiological and functional issues.The most effective treatment approach is the use of wound dressings.Silk fibroin(SF)is a promising candidate biomaterial for regulating wound healing;however,its antibacterial properties and biological activity must be further improved.In this study,a photocrosslinking hydrogel was developed to treat full-thickness cutaneous wounds.The composite hydrogel(Ag-AV-SF hydrogel)was prepared by introducing the silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)and aloe vera(AV)as the modifiers.In vitro study exhibited great antibacterial ability,biocompatibility and cell-proliferation and-migration-promoting capacities.It also showed the pH-response releasing properties which release more AgNPs in a simulated chronic infection environment.The healing effect evaluation in vivo showed the healing-promoting ability of the Ag-AV-SF hydrogel was stronger than the single-modifiers groups,and the healing rate of it reached 97.02%on Day 21,higher than the commercial wound dressing,silver sulfadiazine(SS)cream on sale.Additionally,the histological and protein expression results showed that the Ag-AV-SF hydrogel has a greater effect on the pro-healing regenerative phenotype with M2 macrophages at the early stage,reconstructing the blood vessels networks and inhibiting the formation of scars.In summary,the Ag-AV-SF hydrogel developed in this study had good physical properties,overwhelming antibacterial properties,satisfactory biocompatibility and significantly promoting effect on cell proliferation,migration and wound healing.Overall,our results suggest that the Ag-AV-SF hydrogel we developed has great potential for improving the wound healing in clinical treatment.Yangkun Liu JinChuan Fan MingQi Lv Kepeng She Jiale Sun Qingqing Lu Changhao Han SongTao Ding Shuang Zhao GuiXue Wang YuChan Zhang GuangChao Zang 2021Regenerative Biomaterials2021,8,6:2
