| 1 | Invited review:Remediation strategies for mycotoxin control in feed显示文摘Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites of different species of fungi.Aflatoxin B1(AFB1),deoxynivalenol(DON),zearalenone(ZEN)and fumonisin B1(FB1)are the main mycotoxins contaminating animal feedstuffs.These mycotoxins can primarily induce hepatotoxicity,immunotoxicity,neurotoxicity and nephrotoxicity,consequently cause adverse effects on the health and performance of animals.Therefore,physical,chemical,biological and nutritional regulation approaches have been developed as primary strategies for the decontamination and detoxification of these mycotoxins in the feed industry.Meanwhile,each of these techniques has its drawbacks,including inefficient,costly,or impractically applied on large scale.This review summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the different remediation strategies,as well as updates of the research progress of these strategies for AFB1,DON,ZEN and FB1 control in the feed industry. | Meng Liu Ling Zhao Guoxin Gong Lei Zhang Lei Shi Jiefan Dai Yanming Han Yuanyuan Wu Mahmoud Mohamed Khalil Lvhui Sun | 2022 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,4: | 8 |
| 2 | Highly Stretchable and Transparent Ionic Conductor with Novel Hydrophobicity and Extreme-Temperature Tolerance显示文摘Highly stretchable and transparent ionic conducting materials have enabled new concepts of electronic devices denoted as iontronics,with a distinguishable working mechanism and performances from the conventional electronics.However,the existing ionic conducting materials can hardly bear the humidity and temperature change of our daily life,which has greatly hindered the development and real-world application of iontronics.Herein,we design an ion gel possessing unique traits of hydrophobicity,humidity insensitivity,wide working temperature range(exceeding 100℃,and the range covered our daily life temperature),high conductivity(10^(-3)~10^(-5) S/cm),extensive stretchability,and high transparency,which is among the bestperforming ionic conductors ever developed for flexible iontronics.Several ion gel-based iontronics have been demonstrated,including large-deformation sensors,electroluminescent devices,and ionic cables,which can serve for a long time under harsh conditions.The designed material opens new potential for the real-world application progress of iontronics. | Lei Shi Kun Jia Yiyang Gao Hua Yang Yaming Ma Shiyao Lu Guoxin Gao Huaitian Bu Tongqing Lu Shujiang Ding | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 7 |
| 3 | A multi-axis robot-based bioprinting system supporting natural cell function preservation and cardiac tissue fabrication显示文摘Despite the recent advances in artificial tissue and organ engineering,how to generate large size viable and functional complex organs still remains as a grand challenge for regenerative medicine.Three-dimensional bioprinting has demonstrated its advantages as one of the major methods in fabricating simple tissues,yet it still faces difficulties to generate vasculatures and preserve cell functions in complex organ production.Here,we overcome the limitations of conventional bioprinting systems by converting a six degree-of-freedom robotic arm into a bioprinter,therefore enables cell printing on 3D complex-shaped vascular scaffolds from all directions.We also developed an oil bath-based cell printing method to better preserve cell natural functions after printing.Together with a self-designed bioreactor and a repeated print-and-culture strategy,our bioprinting system is capable to generate vascularized,contractible,and long-term survived cardiac tissues.Such bioprinting strategy mimics the in vivo organ development process and presents a promising solution for in vitro fabrication of complex organs. | Zeyu Zhang Chenming Wu Chengkai Dai Qingqing Shi Guoxin Fang Dongfang Xie Xiangjie Zhao Yong-Jin Liu Charlie CLWang Xiu-Jie Wang | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,12: | 4 |
| 4 | Imaging-Based Characterization of Perthite in the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation Tight Sandstone of the Ordos Basin,China显示文摘This work investigated the element distribution of perthite from the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation tight sandstone in the Ordos Basin of northern China by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). FE-SEM results indicate significant differences in the morphology of Na-rich feldspar when K-rich feldspar is the main component of the perthite. EDS results show that different types of perthite have clearly defined differences on different element indexes. Additionally, indexes such as average-weight-K(K-rich)/Na(Na-rich), maximumweight-K(Na-rich)/Na(Na-rich) and average-atomic-K(K-rich)/Na(Na-rich) might be the most effective ones to identify perthite types. | 7 | Oxygen-defects evolution to stimulate continuous capacity increase in Co-free Li-rich layered oxides显示文摘Though oxygen defects are associated with deteriorated structures and aggravated cycling performance in traditional layered cathodes,the role of oxygen defects is still ambiguous in Li-rich layered oxides due to the involvement of oxygen redox.Herein,a Co-free Li-rich layered oxide Li_(1.286)Ni_(0.071)Mn_(0.643)O_(2)has been prepared by a co-precipitation method to systematically investigate the undefined effects of the oxygen defects.A significant O_(2)release and the propagation of oxygen vacancies were detected by operando differential electrochemical mass spectroscopy(DEMS)and electron energy loss spectroscopy(EELS),respectively.Scanning transmission electron microscopy-high angle annular dark field(STEMHAADF)reveals the oxygen vacancies fusing to nanovoids and monitors a stepwise electrochemical activation process of the large Li_(2)MnO_(3)domain upon cycling.Combined with the quantitative analysis conducted by the energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),existed nano-scale oxygen defects actually expose more surface to the electrolyte for facilitating the electrochemical activation and subsequently increasing available capacity.Overall,this work persuasively elucidates the function of oxygen defects on oxygen redox in Co-free Li-rich layered oxides. | Yibin Zhang Xiaohui Wen Zhepu Shi Bao Qiu Guoxin Chen Zhaoping Liu | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,7: | 1 |

| 19 | Candidate therapeutic agents in a newly established triple wild-typemucosalmelanoma cell line显示文摘Background:Mucosalmelanoma has characteristically distinct genetic features and typically poor prognosis.The lack of representativemucosal melanoma models,especially cell lines,has hindered translational research on this melanoma subtype.In this study,we aimed to establish and provide the biological properties,genomic features and the pharmacological profiles of a mucosal melanoma cell line that would contribute to the understanding and treatment optimization of molecularly-defined mucosal melanoma subtype.Methods:The sample was collected from a 67-year-old mucosal melanoma patient and processed into pieces for the establishment of cell line and patientderived xenograft(PDX)model.The proliferation and tumorigenic property of cancer cells from different passageswere evaluated,andwhole-genome sequencing(WGS)was performed on the original tumor,PDX,established cell line,and the matched blood to confirm the establishment and define the genomic features of this cell line.AmpliconArchitect was conducted to depict the architecture of amplified regions detected by WGS.High-throughput drug screening(HTDS)assay including a total of 103 therapeutic agents was implemented on the established cell line,and selected candidate agents were validated in the corresponding PDX model.Results:A mucosal melanoma cell line,MM9H-1,was established which exhibited robust proliferation and tumorigenicity after more than 100 serial passages.Genomic analysis of MM9H-1,corresponding PDX,and the original tumor showed genetic fidelity across genomes,and MM9H-1 was defined as a triple wild-type(TWT)melanoma subtype lacking well-characterized“driver mutations”.Instead,the amplification of several oncogenes,telomerase reverse transcriptase(TERT),v-Rafmurine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1(BRAF),melanocyte Inducing transcription factor(MITF)and INO80 complex ATPase subunit(INO80),via large-scale genomic rearrangement potentially contributed to oncogenesis of MM9H-1.Moreover,HTDS identified proteasome inhibitors,especially bortezomib,as promising therapeutic candidates for MM9H-1,which was verified in the corresponding PDX model in vivo.Conclusions:We established and characterized a new mucosal melanoma cell line,MM9H-1,and defined this cell line as a TWT melanoma subtype lacking well-characterized“driver mutations”.The MM9H-1 cell line could be adopted as a unique model for the preclinical investigation of mucosal melanoma. | Chaoji Shi Ziyue Gu Shengming Xu Houyu Ju Yunteng Wu Yong Han Jiayi Li Chuwen Li Jing Wu Lizhen Wang Jiang Li Guoyu Zhou Weimin Ye Guoxin Ren Zhiyuan Zhang Rong Zhou | 2022 | Cancer Communications2022,42,7: | 1 |
