| 1 | The separable Hamiltonian system and complete biorthogonal expansion method of Mindlin plate bending problems显示文摘A separable Hamiltonian system of Mindlin plate bending problems is obtained. Using the equivalence between the differential form and integral form of the separable Hamiltonian system, the biorthogonal relationships of the eigenfunctions are presented. Based on the biorthogonal relationships, a novel complete biorthogonal expansion of the Mindlin plate bending problems with two opposite sides simply supported is proposed through the products of operator matrices. The exact solutions to deflections and bending moments for the Mindlin plate with fully simply supported sides are obtained. | 2 | An Anomalous Behavior Detection Model in Cloud Computing显示文摘This paper proposes an anomalous behavior detection model based on cloud computing. Virtual Machines(VMs) are one of the key components of cloud Infrastructure as a Service(Iaa S). The security of such VMs is critical to Iaa S security. Many studies have been done on cloud computing security issues, but research into VM security issues, especially regarding VM network traffic anomalous behavior detection, remains inadequate.More and more studies show that communication among internal nodes exhibits complex patterns. Communication among VMs in cloud computing is invisible. Researchers find such issues challenging, and few solutions have been proposed—leaving cloud computing vulnerable to network attacks. This paper proposes a model that uses Software-Defined Networks(SDN) to implement traffic redirection. Our model can capture inter-VM traffic, detect known and unknown anomalous network behaviors, adopt hybrid techniques to analyze VM network behaviors, and control network systems. | 4 | Platinum-group Mineral(PGM) and Base-metal Sulphide(BMS) Inclusions in Chromitites of the Zedang Ophiolite, Southern Tibet, China and their Petrogenetic Significance显示文摘Voluminous platinum-group mineral(PGM) inclusions including erlichmanite(Os,Ru)S_2, laurite(Ru,Os)S_2, and irarsite(Ir,Os,Ru,Rh)As S, as well as native osmium Os(Ir) and inclusions of base metal sulphides(BMS), including millerite(NiS), heazlewoodite(Ni_3S_2), covellite(CuS) and digenite(Cu_3S_2), accompanied by native iron, have been identified in chromitites of the Zedang ophiolite, Tibet. The PGMs occur as both inclusions in magnesiochromite grains and as small interstitial granules between them; most are less than 10 μm in size and vary in shape from euhedral to anhedral. They occur either as single or composite(biphase or polyphase) grains composed solely of PGM, or PGM associated with silicate grains. Os-, Ir-, and Ru-rich PGMs are the common species and Pt-, Pd-, and Rh-rich varieties have not been identified. Sulfur fugacity and temperature appear to be the main factors that controlled the PGE mineralogy during crystallization of the host chromitite in the upper mantle. If the activity of chalcogenides(such as S, and As) is low, PGE clusters will remain suspended in the silicate melt until they can coalesce to form alloys. Under appropriate conditions of ?S_2 and ?O_2, PGE alloys might react with the melt to form sulfides-sulfarsenides. Thus, we suggest that the Os, Ir and Ru metallic clusters and alloys in the Zedang chromitites crystallized first under high temperature and low ?S_2, followed by crystallization of sulphides of the laurite-erlichmanite, solid-solution series as the magma cooled and ?S_2 increased. The abundance of primary BMS in the chromitites suggests that ?S_2 reached relatively high values during the final stages of magnesiochromite crystallization. The diversity of the PGE minerals, in combination with differences in the petrological characteristics of the magnesiochromites, suggest different degrees of partial melting, perhaps at different depths in the mantle. | 6 | Standard pancreatoduodenectomy versus extended pancreatoduodenectomy with modified retroperitoneal nerve resection in patients with pancreatic head cancer:a multicenter randomized controlled trial显示文摘Background:The extent of pancreatoduodenectomy for pancreatic head cancer remains controversial,and more high-level clinical evidence is needed.This study aimed to evaluate the outcome of extended pancreatoduodenectomy(EPD)with retroperitoneal nerve resection in pancreatic head cancer.Methods:This multicenter randomized trial was performed at 6 Chinese highvolume hospitals that enrolled patients between October 3,2012,and September 21,2017.Four hundred patients with stage I or II pancreatic head cancer and without specific pancreatic cancer treatments(preoperative chemotherapy or chemoradiation)within three months were randomly assigned to undergo standard pancreatoduodenectomy(SPD)or EPD,with the latter followed by dissection of additional lymph nodes(LNs),nerves and soft tissues 270◦on the right side surrounding the superior mesenteric artery and celiac axis.The primary endpoint was overall survival(OS)by intention-to-treat(ITT).The secondary endpoints were disease-free survival(DFS),mortality,morbidity,and postoperative pain intensity.Results:TheR1 ratewas slightly lower with EPD(8.46%)thanwith SPD(12.56%).The morbidity and mortality rates were similar between the two groups.The median OS was similar in the EPD and SPD groups by ITT in the whole study cohort(23.0 vs.20.2 months,P=0.100),while the median DFS was superior in the EPD group(16.1 vs.13.2 months,P=0.031).Patients with preoperative CA19–9<200.0 U/mL had significantly improved OS and DFS with EPD(EPD vs.SPD,30.8 vs.20.9 months,P=0.009;23.4 vs.13.5 months,P<0.001).The EPD group exhibited significantly lower locoregional(16.48%vs.35.20%,P<0.001)andmesenteric LNrecurrence rates(3.98%vs.10.06%,P=0.022).The EPD group exhibited less back pain 6 months postoperation than the SPD group.Conclusions:EPD for pancreatic head cancer did not significantly improve OS,but patients with EPD treatment had significantly improved DFS.In the subgroup analysis,improvements in bothOS and DFS in the EPD armwere observed in patients with preoperative CA19–9<200.0 U/mL.EPD could be used as an effective surgical procedure for patients with pancreatic head cancer,especially those with preoperative CA19–9<200.0 U/mL. | Qing Lin Shangyou Zheng Xianjun Yu Meifu Chen Yu Zhou Quanbo Zhou Chonghui Hu Jing Gu Zhongdong Xu LinWang Yimin Liu Qingyu Liu MinWang Guolin Li He Cheng Dongkai Zhou Guodong Liu Zhiqiang Fu Yu Long Yixiong Li Weilin Wang Renyi Qin Zhihua Li Rufu Chen | 2023 | Cancer Communications2023,43,2: | 3 |

| 10 | Petrology and Geochemistry of the Dangqiong Ophiolite,Western Yarlung-Zangbo Suture Zone,Tibet,China显示文摘The Dangqiong ophiolite, the largest in the western segment of the Yarlung-Zangbo Suture Zone(YZSZ)ophiolite belt in southern Tibet, consists of discontinuous mantle peridotite and intrusive mafic rocks. The former is composed dominantly of harzburgite, with minor dunite, locally lherzolite and some dunite containing lenses and veins of chromitite. The latter, mafic dykes(gabbro and diabase dykes), occur mainly in the southern part. This study carried out geochemical analysis on both rocks. The results show that the mantle peridotite has Fo values in olivine from 89.92 to 91.63 and is characterized by low aluminum contents(1.5–4.66 wt%) and high Mg# values(91.06–94.53) of clinopyroxene. Most spinels in the Dangqiong peridotites have typical Mg# values ranging from 61.07 to 72.52, with corresponding Cr# values ranging from 17.67 to 31.66, and have TiO2 contents from 0 to 0.09%, indicating only a low degree of partial melting(10–15%). The olivine-spinel equilibrium and spinel chemistry of the Dangqiong peridotites suggest that they originated deeper mantle(>20 kbar). The gabbro dykes show N-MORB-type patterns of REE and trace elements. The presence of amphibole in the Dangqiong gabbro suggests the late-stage alteration of subduction-derived fluids. All the lherzolites and harzburgites in Dangqiong have similar distribution patterns of REE and trace elements, the mineral chemistry in the harzburgites and lherzolites indicates compositions similar to those of abyssal and forearc peridotites, suggesting that the ophiolite in Dangqiong formed in a MOR environment and then was modified by late-stage melts and fluids in a suprasubduction zone(SSZ) setting. | 13 | Robust transport of charge carriers in in-plane 1T′-2H MoTe_(2) homojunctions with ohmic contact显示文摘Metal-semiconductor ohmic contacts are required to reduce the energy dissipation for two-dimensional (2D) electronic devices, and phase engineering of 2D transition-metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) is a promising approach for building ohmic contacts. Here, 2D in-plane 1T′-2H MoTe2 homojunctions were prepared by direct epitaxy via vapor deposition. The interface properties of in-plane 1T′-2H MoTe2 homojunction were investigated in detail by combining experiments, calculations and theories. The ohmic contact properties of 1T′-2H MoTe2 homojunction were proved according to Kelvin force probe microscopy and density functional theory calculations. The charge carriers robust transport in in-plane 1T′-2H MoTe2 homojunction without Fermi-level pinning can be well described by Poisson equation and band alignment. No crack of the skeleton has been found in the SD sample, but the skeleton of the ND sample has heavily destroyed. | 19 | Digestive tract reconstruction in pancreaticoduodenectomy in University Hospitals of China: a national questionnaire survey显示文摘Background Pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)has been widely applied in general hospitals in China;however,there is still a lack of unified standards for each surgical technique and procedure.This survey is intended to investigate the current status of digestive tract reconstruction after PD in university hospitals in China.Method A cross-sectional survey was conducted among the members of the Young Elite Pancreatic Surgery Club of China by using the Questionnaire for Digestive Tract Reconstruction after Pancreaticoduodenectomy.The questionnaire was disseminated and collected by point-to-point communication via WeChat public platforms.Results A total of 73 valid questionnaires were returned from 65 university hospitals in 28 provincial divisions of China's Mainland.The respondents who performed PD surgery with an annual volume of over 100 cases accounted for 63%.Generally,laparoscopic PD was performed less often than open PD.Child and Whipple reconstructions accounted for 70%and 26%,respectively.The sequence of pancreatoenteric,biliary-enteric,and gastrointestinal reconstruction accounted for 84%of cases.In pancreatoenteric anastomosis,double-layer anastomosis is the most commonly employed type,accounting for approximately 67%,while single-layer anastomosis accounts for 30%.Of the double-layer anastomoses,duct-to-mucosa/dunking(94%/4%)PJ was performed with duct-mucosa using the Blumgart method(39%)and Cattel-Warren(29%),with continuous/interrupted sutures in the inner layer(69%/31%)and continuous/interrupted sutures in the outer layer(53%/23%).In single-layer anastomosis,continuous/interrupted sutures accounted for 41%/45%.In hepatojejunostomy,single-layer/double-layer suture accounted for 79%/4%,and continuous/interrupted suture accounted for 75%/9%.Forty-six percent of the responding units had not applied double-layer biliary-intestinal anastomosis in the last 3 years,75%of the responding surgeons chose the anastomosis method according to bile duct diameter,with absorbable/non-absorbable suture accounting for 86%/12%.PD/pylorus-preserving PD accounted for 79%/11%of GJ cases,the distance between GJ and HJ<30 cm,30-50 cm and>50 cm were 11%,75%,and 14%,respectively.Antecolic/retrocolic GJ accounted for 71%/23%of cases.Twenty-two percent of GJ cases employed Braun anastomosis,while 55%and 19%of GJ cases used linear cutting staplers/tube-type staplers,respectively;60%/14%were reinforced/not reinforced via manual suturing after stapler anastomosis.Manual anastomosis in GJ surgery employed absorbable/non-absorbable sutures(91%/9%).Significant differences in reconstruction techniques were detected between different volumes of PD procedures(<100/year and>100/year),regions with different economic development levels,and between north and south China.Conclusion Digestive tract reconstruction following PD exists heterogeneity in Chinese university hospitals.Corresponding prospective clinical studies are needed to determine the consensus on pancreatic surgery that meets the clinical reality in China. | Jishu Wei Qiang Xu Yuhua Zhang Jiabin Jin Xiaodong Tian Qiaofei Liu Zipeng Lu Zheng Wang Shanmiao Gou Song Gao Xianlin Han Yefei Rong Niandong Ji Ye Lin Guolin Li Shi Chen Feng Cao Hua Chen Wenming Wu Yupei Zhao the Young Elite Pancreatic Surgery Club of China | 2022 | Journal of Pancreatology2022,5,3: | 0 |
