| 1 | Environmental connections of novel avian-origin H7N9 influenza virus infection and virus adaptation to the human显示文摘A novel H7N9 influenza A virus has been discovered as the causative identity of the emerging acute respiratory infection cases in Shanghai,China.This virus has also been identified in cases of infection in the neighboring area Hangzhou City in Zhejiang Province.In this study,epidemiologic,clinical,and virological data from three patients in Hangzhou who were confirmed to be infected by the novel H7N9 influenza A virus were collected and analyzed.Human respiratory specimens and chicken feces from a contacted free market were tested for influenza virus by real-time reverse transcription PCR(RT-PCR) and sequencing.The clinical features of the three cases were similar featured with high fever and severe respiratory symptoms;however,only one of the patients died.A certain degree of diversity was observed among the three Hangzhou viruses sequenced from human samples compared with other reported H7N9 influenza A viruses.The sequences of the novel avian-origin H7N9 influenza viruses from Hangzhou City contained important amino acid substitutions related to human adaptation.One of the Hangzhou viruses had gained a novel amino acid substitution(Q226I) in the receptor binding region of hemagglutinin.More importantly,the virus sequenced from the chicken feces had a 627E substitution in the PB2 protein instead of the mammalian-adapted 627K substitution that was found in the PB2 proteins from the Hangzhou viruses from the three patients.Therefore,the newly-emerging H7N9 virus might be under adaptation pressure that will help it 'jump' from avian to human hosts.The significance of these substitutions needs further exploration,with both laboratory experiments and extensive field surveillance. | LI Jun YU XinFen PU XiaoYing XIE Li SUN YongXiang XIAO HaiXia WANG FenJuan DIN Hua WU Ying LIU Di ZHAO GuoQiu LIU Jun PAN JingCao | 2013 | Science China(Life Sciences)2013,56,6: | 32 |

The new taxon differs from other oviraptorids in the weakly downturned rostrum of the lower jaw, much-elongated mandible with a height-to-length ratio being about 20% and the length ratio of radius to humerus of about 0.70. | 5 | GEOLOGICAL AND GEOCHEMICAL STUDY ON THE GENESIS OF THE FANKOU Pb-Zn DEPOSIT显示文摘The super large Pb Zn deposit at Fankou is very complex in metallogenic mechanism. Syngenetic brine sedimentation, hot submarine spring eruption—accumulation, syngenetic sedimentation—vadose brine replacement had been supposed as the genetic models before. Under these models, syngenetic mineralization should be dominant in ore formation. However, a series of geological and geochemical properties investigated by authors of this paper are contrary to these models. | 6 | Sustainable Investment Forecasting of Power Grids Based on theDeep Restricted Boltzmann Machine Optimized by the Lion Algorithm显示文摘This paper proposes a new power grid investment prediction model based on the deep restricted Boltzmann machine(DRBM)optimized by the Lion algorithm(LA).Firstly,two factors including transmission and distribution price reform(TDPR)and 5G station construction were comprehensively incorporated into the consideration of influencing factors,and the fuzzy threshold method was used to screen out critical influencing factors.Then,the LA was used to optimize the parameters of the DRBM model to improve the model’s prediction accuracy,and the model was trained with the selected influencing factors and investment.Finally,the LA-DRBM model was used to predict the investment of a power grid enterprise,and the final prediction result was obtained by modifying the initial result with the modifying factors.The LA-DRBMmodel compensates for the deficiency of the singlemodel,and greatly improves the investment prediction accuracy of the power grid.In this study,a power grid enterprise was taken as an example to carry out an empirical analysis to prove the validity of the model,and a comparison with the RBM,support vector machine(SVM),back propagation neural network(BPNN),and regression model was conducted to verify the superiority of the model.The conclusion indicates that the proposed model has a strong generalization ability and good robustness,is able to abstract the combination of low-level features into high-level features,and can improve the efficiency of the model’s calculations for investment prediction of power grid enterprises. | Qian Wang Xiaolong Yang Di Pu Yingying Fan | 2022 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,1: | 2 |
