Meta-analyses on prevalence of selected Parkinson’s nonmotor symptoms before and after diagnosis显示文摘Background:Nonmotor symptoms are common among patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD)and some may precede disease diagnosis. Methods:We conducted a meta-analysis on the prevalence of selected nonmotor symptoms before and after PD diagnosis, using random-effect models. We searched PubMed(1965 through October/November 2012)for the following symptoms:hyposmia, constipation, rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder, excessive daytime sleepiness, depression, and anxiety.Eligible studies were publications in English with original data on one or more of these symptoms. Results:The search generated 2,373 non-duplicated publications and 332 met the inclusion criteria,mostly(n=320)on symptoms after PD diagnosis. For all symptoms, the prevalence was substantially higher in PD cases than in controls, each affecting over a third of the patients.Hyposmia was the most prevalent(75.5%in cases vs.19.1%in controls),followed by constipation(50%vs.17.7%),anxiety(39.9%vs.19.1%),rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder(37.0%vs.7.0%),depression(36.6%vs.14.9%),and excessive daytime sleepiness(33.9%vs.10.5%).We observed substantial heterogeneities across studies and meta-regression analyses suggested that several factors might have contributed to this. However, the prevalence estimates were fairly robust in several sensitivity analyses.Only 20 studies had data on any symptoms prior to PD diagnosis, but still the analyses revealed higher prevalence in future PD cases than in controls. Conclusion:These symptoms are common among PD patients both before and after diagnosis.Further studies are needed to understand the natural history of nonmotor symptoms in PD and their etiological and clinical implications. | Honglei Chen Edward J Zhao Wen Zhang Yi Lu Rui Liu Xuemei Huang Anna J Ciesielski-Jones Michele A Justice Deborah S Cousins Shyamal Peddada | 2015 | Translational Neurodegeneration2015,4,1: | 18
Humoral immune response to circulating SARS-CoV-2 variants elicited by inactivated and RBD-subunit vaccines显示文摘SARS-CoV-2 variants could induce immune escape by mutations on the receptor-binding domain(RBD)and N-terminal domain(NTD).Here we report the humoral immune response to circulating SARS-CoV-2 variants, such as 501Y.V2(B.1.351),of the plasma and neutralizing antibodies(NAbs)elicited by CoronaVac(inactivated vaccine),ZF2001(RBD-subunit vaccine)and natural infection.Among 86 potent NAbs identified by high-throughput single-cell VDJ sequencing of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from vaccinees and convalescents, near half anti-RBD NAbs showed major neutralization reductions against the K417N/E484K/N501Y mutation combination, with E484K being the dominant cause.VH3-53/VH3-66 recurrent antibodies respond differently to RBD variants, and K417N compromises the majority of neutralizing activity through reduced polar contacts with complementarity determining regions. In contrast, the 242–244 deletion(242–244Δ)would abolish most neutralization activity of anti-NTD NAbs by interrupting the conformation of NTD antigenic supersite, indicating a much less diversity of anti-NTD NAbs than anti-RBD NAbs.Plasma of convalescents and CoronaVac vaccinees displayed comparable neutralization reductions against pseudo-and authentic 501Y.V2 variants, mainly caused by E484K/N501Y and 242–244Δ,with the effects being additive.Importantly,RBD-subunit vaccinees exhibit markedly higher tolerance to 501Y.V2 than convalescents, since the elicited anti-RBD NAbs display a high diversity and are unaffected by NTD mutations. Moreover,an extended gap between the third and second doses of ZF2001 leads to better neutralizing activity and tolerance to 501Y.V2 than the standard three-dose administration.Together, these results suggest that the deployment of RBD-vaccines,through a third-dose boost, may be ideal for combating SARS-CoV-2 variants when necessary, especially for those carrying mutations that disrupt the NTD supersite. | Yunlong Cao Ayijiang Yisimayi Yali Bai Weijin Huang Xiaofeng Li Zhiying Zhang Tianjiao Yuan Ran An Jing Wang Tianhe Xiao Shuo Du Wenping Ma Liyang Song Yongzheng Li Xiang Li Weiliang Song Jiajing Wu Shuo Liu Xuemei Li Yonghong Zhang Bin Su Xianghua Guo Yangyang Wei Chuanping Gao Nana Zhang Yifei Zhang Yang Dou Xiaoyu Xu Rui Shi Bai Lu Ronghua Jin Yingmin Ma Chengfeng Qin Youchun Wang Yingmei Feng Junyu Xiao Xiaoliang Sunney Xie | 2021 | Cell Research2021,31,7: | 12
An observation-based perspective of winter haze days in four major polluted regions of China显示文摘An observation-based approach is used to examine key characteristics of winter haze days in four major polluted regions in China.Major findings in this study are:first, there was no significant trend in the number of winter haze days in most provinces and districts in eastern China from 1973 to 2012,contrary to the 2.5-fold increase in the emissions of particulate matter and its precursors(PM emissions)in the same period of time.Second, meteorological and climate conditions rather than PM emissions are in control of the interannual variabilities and trends of winter haze days. These interannual variabilities(ranging from 24 to 125%)pose a substantial masking effect that must be overcome by any control of PM emissions before its impact becomes statistically detectable. Finally,we find that global warming may have contributed significantly to the trend of winter haze days in eastern China. | Lu Mao Run Liu Wenhui Liao Xuemei Wang Min Shao Shaw Chen Liu Yuanhang Zhang | 2019 | National Science Review2019,6,3: | 7
Spontaneous apoptosis of cells in therapeutic stem cell preparation exert immunomodulatory effects through release of phosphatidylserine显示文摘Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)-mediated immunomodulation has been harnessed for the treatment of human diseases, but its underlying mechanism has not been fully understood.Dead cells, including apoptotic cells have immunomodulatory properties. It has been repeatedly reported that the proportion of nonviable MSCs in a MSC therapeutic preparation varied from 5-50%in the ongoing clinical trials. It is conceivable that the nonviable cells in a MSC therapeutic preparation may play a role in the therapeutic effects of MSCs.We found that the MSC therapeutic preparation in the present study had about 5%dead MSCs(DMSCs),characterized by apoptotic cells.Namely,1×10^(6) MSCs in the preparation contained about 5×10^(4) DMSCs.We found that the treatment with even 5×10^(4) DMSCs alone had the equal therapeutic effects as with 1×10^(6) MSCs.This protective effect of the dead MSCs alone was confirmed in four mouse models, including concanavalin A(ConA)-and carbon tetrachloride(CCI4)-induced acute liver injury,LPS-induced lung injury and spinal cord injury. We also found that the infused MSCs died by apoptosis in vivo.Furthermore, the therapeutic effect was attributed to the elevated level of phosphatidylserine(PS)upon the injection of MSCs or DMSCs.The direct administration of PS liposomes(PSLs)mimic apoptotic cell fragments also exerted the protective effects as MSCs and DMSCs.The Mer tyrosine kinase(MerTK)deficiency or the knockout of chemokine receptor C-C motif chemokine receptor 2(CCR2)reversed these protective effects of MSCs or DMSCs.These results revealed that DMSCs alone in the therapeutic stem cell preparation or the apoptotic cells induced in vivo may exert the same immunomodulatory property as the'living MSCs preparation'through releasing PS,which was further recognized by MerTK and participated in modulating immune cells. | Xuemei He Weiqi Hong Jingyun Yang Hong Lei Tianqi Lu Cai He Zhenfei Bi Xiangyu Pan Yu Liu Lunzhi Dai Wei Wang Canhua Huang Hongxin Deng Xiawei Wei | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,8: | 6
Change of NO_2 column density over Beijing from satellite measurement during the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games显示文摘The effect of the air quality ensuring measures for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games in reducing air pollution during the game period is assessed using the tropospheric NO2 column density retrieved from Ozone Monitoring Instrument onboard AURA satel- lite. The basic method of the assessment is the comparison of the NO2 column densities during the game period with that during the corresponding period of 2005?2007 for the Beijing area, and the comparison among Beijing and neighbouring cities Tianjin and Tangshan, which are of similar situation in air pollution of NO2 in recent years. The images of tropospheric NO2 column den- sities over Northern China during the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games show the remarkable effect of the air quality ensuring meas- ures in reducing NO2 pollution: the tropospheric NO2 column density in Beijing is much lower than that in Tianjin and Tangshan, while there were very similar values in the three large cities during the same period of the last three years. About 40% reduction in tropospheric NO2 column density over the Beijing area is obtained from the assessment during July to August, 2008, a key period of air quality ensuring measures for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. | YU Huan WANG PuCai ZONG XueMei LI Xin LU DaRen | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,3: | 6
A novel thermophilic endoglucanase from a mesophilic fungus Fusarium oxysporum显示文摘A novel thermophilic endoglucanase (EGt) was extracted from a mesophilic fungus (Fusarium oxysporum L19). We invoked conventional kinetic enzyme reactions using the sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na) as substrate. EGt displayed optimal activity at 75℃ when kept running 30 min in the temperature range of 30―85℃. Thermal stability curve measured at 70℃ suggested that its half-life time is 15.1 min. The activity was enhanced in the presence of Co2+ or Mg2+ but inhibited by Pb2+ and Fe3+. Moreover, N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) modification resulted in a complete loss of EGt activity, suggesting that tryptophan residues may be involved in the enzyme active site. Amino acid composition analysis demonstrated that EGt contains more proline residues. EGt lacks activity towards p-nitro- phenyl cellobiose (pNPC). The N-terminal amino acid se- quence of EGt is SYRVPAANGFPNPDASQEKQ, and the gene of EGt was sequenced and analyzed. Extensive se- quence alignments failed to show any homology between EGt and any known endoglucanases. This is the first report addressing the thermal adaptation of a cellulolytic enzyme from the mesophilic fungus F. oxysporum. | 9 | Evolution of permafrost in Northeast Chinasince the Late Pleistocene显示文摘In Northeast China, permafrost advanced and retreated several times under the influences of fluctuating paleo-climates and paleo-environments since the Late Pleistocene. During the last 60 years, many new data were obtained and studies were conducted on the evolution of permafrost in Northeast China, but so far no systematic summary and review have been made. Based on sedimentary sequences, remains of past permafrost, paleo-flora and-fauna records, and dating data, permafrost evolution since the Late Pleistocene has been analyzed and reconstructed in this paper. Paleo-temperatures reconstructed from the remains of past permafrost and those from paleo-flora and-fauna are compared, and thus the southern limit of permafrost(SLP) in each climate period is inferred by the relationship of the permafrost distribution and the mean annual air/ground temperatures(MAAT/MAGT). Thus, the evolutionary history of permafrost is here divided into five stages:(1) the Late Pleistocene(Last Glaciation, or LG)(65 to 10–8.5 ka), the Last Glaciation Maximum(LGM, 21–13 ka) in particular, the coldest period in the latest history with a cooling of about 6~10 ?C, characterized by extensive occurrences of glaciation, flourishing Mammathas-Coelodonta Faunal Complex(MCFC), widespread aeolian deposits, and significant sea level lowering, and permafrost greatly expanded southwards almost to the coastal plains(37?N–41?N);(2) the Holocene Megathermal Period(HMP, 8.5–7.0 to 4.0–3.0 ka), 3~5 ?C warmer than today, permafrost retreated to about 52°N;(3) the Late Holocene Cold Period(Neoglaciation)(4.0–3.0 to 1.0–0.5 ka), a cooling of 1~3 ?C, some earlier thawed permafrost was refrozen or attached, and the SLP invaded southwards to 46?N;(4) the Little Ice Age(LIA, 500 to 100–150 a), the latest cold period with significant permafrost expansion; and(5) climate warming since the last century, during which Northeast China has undergone extensive permafrost degradation. The frequent and substantial expansions and retreats of permafrost have greatly impacted cold-region environments in Northeast China. North of the SLP during the HMP, or in the present continuous permafrost zone, the existing permafrost was largely formed during the LG and was later overlapped by the permafrost formed in the Neoglaciation. To the south, it was formed in the Neoglaciation. However, many aspects of permafrost evolution still await further investigations, such as data integration, numerical reconstruction, and merging of Chinese permafrost history with those of bordering regions as well as collaboration with related disciplines. Of these, studieson the evolution and degradation of permafrost during the past 150 years and its hydrological, ecological, and environmental impacts should be prioritized. | HuiJun Jin XiaoLi Chang DongLiang Luo RuiXia He LanZhi Lu SiZhong Yang DongXin Guo XueMei Chen Stuart A.Harris | 2016 | Research in Cold and Arid Regions2016,8,4: | 3
On the founder effect in COVID-19 outbreaks:how many infected travelers may have started them all?显示文摘How many incoming travelers(I0 at time 0,equivalent to the‘founders’in evolutionary genetics)infected with SARS-CoV-2 who visit or return to a region could have started the epidemic of that region?I0 would be informative about the initiation and progression of epidemics. To obtain I0,we analyze the genetic divergence among viral populations of different regions.By applying the‘individual-output’model of genetic drift to the SARS-CoV-2 diversities,we obtain I0<10,which could have been achieved by one infected traveler in a long-distance flight. The conclusion is robust regardless of the source population, the continuation of inputs(It for t>0)or the fitness of the variants. With such a tiny trickle of human movement igniting many outbreaks, the crucial stage of repressing an epidemic in any region should, therefore,be the very first sign of local contagion when positive cases first become identifiable. The implications of the highly‘portable’epidemics, including their early evolution prior to any outbreak, are explored in the companion study(Ruan et al.,personal communication). | Yongsen Ruan Zhida Luo Xiaolu Tang Guanghao Li Haijun Wen Xionglei He Xuemei Lu Jian Lu Chung-I Wu | 2021 | National Science Review2021,8,1: | 3
Novel biallelic TRNT1 mutations lead to atypical SIFD and multiple immune defects显示文摘Mutations in the gene encoding transfer RNA(tRNA)nucleotidyltransferase,CCAadding 1(TRNT1),an enzyme essential for the synthesis of the 30-terminal CCA sequence in tRNA molecules, are associated with a rare syndrome of congenital sideroblastic anemia,B cell immunodeficiency, periodic fevers, and developmental delay(SIFD).Clinical manifestations and immunological phenotypes were assessed in a Chinese patient with novel compound heterozygous mutations in TRNT1.The patient required multiple hospitalizations starting at the age of 2 years for recurrent fevers without an infective cause.During the febrile episode, the patient was found to have microcytic hypochromic anemia,B cell lymphopenia, and hypogammaglobulinemia.Targeted gene sequencing identified novel compound heterozygous mutations in the TRNT1 gene(c.525delT,p.Leu176X;c.938T>C,p.Leu313Ser).Immunophenotyping revealed increased CD8^+T cells,CD4^+ terminally differentiated effector memory helper T lymphocytes(CD4 TEMRA),and CD4^+ effector memory lymphocytes(CD4 EM).Analysis of CD4^+T subsets identified decreased T follicular helper cells(Tfh)with a biased phenotype to Th2-like cells. The patient also showed a lower percentage of switched memory B(smB)cells.Additionally, defects in the cytotoxicity of the patient’s NK andγτT cells were shown by CD107alpha expression. In conclusion,TRNT1 mutations may lead to multiple immune abnormality especially humoral and cytotoxicity defects, which indicate that SIFD is not only suffered‘Predominantly antibody deficiencies’in IUIS classification system, and further studies are needed to understand the pathogenesis of immunodeficiency in these patients. | Lu Yang Xiuhong Xue Ting Zeng Xuemei Chen Qin Zhao Xuemei Tang Jun Yang Yunfei An Xiaodong Zhao | 2020 | Genes & Diseases2020,7,1: | 3

Spirulina platensis aqueous extracts ameliorate colonic mucosal damage and modulate gut microbiota disorder in mice with ulcerative colitis by inhibiting inflammation and oxidative stress显示文摘Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic and recurrent inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)that has become a major gastroenterologic problem during recent decades.Numerous complicating factors are involved in UC development such as oxidative stress, inflammation, and microbiota disorder. These factors exacerbate damage to the intestinal mucosal barrier.Spirulina platensis is a commercial alga with various biological activity that is widely used as a functional ingredient in food and beverage products. However, there have been few studies on the treatment of UC using S.platensis aqueous extracts(SP),and the underlying mechanism of action of SP against UC has not yet been elucidated.Herein,we aimed to investigate the modulatory effect of SP on microbiota disorders in UC mice and clarify the underlying mechanisms by which SP alleviates damage to the intestinal mucosal barrier.Dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)was used to establish a normal human colonic epithelial cell(NCM460)injury model and UC animal model. The mitochondrial membrane potential assay 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT)and staining with Annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC)/propidium iodide(PI)and Hoechst 33258 were carried out to determine the effects of SP on the NCM460 cell injury model. Moreover, hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)staining, transmission electron microscopy(TEM),enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qPCR),western blot, and 16S ribosomal DNA(rDNA)sequencing were used to explore the effects and underlying mechanisms of action of SP on UC in C57BL/6 mice.In vitro studies showed that SP alleviated DSS-induced NCM460 cell injury.SP also significantly reduced the excessive generation of intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)and prevented mitochondrial membrane potential reduction after DSS challenge. In vivo studies indicated that SP administration could alleviate the severity of DSS-induced colonic mucosal damage compared with the control group.Inhibition of inflammation and oxidative stress was associated with increases in the activity of antioxidant enzymes and the expression of tight junction proteins(TJs)post-SP treatment.SP improved gut microbiota disorder mainly by increasing antioxidant enzyme activity and the expression of TJs in the colon. Our findings demonstrate that the protective effect of SP against UC is based on its inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokine overproduction, inhibition of DSS-induced ROS production, and enhanced expression of antioxidant enzymes and TJs in the colonic mucosal barrier. | Jian WANG Liqian SU Lun ZHANG Jiali ZENG Qingru CHEN Rui DENG Ziyan WANG Weidong KUANG Xiaobao JIN Shuiqing GUI Yinghua XU Xuemei LU | 2022 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2022,23,6: | 3

Leaf phenotypic variation of endangered plant Tetracentron sinense Oliv.and influence of geographical and climatic factors显示文摘To analyze the degree and pattern of phenotypic variation in leaves of Tetracentron sinense Oliv from the perspective of genetic and environmental adaptation and thus contribute to effective evidence-based conservation and management strategies for germplasm resources,we measured 17 morphological and epidermal micromorphological leaf traits from 24 natural populations of T.sinense.Nested analysis of variance, multiple comparison, principal component analysis(PCA),cluster analysis, and correlation analysis were used to explore phenotypic leaf variation among and within populations and potential correlations with geographic and environmental factors. There were significant differences in 17 leaf phenotypic traits among and within populations. The mean phenotypic differentiation coefficient of the 17 traits was 56.34%,and the variation among populations(36.4%)was greater than that within populations(27.2%).The coefficient of variation(CV)of each trait ranged from 4.6 to 23.8%,and the mean was 11.8%.Phenotypic variation of leaves was related to environmental factors such as average annual sunshine hours, average July temperature, and average annual rainfall. The variation changed along gradients of longitude, latitude, and altitude. The PCA clustered the 24 natural populations into four groups. Our study suggests that phenotypic variation in T.sinense occurred primarily among populations, with moderate levels of phenotypic differentiation among populations and low levels of phenotypic variation within populations. The plant’s poor adaptability to the environment is likely an important contributor to its endangerment.Accordingly, conservation strategies are proposed to protect and manage the natural populations of T.sinense. | Yang Li Shan Li Xueheng Lu Qinqin Wang Hongyan Han Xuemei Zhang Yonghong Ma Xiaohong Gan | 2021 | Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,2: | 3

Synergistic effects of cellobiose dehydrogenase and manganese-dependent peroxidases during lignin degradation显示文摘The synergistic effects of cellobiose dehydro-genase (CDH) and manganese-dependent peroxidases (MnP) on the degradation of kraft pulp cellulolytic enzyme lignin (CEL) were investigated. Addition of CDH significantly increased the amount of water-soluble products reduced from CEL by MnP. CDH facilitated the reduction of the contents of methoxyl, carboxyl, phenolic hydroxyl and total hydroxyl groups of CEL by MnP. 1H-NMR analysis showed that addition of CDH also decreased further the amount of protons of CEL degraded by MnP. | 18 | The deubiquitinase OTUD1 inhibits colonic inflammation by suppressing RIPK1-mediated NF-κB signaling显示文摘The E3 ubiquitin ligase(E3)-mediated ubiquitination and deubiquitinase(DUB)-mediated deubiquitination processes are closely associated with the occurrence and development of colonic inflammation.Ovarian tumor deubiquitinase 1(OTUD1)is involved in immunoregulatory functions linked to infectious diseases. However, the effect of OTUD1 on intestinal immune responses during colonic inflammatory disorders such as inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)remains unclear. Here,we show that loss of OTUD1 in mice contributes to the pathogenesis of dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis via excessive release of proinflammatory cytokines. In addition, bone marrow transplantation experiments revealed that OTUD1 in hematopoietic cells plays a dominant role in protection against colitis.Mechanistically,OTUD1 physically interacts with receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 1(RIPK1)and selectively cleaves K63-linked polyubiquitin chains from RIPK1 to inhibit the recruitment of NF-κB essential modulator(NEMO).Moreover, the expression of OTUD1 in mucosa samples from ulcerative colitis(UC)patients was lower than that in mucosa samples from healthy controls.Furthermore,we demonstrate that the UC-associated OTUD1 G430V mutation abolishes the ability of OTUD1 to inhibit RIPK1-mediated NF-κB activation and intestinal inflammation.Taken together, our study unveils a previously unexplored role of OTUD1 in moderating intestinal inflammation by inhibiting RIPK1-mediated NF-κB activation, suggesting that the OTUD1-RIPK1 axis could be a potential target for the treatment of IBD. | Bo Wu Lihua Qiang Yong Zhang Yesheng Fu Mengyuan Zhao Zehui Lei Zhe Lu Yan-Ge Wei Hongmiao Dai Yingwei Ge Mingqiu Liu Xuemei Zhou Zhiqiang Peng Hongchang Li Chun-Ping Cui Jing Wang Hui Zheng Cui Hua Liu Lingqiang Zhang | 2022 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,2: | 3
Evolutionary transition between invertebrates and vertebrates via methylation reprogramming in embryogenesis显示文摘Major evolutionary transitions are enigmas, and the most notable enigma is between invertebrates and vertebrates, with numerous spectacular innovations. To search for the molecular connections involved,we asked whether global epigenetic changes may offer a clue by surveying the inheritance and reprogramming of parental DNA methylation across metazoans. We focused on gametes and early embryos, where the methylomes are known to evolve divergently between fish and mammals. Here,we find that methylome reprogramming during embryogenesis occurs neither in pre-bilaterians such as cnidarians nor in protostomes such as insects, but clearly presents in deuterostomes such as echinoderms and invertebrate chordates, and then becomes more evident in vertebrates.Functional association analysis suggests that DNA methylation reprogramming is associated with development, reproduction and adaptive immunity for vertebrates, but not for invertebrates.Interestingly, the single HOX cluster of invertebrates maintains unmethylated status in all stages examined. In contrast, the multiple HOX clusters show dramatic dynamics of DNA methylation during vertebrate embryogenesis.Notably, the methylation dynamics of HOX clusters are associated with their spatiotemporal expression in mammals. Our study reveals that DNA methylation reprogramming has evolved dramatically during animal evolution, especially after the evolutionary transitions from invertebrates to vertebrates, and then to mammals. | Xiaocui Xu Guoqiang Li Congru Li Jing Zhang Qiang Wang David KSimmons Xuepeng Chen Naveen Wijesena Wei Zhu Zhanyang Wang Zhenhua Wang Bao Ju Weimin Ci Xuemei Lu Daqi Yu Qian-fei Wang Neelakanteswar Aluru Paola Oliveri Yong EZhang Mark QMartindale Jiang Liu | 2019 | National Science Review2019,6,5: | 2
