22022 Chinese national clinical practice guideline on Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment显示文摘Background:Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection is an infectious disease with a prevalence rate of up to 50%worldwide.It can cause indigestion,gastritis,peptic ulcer,and gastric cancer.H.pylori eradication treatment can effectively control disease progression and reduce the risk of the above conditions.However,the escalating trend of antibiotic resistance presents a global challenge for H.pylori eradication.We aim to provide guidance on pharmacological treatment of H.pylori infection.Methods:This clinical practice guideline is developed following the World Health Organization’s recommended process,adopting Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation in assessing evidence quality,and utilizing Evidence to Decision framework to formulate clinical recommendations,minimizing bias and increasing transparency of the clinical practice guideline development process.We used the Reporting Items for practice Guidelines in HealThcare(RIGHT)statement and The Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation Ⅱ(AGREE Ⅱ)as reporting and conduct guides to ensure the guideline’s completeness and transparency.Results:Though decreasing in developed countries,the prevalence of H.pylori remains high in developing countries,causing a major public health burden.This clinical practice guideline contains 12 recommendations concerning pharmacological treatment for H.pylori eradication.Among them,it is worth highlighting that bismuth preparations are inexpensive,safe,and effective,consequently making bismuth quadruple therapy a preferred choice for initial and rescue treatment.In empirical treatment,high-dose dual therapy is equally effective compared with bismuth quadruple therapy.Conclusions:The 12 recommendations in this clinical practice guideline are formed with consideration for stakeholders’values and preferences,resource use,feasibility,and acceptability.Recommendations are generalizable to resource limited settings with similar antibiotic resistance pattern as China,and lower middle-income countries facing comparable sociological and technical challenges.Registration:Guidelines International Network(GIN)website,http://gffzz8d0dcdd112684267skf0xb6pucn6v6vvq.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/node/69996.Liya Zhou Hong Lu Zhiqiang Song Bin Lyu Ye Chen Jiyao Wang Jun Xia Zhan Zhao on behalf of Helicobacter Pylori Study Group of Chinese Society of Gastroenterology 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,135,24:5
3One-pot synthesis of the highly efficient bifunctional Ni-SAPO-11 catalyst显示文摘Hydro isomerization of linear alkanes to branched isomers is an important petrochemical process for production of gasoline with high octane number.Non-noble metal bifunctional catalysts used in this process always suffer from low metal dispersion and poor metal-acid synergy.Herein,a facile one-pot synthesis method was used to simultaneously regulate metal particle sizes and acidity of the Ni-SAPO-11 hydroisomerization catalyst.The physicochemical properties are investigated using XANES,EXAFS,TEM/STEM,FT-IR,XPS,UV-vis and NH_3-TPD.Apart from the highly dispersed nickel nanoparticles with an average diameter of 8 nm,the framework Ni~(2+)ions are generated via substituting framework Al~(3+)ions of the SAPO-11.The formed NiP-OH structures have lower deprotonation energy(DPE)than the SiAl-OH ones,contributing more and stronger acid sites to the Ni-SAPO-11 catalyst.The great metal-acid synergy including high metal to acid sites ratio(n_(Ni)/n_A)and close intimacy is obtained for the Ni-SAPO-11 catalyst.The Ni-SAPO-11 catalyst outperforms the counterpart prepared by the impregnation method and exhibits comparable activity and isomers selectivity to the Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst in the n-hexane hydroisomerization.Yuchao Lyu Weilong Zhan Zhumo Yu Xinmei Liu Ye Yang Xiaoxing Wang Chunshan Song Zifeng Yan 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,17:4

5A Nomogram Model for Predicting Type-2 Myocardial Infarction Induced by Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding显示文摘Objective To examine the independent risk factors of type-2 myocardial infarction(T2MI)elicited by acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding(AUGIB),and to establish a nomogram model for the prediction of AUGIB-induced T2MI.Methods A nomogram model was established on the basis of a retrospective study that involved 533 patients who suffered from AUGIB in the Department of Critical Care Medicine(CCM)or Emergency Intensive Care Unit(EICU)of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University,Wuhan,China,from January 2017 to December 2020.The predictive accuracy and discriminative power of the nomogram were initially evaluated by internal validation,which involved drawing the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve,calculating the area under the curve(AUC),plotting the calibration curve derived from 1000 resampled bootstrap data sets,and computing the root mean square error(RMSE).The predictive ability of the nomogram was further validated through the prospective and multicenter study conducted by the investigators,which enrolled 240 AUGIB patients[including 88 cases from Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University,73 cases from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University(Qingdao),and 79 cases from Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital)],who were admitted to the Department of CCM or EICU,from February 2021 to July 2021.Results Among the 533 patients in the training cohort,78(14.6%)patients were assigned to the T2MI group and 455(85.4%)patients were assigned to the non-T2MI group.The multivariate analysis revealed that age>65,hemorrhagic shock,cerebral stroke,heart failure,chronic kidney disease,increased blood urea nitrogen,decreased hematocrit,and elevated D-Dimer were independent risk factors for AUGIB-induced T2MI.All these factors were incorporated into the nomogram model.The AUC for the nomogram for predicting T2MI was 0.829(95%CI,0.783-0.875)in the internal validation cohort and 0.848(95%CI,0.794-0.902)in the external validation cohort.The calibration curve for the risk of T2MI exhibited good consistency between the prediction by the nomogram and the actual clinical observation in both the internal validation(RMSE=0.016)and external validation(RMSE=0.020).Conclusion The nomogram was proven to be a useful tool for the risk stratification of T2MI in AUGIB patients,and is helpful for the early identification of AUGIB patients who are prone to T2MI for early intervention,especially in emergency departments and intensive care units.Gui-jun JIANG Ru-kai GAO Min WANG Tu-xiu XIE Li-ying ZHAN Jie WEI Sheng-nan SUN Pei-yu JI Ding-yu TAN Jing-jun LYU 2022Current Medical Science2022,42,2:2

7Integrated strategies for chemotherapy cycles in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients: Real-world data from two epidemic centers guiding decision-making显示文摘objective:Two cycles of induction chemotherapy(IC)followed by 2 cycles of platinum-based concurrent chemoradiotherapy(CCRT)(2IC+2CCRT)for locoregionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(LA-NPC)is widely adopted but not evidence-confirmed.This study aimed to determine the clinical value of 2IC+2CCRT regarding efficacy,toxicity and cost-effectiveness.Methods:This real-world study from two epidemic centers used propensity score matching(PSM)and inverse probability of treatment weighting(IPTW)analyses.The enrolled patients were divided into three groups based on treatment modality:Group A(2IC+2CCRT),Group B(3IC+2CCRT or 2IC+3CCRT)and Group C(3IC+3CCRT).Long-term survival,acute toxicities and cost-effectiveness were compared among the groups.We developed a prognostic model dividing the population into high-and low-risk cohorts,and survivals including overall survival(OS),progression-free survival(PFS),distant metastasis-free survival(DMFS)and locoregional relapse-free survival(LRRFS)were compared among the three groups according to certain risk stratifications.Results:Of 4,042 patients,1,175 were enrolled,with 660,419,and 96 included in Groups A,B and C,respectively.Five-year survivals were similar among the three groups after PSM and confirmed by IPTW.Grade 3-4 neutropenia and leukocytopenia were significantly higher in Groups C and B than in Group A(52.1%vs.41.5%vs.25.2%;41.7%vs.32.7%vs.25.0%)as were grade 3-4 nausea/vomiting and oral mucositis(29.2%vs.15.0%vs.6.1%;32.3%vs.25.3%vs.18.0%).Cost-effective analysis suggested that 2IC+2CCRT was the least expensive,while the health benefits were similar to those of the other groups.Further exploration showed that 2IC+2CCRT tended to be associated with a shorter PFS in high-risk patients,while 3IC+3CCRT potentially contributed to poor PFS in low-risk individuals,mainly reflected by LRRFS.Conclusions:In LA-NPC patients,2IC+2CCRT was the optimal choice regarding efficacy,toxicity and costeffectiveness;however,2IC+2CCRT and 3IC+3CCRT probably shortened LRRFS in high-and low-risk populations,respectively.Zejiang Zhan Yingying Huang Jiayu Zhou Zhuochen Cai Haoyang Huang Ying Deng Wenze Qiu Xun Cao Xi Chen Chixiong Liang Lulu Zhang Xiang Guo Taize Yuan Xing Lyu 2023Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2023,35,2:1

9Boosting molecular diffusion following the generalized Murray's Law by constructing hierarchical zeolites for maximized catalytic activity显示文摘Diffusion is an extremely critical step in zeolite catalysis that determines the catalytic performance,in particular for the conversion of bulky molecules.Introducing interconnected mesopores and macropores into a single microporous zeolite with the rationalized pore size at each level is an effective strategy to suppress the diffusion limitations,but remains highly challenging due to the lack of rational design principles.Herein,we demonstrate the first example of boosting molecular diffusion by constructing hierarchical Murray zeolites with a highly ordered and fully interconnected macro-meso-microporous structure on the basis of the generalized Murray’s Law.Such a hierarchical Murray zeolite with a refined quantitative relationship between the pore size at each length scale exhibited 9 and 5 times higher effective diffusion rates,leading to 2.5 and 1.5 times higher catalytic performance in the bulky 1,3,5-triisopropylbenzene cracking reaction than those of microporous ZSM-5 and ZSM-5 nanocrystals,respectively.The concept of hierarchical Murray zeolites with optimized structural features and their design principles could be applied to other catalytic reactions for maximized performance.Ming-Hui Sun Shu-Shu Gao Zhi-Yi Hu Tarek Barakat Zhan Liu Shen Yu Jia-Min Lyu Yu Li Shu-Tao Xu Li-Hua Chen Bao-Lian Su 2022National Science Review2022,9,12:1

11Accurate analysis of limiting human dose of non-lethal laser weapons显示文摘In order to maximize the lethality and reversibility of the non-lethal laser weapons(NLLW) at the same time and thus provide a theoretical basis for the R&D of laser weapons in the future,this paper accurately analyzed the limiting biological dose of irreversible damage to human skin caused by the NLLW.Firstly,based on the burn theory in medicine and the actual tactical background,this paper redefines the evaluation criteria of the limiting laser dose of NLLW to the human body.Secondly,on the basis of anatomical knowledge,a 5-layer finite element model(FEM) of superficial skin is proposed,constructed and verified,which can accurately describe the limiting reversible damage.Based on the optimized Pennes bioheat transfer equation,the diffusion approximation theory,the modified Beer-Lambert law,the Arrhenius equation,and combined with dynamic thermophysical parameters,this paper highly restored the temperature distribution and accurately solved the necrotic tissue distribution inside the human skin irradiated by 1064 nm laser.Finally,it is concluded that the maximum human dose of the1064 nm NLLW is 8.93 J/cm^(2),8.29J/cm^(2),and 8.17 J/cm^(2) when the light spots are 5 mm,10 mm and15 mm,respectively,and the corresponding output power of the weapon is 46.74 W,173.72 W and384.77 W.Simultaneously,the temperature and damage distribution in the tissue at the time of ultimate damage are discussed from the axial and radial dimensions,respectively.The conclusions and analysis methods proposed in this paper are of great guiding significance for future research in military,medical and many other related fields.Chen-yang Lyu Ren-jun Zhan 2022Defence Technology(防务技术)2022,18,4:1

14The direct synthesis of Ni/SAPO-11 hydroisomerization catalyst via a novel two-step crystallization strategy显示文摘The Ni/SAPO-11 catalyst used for n-hexane hydroisomerization was prepared via a novel two-step crystallization strategy.It involves introduction of nickel salt into the pre-crystalized system of SAPO-11 by grinding followed by a second crystallization step.No extra solvent is introduced during the whole synthesis procedure which reduces waste liquid emissions significantly.More importantly,interaction between nickel and support is effectively regulated by the novel method to achieve a well dispersed nickel species and inhibit formation of inert nickel spinel simultaneously.Chemical environments of framework Si are tuned to enhance surface acidity of the Ni/SAPO-11 catalyst.It also shows smaller particle size which favors fast diffusion of reactants and products.Insights into the two-step crystallization indicate that accumulation of SAPO-11 precursors in the pre-crystallization stage,pH regulation by nickel salt and structural directing effect of Ni2+during the second crystallization period account for the rapid crystal growth and smaller particle size of the Ni/SAPO-11 catalyst.All the unique features endow the Ni/SAPO-11 catalyst higher activity and isomers selectivity than the Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst in n-hexane hydroisomerization.Wei-Long Zhan Yu-Chao Lyu Xin-Mei Liu Lei Fan Fu-Rang Li Ye Yang 2022Petroleum Science2022,19,5:0
15Advancing index-based climate risk assessment to facilitate adaptation planning:Application in Shanghai and Shenzhen,China显示文摘One of the key issues in climate risk management is to develop climate resilient infrastructure so as to ensure safety and sustainability of urban functioning systems as well as mitigate the adverse impacts associated with increasing climate hazards.However,conventional methods of assessing risks do not fully address the interaction of various subsystems within the city system and are unable to consolidate diverse opinions of various stakeholders on their assessments of sector-specific risks posed by climate change.To address this gap,this study advances an integrated-systems-analysis tool-Climate Risk Assessment of Infrastructure Tool(CRAIT),and applies it to analyze and compare the extent of risk factor exposure and vulnerability over time across five critical urban infrastructure sectors in Shanghai and Shenzhen,two cities that have distinctive geo-climate profiles and histories of infrastructure development.The results show significantly higher level of variation between the two cities in terms of vulnerability levels than that of exposure.More specifically,the sectors of critical buildings,water,energy,and information&communication in Shenzhen have significantly higher vulnerability levels than Shanghai in both the 2000s and the 2050s.We further discussed the vulnerability levels of subsystems in each sector and proposed twelve potential adaptation options for the roads system based on four sets of criteria:technical feasibility,flexibility,co-benefits,and policy compatibility.The application of CRAIT is bound to be a knowledge co-production process with the local experts and stakeholders.This knowledge co-production process highlights the importance of management advancements and nature-based green solutions in managing climate change risk in the future though differences are observed across the efficacy categories due to the geographical and meteorological conditions in the two cities.This study demonstrates that this knowledge co-creation process is valuable in facilitating policymakers'decision-making and their feedback to scientific understanding in climate risk assessment,and that this approach has general applicability for cities in other regions and countries.Zhan TIAN Xin-Yang LYU Huan ZOU Hong-Long YANG Laixiang SUN Maria Sunyer PINYA Qing-Chen CHAO Ai-Qing FENG Ben SMITH 2022Advances in Climate Change Research2022,13,3:0
16Gasification of Anthracite in a Pilot-Scale CFB Gasifier and Pore Structure Evolution of Gasification Fly Ash during Steam Activation显示文摘The poor-reactivity anthracite urgently needs more ways for large-scale and high-quality utilization.Due to the advantage of good fuel adaptability,the circulating fluidized bed(CFB)gasification technology has the potential of high-quality utilization of anthracite.In this paper,one kind of anthracite from Shanxi province,China,was employed to be gasified in a pilot-scale CFB gasifier.It is found that at the operating temperature of 1049℃and oxygen concentration of 60.75%,the gas with a concentration of combustibles of 66%and a low heating value of 7.93 MJ/m^(3)(at about 25℃and 101.325 kPa)was produced in the CFB gasification process.However,the overall gasification efficiency was not desired because a large amount of gasification fly ash(GFA)escaped and its yield was up to 22%.In this case,the cold gas efficiency was below 48%and the carbon conversion ratio was only 62%.Further analysis reveals that the GFA was featured with a developed pore structure and the specific surface area(S_(BET))reached 277 m^(2)/g.This indicates such GFA has a potential to use as activated carbon(AC)or AC precursor.Basis on this,steam activation experiments of the GFA produced were conducted to investigate the activation characteristics of GFA and thereby to determine its activation potential.Experimental results indicate that increasing temperature sharply accelerated the activation process,while did not impair the maximum activation effect.After activation,the S_(BET)of GFA maximumly increased by 63%,reaching452 m^(2)/g.With the progress of activation,the pore structure of GFA presents a three-stage evolution process:development,dynamic balance,and collapse.Such a process can be divided and quantified according to the carbon loss.In order to achieve an optimal activation of GFA,the carbon loss shall be controlled at~15%.This work provides a new scheme for high-quality utilization of anthracite.QI Xiaobin YANG Qiyao ZHAN Yueping SONG Weijian ZHU Zhiping LYU Qinggang 2023Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,5:0
17Improved creep aging response in Al-Cu alloy by applying pre-aging before pre-straining显示文摘The improvement of post-form properties without compromising creep formability has been a critical issue in creep age forming of aluminum alloy component. A pretreatment process incorporating artificial pre-aging at 165 °C for 6 h/12 h/24 h followed by pre-strain(3%–9%)has been developed. This method not only evidently improves the strength but also accelerates the creep deformation during creep aging of an Al-Cu alloy. A strength increase of 50 MPa with a slight decrease of ductility relative to the 9% pre-strained alloy is acquired in the alloy artificially pre-aged for 24 h regardless of the pre-strain level(3%–9%). Artificial aging for 24 h prior to 3%pre-strain enables an increase of creep strain by 30%. The creep strain in the alloy artificially preaged for 24 h and pre-strained by 6% is comparable to that in the alloy pre-strained by 9%. The strength and ductility in the alloy artificially pre-aged for 6 h/12 h and pre-strained by 3% are even slightly higher than those in the alloy purely pre-strained by 9%. The characterizations by transmission electron microscopy reveal that pre-aging at 165 °C could promote the accumulation of dislocations during pre-straining due to the pinning effect of pre-existing Guinier-Preston zones(GP zones)/θ’’phases and thus expedite the creep deformation in respect to the pure pre-straining treatment. The enhanced precipitation of θ’phases at these pinned dislocations contributes to the improved strength after creep aging. 19Numerical investigation of the cavitation noise around a marine propeller focusing on the influence of ventilation显示文摘Cavitation noise around propellers has many adverse effects.It is still very limited nowadays to inhibit propeller cavitation noise in engineering.In this study,the cavitation noise around a PPTC propeller is simulated using the large eddy simulation(LES)coupled with the porous Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings(PFW-H)equation.The investigation aims to find a strategy to suppress cavitation noise and analyze the noise suppression mechanism.The predicted hydrodynamic results agree well with the experimental data and are utilized in the hydroacoustic analysis.The hydroacoustic results indicate that the pseudo-thickness noise dominates the dominant frequency component of the total cavitation noise due to the effect of cavity evolution,which is one of the reasons why the pseudo-thickness noise dominates the total cavitation noise.A method is found to weaken the cavitation noise through ventilation at the generation location of the sheet cavity(SC).It is worth noting that ventilation inhibits the generation and development of SC by changing the pressure distribution on the suction surface of the blade and pushing away the cavities around the ventilation holes.Moreover,cavity evolution noise dominates the fluid volume evolution noise under the ventilated cavitating condition.Ventilation significantly attenuates the vapor volume pulsation and thus the cavity evolution noise,which leads to a reduction in pseudo-thickness noise and total cavitation noise.The ventilation mainly reduces noises at the dominant frequency of the pseudo-thickness noise and the total cavitation noise.Shu-jian Lyu Bin Ji Xin-cheng Wang Zhi-wen Zhan Da-hai Zhang 2023Journal of Hydrodynamics2023,35,4:0
20Classification of Principal Wood Species in China Based on the Physiomechanical Properties显示文摘Many tree species are planted in China with variable properties and usage.Toward exploring the structure-properties relationships of wood and classifying the species more reasonably,the physiomechanical properties of the domestic wood species in China were analyzed statistically.According to the correlation analysis,the mechanical properties were closely related to the wood density.Except impact toughness and cleavage strength,the correlation coefficients between mechanical properties and densities were more than 0.8.However,shrinkage properties showed fewer correlations with densities,and the coefficient was no more than 0.7.Primary component analysis was proved to be feasible to explore the information of the physiomechanical properties.Two principal components(PC1 and PC2)could account for most of the information.PC1 and PC2 were designated as density-dominated and shrinkage-associated factors,respectively.The domestic wood species in China could be classified into 4 clusters based on their physiomechanical properties.According to the cluster results,reasonable grading was proposed for air-dried density,volume shrinkage,modulus of rupture,compression strength parallel to grain and hardness in cross section.The statistical results brought insights into analyzing the physiomechanical properties of domestic Chinese wood species,which was helpful for developing strategies of tree breeding and technologies of wood processing.Jianyi Zhu Hui Peng Xiaoning Lu Jianxiong Lyu Tianyi Zhan 2023Journal of Renewable Materials2023,11,3:0
