1“Polymer-in-ceramic” based poly(ε-caprolactone)/ceramic composite electrolyte for all-solid-state batteries显示文摘Inspired by the concept of 'polymer-in-ceramic',a composite poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)/ceramic containing LiTFSI is prepared and investigated as a solid electrolyte for all-solid-state batteries.The composite with the optimum concentration of 45 wt% LiTFSI and 75 wt% Li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)3(LAGP,NASICON-type structure) exhibits a high ionic conductivity(σi=0.17 mS cm-1) at 30℃,a transference number of 0.30,and is stable up to 5.0 V.The composite electrolyte is a flexible and self-standing membrane.Solid-state LiFePO4//Li batteries with this composite electrolyte demonstrate excellent cycling stability with high discharge capacity of 157 mA h g-1,high capacity retention of 96% and coulombic efficiency of 98.5% after 130 cycles at 30℃ and 0.1 C rate.These electrochemical properties are better than other PCL-based allsolid-lithium batteries,and validate the concept of 'polymer-in-ceramic' by avoiding the drawback of lower conductivity in prior 'polymer-in-ceramic' electrolyte at high concentration of the ceramic.Bohao Zhang Yulong Liu Jia Liu Liqun Sun Lina Cong Fang Fu Alain Mauger Christian M.Julien Haiming Xie Xiumei Pan 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1:4
2ETCM v2.0:An update with comprehensive resource and rich annotations for traditional Chinese medicine显示文摘Existing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)-related databases are still insufficient in data standardization,integrity and precision,and need to be updated urgently.Herein,an Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine version 2.0(ETCM v2.0,http://gffzz3ff3e9d9e9f64aa3hnf5oc69uxwcq6uu6.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/ETCM2/front/#/)was constructed as the latest curated database hosting 48,442 TCM formulas recorded by ancient Chinese medical books,9872 Chinese patent drugs,2079 Chinese medicinal materials and 38,298 ingredients.To facilitate the mechanistic research and new drug discovery,we improved the target identification method based on a two-dimensional ligand similarity search module,which provides the confirmed and/or potential targets of each ingredient,as well as their binding activities.Importantly,five TCM formulas/Chinese patent drugs/herbs/ingredients with the highest Jaccard similarity scores to the submitted drugs are offered in ETCM v2.0,which may be of significance to identify prescriptions/herbs/ingredients with similar clinical efficacy,to summarize the rules of prescription use,and to find alternative drugs for endangered Chinese medicinal materials.Moreover,ETCM v2.0 provides an enhanced Java Script-based network visualization tool for creating,modifying and exploring multi-scale biological networks.ETCM v2.0 may be a major data warehouse for the quality marker identification of TCMs,the TCM-derived drug discovery and repurposing,and the pharmacological mechanism investigation of TCMs against various human diseases.Yanqiong Zhang Xin Li Yulong Shi Tong Chen Zhijian Xu Ping Wang Meng Yu Wenjia Chen Bing Li Zhiwei Jing Hong Jiang Lu Fu Wenjing Gao Yanhua Jiang Xia Du Zipeng Gong Weiliang Zhu Hongjun Yang Haiyu Xu 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,6:3

5Investigating crash injury severity at unsignalized intersections in Heilongjiang Province,China显示文摘Many studies suggest that more crashes occur due to mixed traffic flow at unsignalized intersections.However,very little is known about the injury severity of these crashes.The objective of this study is therefore to investigate how contributory factors affect crash injury severity at unsignalized intersections.The dataset used for this analysis derived from police crash reports from Dec.2006 to Apr.2009 in Heilongjiang Province,China.An ordered probit model was developed to predict the probability that the injury severity of a crash will be one of four levels:no injury,slight injury,severe injury,and fatal injury.The injury severity of a crash was evaluated in terms of the most severe injury sustained by any person involved in the crash.Results from the present study showed that different factors had varying effects on crash injury severity.Factors found to result in the increased probability of serious injuries include adverse weather,sideswiping with pedestrians on poor surface,the interaction of rear-ends and the third-class highway,winter night without illumination,and the interaction between traffic signs or markings and the third-class highway.Although there are some limitations in the current study,this study provides more insights into crash injury severity at unsignalized intersections.Yulong Pei Chuanyun Fu 2014Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2014,1,4:3
6Investigation of Portevin–Le Chatelier Band Strain and Elastic Shrinkage in Al-Based Alloys Associated with Mg Contents显示文摘The Portevin–Le Chatelier(PLC) effect in Al–2.30wt%Mg, Al–4.57wt%Mg and Al–6.91wt%Mg alloys has been investigated at various applied strain rates at room temperature in this study. Three-dimensional digital image correlation(3D-DIC) technique was applied to obtaining the further insight into the spatiotemporal characteristics, in particular the influence of Mg content on deformation behaviors. Mg content has a pronounced effect on serration characteristics, including the serration type and amplitude; Mg content tends to weaken the spatial correlation of the propagative bands. Additionally, the serration amplitude linearly increases with the maximum PLC band strain; high Mg content generates a higher PLC band strain at a given serration amplitude compared with low Mg content. 7Experimental investigation of a Portevin-Le Chatelier band in Ni–Co-based superalloys in relation toγ’precipitates at 500℃显示文摘The macroscopically localized deformation behaviors of Ni–Co-based superalloys with differentγ’precipitate content were investigated at 500?C and 1×10-4 s-1 via an in situ method namely,digital image correlation(DIC).The DIC results showed that the serrated flow of the stress–strain curves was accompanied by localized deformation of the specimens.The fracture morphology was characterized mainly by transgranular fracture with numerous dimples in the lowγ’content alloy,and intergranular fracture with large fracture section in the highγ’content alloy.The Portevin–Le Chatelier(PLC)effect occurred in the investigated Ni–Co-based superalloys.Furthermore,the localized deformation of the highγ’content alloy was more severe than that of the lowγ’content alloy,and the band width was slightly larger.Moreover,for the first-time ever,a special propagation feature,namely±60?zigzag bands characterized by head-to-tail connections,was observed in the highγ’content alloy.Yanke Liu Yulong Cai Chenggang Tian Guoliang Zhang Guoming Han Shihua Fu Chuanyong Cui Qingchuan Zhang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,14:2
8Recent advances in crystalline carbon nitride for photocatalysis显示文摘Semiconductor photocatalytic technology has become one of the most important means to solve the current energy shortage and environmental pollution. Compared with the traditional photocatalysts, graphite carbon nitride has a wider range of light-harvesting and more stable physical and chemical properties. However, traditional thermally induced polymerization of nitrogen-containing precursors produces the melon-based carbon nitride solids with an amorphous or semi-crystalline structure, resulting in low conductivity and moderate photocatalytic activity. Recently, crystalline carbon nitride has attracted more and more attention in improving photocatalytic performance. Some significant progress regarding crystalline carbon nitride for the preparation of solar-fuel and environmental purification has also been made.This review describes the recent advances in the design and synthesis of crystalline carbon nitride photocatalysts. A brief description of the unique physical and chemical properties of crystalline carbon nitride was given. Later, the synthetic and modification strategies are being introduced. Then, the photocatalytic application of crystalline carbon nitride was discussed, mainly including photocatalytic H2 production,photocatalytic CO2 reduction, and photocatalytic degradation of pollutants. 12Single-cell RNA sequencing identifies novel cell types in Drosophila blood显示文摘Drosophila has been extensively used to model the human blood-immune system,as both systems share many developmental and immune response mechanisms.However,while many human blood cell types have been identified,only three were found in flies:plasmatocytes,crystal cells and lamellocytes.To better understand the complexity of fly blood system,we used single-cell RNA sequencing technology to generate co mprehensive gene expression profiles for Drosophila circulating blood cells.In addition to the known cell types,we identified two new Drosophila blood cell types:thanacytes and primocytes.Thanacytes,which express many stimulus response genes,are involved in distinct responses to different types of bacteria.Primocytes,which express cell fate commitment and signaling genes,appear to be involved in keeping stem cells in the circulating blood.Furthermore,our data revealed four novel plasmatocyte subtypes(Ppn+,CAH7^+,Lsp^+and reservoir plasmatocytes),each with unique molecular identities and distinct predicted functions.We also identified cross-species markers from Drosophila hemocytes to human blood cells.Our analysis unveiled a more complex Drosophila blood system and broadened the scope of using Drosophila to model human blood system in development and disease.Yulong Fu Xiaohu Huang Peng Zhang Joyce van de Leemput Zhe Han 2020Journal of Genetics and Genomics2020,47,4:1

16A Study of Extratropical Transition and Re-Intensification of Typhoon Mindulle(2004)显示文摘In this study,the fifth-generation Pennsylvania State University-National Center for Atmospheric Research (PSU-NCAR) Mesoscale Model (MM5) is used to simulate Typhoon Mindulle (2004) at high resolution (3-km grid size).The data from measurements show that in the upper atmosphere the existence of an upper jet is important to the transition cyclone.When Mindulle moved to the area of the upper jet entrance,where high-altitude divergence existed, the pumping of the high-altitude divergence would enhance the vertical motion and low-level cyclone convergence. The enhanced vertical motion was confirmed by the simulation results and indicated that the existence of upper divergence enhanced the vertical motion which was favorable for the maintenance of Typhoon Mindulle.The process of extratropical transition (ET) and re-intensification always accompanies the process of cold air invasion. This process enhances the baroclinicity of the atmosphere and the formation of front at high altitudes, which converts baroclinic potential energy into kinetic energy and strengthens the cyclone vortex.The distributions of equivalent potential temperature (θe) and temperature anomalies show that the warm-core of the typhoon at the tropopause aids the re-intensification of the system. 19Species Composition and Protection of Fish Eggs and Larvae in Spawning Ground of Liaodong Bay显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to explore the species composition, number distribution and seasonal dynamics of fish eggs and larvae in Liaodong Bay in 2008. The protection and exploitation status of spawning ground in Liaodong Bay was analyzed, and the corresponding protection measures were put forward. [Methods] The species composition of fish eggs and larvae in spawning ground of Liaodong Bay was investigated by horizontal trawling associated with vertical trawling with zooplankton net in May, July, September and October in 2008. [Result] It was found that 7 724 eggs and 229 larvae of fishes belonging to 32 taxa were collected, in which 29 taxa were identified as species, belonging to 9 genera, 21 families and 28 orders, 2 taxa were identified to only family level, and one failed to be identified. The main spawning groups were Cynoglossus joyneri, Engraulis japonicus, Johnius belengerii, Larimichthys polyactis, Konosirus punctatus, Sardinella zunasi, and Scomberomorus niphonius, and the main spawning ground was found in northern waters and Changxing Island waters in Liaodao Bay. There was slightly less spawning species in2008 compared with 1998, especially the number of fish eggs and larvae decreased greatly. 20Leachate Lithium Characteristics of Loess-paleosol Sequences on the Chinese Loess Plateau and their Paleoclimatic Significance显示文摘The geochemical components of the leachate from loess-paleosol deposits can provide information about climaterelated post-depositional processes.For example,leachate lithium([Li]_(leachate))is a potential paleoclimate proxy because lithium is a typical lithophile element that is readily adsorbed by clay minerals during weathering and pedogenesis,and thus stratigraphic variations in[Li]leachatecan reflect these processes.We investigated the[Li]leachatevalues of two loess-paleosols profiles(the Luochuan and Weinan sections),on a north-south climatic gradient on the Chinese Loess Plateau.Independent paleoclimate information was provided by measurements of magnetic susceptibility,grain size,Rb/Sr ratios,and clay mineral content.During the last glacial-interglacial period,[Li]leachateincreased from 0.39 to 1.97μg/g at Luochuan and from 0.67 to 2.45μg/g at Weinan,mainly due to increasing pedogenesis.Based on these results we developed a conceptual model to explain the variations in[Li]leachate,Li^(+)within loess layers is mainly derived from dust input and the decomposition of primary minerals,influenced by the East Asian winter monsoon,while in paleosol layers Li is mainly derived from clay mineral adsorption during pedogenic processes,influenced by the East Asian summer monsoon.JIA Peng FU Chaofeng HE Maoyong LIU Junfeng LIU Na LI Yulong YANG Kaiyuan 2023Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2023,97,6:0
