| 3 | GNSS clock corrections densification at SHAO:from 5 min to 30 s显示文摘High frequency multi-GNSS zero-difference applications like Precise Orbit Determination(POD)for Low Earth Orbiters(LEO)and high frequency kinematic positioning require corresponding high-rate GNSS clock corrections.The determination of the GNSS clocks in the orbit determination process is time consuming,especially in the combined GPS/GLONASS processing.At present,a large number of IGS Analysis Centers(AC)provide clock corrections in 5-min sampling and only a few ACs provide clocks in 30-s sampling for both GPS and GLONASS.In this paper,an efficient epoch-difference GNSS clock determination algorithm is adopted based on the algorithm used by the Center for Orbit Determination in Europe(CODE).The clock determination procedure of the GNSS Analysis Center at Shanghai Astronomical Observatory(SHAO)and the algorithm is described in detail.It is shown that the approach greatly speeds up the processing,and the densified 30-s clocks have the same quality as the 5-min clocks estimated based on a zero-difference solution.Comparing the densified 30-s GNSS clocks provided by SHAO with that of IGS and its ACs,results show that our 30-s GNSS clocks are of the same quality as that of IGS.Allan deviation also gives the same conclusion.Further validation of the SHAO 30-s clock product is performed in kinematic PPP and LEO POD.Results indicate that the positions have the same accuracy when using SHAO 30-s GNSS clocks or IGS(and its AC)finals.The robustness of the algorithm and processing approach ensure its extension to provide clocks in 5-s or even higher frequencies.The implementation of the new approach is simple and it could be delivered as a black-box to the current scientific software packages. | CHEN JunPing ZHANG YiZe ZHOU XuHua PEI Xiao WANG JieXian WU Bin | 2014 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,1: | 4 |
| 4 | Elastic wave propagation and localization in band gap materials:a review显示文摘Band gap materials(i.e.phononic crystals) are the artificially periodic structures,which have the stop band characteristic for elastic waves.The elastic waves will be localized in phononic crystals with defects,which results in the energy being accumulated around the defects.As a result,it is important to analyze the wave propagation and localization in band gap materials,especially for the structures consisting of smart materials.For example,with the mechanical-electro and mechanical-electro-magneto coupling,the phononic crystals consisting of piezoelectric and magnetoelectroelastic materials can be applied widely.This sets the theoretical basis for the design of band gap materials with multi fields coupling.This paper reviews the recent development of the elastic wave propagation and localization in both ordered and disordered band gap materials.The discussion focuses on the stop band and localization characteristics of elastic waves.Analytical methods and important results are also presented.Finally,some problems for further studies are discussed.This work aims to present the basic properties of wave band gaps in phononic crystals and wave localization in disordered periodic structures(e.g.phononic crystals with definite and random defects and phononic quasicrystals). | LI FengMing WANG YiZe | 2012 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,10: | 4 |

| 6 | Dynamical properties of nanotubes with nonlocal continuum theory: A review显示文摘As the typical systems of nano structures, nanotubes can be widely applied in mechanical electronics, mechanical manufacture and other fields at nano scales. The superior dynamical properties of nanotubes have become a hot topic. Furthermore, there are always complicated conditions for practical engineering (e.g. initial stress/strain, temperature change for external environment and the interaction between the structure and elastic matrix). Then, it is important to establish the proper model and apply the effective analysis method. By using the nonlocal continuum method, this paper reviews the recent progress of dynamical properties of micro structures at nano scales. | 7 | Insight into multiple-triggering effect in DTSCRs for ESD protection显示文摘The diode-triggered silicon-controlled rectifier(DTSCR) is widely used for electrostatic discharge(ESD) protection in advanced CMOS process owing to its advantages, such as design simplification, adjustable trigger/holding voltage, low parasitic capacitance. However, the multiple-triggering effect in the typical DTSCR device may cause undesirable larger overall trigger voltage, which results in a reduced ESD safe margin. In previous research, the major cause is attributed to the higher current level required in the intrinsic SCR. The related discussions indicate that it seems to result from the current division rule between the intrinsic and parasitic SCR formed in the triggering process. In this letter, inserting a large space into the trigger diodes is proposed to get a deeper insight into this issue. The triggering current is observed to be regularly reduced along with the increased space, which confirms that the current division is determined by the parasitic resistance distributed between the intrinsic and parasitic SCR paths. The theoretical analysis is well confirmed by device simulation and transmission line pulse(TLP) test results. | 8 | A Role for Transmembrane Protein 16C/Slack Impairment in Excitatory Nociceptive Synaptic Plasticity in the Pathogenesis of Remifentanil-induced Hyperalgesia in Rats显示文摘Remifentanil is widely used to control intraoperative pain. However, its analgesic effect is limited by the generation of postoperative hyperalgesia. In this study, we investigated whether the impairment of transmembrane protein 16C(TMEM16C)/Slack is required for a-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionic receptor(AMPAR) activation in remifentanil-induced postoperative hyperalgesia. Remifentanil anesthesia reduced the paw withdrawal threshold from 2 h to 48 h postoperatively,with a decrease in the expression of TMEM16C and Slack in the dorsal root ganglia(DRG) and spinal cord.Knockdown of TMEM16C in the DRG reduced the expression of Slack and elevated the basal peripheral sensitivity and AMPAR expression and function. Overexpression of TMEM16C in the DRG impaired remifentanilinduced ERK1/2 phosphorylation and behavioral hyperalgesia. AMPAR-mediated current and neuronal excitability were downregulated by TMEM16C overexpression in the spinal cord. | 11 | Improving BDS broadcast ephemeris accuracy using ground-satellite-link observations显示文摘The BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)employs a hybrid constellation including GEO(Geosynchronous Earth Orbit),IGSO(Inclined Geosynchronous Orbit),and MEO(Medium Earth Orbit)satellites,where the GEO and IGSO satellites are critical to providing continuous and reliable Positioning,Navigation,and Timing(PNT)services in the Asia–Pacifc region.To handle the inconsistency between the satellite orbits and clocks in the broadcast ephemeris,which are determined by the Orbit Determination and Time Synchronization(ODTS)and the Two-way Satellite Time Frequency Transfer(TWSTFT)technique,respectively,we present the strategies using ground-satellite-link observations to improve the accuracy of broadcast ephemeris.The clock diferences between the ODTS and TWSTFT techniques are used for correcting the radial orbit component to derive the refned orbits,which are used to generate the refned broadcast ephemeris.The test results show the precision of the refned orbits is improved by 50–60%in the 3-h to 12-h predicted arcs for the GEO satellites,and by 40–50%for the IGSO satellites.Moreover,the validation using satellite laser ranging observations shows the mean precision of the refned broadcast ephemeris is improved by 27%compared to the original one.Applying the proposed strategies in the BDS Operational Control Segment(OCS),the time evolution of BDS Single Point Positioning(SPP)in the period from Jan.2016 to April 2021 is evaluated.The SPP accuracy is improved from 1.94,2.06 and 3.29 m to 1.39,1.85,and 2.39 m in the north,east,and up components,respectively.Further update with the inclusion of BDS-3 satellites improve the corresponding SPP precision to 0.68,0.70 and 1.91 m. | Junping Chen Jungang Wang Chao Yu Yize Zhang Bin Wang | 2022 | Satellite Navigation2022,3,1: | 1 |

| 16 | An evaluation of safety and survival for patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer treated with irreversible electroporation combined with chemotherapy:a retrospectively observational study显示文摘Objective:lreversible electroporation(IRE)is emerging as a new therapy for locally advanced pancreatic cancer(LAPC).We aimed to conduct survival and safety analyses in L APC patients after treatment with IRE combined with chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 64 patients with LAPC who had received IRE and chemotherapy were retrospectively collected from August 2015 to March 2019 at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center.Overall survival(OS)and progression-free survival(PFS)were evaluated using Kaplan-Meier method and compared by the log-rank test.A multivariate Cox regression model was used to determine the prognostic factors of survival.The perioperative complications of IRE were also evaluated.The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center(approval No.C2021-003).Results:The median survival of all included patients were 24.63(95%confidence interval:21.78-27.49)for overall survival and 13.00(95%confidence inteval:8.81-17.19)months for progression-free survival,with 96.8%,51.9%,18.3%;and 52.3%,21.5%,7.9%as the 1-,2-and 3-year OS and PFS rates,respectively.Tumor size[OS,hazard ratio(HR)=1.768,P=0.048;PFS,HR=0.304,P=0.010],neoadjuvant chemotherapy(OS,HR=0338,P=0.030;PFS,HR=0.358,P=0.034),carbohydrate antigen 19-9 variation after IRE(OS,HR=19.320,P=0.003;PFS,HR=14.591,P=0.021)and tumor response after neoadjuvant chemotherapy(OS,HR-8.779,P=0.033;PFS,HR-5.562,P=0.008)were predictive factors of survival in patients with LAPC after IRE.Complications were observed in 20.3%of patients.Grade B pancreatic fistula was the most common complication.The complication rates of the late treatment group(6.1%)were significantly lower than those of the first 15 patients after IRE treatment(66.7%).The median length of hospital stay of late treatment group was 8.6days,which was also shorter than that of the early treatment group(10.0days).Conclusions:IRE combined with chemotherapy could improve survival of LAPC patients with acceptable complication rates.Therefore,it may be a suitable method for LAPC but should be validated in prospective randomized trials. | Chaobin He Jun Wang Yize Mao Xiangming Lao Shengping Li | 2022 | Journal of Pancreatology2022,5,1: | 0 |
| 17 | Cationized Melamine-formaldehyde Resin for Improving the Wet Strength of Paper显示文摘In this work, melamine-formaldehyde resin was cationized by adding modifiers so that the fibers closely bonded to improve their usability and the wet strength of paper was greatly improved. Triethanolamine and dimethylamine were added to modify the melamine-formaldehyde resin,respectively.The mechanism of the cationized resin was explored and the possible chemical reactions were deduced. It was concluded that,with the use of triethanolamine,the most optimum product was obtained by hydroxymethylation for 30 min with a temperature of 85℃ and p H of 9. 0 where n( melamine) ∶ n( formaldehyde) ∶ n( methanol) ∶ n( triethanolamine) was 100 ∶ 330 ∶ 450 ∶ 15. With the combined use of dimethylamine and methanol,the optimal product was acquired by condensation for 30 min at a temperature of 50℃ and p H of 2. 0 at melamine, formaldehyde, methanol, and dimethylamine molar ratio of100∶ 330∶ 350∶ 20. With the only use of dimethylamine,the optimal product was obtained by condensation at melamine,formaldehyde,dimethylamine molar ratio of 100∶ 330∶ 10. The wet tensile strength of fruit-bagging paper was improved by adding cationized melamine-formaldehyde resin. | 18 | Tailoring light on three-dimensional photonic chips: a platform for versatile OAM mode optical interconnects显示文摘Explosive growth in demand for data traffic has prompted exploration of the spatial dimension of lightwaves, which provides a degree of freedom to expand data transmission capacity. Various techniques basedon bulky optical devices have been proposed to tailor light waves in the spatial dimension. However, theirinherent large size, extra loss, and precise alignment requirements make these techniques relativelydifficult to implement in a compact and flexible way. In contrast, three-dimensional (3D) photonic chips withcompact size and low loss provide a promising miniaturized candidate for tailoring light in the spatialdimension. Significantly, they are attractive for chip-assisted short-distance spatial mode optical interconnectsthat are challenging to bulky optics. Here, we propose and fabricate femtosecond laser-inscribed 3D photonicchips to tailor orbital angular momentum (OAM) modes in the spatial dimension. Various functions on theplatform of 3D photonic chips are experimentally demonstrated, including the generation, (de)multiplexing,and exchange of OAM modes. Moreover, chip-chip and chip–fiber–chip short-distance optical interconnectsusing OAM modes are demonstrated in the experiment with favorable performance. | 19 | Amorphous calcium magnesium phosphate nanocomposites with superior osteogenic activity for bone regeneration显示文摘The seek of bioactive materials for promoting bone regeneration is a challenging and longterm task.Functionalization with inorganic metal ions or drug molecules is considered effective strategies to improve the bioactivity of various existing biomaterials.Herein,amorphous calcium magnesium phosphate(ACMP)nanoparticles and simvastatin(SIM)-loaded ACMP(ACMP/SIM)nanocomposites were developed via a simple co-precipitation strategy.The physiochemical property of ACMP/SIM was explored using transmission electron microscope(TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),powder X-ray diffraction(XRD)and highperformance liquid chromatograph(HPLC),and the role of Mg^(2+) in the formation of ACMP/SIM was revealed using X-ray absorption near-edge structure(XANES).After that,the transformation process of ACMP/SIM in simulated body fluid(SBF)was also tracked to simulate and explore the in vivo mineralization performance of materials.We find that ACMP/SIM releases ions of Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)and PO_(4)^(3),when it is immersed in SBF at 37℃,and a phase transformation occurred during which the initially amorphous ACMP turns into self-assembled hydroxyapatite(HAP).Furthermore,ACMP/SIM displays high cytocompatibility and promotes the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells.For the in vivo studies,lamellar ACMP/SIM/Collagen scaffolds with aligned pore structures were prepared and used to repair a rat defect model in calvaria.ACMP/SIM/Collagen scaffolds show a positive effect in promoting the regeneration of calvaria defect after 12weeks.The bioactive ACMP/SIM nanocomposites are promising as bone repair materials.Considering the facile preparation process and superior in vitro/vivo bioactivity,the as-prepared ACMP/SIM would be a potential candidate for bone related biomedical applications. | Yingying Jiang Shuo Tan Jianping Hu Xin Chen Feng Chen Qianting Yao Zhi Zhou Xiansong Wang Zifei Zhou Yunshan Fan Junjian Liu Yize Lin Lijia Liu Shisheng He | 2021 | Regenerative Biomaterials2021,8,6: | 0 |
