| 3 | An Fe-N/S-C hybrid electrocatalyst derived from bimetal-organic framework for efficiently electrocatalyzing oxygen reduction reaction in acidic media显示文摘Heteroatoms doped Fe-N-C electrocatalysts have been widely acknowledged as one of the most promising candidates to replace Pt-based materials for electrocatalyzing oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).However,the complicated synthesis method and controversial catalytic mechanism represent a substantial impediment as of today.Herein,a very facile strategy to prepare Fe-N/S-C hybrid through pyrolyzing Zn and Fe bimetallic MOFs is rationally designed.The electrocatalytic ORR performance shows a volcanotype curve with the increment of added Fe content.The half-wave potential(E1/2) for ORR at optimized Fe-N/S-C-10%(10%=n(Fe)/(n(Fe)+n(Zn)),n(Fe) and n(Zn) represent the moles of Fe2+ and Zn2+ in the precursors,respectively) shifts significantly to the positive direction of 19.6 mV with respect to that of Pt/C in acidic media,as well as a high 4 e selectivity and methanol tolerance.After 10,000 potential cycles,E1/2 exhibits a small negative shift of-27.5 mV at Fe-N/S-C-10% compared favorably with Pt/C(~141.0 mV).This can be attributed to:(ⅰ) large specific surface area(849 m^(2)/g) and hierarchically porous structure are favorable for the rapid mass transfer and active sites exposure;(ⅱ) the embedded Fecontaining nanoparticles in porous carbon are difficult to be moved and further agglomerated during the electrochemical accelerated aging test,further improving its stability;(ⅲ) there exist small Fecontaining nanoparticles,uniformly doped N and S,abundant Fe-N as efficiently active sites.This work represents a breakthrough in the development of high-efficient non-precious-metal catalysts(NPMCs)to address the current Pt-based electrocatalysts challenges. | Shuqin Song Mingmei Wu Junwei Chen Zhuohua Mo Rui Chen Kun Wang Tongwen Yu | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1: | 2 |
| 4 | Influence of lunar regolith compressibility on sampling performance of thick wall spiral drills显示文摘A 2 m class robotic drill was sent to the Moon and successfully collected and returned regolith samples in late 2020 by China.It was a typical thick wall spiral drill(TWSD)with a hollow auger containing a complex coring system to retain subsurface regolith samples.Before the robotic drill was launched,a series of laboratory tests were carried out to investigate and predict the possible drilling loads it may encounter in the lunar environment.This work presents how the sampling performance of the TWSD is affected by the regolith compressibility.Experiments and analysis during the drilling and sampling process in a simulated lunar regolith environment were conducted.The compressibility of a typical lunar regolith simulant(LRS)was measured through unidirectional compression tests to study the relationship between its inner regolith stress and bulk density.A theoretical model was established to elucidate the cutting discharge behavior by auger flights based on the aforementioned relationship.Experiments were conducted with the LRS,and the results show that the sampling performance is greatly affected by the flux of the drilled cuttings into the spiral flight channels.This work helped in scheduling reasonable drilling parameters to promote the sampling performance of the robotic drill in the Chinese Chang’E 5 mission. | Yong PANG Tao ZHANG Hongyu WEI Ting ZENG Yinliang ZHANG Guidong MO Kun XU Shen YIN Guoxin WANG Xingwang ZHANG Xiaoming LAI Xilun DING | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,2: | 2 |
| 5 | Defective point data reconstruction based on improved process of morphological operations显示文摘In industry,the defective point data often make most surface reconstruction methods suffer from inherent problems that some specific aided information is difficult to obtain. To solve the problem,a novel implicit reconstruction method without any such information is proposed. This approach extends morphological operations into 3D space and provides an improved procedure to construct off-set gradient functions for indirect approximation. By this method,the dual relative functions guarantee a minimal crust surrounding the point data. They can generate a smooth and watertight resulting surface,filling holes and merging overlapping samples reasonably. Compared with other existing methods,the proposed method is better suited to handle defective point clouds in a convenient and efficient manner. | 15 | Acquisition of taxane resistance by p53 inactivation in ovarian cancer cells显示文摘Ovarian cancer is one of the most common gynecologic malignancies in women and has a poor prognosis.Taxanes are a class of standard first-line chemotherapeutic agents for the treatment of ovarian cancer.However,tumor-intrinsic and acquired resistance to taxanes poses major challenges to improving clinical outcomes.Hence,there is an urgent clinical need to understand the mechanisms of resistance in order to discover potential biomarkers and therapeutic strategies to increase taxane sensitivity in ovarian cancer.Here,we report the identification of an association between the TP53 status and taxane sensitivity in ovarian cancer cells through complementary experimental and informatics approaches.We found that TP53 inactivation is associated with taxane resistance in ovarian cancer cells,supported by the evidence from(i)drug sensitivity profiling with bioinformatic analysis of large-scale cancer therapeutic response and genomic datasets and(ii)gene signature identification based on experimental isogenic cell line models.Further,our studies revealed TP53-dependent gene expression patterns,such as overexpression of ACSM3,as potential predictive biomarkers of taxane resistance in ovarian cancer.The TP53-dependent hyperactivation of the WNT/β-catenin pathway discovered herein revealed a potential vulnerability to exploit in developing combination therapeutic strategies.Identification of this genotype-phenotype relationship between the TP53 status and taxane sensitivity sheds light on TP53-directed patient stratification and therapeutic discoveries for ovarian cancer treatment. | Changfa Shu Xi Zheng Alafate Wuhafu Danielle Cicka Sean Doyle Qiankun Niu Dacheng Fan Kun Qian Andrey AIvanov Yuhong Du Xiulei Mo Haian Fu | 2022 | Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2022,43,9: | 1 |
