| 1 | Ultrathin Al2O3-coated reduced graphene oxide membrane for stable lithium metal anode显示文摘Lithium(Li) metal has been considered as the most attractive anode materials for Li-ion batteries(LIBs)due to its high theoretic specific capacity. The formation of unstable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI) and dendritic Li on the metal anode, however, hindered its practical application. Herein, to address the issues, a Li-free electrode with ultrathin Al_2O_3 coated on reduced graphene oxide(rGO) membrane that covers a Cu foil current collector was developed. The composite electrode exhibits excellent interfacial protection of lithium metal deposited between Cu foil and rGO electrochemically. Firstly, it affords good Li^+ permeability from the electrolyte. Secondly, the ultrathin Al_2O_3 has sufficient mechanical strength to inhibit the penetration of Li dendrite. | 2 | Monte Carlo Simulation of in situ Gamma-Spectra Recorded by Na I(Tl) Detector in the Marine Environment显示文摘To develop a Na I(Tl) detector for in situ radioactivity monitoring in the marine environment and enhance the confidence of the probability of the gamma-spectrum analysis, Monte Carlo simulations using the Monte Carlo N-Particle( MNCP) code were performed to provide the response spectra of some interested radionuclides and the background spectra originating from the natural radionuclides in seawater recorded by a Na I(Tl) detector. A newly developed 75 mm × 75 mm Na I(Tl) detector was calibrated using four reference radioactive sources 137 Cs, 60 Co, 40 K and 54 Mn in the laboratory before the field measurements in seawater. A simulation model was established for the detector immersed in seawater. The simulated spectra were all broadened with Gaussian pulses to reflect the statistical fluctuations and electrical noise in the real measurement. The simulated spectra show that the single-energy photons into the detector are mostly scattering low-energy photons and the high background in the low energy region mainly originates from the Compton effect of the high energy γ-rays of natural radionuclides in seawater. The simulated background spectrum was compared with the experimental one recorded in field measurement and they seem to be in good agreement. | 12 | Solvent-mediated handedness inversed and amplified circularly polarized luminescence system based on camptothecin derivative显示文摘To realize the handedness controllable circularly polarized luminescence(CPL) system remains challenging. Herein, the solvent-mediated CPL inversion and amplification systems were successfully constructed by camptothecin derivative(CPT-A). Due to the planar structure of N,N-dimethylformamide, it could coassemble with CPT-A, resulting in the alteration of g_(lum) from –0.0082 to +0.0085 by increasing water content. While in the non-planar solvent(hexafluoroisopropanol), the g_(lum) was amplified to 0.034 with the increase in water content. Moreover, the CPT-A could react with the glutathione, resulting in the anticancer drug CPT to make it more toxic to the cancer cells.
