1Simultaneous in-situ determination of U-Pb age and trace elements in zircon by LA-ICP-MS in 20 μm spot size显示文摘Simultaneous in-situ determination of U-Pb ages and 20 trace elements of three international zircon standards(91500,GJ1 and TEMORA 1) and one laboratory zircon standard(SK10-2) separated from Cenozoic fine-grained gabbro was carried out on quadrupole ICP-MS equipped with 193 nm excimer laser in 20 μm spot size. The weighted mean 206Pb/238U ages of 91500,GJ1 and TEMORA 1 are 1064.4±4.8 Ma(2σ ),603.2±2.4 Ma(2σ ) and 418.2±2.4 Ma(2σ ),respectively. The relative standard de-viations(RSDs) of 206Pb/238U ages(2σ ) are less than 2.2% for single measurements and 0.6% for weighted means. The obtained weighted mean 206Pb/238U ages of three standard zircons agree with the recommended values within 2σ error. The weighted mean 206Pb/238U age of SK10-2 is 31.42±0.25 Ma(2σ ) and the RSDs of 206Pb/238U ages(2σ ) are between 2.4% and 5.7% for single measurements and less than 0.8% for weighted mean. The obtained weighted mean 206Pb/238U age is in good agreement with the age obtained by Yuan(2004). Trace element concentrations of NIST612 and NIST614 obtained under the same LA-ICP-MS operating conditions agree with the recommended values within analytical error. 2LA-(MC)-ICPMS U-Pb zircon geochronology and Lu-Hf isotope compositions of the Taihua complex on the southern margin of the North China Craton显示文摘Widely distributed on the southern margin of the North China Craton,the Taihua complex extends roughly in an east-west direction and the relatively complete successions are found in Lushan County,Henan Province.Like many other Archean terranes,the Taihua Complex can be divided into two major lithological units along the Dangze River,namely gneisses series and supracrustal rocks.The former is located on the north side of the river and chiefly composed of TTG gneisses and amphibolites;the latter on the south side of the river is mainly supracrustal rock.Coupled with the previous studies,the results obtained by this study show that the Taihua complex was formed in a large time span from Neoarchean to Palaeoproterozoic.The TTG gneisses and amphibolites are dated at Neoarchean (2794–2752 Ma).The 2.9 Ga and 3.1 Ga zircons in amphibolites could be xenocrysts.In the North China Craton,the 2.8–2.7 Ga old rocks crop out in several areas e.g.western Shandong Province,Jiaodong Peninsula and Lushan area of Henan Province.In addition,2.8–2.7 Ga detrital zircons or xenocryst zircons have been recognized in Huai’an,Fuping,Wutai areas of North China Craton and also reported in the Early Paleozoic diamondiferous kimberlites in Mengyin and Fuxian.All these age results indicate that the 2.8–2.7 Ga rocks may have been developed much broader region than today’s outcrops.Zircon Hf and whole rock Nd isotopes show that the 2.8–2.7 Ga tectono-thermal event represents an important period of crustal growth with minor ancient crust reworked in the North China Craton.However the formation of supracrustal rocks is limited to 2.2–2.0 Ga in the Palaeoproterozoic time,not the Archaean,as previously believed.Combined with the chronological data of aluminium-rich metamorphic rocks (Khondalite series) on the southern margin of the North China Craton and adjacent areas,it is suggested that the above areas have widely developed Paleoproterozoic passive continental margin environment.DIWU ChunRong SUN Yong LIN CiLuan WANG HongLiang 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,23:72
3U–Pb ages and Hf isotopes for detrital zircons from quartzite in the Paleoproterozoic Songshan Group on the southwestern margin of the North China Craton显示文摘In situ U-Pb dating and Lu-Hf isotopic analysis were carried out for detrital zircons from quartzite in the Paleoproterozoic Songshan Group on the southern margin of the North China Craton (NCC). The re- sults provide further constraints on the crustal formation and evolution history of NCC. Four 207Pb/206Pb age populations were obtained from 99 analyses, with clusters at ~3.40 Ga, 2.77―2.80 Ga, ~2.50 Ga and 2.34 Ga, respectively. The 3.40 Ga old zircons have similar Hf isotopic compositions to those from Ar- chean rocks in the Jidong and Anshan areas of NCC. However, crustal remnants older than 3.6 Ga have been identified in the southern margin of NCC, the South China Craton, the northwestern part of the Qinling Orogen and its adjacent area. Thus, it is not easy to trace the source rock from which the 3.40 Ga detrital zircons were derived. It can be inferred that the crustal remnants older than 3.40 Ga might have been widely distributed in the North China Craton. The 2.77―2.80 Ga zircons make up a relatively small proportion and have the highest εHf (t) values (up to 6.1±1.6), consistent with the Hf isotopic composition of the depleted mantle at 2.83 Ga. Their single-stage Hf model age of 2.83 Ga is close to their crystallized age, suggesting that their source rocks were extracted from the contemporaneous depleted mantle. The ~2.50 Ga zircon grains constitute about 85% of the total grain population and their Hf isotopic compositions indicate major growth of juvenile crust at ~2.50 Ga but minor reworking of ancient crust. 4Combined Pollution and Pollution Index of Heavy Metals in Red Soil显示文摘A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn and As coexisting in red soilon growth of rice (Oryza sativa L.), mung bean (Vigna rabiata (Linn.) Wilczek), alfalfa (Medicago sativaL.), slash pine (Pinus elliottii Engelm.) and aspen (Populus L.). Results showed that rice, mung bean andalfalfa were significantly innuenced by combined pollution of the heavy metals. The contents of Pb, cd andAs in rice grains greatly exceeded the National Standards for Food Hygiene of China. Heavy metals at ahigh concentration seriously retarded growth of mung bean and alfalfa, but not so obviously with slash pineand aspen. 5Geochronological,geochemical,and Nd-Hf isotopic studies of the Qinling Complex,central China:Implications for the evolutionary history of the North Qinling Orogenic Belt显示文摘The Qinling Complex of central China is thought to be the oldest rock unit and the inner core of the North Qinling Orogenic Belt(NQOB).Therefore,the Qinling Complex is the key to understanding the prePaleozoic evolution of the NQOB.The complex,which consists of metagraywackes and marbles,underwent regional amphibolite-facies metamorphism.In this study,we constrained the formation age of the Qinling Complex to the period between the late Mesoproterozoic and the early Neoproterozoic(ca.1062-962 Ma),rather than the Paleoproterozoic as previously thought.The LA-ICP-MS data show two major metamorphic ages(ca.499 and ca.420-400 Ma) for the Qinling Complex.The former age is consistent with the peak metamorphic age of the high- and ultra-high pressure(HP-UHP) rocks in the Qinling Complex,indicating that both the HP-UHP rocks and their country rocks experienced intensive regional metamorphism during the Ordovician.The latter age may constrain the time of partial melting in the NQOB between the late Silurian and early Devonian.The Qinling Complex is mostly affiliated with subduction-accretion processes along an active continental margin,and should contain detritus deposited in a forearc basin.The available data indicate that the NQOB was an independent micro-continent at least prior to the Neoproterozoic,and included a portion of the Grenville orogenic belt during the period of 1.2-0.8 Ga.The NQOB has experienced a unique geological history,which is obviously different from that of the North China Craton(NCC) and the Yangtze Craton during the Precambrian.The Neoproterozoic granitoids that intruded the Qinling Complex can be interpreted as the products of assembly of the supercontinent Rodinia.The NQOB was separated from Rodinia at ca.830-740 Ma.Subsequently,the NQOB moved closer to the northern margin of the NCC,and the initial accretion or collision with the NCC occurred from the late Cambrian to the early Ordovician.Chunrong Diwu Yong Sun Yan Zhao BingXiang Liu Shaocong Lai 2014Geoscience Frontiers2014,5,4:27

7~4.1 Ga xenocrystal zircon from Ordovician volcanic rocks in western part of North Qinling Orogenic Belt显示文摘High-precision U-Pb dating by in situ LA-ICP-MS yields an age of 4079±5 Ma for a xenocrystal zircon from Ordovician volcanics of the Caotangou Group in western part of the North Qinling Orogenic Belt. As a result, the North Qinling Orogenic Belt becomes one of a few localities in the world that contain Hadean age records (4276±6 Ma and 4404±8 Ma detrital zircons from Jack Hill of the Yilgarn craton, 4016 Ma Acasta gneisses of the Wopmay Orogeny and Burang quartzite with detrital zircon of 4103 Ma in Tibet). It is also the first report of the Hadean age in Phanerozoic volcanics. The finding of the 4.1 Ga xenocrystal zircon provides not only the geochronological record of the oldest crustal materials in China, but also the condition for further search for rocks forming in the region during the early time of the Earth’s evolution. Thirty-six zircon U-Pb dates from the Ordovician volcanic rocks are subgrouped into seven generations that represent different tectono-magmatic events in the North Qinling Orogenic Belt. 8Influence of Water Stress on Endogenous Hormone Contents and Cell Damage of Maize Seedlings显示文摘Phytohormones play critical roles in regulating plant responses to stress. We investigated the effects of water stress induced by adding 12% (w/v) polyethylene glycol to the root medium on the levels of abscisic acid (ABA), indole-3-acid (IAA), zeatin (ZT), and gibberellin3 (GA3) in maize leaves. The results suggested that water stress had significant effects on the four hormone levels. There was a transient increase in the IAA content during the initial stage of adaptation to water stress in maize leaves, but it dropped sharply thereafter in response to water stress. ABA content increased dramatically in maize leaves after 24 h of exposure to water stress, and then the high levels of ABA were maintained to the end. The contents of ZT and GA3 rapidly declined in maize leaves subjected to water stress. The effects of water stress on chlorophyll content, electrolyte leakage and malondialdehyde levels in maize leaves were also studied. The variation of cell damage was negatively correlated with ZT and GA3 levels in maize leaves under water stress. Thus, we explored the roles of ZT and GA3 on the growth of maize seedlings under water stress by exogenous application. 9Response of grain yield to plant density and nitrogen rate in spring maize hybrids released from 1970 to 2010 in Northeast China显示文摘The objective of this study was to identify the response of grain yield to plant density and nitrogen rate in spring maize hybrids released from 1970 to 2010 and grown extensively in Northeast China.Twenty-one hybrids were grown for 2 years in Northeast China at densities of 30,000,52,500,75,000,and 97,500 plants ha^(-1)and N application levels of 0,150,300,and 450 kg N ha^(-1).Irrespective of density or nitrogen application rate,grain yields both per plant and per unit area were significantly higher for newer than older hybrids.As plant density increased from 30,000 to 97,500 plant ha^(-1),yield per plant of 1970 s,1980 s,1990 s,and 2000 s hybrids decreased by 50%,45%,46%,and 52%,respectively.The response of grain yield per unit area to plant density was curvilinear.The estimated optimum plant densities were about 58,000,49,000,65,000,and 65,000 plants ha^(-1)for hybrids released in the 1970 s,1980s,1990 s,and 2000 s,respectively.The theoretical optimum densities for the hybrids released from the 1970 s to the 2000 s increased by 1750 plants ha^(-1)decade^(-1).Nitrogen fertilization significantly increased grain yields per plant and per unit area for all hybrids.The theoretical optimum N application rates for high yield for hybrids released in the 1970 s and 1980 s were about 280 and 360 kg ha^(-1),and the hybrids from the 1990 s and 2000 s showed highest yield at 330 kg ha^(-1)N.No significant difference in the grain yields of 2000 s hybrids between the N levels of 150 to 450 kg ha^(-1)was found.Significant yield gains per plant and per unit area were found,with average increases of 17.9 g plant^(-1)decade^(-1)and936 kg ha^(-1)decade^(-1)over the period 1970–2010,respectively.Yield gains were attributed mainly to increased yield per plant,contributed by increases in kernel number per ear and1000-kernel weight.The rates of lodging and barren plants of newer hybrids were significantly lower than those of older ones,especially at high plant density.Chunrong Qian Yang Yu Xiujie Gong Yubo Jiang Yang Zhao Zhongliang Yang Yubo Hao Liang Li Zhenwei Song Weijian Zhang 2016The Crop Journal2016,4,6:15

12Early Precambrian tectonothermal events of the North China Craton:Constraints from in situ detrital zircon U-Pb,Hf and O isotopic compositions in Tietonggou Formation显示文摘Clastic sediments and sedimentary rocks are widely used for understanding the formation and evolution of the continental crust.The Tietonggou Formation outcrops in the Xiaoqinling region at the southern margin of the North China Craton(NCC)and has unconformable contacts with the underlying Taihua Complex and overlying Paleoproterozoic Xiong’er Group.It mainly consists of quartzite and its protoliths are mature terrigenous clastic rocks.On the basis of the ages of the youngest detrital zircons from the quartzites and the ages of the Xiong’er Group,the depositional ages of the protoliths of the Tietonggou Formation were well constrained to 1.91–1.80 Ga.The U-Pb isotopic data of detrital zircons from the Formation show a major age peak at^2.1 Ga,which is consistent with 2.2–2.0 Ga magmatism in the Trans-North China Orogen of the NCC.Taking into account the texctural and compositional maturity of the Tietonggou Formation quartzite,the^2.1 Ga lithologic units in the Trans-North China Orogen are interpreted as the major source of the Tietonggou Formation.The majority of these^2.1 Ga detrital zircons mostly have highδ18O values(>6.5‰)and negativeεHf(t)values(–7.8–0.0),with corresponding Hf model ages significantly older than their crystallization ages,indicating that these zircons formed from the partial melting of ancient continental crust.The majority of the2.8–2.7 Ga and^2.5 Ga detrital zircons from the Tietonggou Formation had positiveεHf(t)values,and mantle-likeδ18O values,suggesting that the NCC has experienced two stages of significant crustal growth in the Neoarchaean at 2.7 and 2.5 Ga,respectively.The Hf isotopic data of detrital zircons from Paleoproterozoic metasedimentary rocks in the Trans-North China Orogen varied mainly toward the reduction of the radiogenic Hf isotope and gradually show a similar trend of the isotope trajectories of crustal evolution.This reveals that the NCC probably has not developed a long-lived subduction to complete the final assembly of the NCC.Alternatively,these maybe imply that the tectonic setting of the NCC substantially changed at^2.1 Ga,the reduction of the radiogenic Hf isotope could be attributed to the rollback of the subducting slab.DIWU ChunRong SUN Yong GAO JianFeng FAN LongGang 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,31:11
13LMM5.1 and LMM5.4,two eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1Alike gene family members,negatively affect cell death and disease resistance in rice显示文摘Lesion mimic mutant(LMM) genes, stimulating lesion formation in the absence of pathogens, play significant roles in immune response. In this study, we characterized a rice lesion mimic mutant, lmm5,which displayed light-dependent spontaneous lesions. Additionally, lmm5 plants exhibited enhanced resistance to all of the tested races of Magnaporthe oryzae and Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae(Xoo) by increasing the expression of defense-related genes and the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide. Genetic analysis showed that the lesion mimic phenotype of lmm5 was controlled by two genes, lmm5.1 and lmm5.4, which were isolated with a map-based cloning strategy. Remarkably, LMM5.1 and LMM5.4 share a 97.4% amino acid sequence identity, and they each encode a eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1A(e EF1A)-like protein. Besides, LMM5.1 and LMM5.4 were expressed in a tissue-specific and an indicaspecific manner, respectively. In addition, high-throughput m RNA sequencing analysis confirmed that the basal immunity was constitutively activated in the lmm5 mutant. 14Preparation and evaluation of biomimetric nano-hydroxyapatite-based composite scaffolds for bone-tissue engineering显示文摘In the present study,novel biomimetic composite scaffolds with a composition similar to that of natural bone were prepared,using nano-hydroxyapatite,collagen,and phosphatidylserine.The scaffolds possess an interconnected porous structure with a porosity of 84%.The pore size ranges from several micrometers up to about 400 m.In-vitro studies in simulated body fluids showed that the morphologies of the products derived from mineralization can be regulated by the extracellular matrix components of the scaffolds;this in turn leads to creation of a large number of hydroxyapatite crystals on the scaffold surface.The regulatory properties of collagen and phosphatidylserine also influenced the cell response to the composite scaffolds.MC3T3-E1 cells attached and spread on the surfaces of the materials and interacted with the substrates;this may be the result of charged groups on the composite materials.Radiological analysis suggested that calluses and bone bridges formed in defects within 12 weeks.These composite scaffolds may therefore be a suitable replacement in bone-tissue engineering.YANG ChunRong WANG YingJun CHEN XiaoFeng 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,21:9
15Study on Surface and Bulk Properties of Ce-5 % Lanthanum Alloy显示文摘The surface and bulk properties of Ce-5% La were studied with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively.The XRD analysis shows that cerium in bulk is in γ-phase, and its lattice parameter is 0.516 nm.And we also find Ce2O3 in the bulk from the XRD figure but no existence of metal lanthanum because of its small quantity.The XPS analysis shows that there are always oxides existing in the surface.The O1s peak always exists at the binding energy of 530.3 eV, which may be attributed to Ce2O3 and La2O3, but no evidence was found for the existence of CeO2.It is concluded that there is a thick layer of Ce2O3 on the sample surface.And the Ce3d peak show multi-split in the figure, in which there are two peaks in each region, 3d5/2 and 3d3/2, and the binding energy of these peaks are 882.86, 887.70 eV for 3d5/2, and 901.44, 905.93 eV for 3d3/2.The special phenomena can be attributed to the changes of 4f electronic configuration, and the cerium in the sample exhibits properties similar to Ce2O3.But the influence of the addition of lanthanum to cerium is not visible, and further investigations are expected.Luo Lizhu Wang Xiaolin Fu Xiaoguo Zhang Yanzhi Zhao Zhengping Liu Chunrong 2004Journal of Rare Earths2004,22,z1:7

17Comparing logic coverage criteria on test case prioritization显示文摘Logic coverage criteria have been widely used in the testing of safety-critical software.In the past few years,fault-based logic coverage criteria have been studied intensively both in theory and in practice.However,there is a lack of authentic evidence of the comparison of fault-based logic coverage criteria with other logic coverage criteria,such as branch coverage and modified condition/decision coverage(MC/DC).In this paper,we present a comprehensive empirical study that compares these logic coverage criteria on test case prioritization,which is currently a hot topic in software testing.Several useful conclusions are drawn from our research:(1) Fine-grained coverage criteria are always more effective and efficient.(2) The effectiveness of fault-based logic coverage criteria is not significantly different from that of MC/DC in terms of statistics,but the former is more stable.(3) A random strategy is more effective than branch coverage if a certain number of test cases are redundant.FANG ChunRong CHEN ZhenYu XU BaoWen 2012Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,12:6

In this study, the mixture of HF and HNO3 acids in high-temperature and high-pressure closed-vessel digestion technique were used to decompose some Chinese reference materials, and thirty seven elements were determined by ICP-MS. Most of the results for Chinese soil reference materials were found to be in reasonable agreement with the reference values, except Cs, Ta, Li, Ge, Zn, Nd, Tb and Ta whose values need to be revised. Their precisions were typically lower than 5% RSD. However, the Precisions of Chinese clay reference materials, especially for GBW03102 and GBW03102a, were significantly different with reference values, probably reflecting the existence of a coarser-grained fraction(>70 μm) in samples, and the formation of fluorides in Al-rich samples during sample decomposition by using the mixture of HF and HNO3 acids. 19Impacts of nighttime post-anthesis warming on rice productivity and grain quality in East China显示文摘The impacts of nighttime post-anthesis warming on rice productivity and grain quality in East China were evaluated for two cultivars, II You 128, an indica rice, and Wuyunjing 7, a japonica rice. Warming by 3.0 °C stimulated the nighttime respiration rate and decreased the photosynthesis rate, resulting in significant decreases of 21.2% and 24.9% in aboveground biomass accumulation for II You 128 and Wuyunjing 7, respectively. Warming significantly reduced the rates of seed setting and grain filling, especially of inferior kernels(those lower in panicles), while the filling rate of superior kernels remained almost unchanged. As a result, 1000-grain weight and grain yield were respectively 3.7% and 30.0% lower for II You 128 and 12.8% and 34.3% for Wuyunjing 7 in warmed plots than in the unwarmed control. Nighttime warming also significantly reduced the grain milling and appearance quality of both varieties. More negative effects of warming on inferior than on superior kernels were found.
