1Analysis of Mixed Model in Gear Transmission Based on ADAMS显示文摘The traditional method of mechanical gear driving simulation includes gear pair method and solid to solid contact method. The former has higher solving efficiency but lower results accuracy; the latter usually obtains higher precision of results while the calculation process is complex, also it is not easy to converge. Currently, most of the researches are focused on the description of geometric models and the definition of boundary conditions. However, none of them can solve the problems fundamentally. To improve the simulation efficiency while ensure the results with high accuracy, a mixed model method which uses gear tooth profiles to take the place of the solid gear to simulate gear movement is presented under these circumstances. In the process of modeling, build the solid models of the mechanism in the SolidWorks firstly; Then collect the point coordinates of outline curves of the gear using SolidWorks API and create fit curves in Adams based on the point coordinates; Next, adjust the position of those fitting curves according to the position of the contact area; Finally, define the loading conditions, boundary conditions and simulation parameters. The method provides gear shape information by tooth profile curves; simulates the mesh process through tooth profile curve to curve contact and offer mass as well as inertia data via solid gear models. This simulation process combines the two models to complete the gear driving analysis. In order to verify the validity of the method presented, both theoretical derivation and numerical simulation on a runaway escapement are conducted. The results show that the computational efficiency of the mixed model method is 1.4 times over the traditional method which contains solid to solid contact. Meanwhile, the simulation results are more closely to theoretical calculations. 2Preparation of highly conductive graphene-coated glass fibers by sol-gel and dip-coating method显示文摘In order to fabricate highly-conductive glass fibers using graphene as multi-functional coatings, we reported the preparation of graphene-coated glass fibers with high electrical conductivity through solgel and dip-coating technique in a simple way. Graphene oxide (GO) was partially reduced to graphene hydrosol, and then glass fibers were dipped and coated with the reduced GO (rGO). After repeated solgel and dip-coating treatment, the glass fibers were fully covered with rGO coatings, and consequently exhibited increased hydrophobicity and high electrical conductivity. The graphene-coated fibers exhibited good electrical conductivity of 24.9 S/cm, being higher than that of other nanocarbon-coated fibers and commercial carbon fibers, which is mainly attributed to the high intrinsic electrical conductivity of rGO and full coverage of fiber surfaces. The wettability and electrical conductivity of the coated fibers strongly depended on the dip-coating times and coating thickness, which is closely associated with coverage degree and compact structure of the graphene coatings. 4Metabolic alteration of neuroactive steroids and protective effect of progesterone in Alzheimer's disease-like rats显示文摘A correlation between metabolic alterations of neuroactive steroids and Alzheimer's disease remains unknown. In the present study, amyloid beta(Aβ) 25–35(Aβ25–35) injected into the bilateral hippocampus CA1 region significantly reduced learning and memory. At the biochemical level, hippocampal levels of pregnenolone were significantly reduced with Aβ25–35treatment. Furthermore, progesterone was considerably decreased in the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus, and 17β-estradiol was significantly elevated. To our knowledge, this is the first report showing that Aβ25–35, a main etiological factor of Alzheimer's disease, can alter the level and metabolism of neuroactive steroids in the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus, which are brain regions significantly involved in learning and memory.Aβ25–35exposure also increased the expression of inflammatory mediators, tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-1β. However, subcutaneous injection of progesterone reversed the upregulation of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-1β in a dose-dependent manner. Concomitant with improved cognitive abilities, progesterone blocked Aβ-mediated inflammation and increased the survival rate of hippocampal pyramidal cells. We thus hypothesize that Aβ-mediated cognitive deficits may occur via changes in neuroactive steroids. 5Integral sliding mode control design for nonlinear stochastic systems under imperfect quantization显示文摘This paper presents a sliding mode control(SMC) scheme via output-feedback approach for It?o stochastic systems under a quantization mechanism. The quantization process is formulated with the imperfection that random packet loss occurs at the logarithmic quantizer. A Luenberger observer is designed, based on the packet loss rate and the imperfect quantized measurement. A novel SMC law is synthesized by utilization of an integral sliding surface. The stochastic stability of the resulting closed-loop system is analyzed in terms of Lyapunov stability, and a set of solvable matrix inequalities are established for practical application requirements. 6Application of the sodium hyaluronate-CNTF scaffolds in repairing adult rat spinal cord injury and facilitating neural network formation显示文摘The present study aimed to explore the potential of the sodium hyaluronate-CNTF (ciliary neurotrophic factor) scaffold in activating endogenous neurogenesis and facilitating neural network re-formation after the adult rat spinal cord injury (SCI). After completely cutting and removing a 5-mm adult rat T8 segment, a sodium hyaluronate-CNTF scaffold was implanted into the lesion area. Dil tracing and immunofluorescence staining were used to observe the proliferation, differentiation and integration of neural stem cells (NSCs) after SCI. A planar multielectrode dish system (MED64) was used to test the electrophysiological characteristics of the regenerated neural network in the lesioned area. Electrophysiology and behavior evaluation were used to evaluate functional recovery of paraplegic rat hindlimbs. The Dil tracing and immunofluorescence results suggest that the sodium hyaluronate-CNTF scaffold could activate the NSCs originating from the spinal cord ependymal, and facilitate their migration to the lesion area and differentiation into mature neurons, which were capable of forming synaptic contact and receiving glutamatergic excitatory synaptic input. The MED64 results suggest that functional synapsis could be established among regenerated neurons as well as between regenerated neurons and the host tissue, which has been evidenced to be glutamatergic excitatory synapsis. The electrophysiology and behavior evaluation results indicate that the paraplegic rats’ sensory and motor functions were recovered in some degree. 7Establishment and application of drilling sealing model in the spherical grouting mode based on the loosing-circle theory显示文摘There are quite a few studies that have been done on borehole sealing theory both domestically and internationally.The existing researches usually consider drilling of the surroundings as a dense homogeneous elastic body which does not meet the characteristics of real drilling of the fractured body.Based on the loosing-circle theory and analyses of the surrounding rock stress field,cracks and seepage fields,combined with Newtonian fluid spherical grouting model,we deduced the dynamic relationship between the seepage coefficient and rock or grouting parameters of the drilling sealing fluid mode of spherical fissure grouting.In this experiment,mucus was injected in the simulated coal seam and the permeability coefficient of the sealing body was calculated by using the model.To verify the validity of the model,the calculated sealing body number was compared with the extreme negative pressure that the sealing body could withstand.The theoretical model revealed the drilling sealing fluid mechanism,provided a method for the quantitative calculation of the drilling sealing fluid effect by grouting mode and a reference for the subsequent research of sealing mechanism.Hao Zhiyong Lin Baiquan Gao Yabin Cheng Yanying 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,6:6
8Effects of in-situ stress on the stability of a roadway excavated through a coal seam显示文摘Roadways excavated through a coal seam can exert an adverse effect on roadway stability. To investigate the effects of in-situ stress on roadway stability, numerical models were built and high horizontal stresses at varying orientations were applied. The results indicate that stress concentrations, roadway deformation and failure increase in magnitude and extent as the excavation angle with respect to the maximum horizontal stress increases. In addition, the stress adjacent to the coal-rock interface sharply varies in space and evolves with time; coal is much more vulnerable to deformation and failure than rock.The results provide insights into the layout of roadways excavated through a coal seam. Roadways should be designed parallel or at a narrow angle to the maximum horizontal stress. 9Deep learning classification of coastal wetland hyperspectral image combined spectra and texture features: A case study of Huanghe(Yellow) River Estuary wetland显示文摘This paper develops a deep learning classification method with fully-connected 8-layers characteristics to classification of coastal wetland based on CHRIS hyperspectral image. The method combined spectral feature and multi-spatial texture feature information has been applied in the Huanghe(Yellow) River Estuary coastal wetland.The results show that:(1) Based on testing samples, the DCNN model combined spectral feature and texture feature after K-L transformation appear high classification accuracy, which is up to 99%.(2) The accuracy by using spectral feature with all the texture feature is lower than that using spectral only and combing spectral and texture feature after K-L transformation. The DCNN classification accuracy using spectral feature and texture feature after K-L transformation was up to 99.38%, and the outperformed that of all the texture feature by 4.15%.(3) The classification accuracy of the DCNN method achieves better performance than other methods based on the whole validation image, with an overall accuracy of 84.64% and the Kappa coefficient of 0.80.(4) The developed DCNN model classification algorithm ensured the accuracy of all types is more balanced, and it also greatly improved the accuracy of tidal flat and farmland, while kept the classification accuracy of main types almost invariant compared to the shallow algorithms. The classification accuracy of tidal flat and farmland is up to 79.26% and 56.72%respectively based on the DCNN model. 10Evolution of dielectric loss-dominated electromagnetic patterns in magnetic absorbers for enhanced microwave absorption performances显示文摘As the growing criterion of electromagnetic wave (EMW) absorption materials, micro/nano-scale magnetic materials are drawing more and more attention for their unique features compared to bulky absorbers. Generally, the complex permeability of micro/nano-scale magnetic absorbers varies in a relatively narrow range, whatever for the storage of magnetic energy or the dissipation of magnetic energy. If so, how the small variation of permeability affects the ultimate performances is still unclear. Here, a strategy of electromagnetic parameters regulation for the magnetic materials is applied to understand the loss contribution in micro/nanoscale magnetic absorbers. After analyzing the evolution of electromagnetic maps of ten ferrosoferric oxide samples, it can be found that the dissipation contribution of permeability for magnetic materials is weaker than that of permittivity, in spite of its significant role in determining the impedance matching characteristics. 11Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CAHS among renal transplant recipients显示文摘Purpose:The purpose of this study was to assess the applicability of the Chinese version of Cognitive Appraisal of Health Scale(CAHS)for renal transplant recipients,and to make a preliminary evaluation of its reliability and validity.Methods:A total of 147 renal transplant recipients who attended a transplant follow-up clinic in a Level 3,Grade A hospital in Beijing were asked to complete the Chinese version of CAHS.Following completion the reliability and validity of the scale were tested.Results:The Cronbach alpha coefficient of Chinese version of CAHS among subscales of threat,harm,challenge and benign-irrelevant were 0.857,0.806,0.680,0.100 respectively;and the test-retest reliability coefficient were 0.791,0.601,0.624,0.470(p<0.01).Spearman correlation was used to test the four subscales'correlation between the item score and the total score,in which threat was 0.598e0.748,challenge was 0.517e0.651,harm was 0.528 e0.735 and benign-irrelevant was 0.507e0.651.These correlations were all statistically significant.The four common factors were extracted using factor analysis.The four factors accounted for 50.356%of the total variance.The SF-36 Physical Component Summary(PCS)and Mental Component Summary(MCS)scores were correlated with each subscale score in CAHS.Threat was weakly correlated to PCS,and was moderately correlated to MCS;harm was moderately correlated to both PCS and MCS;challenge was weakly correlated to both PCS and MCS and benign-irrelevant did not correlate with neither PCS nor MCS.The Chinese version of CAHS has been shown to have good discriminate and convergent validity.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the CAHS was supported to be applicable and to provide measurable performance in renal transplant recipients,thus it can be utilized with renal transplant recipients in China.Shuping Zhang Yabin Shang Xiao Peng Hui Xie Hongxia Liu 2015International Journal of Nursing Sciences2015,2,3:4
12Enhanced production of seed oil with improved fatty acid composition by overexpressing NAD^(+)-dependent glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase in soybean显示文摘There is growing interest in expanding the production of soybean oils(mainly triacylglycerol, or TAG) to meet rising feed demand and address global energy concerns. We report that a plastidlocalized glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GPDH), encoded by GmGPDHp1 gene, catalyzes the formation of glycerol-3-phosphate(G3 P), an obligate substrate required for TAG biosynthesis.Overexpression of GmGPDHp1 increases soybean seed oil content with high levels of unsaturated fatty acids(FAs), especially oleic acid(C18:1), without detectably affecting growth or seed protein content or seed weight. Based on the lipidomic analyses, we found that the increase in G3 P content led to an elevated diacylglycerol(DAG) pool, in which the Kennedy pathwayderived DAG was mostly increased, followed by PC-derived DAG, thereby promoting the synthesis of TAG containing relatively high proportion of C18:1. The increased G3 P levels induced several transcriptional alterations of genes involved in the glycerolipid pathways. In particular, genes encoding the enzymes responsible for de novo glycerolipid synthesis were largely upregulated in the transgenic lines, in-line with the identified biochemical phenotype. 13MHSS ARAIM Algorithm Combined with Gross Error Detection显示文摘Due to some shortcomings in the current multiple hypothesis solution separation advanced receiver autonomous integrity monitoring(MHSS ARAIM)algorithm,such as the weaker robustness,a number of computational subsets with the larger computational load,a method combining MHSS ARAIM with gross error detection is proposed in this paper.The gross error detection method is used to identify and eliminate the gross data in the original data first,then the MHSS ARAIM algorithm is used to deal with the data after the gross error detection.Therefore,this makes up for the weakness of the MHSS ARAIM algorithm.With the data processing and analysis from several international GNSS service(IGS)and international GNSS monitoring and assessment system(iGMAS)stations,the results show that this new algorithm is superior to MHSS ARAIM in the localizer performance with vertical guidance down to 200 feet service(LPV-200)when using GPS and BDS measure data.Under the assumption of a single-faulty satellite,the effective monitoring threshold(EMT)is improved about 22.47%and 9.63%,and the vertical protection level(VPL)is improved about 32.28%and 12.98%for GPS and BDS observations,respectively.Moreover,under the assumption of double-faulty satellites,the EMT is improved about 80.85%and 29.88%,and the VPL is improved about 49.66%and 18.24%for GPS and BDS observations,respectively.Yabin ZHANG Li WANG Lihong FAN Xuanyu QU 2020Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2020,3,1:3

15AIEgens in cell-based multiplex fluorescence imaging显示文摘Fluorescence imaging is an important branch of bioimaging.It is non-invasive and provides superior spatial and temporal resolution during the real-time monitoring of biological samples of interest.Although the spatial resolution limit of optical microscopes is about 200 nm,due to the diffraction limit,with the application of super-resolution fluorescence microscopy technologies this limit has been pushed below 30 nm.This makes it feasible to visualize biological structures in subcellular levels and to monitor subcellular biological processes in real time.However,due to the complexity of the biological structure and components within cells,simultaneous staining and monitoring multiple intracellular components with different coloured fluorophores is often needed during multiplex imaging,to better understand biological processes.Aggregation-induced emission luminogens(AIEgen)and AIEgen based nanoparticles(NPs)have presented many advantages in fluorescence imaging,with strong potential for biological science and nano-medicine.Herein this review,we focus on the advantages of AIEgen and AIEgen NP in cell-based fluorescence imaging,and the latest advances of AIEgens in cell-based multiplex imaging are summarized and discussed.The future perspectives are proposed.Yabin Zhou Jin Hua Ben Zhong Tang Youhong Tang 2019Science China Chemistry2019,62,10:3
16Machine-learning-driven on-demand design of phononic beams显示文摘The development of phononic crystals, especially their interaction with topological insulators, allows exploration of the anomalous properties of acoustic/elastic waves for various applications. However, rapidly and inversely exploring the geometry of specific targets remains a major challenge. In this work, we show how machine learning can address this challenge by studying phononic crystal beams using two different inverse design schemes. We first develop the theory of phononic beams using the transfer matrix method. Then, we use the reinforcement learning algorithm to effectively and inversely design the structural parameters to maximize the bandgap width. Furthermore, we employ the tandem-architecture neural network to solve the training-difficulty problem caused by inconsistent data and complete the task of inverse structure design with the targeted topological properties. The two inverse-design schemes have different adaptabilities, and both are characterized by high efficiency and stability. 17Lacustrine biomass: An significant precursor of high wax oil显示文摘Although a variety of precursors have been proposed for the formation of high molecular weight hydro-carbons (HMWHCs) in crude oil, their precise origin re-mains elusive. Quantitative studies of macrocrystalline wax and microcrystalline wax content of source rock extracts from the Damintun depression, Liaohe Basin, a typical high wax producing area, coupled with microscopical maceral composition studies and pyrolysis-GC analysis indicate that oil shale enriched in lacustrine biomass makes a primary contribution to wax in oil. The main precursors of high wax oil are lacustrine alginites and their amorphous matrix, which are highly aliphatic in nature and have high genera-tive potential for HMWHCs. Wax generation efficiency could be affected by organic material abundance and matur-ity. The high abundance and low maturity of organic mate-rial are favorite for the formation of high quantity of wax, which declines with decreasing organic abundance and in-creasing thermal maturity. This suggests that wax is derived from organic-rich lacustrine biomass at early stages of maturation (RO = 0.4%—0.7%). 18Effects of cannabinoid receptor type 2 on endogenous myocardial regeneration by activating cardiac progenitor cells in mouse infarcted heart显示文摘Cannabinoid receptor type 2(CB2)activation is recently reported to promote proliferation of some types of resident stem cells(e.g.,hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell or neural progenitor cell).Resident cardiac progenitor cell(CPC)activation and proliferation are crucial for endogenous cardiac regeneration and cardiac repair after myocardial infarction(MI).This study aims to explore the role and possible mechanisms of CB2receptor activation in enhancing myocardial repair.Our results revealed that CB2receptor agonist AM1241 can significantly increase CPCs by c-kit and Runx1 staining in ischemic myocardium as well as improve cardiomyocyte proliferation.AM1241 also decreased serum levels of MDA,TNF-αand IL-6 after MI.In addition,AM1241 can ameliorate left ventricular ejection fraction and fractional shortening,and reduce fibrosis.Moreover,AM1241 treatment markedly increased p-Akt and HO-1 expression,and promoted Nrf-2 nuclear translocation.However,PI3K inhibitor wortmannin eliminated these cardioprotective roles of AM1241.In conclusion,AM1241 could induce myocardial regeneration and improve cardiac function,which might be associated with PI3K/Akt/Nrf2 signaling pathway activation.Our findings may provide a promising strategy for cardiac endogenous regeneration after MI.WANG YaBin MA Sai WANG Qiang HU WenXing WANG DongJuan LI XiuJuan SU Tao QIN Xing ZHANG XiaoTian MA Ke CHEN JiangWei XIONG LiZe CAO Feng 2014Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,2:3
19Sensitivity Analysis Approach to Multibody Systems Described by Natural Coordinates显示文摘The classical natural coordinate modeling method which removes the Euler angles and Euler parameters from the governing equations is particularly suitable for the sensitivity analysis and optimization of multibody systems. However, the formulation has so many principles in choosing the generalized coordinates that it hinders the implementation of modeling automation. A first order direct sensitivity analysis approach to multibody systems formulated with novel natural coordinates is presented. Firstly, a new selection method for natural coordinate is developed. The method introduces 12 coordinates to describe the position and orientation of a spatial object. On the basis of the proposed natural coordinates, rigid constraint conditions, the basic constraint elements as well as the initial conditions for the governing equations are derived. Considering the characteristics of the governing equations, the newly proposed generalized-α integration method is used and the corresponding algorithm flowchart is discussed. The objective function, the detailed analysis process of first order direct sensitivity analysis and related solving strategy are provided based on the previous modeling system. Finally, in order to verify the validity and accuracy of the method presented, the sensitivity analysis of a planar spinner-slider mechanism and a spatial crank-slider mechanism are conducted. The test results agree well with that of the finite difference method, and the maximum absolute deviation of the results is less than 3%.
