| 1 | Integral sliding mode control design for nonlinear stochastic systems under imperfect quantization显示文摘This paper presents a sliding mode control(SMC) scheme via output-feedback approach for It?o stochastic systems under a quantization mechanism. The quantization process is formulated with the imperfection that random packet loss occurs at the logarithmic quantizer. A Luenberger observer is designed, based on the packet loss rate and the imperfect quantized measurement. A novel SMC law is synthesized by utilization of an integral sliding surface. The stochastic stability of the resulting closed-loop system is analyzed in terms of Lyapunov stability, and a set of solvable matrix inequalities are established for practical application requirements. | 2 | Application of the sodium hyaluronate-CNTF scaffolds in repairing adult rat spinal cord injury and facilitating neural network formation显示文摘The present study aimed to explore the potential of the sodium hyaluronate-CNTF (ciliary neurotrophic factor) scaffold in activating endogenous neurogenesis and facilitating neural network re-formation after the adult rat spinal cord injury (SCI). After completely cutting and removing a 5-mm adult rat T8 segment, a sodium hyaluronate-CNTF scaffold was implanted into the lesion area. Dil tracing and immunofluorescence staining were used to observe the proliferation, differentiation and integration of neural stem cells (NSCs) after SCI. A planar multielectrode dish system (MED64) was used to test the electrophysiological characteristics of the regenerated neural network in the lesioned area. Electrophysiology and behavior evaluation were used to evaluate functional recovery of paraplegic rat hindlimbs. The Dil tracing and immunofluorescence results suggest that the sodium hyaluronate-CNTF scaffold could activate the NSCs originating from the spinal cord ependymal, and facilitate their migration to the lesion area and differentiation into mature neurons, which were capable of forming synaptic contact and receiving glutamatergic excitatory synaptic input. The MED64 results suggest that functional synapsis could be established among regenerated neurons as well as between regenerated neurons and the host tissue, which has been evidenced to be glutamatergic excitatory synapsis. The electrophysiology and behavior evaluation results indicate that the paraplegic rats’ sensory and motor functions were recovered in some degree. | 4 | Effects of in-situ stress on the stability of a roadway excavated through a coal seam显示文摘Roadways excavated through a coal seam can exert an adverse effect on roadway stability. To investigate the effects of in-situ stress on roadway stability, numerical models were built and high horizontal stresses at varying orientations were applied. The results indicate that stress concentrations, roadway deformation and failure increase in magnitude and extent as the excavation angle with respect to the maximum horizontal stress increases. In addition, the stress adjacent to the coal-rock interface sharply varies in space and evolves with time; coal is much more vulnerable to deformation and failure than rock.The results provide insights into the layout of roadways excavated through a coal seam. Roadways should be designed parallel or at a narrow angle to the maximum horizontal stress. | 5 | Fabrication and characterization of microfibrillated cellulose and collagen composite films显示文摘Microfibrillated cellulose(MFC)-collagen composite films were prepared with a dispersion of acid swollen collagen fibers and carboxylated MFC at different ratios in an alkaline homogenous system.The surface topographic results obtained from SEM analyses indicated that the MFC entangled uniformly with collagen in the film and formed a closely interwoven network to reinforce the film structure.However,the MFC addition decreased the smoothness and light transparency of the films due to the aggregation of MFC.Compared to the film prepared with pure collagen,the hybrid composite film showed a higher strength and Young’s modulus but lower elongation.The swelling of the composite film in water increased with the increase of the MFC ratio in the film matrix.DSC and TG analyses demonstrated that adding MFC to collagen benefited the thermal stability of the films,due to the conformational and crystal changes in the MFC/collagen structure indicated by the FT-IR and XRD results.The MFC/collagen composite film can potentially be used as an edible material in the food and packaging industry,in particular for meat products. | Wenhang Wang Yabin Wang Yanan Wang Xiaowei Zhang Xiao Wang Guixian Gao | 2016 | Journal of Bioresources and Bioproducts2016,1,4: | 2 |
| 6 | Machining Deformation Prediction of Thin-Walled Part Based on Finite Element Analysis显示文摘For the problems of machining distortion and the low accepted product during milling process of aluminum alloy thin-walled part,this paper starts from the analysis of initial stress state in material preparation process,the change process of residual stress within aluminum alloy pre-stretching plate is researched,and the distribution law of residual stress is indirectly obtained by delamination measurement methods,so the effect of internal residual stress on machining distortion is considered before finite element simulation. Considering the coupling effects of residual stress,dynamic milling force and clamping force on machining distortion,a threedimensional dynamic finite element simulation model is established,and the whole cutting process is simulated from the blank material to finished product,a novel prediction method is proposed,which can availably predict the machining distortion accurately.
