4Preparation and biodistribution of ^(99)Tc^m-PIDP as bone imaging agent显示文摘A novel zoledronic acid derivative,1-hydroxy-2-(2-propyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)ethane-1,1-diyldiphosphonic acid (PIDP), was synthesized by three-step reactions from 2-propyl-1H-imidazole. It was labeled with 99Tcm in conditions of 0.1 mg SnCl2.2H2O at pH 6.0 and 99TcmO4? in aqueous solution for 20 min at room temperature. The labeling yield and radiochemical purity of 99Tcm-PIDP are both higher than 95%. The biodistribution results show that the bone uptake is up to 8.47% ID/g which is the maximum of bone uptake at 30 min after injection of 99Tcm-PIDP in mice. The pharmacokinetic parameters can be estimated from the exponential equation of C=59.565e-11.307t+2.069e-1.211t. The clear bone image of rabbit was obtained at 120 min after injection of 99Tcm-PIDP. 5A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. 6Integrated System of Solar Cells with Hierarchical NiCo2O4 Battery-Supercapacitor Hybrid Devices for Self-Driving Light-Emitting Diodes显示文摘An integrated system has been provided with a-Si/H solar cells as energy conversion device,NiCo2O4 battery-supercapacitor hybrid(BSH)as energy storage device,and light emitting diodes(LEDs)as energy utilization device.By designing three-dimensional hierarchical NiCo2O4 arrays as faradic electrode,with capacitive electrode of active carbon(AC),BSHs were assembled with energy density of 16.6 Wh kg-1,power density of 7285 W kg-1,long-term stability with 100% retention after 15,000 cycles,and rather low self-discharge.The NiCo2O4//AC BSH was charged to 1.6 V in 1 s by solar cells and acted as reliable sources for powering LEDs.The integrated system is rational for operation,having an overall efficiency of 8.1% with storage efficiency of 74.24%.The integrated system demonstrates a stable solar power conversion,outstanding energy storage behavior,and reliable light emitting.Our study offers a precious strategy to design a self-driven integrated system for highly efficient energy utilization.Yuliang Yuan Yangdan Lu BeiEr Jia Haichao Tang Lingxiang Chen YuJia Zeng Yang Hou Qinghua Zhang Qinggang He Lei Jiao Jianxing Leng Zhizhen Ye Jianguo Lu 2019Nano-Micro Letters2019,11,3:5
7Towards Quantitatively Understanding the Complexity of Social-Ecological Systems——From Connection to Consilience显示文摘The complexity of social-ecological systems(SES) is rooted in the outcomes of node activities connected by network topology. Thus far, in network dynamics research, the connectivity degree(CND), indicating how many nodes are connected to a given node, has been the dominant concept. However, connectivity focuses only on network topology, neglecting the crucial relation to node activities, and thereby leaving system outcomes largely unexplained. Inspired by the phenomenon of ‘‘consensus of wills and coordination of activities' ' often observed in disaster risk management, we propose a new concept of network characteristic, the consilience degree(CSD),aiming to measure the way in which network topology and node activities together contribute to system outcomes. The CSD captures the fact that nodes may assume different states that make their activities more or less compatible.Connecting two nodes with in/compatible states will lead to outcomes that are un/desirable from the perspective of the SES in question. We mathematically prove that the CSD is a generalized CND, and the CND is a special case of CSD. As a general, fundamental concept, the CSD can facilitate the development of a new framework of network properties, models, and theories that allows us to understand patterns of network behavior that cannot be explained in terms of connectivity alone. We further demonstrate that a co-evolutionary mechanism can naturally improve the CSD. 9Study on fish life history traits and variation in the Taiwan Strait and its adjacent waters显示文摘Large portions of the world's fishery resources are overexploited. Life history traits of fish species are important indicators to reveal different life history strategies and to indicate population responses to fishing pressures. For this study, empirical data on fishing grounds located in the coastal area between Fujian Coast and Taiwan Island were collected. These areas have experienced severe overfishing in the past 30 years, leading to changes in the structure and function of the fish communities. Fifty-one commercial fish species in this fishing ground were selected to study the life history traits. Using the life history traits, all the species were grouped into five different life history strategies by principle component analysis. More than 60% of the species were categorized in Group 5 that was similar to r-strategists. Twenty-five commercial species were selected for further analysis of changes in life history variables, and to discuss the population responses to exploitation. Results showed that most of the species appeared to become smaller size, shorter life, earlier maturation and faster growing under long-term exploitation. The exploitation rate of each species was also calculated to further discuss the impacts of fishing pressures to fish populations. Four species were found with the severest changes on life history traits indicating some of the species might be more susceptible to exploitation. 10Alleviating mechanical degradation of hexacyanoferrate via strain locking during Na^(+) insertion/extraction for full sodium ion battery显示文摘Generation of large strains upon Na^(+) intercalation is one of the prime concerns of the mechanical degradation of Prussian blue(PB)and its analogs.Structural construction from the atomic level is imperative to maintain structural stability and ameliorate the long-term stability of PB.Herein,an inter nickel hexacyanoferrate(NNiFCN)is successfully introduced at the out layer of iron hexacyanoferrate(NFFCN)through ion exchange to improve structural stability through compressive stress locking by forming NNiFCN shell.Furthermore,the kinetics of sodium ion diffusion is enhanced through the built-in electric pathway.The electrochemical performance is therefore significantly improved with a remarkable long-term cycling stability over 3,000 cycles at 500 mA·g^(–1) in the full sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)with a maximum energy density of 91.94 Wh·g^(–1),indicating that the core-shell structured NNiFCN/NFFCN could be the low-cost and high-performance cathode for full SIBs in large-scale EES applications.Jianguo Sun Hualin Ye Jin An Sam Oh Yao Sun Anna Plewa Yumei Wang Tian Wu Kaiyang Zeng Li Lu 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:3
11An integrated approach to improve the performance of lean–electrolyte lithium–sulfur batteries显示文摘While the sulfur conversion reaction kinetics in Li–S batteries is nowadays improved by the use of appropriate electrocatalysts,it remains a challenge for the batteries to perform well under the lean electrolyte condition where polysulfide shuttle,electrode passivation and the loss of electrolyte due to side reactions,are aggravated.These challenges are addressed in this study by the tandem use of a polysulfide conversion catalyst and a redox–targeting mediator in a gel sulfur cathode.Specifically,the gel cathode reduces the polysulfide mobility and hence the polysulfide shuttle and the passivation of the lithium anode by the crossover polysulfides.The redox mediator restrains the deposition of inactive sulfur species in the cathode thereby enabling the Fe–N and Co–N co–doped carbon catalyst to prolong its catalytic activity.Consequently,the integrated catalytic system is able to increase the discharge capacity of high–loading (6.8 mg cm^(-2)) lean–electrolyte (4.0μL mg^(-1)) Li–S batteries from~630 to~1316 m Ah g^(-1),concurrently with an improvement of the cycle life (600 cycles with 46%capacity retention at 1.0 m A cm^(-2)).Redox mediator assisted catalysis in a gel cathode is therefore an effective strategy to extend the application of the sulfur conversion catalyst in lean electrolyte Li–S batteries.Hualin Ye Jianguo Sun Yun Zhao Jim Yang Lee 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,4:2

14Preliminary Study on Control Effects of Five Kinds of Fungicides against Wheat Scab显示文摘[Objective] This paper was to improve the current status that the fungicide carbendazim as the single agent was largely applied in the control against wheat scab. [Method] Five kinds of fungicides on sales and new agents against wheat scab were selected for field trials. [Result] 25% JS399-19 SC,30% tebuconazole·thiram WP,75% trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole WDG and 10% ZJ0712 JG could effectively control wheat scab,and the control effects of one time or two times application were better than control agent carbendazim; the control efficacy of two times application was improved in different degrees against one time application. 19Structural, Optical and Electrical Properties of Ga Doped ZnO/Cu grid/Ga Doped ZnO Transparent Electrodes显示文摘Ga doped ZnO(GZO)/Cu grid/GZO transparent conductive electrode(TCE) structures were fabricated at room temperature(RT) by using electron beam evaporation(EBE) for the Cu grids and RF magnetron sputtering for the GZO layers. In this work, we investigated the electrical and optical characteristics of GZO/Cu grid/GZO multilayer electrode for thin film solar cells by using evaporated Cu grid and sputtered GZO thin films to enhance the optical transparency without significantly affecting their conductivity.The optical transmittance and sheet resistance of GZO/Cu grid/GZO multilayer are higher than those of GZO/Cu film/GZO multilayer independent of Cu grid separation distance and increase with increasing Cu grid separation distances. The calculation of both transmittance and sheet resistance of GZO/Cu grid/GZO multilayer was based on Cu filling factor correlated with the geometry of Cu grid. The calculated values for the transmittance and sheet resistance of the GZO/Cu grid/GZO multilayer were similar to the experimentally observed ones. The highest figure of merit ΦTC is 5.18 × 10-3Ω-1for the GZO/Cu grid/GZO multilayer with Cu grid separation distance of 1 mm was obtained, in this case, the transmittance and resistivity were 82.72% and 2.17 × 10-4Ω cm, respectively.
