| 1 | Directional hydraulic fracturing to control hard-roof rockburst in coal mines显示文摘Hard roof is the main factor that induces rock-burst.In view of the present obvious weakness of control measures for hard roof rockburst in domestic collieries,the mechanism and field application of directional hydraulic fracturing technology for rock-burst prevention have been investigated in this paper using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The results show that the weighting span of the main roof and the released kinetic energy as well as the total elastic energy decreased greatly after the directional fracturing of hard roof with the mining progression,thereby reducing the rockburst hazard degree to coal body.The directional hydraulic fracturing technology was carried out in 6305 working face of Jisan Coal Mine to prevent rockburst.Field practices have proved that this technology is much simpler and safer to operate with better prevention effect compared with blasting.By optimizing the operation procedures and developing a new technology of automated high-pressure delivery pipe,the maximum fracturing radius now reaches more than 9 m and the borehole depth exceeds 20 m.Additionally,drilling cutting method was applied to monitor the stress of the coal mass before and after the fracturing,and the drill cuttings dropped significantly which indicates that the burst prevention effect of directional hydraulic fracturing technology is very remarkable.The research results of this paper have laid a theoretical and practical foundation for the widespread application of the directional hydraulic fracturing technology in China. | Fan Jun Dou Linming He Hu Du Taotao Zhang Shibin Gui Bing Sun Xinglin | 2012 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,2: | 28 |

| 3 | Numerical simulation of aerodynamic interaction for a tilt rotor aircraft in helicopter mode显示文摘A rotor CFD solver is developed for simulating the aerodynamic interaction phenomenon among rotor, wing and fuselage of a tilt rotor aircraft in its helicopter mode. The unsteady Navier–Stokes equations are discretized in inertial frame and embedded grid system is adopted for describing the relative motion among blades and nacelle/wing/fuselage. A combination of multi-layer embedded grid and ‘‘extended hole fringe' technique is complemented in original grid system to tackle grid assembly difficulties arising from the narrow space among different aerodynamic components, and to improve the interpolation precision by decreasing the cell volume discrepancy among different grid blocks. An overall donor cell searching and automatic hole cutting technique is used for grid assembly, and the solution processes are speeded up by introduction of Open MP parallel method. | 6 | Nonswellable hydrogels with robust micro/nano-structures and durable superoleophobic surfaces under seawater显示文摘Hydrogels, composed mainly of water trapped in three dimensional cross-linked polymer networks, have been widely utilized to construct underwater superoleophobic surfaces. However, the swelling nature and instability of hydrogels under complex marine environment will weaken their underwater superoleophobicity. Herein, we synthesize structured poly(2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate)(PHEMA) hydrogels by using sandpaper as templates. The robust non-swelling of PHEMA hydrogel ensures that micro/nano-structures on the surface of PHEMA hydrogels can be well maintained. Moreover, when roughness Ra of about 3~4 μm, the surface has superior oil-repellency. Additionally, even after immersing in seawater for one-month, their breaking strength and toughness can be well kept. | 14 | Spatial patterns of Picea crassifolia driven by environmental heterogeneity and intraspecifi c interactions显示文摘Research on the spatial patterns of tree populations is critical for understanding the structure and dynamic processes of forests.However,little is known about how the underlying drivers shape these patterns and species interactions in forest systems.In this study,spatial point pattern analysis investigated the combined eff ects of intraspecifi c interactions and environmental heterogeneity on the spatial structure and internal maintenance mechanisms of Picea crassifolia in the Qilian Mountain National Nature Reserve,China.Data were obtained from a 10.2-ha dynamic monitoring plot(DMP)and sixteen 0.04-ha elevation gradient plots(EGPs).Under complete spatial randomness,both mature trees and saplings in the DMP demonstratedlarge-scale aggregation with negative correlations.In EGPs,saplings were clustered in small mesoscales,mature trees were randomly distributed,and the interactions of saplingstrees at all elevations were not correlated.By eliminating the interference of environmental heterogeneity through the inhomogeneous Poisson process,saplings in the DMP and EGPs were clustered in small scales and trees randomly distributed.Intraspecifi c associations were negatively correlated,in the DMP and at low elevations,and no correlations in high elevations of EGPs.In the vertical scale,saplings showed a small-scale aggregation pattern with increase in elevation,and the aggregation degree fi rst decreased and then increased.The interactions of saplings-trees and saplings–saplings showed inhibitions at small scales,with the degree of inhibition gradually decreasing.Spatial patterns and associations of adults–adults did not change signifi-cantly.The results revealed that intraspecifi c interactions and environmental heterogeneity regulated the spatial patterns of P.crassifolia at small and large scales,respectively.Environmental heterogeneity might be the most decisive factor aff ecting the spatial patterns of saplings,while trees were more aff ected by intraspecifi c interactions.Moreover,competition between trees in this area could be more common than facilitation for the growth and development of individuals. | Changxing Zhao Weijun Zhao Ming Jin Jiqiang Zhou Feng Ta Lei Wang Wenbo Mou Longju Lei Jinrong Liu Junlin Du Xinglin Zhang | 2023 | Journal of Forestry Research2023,34,4: | 1 |

| 16 | Chiral effect on Aβ fibrillation from molecular-scale to nanoscale显示文摘β-Amyloid(Aβ)peptide fibrillation,one of the characteristic hallmarks of Alzheimer’s disease,is determined by many interfacial physical-chemical factors,e.g.,charge,hydrophobicity,etc.Despite extensive research,chiral effect in different-scales on the fibrillation process of Aβremains unclear.Herein,molecular-scale,sub-nanoscale,and nanoscale chiral-structures were constructed to investigate their chiral effect on the fibrillation of Aβ_(40) peptides.Chiral structures from molecular-scale to nanoscale were obtained from the different periods of the chemosynthesis process of chiral ZnS quantum-dots(QDs),confirmed by real-time monitoring of circular dichroism spectra.For molecular-scale,both L-penicillamine(L-P)and D-P ligands accelerated the fibrillation of Aβ_(40),and the speed-up effect of D-P was slightly stronger than L-P.For sub-nanoscale,both two chiral Zncomplexes(L-Zn and D-Zn)induced the agglomeration of Aβ_(40) without chirality discrimination.For nanoscale,both L-ZnS and DZnS QDs inhibited the fibrillation of Aβ_(40),and the inhibition effect of L-ZnS was notably better than that of D-ZnS.In-situ kinetics experiments of Aβ_(40) co-incubated with two chiral QDs demonstrated that L-ZnS completely prevents the misfolding of Aβ_(40) from unfolded toβ-sheet,while D-ZnS cannot achieve this.Further site-replacement experiments and simulation results revealed the underlying molecular mechanisms of the different inhibition efficiency of chiral ZnS QDs on Aβ_(40) fibrillation,which mainly attribute to the stereoselectivity interaction between the chiral ligands of ZnS QDs and electro-positive amino acid residues(R5,K16,and K28)of Aβ_(40).This work offers a microscopic insight of chiral effect on Aβfibrillation exerted by structures in different-scales,and provides a guidance in precise regulation of protein fibrillation via manipulating chiral structures in different-scales. | Guanbin Gao Guowei Zhu Liangchong Yu Zijun Zhang Ting Zhang Xinglin Liu Cheng Zhang Lin Zhou Taolei Sun | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,7: | 0 |

| 18 | Yajieshaba prevents lipopolysaccharide-induced intestinal barrier injury via anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptosis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protective effect of Yajieshaba(YJSB) on the intestinal barrier dysfunction induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS).METHODS: C57BL/6 mice and rat intestinal epithelial cells were treated with LPS. Thiazolyl Blue Tetrazolium Bromide assay were used to detect cell viability. DLactate, diamine oxidase and myeloperoxidase and cytokines were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Western blot was used to detect apoptosis-related proteins and tight junction(TJ) proteins. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to quantify the levels of m RNA expression of cytokines. Histological analysis was performed by hematoxylin and eosin staining. An immunofluorescence staining assay was performed to determine the expression level of TJ protein. RESULTS: YJSB increased cell viability and decreased apoptosis, maintained intestinal permeability after LPSinduced. YJSB inhibited LPS-induced decrease of TJ protein expression, pro-inflammatory cytokine levels and neutrophil infiltration.
